Had my BMW 528i 2000 serviced here . They did a great job. Told me what was all wrong with it . Gave them the go ahead . Not only was the service great from start to finish but my bill wasn't my pay cheque it was reasonable. Not like the last time, took it in for a simple oil change at Bavaria... BOOM!!! I was Breaking My Wallet! This was wrong that was blinking this was not working check engine light on you name it ... lit like a Christmas tree ... no better place . By far!

This is our second time using RCM. When we wanted to purchase a trailer, we thought RCM would be a good option since we had a great experience years ago when we purchased a truck. The purchasing process was quick and easy. However, we had some difficulties with receiving the trailer and then some issues after. We were left feeling bad about the experience, however when I reached out to Tony, the manager, two months later, he quickly agreed to handle everything that we requested. He impressed me with his fairness and understanding. Many told me to go in for a fight, but I don’t like doing things that way. Luckily, Tony seems to feel the same and did not try to argue with me or gaslight me. I am so pleased that I reached out and encourage anyone to do the same if they are having issues. They can’t make it right if they don’t know, and clearly this company wants to work with their customers. I only wish I had written to him sooner.

Never again. Communication is terrible. After I was approved and signed for my travel trailer, I was told I could get it in a day or 2. It took over a week. When I picked it up it was suppose to have been serviced it wasn’t, it was suppose to have a towing stabilizer hitch installed it wasn’t. I took it home and the tongue jack broke so I couldn’t even get it off my truck. I’m still waiting for the hitch and not getting any response. Wish I could give no stars. I see they responded to my review. They are blaming me the client, with lies I never was loaned a hitch. I was actually helped hitching the trailer. I gave tried getting in touch and never get a call back.

Wouldn't let me post without 1 star at least!!! Would not even rate this dealership one star!!! Please people, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! Bought a 2017 Ford F-150 with 17, 000 km in October of 2017. Took the truck into Ford in my hometown near the end of January 2018 for an oil change and some warranty work. They could NOT pull up the vehicle on their system and Ford Canada could NOT pull this vehicle up on their OASIS system. Called RCM Auto and told them what had happened, they told me to have Ford place their scanner on the truck's computer. CAME UP AS A STOLEN VEHICLE!!! The VIN plates on the dash and driver's door had been changed!!! RCM Auto wanted me to bring the truck back to Edmonton and they were going to TRADE it in on another truck, thus putting me into reverse equity!!! Funny, because by then, all I had really financed was a piece of paper. But, I had already called the RCMP and they came to my place and seized the truck. I reported RCM Auto to AMVIC, and all AMVIC did was get the bank to get RCM Auto to pay out the loan and the payments I had made on the truck. AMVIC also told me that I would be better off suing RCM Auto because, apparently, AMVIC decided that RCM Auto had been taken advantage of too!!! All RCM Auto would have had to do was call a Ford Dealership and give them the VIN# and ask the start and stop date of the Warranty on the truck and they would have found out what I had found out. I tried to get the down payment and the cost of the vehicle that I traded in on the Ford back, but they are saying that the bank paid the down payment out and that I had owed money on the trade in....which is BS!!! The vehicle I traded in was a 2007 Dodge Nitro!!! I didn't realize it would take a person over 10 years and still not have paid for a vehicle in full or that a person could BORROW a down payment from the bank!!!! (Please note sarcasm). These people obviously do not want to make things right with me. It's been over a year and still nothing has been done. Pretty poor customer service!!!! So, buyer beware people!!! So, thanks for nothing RCM Auto!!!

Very disappointed!!! I was dealing with Christina to begin with. I was thankful as she got me the best interest with my new car while trading in my Hyundai sonata. But along the process was lacking tons of communication. I would have understood if I was told that the car will not be delivered on a certain time. She made me felt that the car was in possession or will be in possession in a few days as what I was told and this is around January 13th. Tresea contacted me that she will be coordinating with the delivery. So I've been talking to Christina and Tresea as I'm looking for answers the whereabouts of the car as it has been a week already after the deal is done. The car is beautiful but when it was offered to me the mileage was 30, 946 and still no one can tell me when it's going to be delivered and has been 10 days after I took the deal. Finally, the car was delivered but it was Joe who I was dealing with this time. I had been passed on to 3 different people and when I got the car last January 30th, 2021, they racked up the mileage to 33, 425 which made me upset and part of the contract was to deliver it to me in full tank which was only less than half a tank. I loved the vehicle but the experience was terrible.

Worst place to buy a vehicle. Sold me a truck with a motor that was shot. Fought and argued with them for a month before they tried to fix it. They ended up putting so much $$ into it they pulled out of the deal. Terrible dealership

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from RCM Auto. Tony is a great guy to deal with very quick to respond to my texts and answers all questions asked. Matthew is a great guy to deal with also very helpful, even helped me transfer my belongings between vehicles. I would have given this review 5 stars but what I wasn't impressed with was how the vehicle interior was very dirty, I understand buying a used vehicle that it isn't going to be pristine condition but the seats were covered in hair and the dash and doors had dried in mud on it. Also the vehicle wasn't gas up only had half tank. When buying a used vehicle these little things just make the overall experience better.

I bought my first car from here my sales person was a family friend NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I feel I was gauged by the price and snowed on the tires but after only a little over a year the car is dead!!!! Not only did I get blown off by my friend but he didn't even want to talk to me Do Not go here At All EVER-----update they responded, advising I got the best deal possible.....on the finest piece of junk they had. FACT another person this guy sold a car too had to return it cos it would not restart either. I was also invited to call back and they now have time to talk to me.....problem is.....that is why you got the negative review....my "GUY" didn't want to talk....so regardless of what some others say about their purchase......Im interested in gathering more service stories like the couple that I have

Not a good company. Sold us a Mercedes drove home realized the front end is gone. Called Mercedes for a quote over $2500 to repair but they already knew the car and where we bought it from. Called RCM offered $800 for a vehicle that isn't road worthy!! Complaints issued at BBB and AMVIC. Stay away from this place all they care about is their commission. Not about people's safety!!

I don’t recommend places lightly but out of all the Motorsports dealers I’ve been too, this one is without a doubt the best one anyone should go too. Do yourself a big favour and just go here. The owners are in it for the right reasons, which is to make sure people have a good buying experience. Every other place I’ve been too I’ve walked away feeling scammed and manipulated.
