They have been doing okay for me. But twice now, I've had to personally follow up on the arrival of a part because a team member did not call me (I did leave contact information when the order was placed) It seems like they order parts and then place them somewhere and forget about it. Even though, I was told I would be called when it arrived. Yesterday I ordered a part that would take a few hours to procure from their warehouse at 2PM, and no call for the rest of the day. Keep in mind the store is open till 6. And now today, I had to call to confirm it is there and pick it up. Can this store actually make a system to call customers back? That would make things better.

A week before I went to NAPA st. Albert branch. From their July August flyer I ordered break and power steering oil.lady at the front desk ordered because they were out of order and asked me to come after 5 days. Today I went there. A guy on front desk didn't checked their system and told me that we don't have your items. I asked an other guy he checked and found break oil but power he said it was not ordered. I don't know to whom complain. Very bad customer service

I called a couple of times looking for a part and for the most part the customer service was on point. I reserved it online and was called the next day to pick it up. It was a whole different story when I went in to pick it up though. I told the older gentlemen I was there to pick up an online order and his response was quite rude. I kept trying to give him my information so he could find the parts and he kept interrupting me with “well what part are you here for” and “I need more information” without even telling me what he needed. I ended up getting quite irritated and had to raise my voice so he would stop interrupting me and asked him what information he needed to find the part. Surprise surprise, he just needed my name and what part it was - all information he was already provided. I would shop here again because Napa as a whole is great, but if I ever go back to this specific store I’ll be steering clear from this employee. At least try to smile.

This is the worst NAPA location I've had the displeasure of visiting. Not only does this location have almost no stock, every time I go to the counter I'm stuck being "helped" by the resident useless, grumpy old man, Gordon. I do not understand how this guy is still employed. He puts so much energy into NOT helping you and being rude and grumpy. If he put half that energy into actually being a decent person and helping customers...he'd be good at his job. Instead he's ALWAYS rude, distant, and unwilling to put in any effort. Everyone I know who goes to this location always comments on how awful this guy is...it's just unbelievable

Great friendly service, had the struts I needed in stock, and brought them in for us since they didn't have any in stock when we went in and only took an hour. Only complaint is they didn't have the rear windshield wiper I was looking for, but it is what it is.

Before visiting, I gave NAPA a call stating what I needed. (a bolt in a particular size), and they said they usually have it in stock. When I arrived, the employee was very little help and was more interested in answering the phone instead of helping me after waiting in line. She gave me a binder full of bolts to look through, and when I had questions, her unenthusiastic answers were of little help. The second time when I asked for help on matching this bolt, the employees seemed to be laughing and making fun of me behind the desk. In the end, they gave me some bolts that looked like the proper size to get me out of there (spoiler: they didn't fit anyway) instead of actually helping me. Very unpleased with my experience.

Ordered 2 shocks online, called to confirm the order was received the following day. Spent 15 minutes talking to the manager because the order was in fact not placed. Was informed it would take 2 to 3 days. This was fine as I was out of town for a week. Got back to town and called, the shocks had never been ordered? No one knows anything. Terrible customer service from the very beginning. This place is a waste of time.
