We went to Sinclair Auto for the first time this week, as West End Nissan gave us a quote to repair our throttle on a Nissan Titan Truck. They told us that it would need to be replaced, and that would cost us $1400, called Rob and he said to us that the part was probably frozen, would need to be cleaned and thawed. He was right. He saved us $1200, Sinclair Auto will always get our business from now on. And I will recommend this company to friends and family.

I’ve been to some car dealerships in my time, some are better then others but these guys are the best I’ve ever been to. I’ll be a customer for life. I even left a 50 dollar tip because their service was so cheep I felt like they were underselling themselves for their amazing service. Car was fixed and back to me within an hour. I’ve been ripped off before because I know nothing about cars and that’s pretty obvious. You can trust these people as they are very honest. Literally good vibes and nice people who know what they are doing in this place. For my car which I nick named curb stomper because I’m someone who has a bad habit of driving over curbs on the regular. This will be my go to for all of my curb stompers needs.

We called on Sinclair Auto repair to do a pre-purchase inspection of a car We were looking at to purchase in the area. Sinclair came to us as a recommendation of the seller, who was a very honest man. Sinclair’s tech did a very thorough inspection of the car, complete with pictures and a very good summary based on this inspection. As I live in the Vancouver area, Sinclair were my eyes on the car and a great deal of trust was put into them. They did not disappoint us! Based on the results of the inspection, we decided not to purchase the vehicle as there were several items that would not have allowed the car to pass our rigid B.C. auto inspection. To rectify the situation, it would have cost more money than we were comfortable with. I would utilize Sinclair again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone needing service for their vehicle, or, like us, to obtain an unbiased pre-purchase inspection - they could save you thousands of dollars! Thank you to the team at Sinclair. They were professional, thorough and their cost was better than reasonable.

I've been going here since 2016 or 2017. Rob is very professional and friendly so as his staff. They know what they're doing and they are very honest as well. (unlike other auto shops where they love to take your money). They get the job done and their charges are reasonable. I used to live on the South side and still drove 30-45mins to get my car service here. Now I move to st. Albert & it's a lot more convenient for me.

I really appreciate the excellent repairs Robert and crew made to our Nissan Sentra's exhaust system. The team welded a piece of stainless steel pipe onto the broken exhaust connection and clamped it back to where it needed to be, fixing it for a fraction of the cost the competition quoted. The competition wanted to replace large sections of the exhaust and simply didn't understand the notion of repairing it
