Probably not. But, are you going to get the best and cared for service? Absolutely! FAST, CHEAP, GOOD... you can only pick two.

5 stars to Paul and his shop! The facility is shining clean which is very uncommon. I had a small coding problem (AUX) with my Jetta and Paul fixed it for free as bonus to an oil change. Recommend!

Took my ML55 here because a yellow brake light was on. Paid for the inspection and suggested repairs. 2 and a half weeks later a red brake light comes on. Owner said it wasn't anything he did (without even offering to look at it) and I would have to pay for another brake inpection. Went to a place called Gate Ave and they came out to look at it and make sure it was safe. Fixed the problem in under 10 minutes without even bringing it in the shop.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I called asking to get an appointment and felt like I was playing 20 questions. Took me 5 minutes just to be told "we're booking into next week." It shouldn't be this hard to book an appointment, it really shouldn't. I imagine they are great at their job but I'll never find out because there are literally dozens of BMW mechanics in this city.

Excellent service. I bring both of my vehicles to Paul for service. Paul found the cause of an electronic problem in our van that the dealership wasn't able to figure out after 3 different visits. Would definitely recommend a visit.
