Great customer service. Personal and not pushy sales at all. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I was able to do the entire deal from home and they brought the vehicle to me. Allowed me to look it over and test drive before signing the deal at my home. Everything was exactly as they said over the phone. Highly recommend. The sales people were very nice until you try to haggle the price 900 dollars off the advertised price they basically laugh at you, the fees are also insane, 900 dollar etch? What... So much for no fees. As I was leaving the store I could see three of these sales people laughing about it, what a joke. Would not recommend, they pray on the unaware that these hail cars cost a lot to repair, by the time you repair the vehicle it will cost the same as buying brand new if not much more. Don't be fooled by these "good" prices, be aware that hail is very expensive to fix. If you want a hail car go to an auction, they are much much cheaper. Don't get ripped off!

I would stay far away from them as they are money hungry. Financed a car before I was able to drive it I lost my job and asked them to cancel the finance do to no job and they told me they will not because they don't want to they rather keep the money and screw me over as all they want is your money

I had my truck stolen 3 weeks prior to buying this 2017 chev Silverado. I was looking for my truck but newer. It was specific what I was looking for and on a budget due to insurance. I had seen in person prob 15 trucks and viewed easy 30 online. I was turned down twice at one dealer on 2 different trucks. And others because I wouldn’t finance it. Adrian offered to come in and let us see it on his day off we agreed to meet the next day. This young man was extremely kind he was very upfront answered all my questions I was impressed. He knew I had a budget he knew I was there not just to get a new truck. Finally someone wanted to work with me. We made a deal he even offered to loan me a car till the truck was ready. Everything was ready to go when I got there and I am so happy all the other dealers said no to me. Like I said to you that day Adrian you have no idea how much this meant to me. Thank you again! Incredibly friendly and excellent service all around. As a first time car buyer without a full licence it took me a while to find insurance that worked with my budget, they let me keep the car I wanted on hold with a deal subject to insurance so I could back out if I didn't find one that worked. Additionally, Evan kept in touch throughout my insurance hunt and made a few calls and referrals himself to get us the best deal we could. Tyson and Evan were perfect gentlemen about the purchase, and got me a very manageable bi-weekly payment including warranty. Since I was inexperienced with purchasing vehicles, Evan went over everything with me (and I mean EVERYTHING) to explain in detail what warranties would benefit me, how every addition would change my policy, and what I would actually use. 3 months in and the car still drives like a dream! The experience as a first time buyer as a whole was picturesque, it's a wonderful atmosphere with sellers that genuinely care about the quality of your deal rather than just selling a car as fast as they can. If I ever have to buy again this is where I'm going!

They lie and cannot be trusted, after they lie to you and give you a sob story when buying your vehicle. they also don't answer calls after they drive away with your personal plate still on the vehicle. Won't do business with them again

UPGRADE: 2009 VW city golf base to a 2013 Toyota Rav4 Limited fully loaded. They went the extra mile after the deal, shows I wasn't just a paycheck, also helps if you as a customer do your research. Know the rules and values realistically not ideally. Expect to haggle, great selection of prime rides! Great sales guys (Thanks to Tyson) and Evan the Finance manager was incredible with the info, took time to explain things i knew i wouldn't need and alread knew, but I asked to see his response, full professional attitude the whole way. Will shop again in the future.

I have bought vehicles from dealerships before and always hated the game playing and pressure, but this was absolutely NOT like that. Right from finding the vehicle I wanted online, to the contact with Adrian and his immediate response to my inquiry, to viewing the vehicle and the ease of making the deal, and working through financing with Evan..... They made the whole experience wonderful!! I was just going through a divorce and thought it would be difficult to get financing and Evan went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted, at a monthly fee that was easy for me to maintain! I thought the deal was going to fall through but Evan assured me he would make it work, and he did!! Adrian was so helpful and accommodating with my vehicle search. Anytime I messaged him, he got back to me immediately. He dealt fairly with coming to a final price which was very fair. When all was done, the guys at MaxxAuto made sure my new baby (Dodge Ram Warlock) was detailed and clean and had a full tank of gas to cart me safely home!!! I cannot say enough. They made a situation I thought I would dread to a situation that made me so super happy. Unfortunately due to Covid19 I couldn't give them both a hug when it was all finished, because I certainly wanted to!!

A bit pushy experience. When the used vehicle I was interested didn't pass the mechanical inspection, they still tried to push the sale. Also was told if I didnt decide in the next two hours, someone was in line to buy it. But as it turned out they never did. Nice guys, but beware of 'tactics'. Sales people got to do their job, I just prefer less aggressive techniques. Also probably depends on who you will deal with here.

The buying experience I had at MaxxAuto was the most pleasant, stress free I ever ever had buying a used vehicle. Adrian, Ben, and Evan were so easy and fun to deal with. From the moment that Adrian contacted me regarding my online inquiry for a vehicle to the pickup of the vehicle with Evan & Ben, it was truly a stress-free experience. My wife is not a vehicle shopper and would rate it at the bottom of her list of shopping practices. She felt non pressured and at ease which she described, surreal. She told me not to give anything less than 5 STARS!!! When I picked up my vehicle, I was excited that I didn’t notice that the backup camera was blurry. Thinking that due to the warm weather the camera had dirt built up on it and was just dirty. After further inspection and cleaning the backup camera it was indeed not working correctly. I contacted Adrian and he immediately took over and was able to have the situation handled. The backup camera was replaced free of charge within a few days. I would strongly recommend MaxxAuto and will do so within my network for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Give Adrian a call!!!

Ultra auto: overall great experience. Not much more needs to be said. The sales team helped me out with everything from picking the right truck that fits my life style to lending me a vehicle to try out for a few days to see if a truck is really what I wanted. They set me up with a ram 1500 ecodiesel back in December and I have been loving it ever since. Even with the high price of used trucks Ben and his team were able to find me a good deal :)

Frustrating to buy a car for your child that you’re told is mechanically sound and passed inspection - and then less than 10km of driving, engine light comes on and Jeep dealership does an inspection and it fails. $3,000 in immediate repairs later - I received no remorse or help from the sales rep (Adrian) and zero follow up once the issue was reported. I believe the quote was “Used cars break. You’re unlucky yours broke so quickly.” It was an awful experience all around. The day we arrived to pick up the Jeep, the headlights didn’t even work and we had to leave it behind to be fixed. Was willing to just leave a blank review, but your comment below that I’m not even a customer in your data base adds a layer of insult that is worthy of an honest review. Be better.

I had been looking for a White Dodge Ram 1500 with Alpine Stereo, within budget, for months! Test drove many around Calgary, but every time i went to make a deal the truck was sold from underneath me! I was becoming discouraged. Then i found this one on an Autotrader ad! I emailed Maxxauto St Albert on a Saturday night and to my surprise I received a phone call Sunday morning from Adrian! The truck was available, and had most of the features i wanted and Low Kms, so i immediately put my deposit down. Slightly nervous and skeptical about putting money down on a truck that i had NOT seen in person nor test drove! Thankful for the walk around video posted!! Times are changing and contactless delivery was available. I took a chance, and i am so glad i did! This truck is everything i had been hoping for, and was delivered to my door within 5 days! Only had a few cosmetic flaws i wish i saw prior to purchasing. Adrian was so easy to deal with, he even got ahold of the previous owner and mailed me the spare key! Evan the Finance guy was super great as well, very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend MaxxAuto St Albert!! My wife and I just bought a 2019 Jeep JL rubicon and it was the best experience ever!!! Our salesman was Ahmad and he was great and never pressured us at all. We dealt with Evan in finance and he’s the first person ever to actually work overtime to get us the lowest interest rate you can get on a used vehicle (the rate actually was lower than he originally had told us when we arrived after a 2.5hr drive). Ben was top notch at making sure our whole buying experience was effortless and he put me in touch with Craig the parts manager that hooked us up with a Mopar lift, 37” tires, Mopar bead-lock rims and a reinforced spare tire carrier for the beast. I was looking around at some vehicles for about a month until one day I received a call from Ben that he could bring in a 2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ for me. The 2016 was for a great price, fit all the criteria I stated I was looking for, and after a test drive I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Purchased a Toyota Sienna 2014 last evening, Adrian, the sales executive was very comfortable to deal with . We had already test drove 4 Sienna since morning, and no doubt Maxx Auto was the best dealership among all that we had visited. And why i say this, 1) Very realistic price point 2) Transparency (this is what I did not find in any other dealership in Edmonton, especially there is a huge chain of G* dealerships, their sole intention is to trick you into a finance deal even if you want to purchase the vehicle outright) 3) The way we were dealt, right from the point of giving us the Keys for a test drive to finally signing the deal. 4) Very comfortable to deal with, no aggressive sales tactics or trying to push one to purchase the vehicle. 5) Post sales assistance, we had run into few minor issues once we drove of from the dealership. Adrian was very supportive and helped us resolve it. Usually used car dealerships are hard to deal with once the vehicles is sold, these guys are definitely an exception. I would recommend if anyone planning to buy a used car around Edmonton, definitely visit them...

Step one: Try to convince your wife you need a bigger truck. Step two: Drag said wife on a cross country country trek to see the bigger truck. Step three: Deal with salesman, general manager and finance dude that are so awesome even your reluctant wife can't say no. Every step of our experience with the staff at MAXX auto was nothing short of world class. From 9 hours away, Adrian went to work and did the heavy lifting to find a truck that matched what we needed. He was quick to respond, answered a ton of questions and found solutions to every objection we had. The first time we spoke on the phone with Adrian and Ben it felt more like catching up with old friends than talking to car salesmen. They didn't try to talk us into what we didn't want, but did everything in their power to earn our business by providing us exactly the vehicle that we did want, with the right km's, the right options (the wife lost a sunroof but gained heated leather seats and a much needed running boards) and most importantly the right price that fit our budget. We traded in our truck, that we absolutely loved, but Maxx auto gave us a trade in value that made us willing to part with our "Storm". Peace of mind came with affordable monthly payments and an extended warranty package that made sense (thanks Evan you rock) With a tight turn around time, there were some loose ends that needed to be looked after once we were back home. Once again Adrian did the heavy lifting and made all the arrangements. Maxx auto held true to their word delivering on every promise they made. We are almost sad that we don't need to buy another vehicle....except knowing my track record, Adrian, Ben, Evan at MAXX Auto probably earned a chronic repeat customer for life. ????????

I spent 6 months trying to find a vehicle that was in my budget, that fit a few requirements. That there be as close to no rust as possible, in good mechanical shape, with fairly low Km on the odometer. The folks at MaxxAuto managed to have a vehicle that clicked for me. And all within my budget, which impressed. It's not fancy, but I got an 08 Jeep Compass that fit my needs. Reasonably economical, lots of room & it's a pleasure to drive. For just over $3700, (after trading in my high mileage Toyota Echo), I got a vehicle that works for me. They were up front about ALL the issues that this vehicle had, none of which were insurmountable (It'll need new front struts within a year or so, and the cruise needed a new switch on the steering wheel, which was a breeze to install). They're a car dealer. I expected to see a hard sell. They didn't. The fellow had me try the car & let the experience speak for itself. I appreciated that. When done with the dealing & ready to switch vehicles, the sales fellow was even so kind as to help my friend and me move my stuff from the old car to the new to me. These folks are definitely on the list of places I would seriously consider again, when it comes time to get a replacement for the one they sold to me. I definitely recommend em.

First of all Nothing short than Excellent.. I will give them a10 stars if I can . I traded my corolla and got another SUV from them. To start with Ahmad was our salesman and he is such a nice person that he was with us during the entire process and made us comfortable . He was not pushy at all or no cheap pressure tricks that I used to see with other dealers. After talking to him I felt like he is my little brother, it was that comfortable. Even after signing the papers he was with me until I got my Insurance and even helped me with moving my stuffs from my old car. Talking about our finance, it was a breeze. Evan helped me with our Finance and he has got a wealth of knowledge and again not pushy at all to get any warranty. He was very transparent and lots of patience, and at each point during the process he made sure I understand the paper works. What he did there was only to make me to take an informed decision, no pressure what so ever. Last but not least Thank you to Manager Ben for giving me a reasonable trade in value that I asked for my corolla. I will Highly recommend them for anybody looking for a used or new vehicle. Me and my wife were actually looking for another car from a different dealer and on our middle of the trip from Fort Mcmurray to Edmonton the sales man texted me it was sold out.
