Shout out to Monica Olsen , Service Advisor! We have a Grand Cherokee that was still like new, with hardly any mileage (second vehicle) but juuust past warranty. There was a large bubble of paint on the hood but no other scratches or damage at all. Monica arranged to look at the Jeep and make some calls. Ultimately, they replaced the entire hood without charge AND within days! Thanks so much, St. Albert Dodge - you will have our business next time we need a vehicle! Very, very impressed.

This location had a long history for me of not being the greatest - but not anymore! I had 2 previous purchases at Sherwood Park Dodge, and now that St.Albert is under new management, I couldn't be more happy! They have far exceeded any previous dealings I have ever had anywhere else. My "deal" was I wanted to be in and out within 2 hours around this budget and they made it happen. It was so refreshing to deal with someone like Barry who was so down to earth, helpful and honest. Both Barry and Ravi made us feel like they really wanted to help us get what we were interested in and not once did we feel pressured. Being in sales myself, too often the customer feels like it's about the bottom dollar and sale - but both Barry and Ravi really are amazing people that made us feel great about our purchase. I met with Terry Vader and he was very easy to deal with and threw the best numbers of the other 3 dealers I had visited for a better truck! I went to St. Albert Dodge with quite a hard ask but I’ve heard a lot of things about them and I figured that they would be one of the dealerships that would be able to do it. I had a lot of negative equity on my vehicle so I went into it thinking that nothing would work out and if it did, I was expecting to get a Ram 1500 with maybe a touchscreen but not many features in it and it turned out they got me a fully loaded Ram 1500 sport which I didn’t even think was possible to get. Stephen Lam was very helpful and was always letting me know how the deal was turning out. I can definitely say that I’m finally 100% happy with my new truck and it will be the last trade for many years. They went above and beyond and I’m sure they got the short end of the stick when it comes to making money on the trade. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is my 6th new vehicle purchase, but my first North American brand. All my previous purchases have been with the same two dealers and (2 motorcycles and 4 cars), as such I was used to a certain type of experience. So this purchase I didn't know what to expect. Daylan handled the sale and he was excellent. Very accommodating and straight forward, I never felt that I was being over promised, or pressured. From my first phone call for service on my old vehicle to the purchase of a new vehicle within a two week period, I have met several employees at St Albert Dodge. They serviced my 2012 Ram as well as my 2012 Chev Equinox. I purchased my 2020 Ram Limited edition here at St Albert Dodge and I absolutely Love it. From now on St Albert Dodge will look after all my vehicle needs. My initial phone call was for service on a late model Ram. Nick took my call and handled it beautifully. This first point of contact with Nick has changed my perspective on dealerships and service. I was leaving another Dodge dealership at the time of my call and I was none too pleased with their lack of service. Nick assured me that St Albert Dodge would look after my vehicle service needs. I made an appointment for the following day and am 100% pleased with this decision. Upon arrival Matt registered my 2012 Ram for its service needs and the mechanics quickly solved the problem at a reasonable cost. I had the vehicle detailed and it was cleaned inside and out beautifully! I could hardly recognize the old Ram without all the rust across the front bumper. Unbelievable clean at a reasonable cost. Forget Bubbles!! About 10 days later I found the need for further service on the 2012 Ram which I had purchased only two weeks prior from a car lot. Back to St Albert Dodge for an inspection and detailed report. Again at a worthwhile cost and with the professional, friendly and amazing service personnel. By this time I had wondered into the show room and found the most beautiful truck ever. The shuttle driver and super expert car detailer are also top notch. During the course of two weeks and having my old truck serviced twice and having my old SUV detailed I met several staff at St Albert Dodge. I had the experience of friendly, courteous and interesting shuttle driver and getting to meet the fellow that details the cars. Wonderful people from one end of this dealership to the other. I had both of my vehicles detailed and the 2012 Equinox shines like the day I purchased it almost 9 years ago. Wonderful. A midnight Blue 2020 Dodge Ram Limited is now my ride… I am thrilled and surprised and extremely happy with this rather unplanned purchase. Thank you Mark Maguire for making the purchase of this vehicle so smooth and seamless. Service is number one priority at St Albert Dodge and I have seen this in all aspects of my experience here. The sales staff are knowledgeable in all features of the vehicles they sell. I had a question a few days after I left the dealership and within a quick call to Mark, I was able to program another fantastic feature onto my truck. 3 weeks ago, I was out with my friend, taking his ex to an appointment in St. Albert. Needing to kill about an hour, we went to St. Albert Dodge to kick some tires... While there, we met Steven Riley, one of the salesmen there. Knowing we were just killing time, he nevertheless took the time to shoot the bull with us. I will admit, I was kind of looking to get out of the van I was in, and was KINDA looking, but after the experience I had in the past, I was really disillusioned with the car buying experience (a dealership on the north side of Edmonton had REALLY taken advantage of my mom and I). I told Steven my story, and he immediately referred me to the finance department for information, NOT to buy a car, but just for advice. Well, 3 week later, a LOT of hard work on the part of Steven Riley, Kevin Genest and the rest of the staff at St. Albert Dodge, and I'm in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Altitude that is EXACTLY what I wanted, with an interest rate I NEVER thought I would qualify for, and couldn't be happier! I was excited to see the new facility! Overall, the service was very good. Once I arrived in the Service Desk area, it took a little while for any of the Service Advisors to acknowledge me. The only other detail that I want to bring to your attention is that one customer that was getting his vehicle serviced was not wearing a mask. Not one staff member suggested to him that he should be wearing a mask.

The staff were extremely helpful and compassionate, plus the cost of the key was WAY less than I had expected (under $100 to cut and re-program for my 2000 Jeep GC). Nice fancy new building. Had my company vehicle in a few weeks earlier, the techs couldn't find the problem at the time even though I told them exactly what to look for.(Wasn't a big enough leak yet.) When it failed and dumped gallons of antifreeze in the cab the repair was finally done. Tech didn't think enough to send it to the detail area for carpet cleaning afterwards so I had to wait a bit longer at pickup. Service advisor was helpful though and got it done.

BUYER BEWARE! FCA Canada has left the CAMVAP program as of December 2020. If you're not familiar with it do your research. Any warranty dispute will have to be done out of your own pocket. I originally purchased my Jeep Wrangler from St. Albert Dodge in 2016. I recently had water enter my engine and took my Jeep into St. Albert Dodge to have it inspected after my mechanic believed the problem was a failed engine seal. My Jeep had 44,000km on it. I was still under my warranty so I had my Jeep towed to the dealership. First St. Albert Dodge and FCA Canada rejected my warranty coverage stating that it is null and void due to them not seeing my Jeep first (even though the issue was unknown at the time and I had the Jeep immediately towed to a licensed mechanic). I then did my research and found the CAMVAP program where I could submit a claim. Once I started the process St. Albert Dodge determined that it was not a manufacturers defect and took the position of blaming the issue on me. They claimed that water came in my air intake. The manufacturer and St. Albert Dodge worked together to create lies to get out of their legal obligation to their customers to uphold their warranty promises. The CAMVAP process took 7 months with multiple hearings. My Jeep was inspected by a third party all covered by CAMVAP. It was determined the issue was a failed rear main seal that is covered under warranty. It was very clear that St. Albert Dodge and FCA Canada were working together to get out of replacing my engine. I eventually won the case and the engine replacement was covered in full by the manufacturer and installed by St. Albert Dodge. I also had to fight for a new engine as the manufacturer claimed they had zero new engines in stock nation wide and a remanufactured engine was the only option. After I personally called dealerships around the country I was told this was not true. I submitted this information to the arbitrator and I was awarded a new engine replacement. Once again another lie from both the manufacturer and the dealership. I was without my Jeep for 7 months and had to fight for a rental vehicle during this process, while being told by St. Albert Dodge that their courtesy rentals were for paying customers. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I was given a "courtesy" rental from St. Albert Dodge for a total of 2 weeks out of 7 months. It wasn't until I called and emailed multiple times and contacted the general manager that I was given a budget rental vehicle for the last month of my wait. On top off all of this I was contacted by St. Albert Dodge and told my radiator fan also malfunctioned and they were unable to test the new engine replacement until I paid to have that replaced for over $900. I had no choice but to pay this fee to get my engine replacement finished. My advice to anyone looking to buy from this dealership is to go anywhere else. Also do some research on the CAMVAP program and what your options will be now that all Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles are no longer eligible for this program. My experience was completely unacceptable and noone should be treated like this.

Terrible terrible terrible. Brought my truck there for an EGR valve problem. They fixed it. Within ten minutes of driving, the debris that they didn't clean out destroyed the turbocharger. Their response....sorry, but on top of the 3600 we charged for the initial repair, it will be another 4800 to repair. Or we can sell you another vehicle. And only give you the rebates that would be offered to anyone as the trade in. I told them that the numbers they are showing don't make sense. Salesperson says 'one minute, I'll check with my manager'. Ten minutes later he still hasn't returned, yet i can hear them laughing and talking. I literally walked right by them, went to Ron Hodgson Chevrolet, got more for my truck, sight unseen and drove home in a brand new truck. St Albert Dodge is the last place I would recommend. Terrible.

He made himself available and even called back right away after leaving a message. I understand sales reps are busy with many customers, but some juggle their priorities better than others and Mike was the most responsive by a mile. Highly recommend dealing with Mike. As for the finish line, Rob Horner in finance was also impeccable and was very thorough and patient when going through the numbers. Some places rush and try to gloss over details but not this team. We recently bought a pre-owned mini-van. The sales service was outstanding! Mo, our salesman was able to confidently present our new van and answer all the questions that we had about it. We were able to quickly come to a very fair deal with Martin, the sales manager for that shift. They had the car cleaned prior to our drive over to view it and any promises they made were kept. We managed to go through the whole purchase with very little pressure, courteous communication and it all moved along quickly (no sitting and playing the waiting game, like other dealerships). Didn't need to sit there and haggle. Unfortunately you still have to watch the finance guys, Vince tacked on a 388 tire warranty fee without even asking. When I returned to ask for a breakdown and explanation of the fees. He was like what? I thought I told you about the 388..?? He did not. Scribbled some numbers down on a sticky note and slid it at me like I was some kinda dummy wasting his time. Which I was, I signed papers without asking for a complete break down. I was so pissed off I just left. But not before Vince printed off the tire warranty papers which I unknowingly paid for. Thanks I sleep better knowing my tires are insured. St. Albert Dodge has helped me twice in a way I believe no dealership in Alberta would have done. First time was with one of the guys in their repair department who provided me an exceptional service back in 2017. He provided me with the key program code I needed and went ahead to cut two keys of my 2009 Dodge Journey for free. He also provided me with the vehicle information to help with the key programming after I told him the vehicle has been shipped abroad. This second exceptional service from this friendly team happened last week Thursday August 16, 2018. I dropped at St. Albert Dodge asking them to help me check a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan I wanted to purchase just to be sure the vehicle has no lien, stolen or being in an accident. Kevin immediately took me to his office and not only that he helped me with Car Proof check which ordinarily would have costed me about $78.00 from the Registry but went beyond to contact the Scotia Dealer Advantage (SDA) through which the previous owner secured the vehicle to ensure the lien has been lifted. At the end, SDA sent in the lien letter stating the vehicle has no lien. It took about 20 minutes of his time to have this completed and Kevin ensured I'm in the clear with the purchase. It was a great service that worth speaking about to other customers out there. I therefore recommend St. Albert Dodge for your businesses because the team members at St. Albert Dodge have twice proofed to me they can be trusted, friendly and can be of support to their customers at any point in time.

Called me trying to say they had a good deal for me I entertained them getting me a appraisal for my vehicle and then without consent they did a hard credit pull and then acted like it was a normal thing. I have shopped around for vehicles many times before and never had a hard credit pull till we sit down ready to buy the car will be taking my business elsewhere. So warning to anyone shopping around A DEALERSHIP DOES NOT NEED A CREDIT REPORT TO GIVE YOU OPTIONS AND APPRAISALS. I went here to purchase a vehicle and was greeted with a very friendly staff and were quick to help. After back and forth over the phone and getting an approval, I found out the were selling me a truck I didnt even look at. Not to mention, when they told me the monthly payments, cost of the truck, interest rate, and length of the term, the math didnt add up. The payments would have put me at 95% over top the cost of the truck itself with a down payment. My interest rate was most definitely not 95%. Long story short, the finance rep refused to tell me over the phone why there was $14,000 in the price, after the finance rate, that was unexplained and made no sense. They wanted me to pay $39,000 total on a truck listed at just under $20,000. Nobody is that stupid... very unprofessional and very disappointed in this dealership that was recommended by someone who is very respected in the industry. I will never purchase from here and for those who do, make sure you go in with more knowledge than faith in good people.

The service department is at best adequate after numerous return trips to get the same issues delt with under warranty. Communication is terrible, service doesn't get back to you after numerous calls and texts for same issues. Went in yesterday around 8:00 pm. Close to their closing time Simon Singh, a sales associate here at St. Albert Dodge jeep and Chrysler stayed an hour after his shift to help my with my problem. Back in October two years ago Go auto west I traded in my vehicle for a 2011 jeep which they had way overpriced, about twice as much in fact and had slapped on a crazy interest and tricked me into leasing the vehicle instead of financing like I had been less to believe. Simon and his Manager Matt Maclean have gone above and beyond to help me rectify the situation while saving myself, the buyer, the most money possible. Putting the customer first. They both saw that I needed help recovering some of my debt and though I didn’t purchase a vehicle this time around. Unmotivated service department. Was told id be in and out in under a half hour. Nearly 1.5 hours later still sitting in an empty waiting room. Its a nightmare to lose the better part of a business day in town waiting for something i can do myself in less than 15 min. My GM truck i am in and out in less than 20 minutes every single time, with a car wash, and if i need to drop the truck off they give me a rental or loaner to do my running around.

I would tell my friends the same thing unless they are very mechanically inclined. Not like any other dealer I've come across.... These guys are the real deal! I just bought a Ram Sport from Terry and he was more helpful, genuine and honest any other salesman I've ever dealt with before. He made it incredibly fast and easy buying the truck! And I have to say, that JT, the sales manager made this most recent purchase experience the most laid back one yet. ATTENTION: Veterans and Serving Members. I am a 59 year old disabled vet with 29 years service. Please read this. June of 2020 my 82nd year old mother purchased a 2 year old vehicle. My mothers annual income is $23000. I was with her and agreed to subsidize her venture. There were some inclusions in the contract, to include add ons. Paperwork went missing and it took 6 months to resolve the add ons promised. Recently an individual from St Albert Dodge was in contact with my mother to see if she wanted to come in and look at a newer vehicle which has more advanced safety features. My mother when contacted about those safety features certainly felt it was important for the safety of her great great grandchildren. So we went for a ride in the newer vehicle and my mother loved the newer safety features! So during negotiations we conclude my mother cannot afford any more than ?25 every 2 weeks at a promised rate of .49 %. Add ons would include a cash back, floor matts, bug deflector, trailer towing package (max towing) and detailing (standard anyways). So having agreed and felt optimistic about the transaction I went out to start moving items from one vehicle to the other. So I proceeded back to financing where my mother was just told to sign here and there. I looked at what she signed and they added 2.54% as a blended rate and another $19 to her biweekly payments. When I said thats not the agreement I was told “well your mother signed!” That was July 11, 2021. Ok buyer beware, someone will take advantage of the elderly!! Now to today, 3 Aug 2021. I have not been contacted by anyone at St Albert Dodge about the add ons so I so I have made many attempts myself. Apparently the paperwork is lost? All attempts to contact employees has been in vain. Here are those in attendance in order of appearance: Cody Richard Rob Daylan Joseph Non appearance by Jay I cannot recommend any salesperson or even parts and servicing. Steve cannot even give a callback on a rims quite!!

Although we are now June, Shannon remembered who I was and he currently was off and not in until later in the day. He had no issues with helping me figure out the seat belt issue. We live in Saskatchewan and didn’t have a chance to see the vehicle before purchasing. They delivered the vehicle to North Battleford which was appreciated. The only issue I had with the sale was that there were 2 small dents on the passenger door that I was unaware of. Just wished they would have mentioned them even though this would not have changed our mind on the purchase. Also, could have had an oil maintenance change before sending it out to us. Had a complete disaster of an experience at a different dealership, the crew i worked with (Ralph, and 2 gentlemens names i forgot in finance ,will adjust when i get the names right.) were amazing. Bought a vehicle from dealership, that came with a free oil change and detail service. Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance, took the car in at 10am. Received a call later stating that they could only do the oil change. As aggravating as that was we asked if they could keep the vehicle over night and finish the detailing in the morning. They agreed to do that. So around 2pm the next day we call asking when we can pick up our vehicle, they said it would be ready for pick up at 4:00pm. We arrive at 4:20 and the vehicle is still not ready. Told us it would be done around 5, 5:30. Horrible service. Covid or not , honour your appointments.

I had a cold call from a sales associate about upgrading my jeep, he was going to look at a few options and get back to me. I then get an email saying my credit was ran without my permission. No one once asked if they could run my credit. I spoke with his manager and the owner with little to no acknowledge that it is illegal to run credit checks without consent.

Bait & Switch My reason for this 1 star review is as follows: May 2nd I contacted this dealership to seek preapproval for a Jeep, taking into consideration that I was trading in my Ford F150 that I have owned for 8 months and has under 5,000kms on it. I was contacted by the salesman and after info was given a preapproval came through. At that time I made an appointment to go into the dealership. I am not one to waste my time or that of others, therefore the preapproval was key to my going in. When I arrived on May 12th one of the first things I did was grab a brochure they had for the upcoming Gladiator in 2020, as my man has interest in purchasing one. My appointment went well, the salesman was super helpful. Once I left we texted back and forth for a couple of days while we hashed out a payment that would work within my budget. I had him literally double check everything he came back to me with, to ensure no misunderstanding. The final deal was for one of their fleet clearance vehicles, a brand new 2017 Jeep Sahara. An appointment was made for me to come in at 9am May 18th for a test drive and signing off on papers. I was super excited and talked of little else. On Friday less then 24hours before my noted appointment I received a text while at work from the salesman informing me that he was forwarding me an email from his sales manager. The email in short was rescinding the offer made and offering instead a lower end Jeep with less options then my truck has. The following is a copy and paste from that email. "would result for a $14,350 loss to our company and that’s just a bit to aggressive. I am willing to loose max $8000 and place $2000 more then the trade is worth to make the deal go away". So he was willing to lose $10,000 in total but his bottom line that had him treat a client with such disregard was $4,350??!! He in his own words wanted to make the deal go away. When I got that message at work Friday it truly ruined my day, I was crushed. It goes without saying that my man will not be coming to your dealership for the Gladiator. That said it would seem that you have no issues with losing one client so what's another right? Clearly honoring your word and client service are not high on your agenda. St.Albert Dodge....Dodging on a Deal **Edit to original post. I decided to run the numbers myself, seeing as this Sales manager Jay seemed so sure he was losing money. $311/bi weekly X 26 pay periods in a year = $8,086 x 7 years = $56, 602 x 11% = $62,262.2 + whatever extra they were going to make on the resale of my trade in. The vehicle is listed at $35,590 online, so right off the bat...without the trade-in resale they would be making $26,672.2, but your losing money?! What a joke. Not a trustworthy establishment at all!!!

My two previous Ram 1500’s were bought from Crosstown Chrysler in Edmonton. Both times I was taken advantage of and lost a total of $10K due to salesman not being transparent or forthcoming and providing misleading information. At the time my wife and I decided to take the "extra' packages for oil changes etc. and were informed we had 30 days no questions asked to cancel. Having decided 2 days later we no longer wanted the “extras” the finance manager rudely questioned us for changing our mind even though it was 30-day (no questions asked) return. He even pointed out that he gets paid more when the extras are added and asked us to wait to remove the extras until after the deal was signed. Recently we wanted to upgrade to a Ram 2500. We talked to 5 dealerships. We were looking to do a trade-in and when talking to Capital Chrysler the manager told us they didn’t need our business as they were the top selling dealership and would have no trouble selling their vehicles. After we stressed to them that we were not going to be signing a deal that day, they continued to pressure us into signing one with a low trade-in value for my current truck. Since they did not need our business, we decided to go to another dealership that would value our business. For someone who didn’t want or need our business it’s rather ironic that they kept calling to see if we wanted to make a deal. They came with 4 different offers on our truck and still fell short more than $4000 of what St. Albert Dodge offered us. Out of the 5 other dealerships we went to St Albert Dodge gave us the best trade-in value for our truck (we got our original purchase value including the GST) and that was on the 1st offer they gave us not the 2nd, 3rd or 4th. They have been amazing through the whole process. Both Shannon Stuht and TJ Fiddler has been phenomenal to work with. We never felt pressured, they listened to us, provided us with all the information we asked for, and gave exceptional customer service. Out of all the dealerships we went to in the Edmonton and surrounding areas St Albert Dodge is by far the friendliest and most authentic of any dealership we have dealt with. I would recommend them and would highly suggest working with Shannon and TJ.

Our Sales Person (Mike) was fabulous as was our Finance Manager. Mike Found us wondering around the lot and there was an instant click of being welcoming. He is super genuine and down to earth. He stopped to greet us and get to know us even though he was in the middle of another task. He worked with us and truly listened to what we needed and what our concerns were. If I could give Mike a higher rating I would but 5 is the most I am able to give. The receptionist on the other hand was not welcoming. She was busy on Facebook on her phone and ignored us when we arrived. She only Acknowledged us once one of the other Sales Consultants came up and welcomed us into the store. She then refused to page our Finance Manager because he was in his daily sales meeting (He was aware of the time we were arriving and informed us to have him paged) staying she would only send him a text. Waited for 20 minutes past the time of the end of the meeting. We were never offered seating in a lounge or anything. She ignored us from that first interaction on. If our deal hadn’t already been signed and done it would have been enough for us to reconsider purchasing from this dealership. The receptionist is the first point of customer service. 1 Star for the Receptionist.

In late June 2020 my wife, son and I went from Millwoods Edmonton out to St.Albert Dodge as we heard of the amazing service from some of my Coworkers. We went in looking for brand new (but open to used) 5+ seater with all wheel drive/ 4x4. Great service BEFORE buying your vehicle. We paid to have a few extra repairs on the car. They called us saying that the car was ready. When we got there, 3 items were missing/undone... apparently ordered but not received. Now it has been almost 2 months and complete radio silence from the dealership. Purchased a new Jeep in March. Was told a part would be sent to me soon as possible for the headlights. Never received it, followed up multiple times. The parts man I talked to last let me know nothing was on order and he would look into it. No call back. Specifically said what time of day I would be there to get my new vechicle and wanted to be in and out (covid-19 had just hit) and waited over an hour and a half for them to finish “detailing”. I requested to be pre-approved, my credit wasn’t pulled until I was in the waiting room. To buy more time, salesman told me he would have to gas up the car during the test drive which I declined. My dad took a day off and ended up having to leave before everything was done as he had meetings. Had they been on time this wouldn’t have occurred. For such a nice building, and spending so much money on a car- I am extremely unimpressed. Debated for a long time on whether to write this or not, and after not receiving parts for 2 months I chose too. No “extra” things were thrown into my purchase, which I was looking forward too (details/ swag/etc) as everyone else I know has gotten something with thier vechicle purchase.

I ended up trading the truck off and the new dealership tried contacting him to settle the lien, but he avoided the calls. I have recently purchased a 2022 1500 dodge ram from St Albert Dodge. Shane was my seller, pretty good. I then went to finance to go over options with Matt. He talked to me about warranty, that kind of thing. Couldn't take the truck the same day as it needed to have a few things put on. A few days later went to pick up my truck. Beautiful truck. As I went to get insurance which was 2 hours away, I don't recall Matt giving me my (folder) with Bill of sale, nvis, etc. I called and they sent it to my insurance. I got a copy of bill of sale and it blew my mind. I was paying almost $10,000 more than I had expected. Tried calling and texting Matt, no response. My anxiety kicked in, what am I going to do??? Are they doing this just cause I'm a women??? Finally called the manager and left a message telling him my concern. Matt never went through the bill of sale with me, nor did I understand it as there were alot different numbers on the bill of sale that we had talked about. Well they were on it minutes later. Yup I got a call, wrote down my side of the story . Well over 2 weeks later still haven't heard from anyone. I'm done playing their games, what are they hiding from me??? I've never laughed so hard at a slimy dealership. They are asking $22k for a beat up, damaged, smelling like cigarettes with burns in the seats, wholesale truck worth $4k at best. They even are trying to sell it "as-is" saying it failed AMVIC inspection. What kind of shady dealer is this?

Awesome to deal with in the service department. Monica was my service advisor and she kept in touch as they tried to determine what was wrong with my truck. I had it in another dealer before that wasn't as "great" as their name claims. 4 times in there and replaced parts and problem never was fixed. First time into St Albert dodge with it and they went the extra mile to get the problem solved the first time. And they delivered as my truck is fixed!!! They did what the other guys couldn't do. So St Albert Dodge kicked Great West Chysler butt. Go here for the best.

Long review alert! (This is NOT AT ALL to bash Grand Cherokee’s as I ended up with a lemon, they are great vehicles I promise) I bought a 2019 Grand Cherokee (not from this location) but it’s given me trouble since the day I bought it. I ended up having my vehicle towed in on a Saturday after breaking down. They were closed for the day/weekend, but I received a call from Monica first thing Monday morning, just letting me know they had received the keys/vehicle and would be bringing it in to look at later that morning. Monica called me early Monday afternoon to tell me about all the problems that were going on, explained them easily and professionally. She said I wasn’t eligible for a rental through warranty, but she would fight to get me one anyway. I didn’t NEED one as I had another vehicle to drive, but the effort she put in to make me feel comfortable while my car was (once again) in for repairs, was OUTSTANDING. I previously had my vehicle in for issues with another Chrysler dealer, and they did not look for the root of the problem, they fixed what seemed like the problem instead of checking over the vehicle. St Albert Dodge took the time to check everything, even though it’s all covered by warranty. It ended up in the shop for just over a week, and Monica called me to let me know it was finished and I could get it whenever, even offering me a shuttle (not huge as I’m sure they do to everyone). Customer service here was amazing to say the least. I was cracking jokes to Monica about coming to pick it up, told her to keep it as long as she needs, because the longer they had it, the longer I DIDN’T. She laughed along with me making my ordeal much easier on my end. It had turned out that wiring had melted onto other components and the Jeep was a fire hazard (among a few other issues). I did not intend on buying Chrysler’s $50,000 bbq, but it’s what I ended up with. I am impressed with the service I received and will highly recommend anyone to them, and Monica. I did however notice some scratches on my hood, in which I will be calling them to discuss, but the service and efficiency I received makes it impossible to be upset. Hands down the most trustworthy car dealership service department!
