First time at City Ford for service, they did an excellent job, it was affordable, a bit on the slow side because they are swamped with many clients but a job well done by the advisor Jennifer and all the staff was polite and kind to my children and myself. One other thing I noticed was the shuttle services are a bit on the slower side of things as they are swamped and don't offer courtesy vehicles and because of Covid but if your a patient customer and kind they will take good care of you in all aspects. Mo Denny at City Ford was the man. He listened what I wanted, didn't try to upsale me once, and helped me get to work in the meantime while I was waiting for my truck to be fitted with what I wanted. I should also mention it was windy and snowing and the guy hung out with me out in the lot the whole time. He also hooked me up with something not included in the truck I failed to negotiate. Mo is my guy, even if I look for a Dodge next time.

I went to city ford in search for an explorer ST. I hate going to dealerships and wasting time when a deal may not go through but that wasn’t the case. I showed up and Kyle Needham had the explorer all ready to test drive and they even had me take it home for the night just to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. They told me what the final payments and interest would be and since I was trading in a vehicle to get lower payments it was still a little too much. The new car sales manager Ryan worked very hard all morning to try and get the numbers as low as they could go and they turned out to be lower than I even asked for. Definitely was a great experience buying my vehicle from them I would definitely recommend seeing Kyle and Ryan if you’re interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I was very hesitant to use City Ford. I have not had great experiences in the past and quite frankly their advertisements are cheap and not appealing. However, my wife went in and found a sales guys she was comfortable with and happy with. Suggested that I check him out. I met with Steve Manchuk and found a guy I could respect and work with. I wasn't going to buy a Ford. Not until I tried the new 2020 Ford Escape: Then I ended up with their Hybrid variant (Titanium AWD trim) and I'm LOVING IT!!! Yet I sure as heck wasn't going to buy a vehicle at City Ford: I live in Edmonton South West and they're wayyyyy at the opposite end of town! But I happened to pop in while test driving a bunch of other vehicles in the area, and met Danny Paulino. I really enjoyed his friendly personality and outgoing nature. Yet the reality is that, once you've settled on a car, you can pretty much buy it anywhere, from anybody. But my experience with Danny was different, in that he quickly earned my trust by not trying to close me on a car he didn't have in stock (the Hybrid variant) nor the right colour (Rapid Red): He instead encouraged me to go out there to test drive my dream car and, IF I felt I'd earned his trust, to come back to City Ford and give him a chance to compete for my business. I liked that a lot. And that was just the beginning: Danny went to bat for me and ended up getting me a great deal on the car, AND on my trade-in. He also found the specific car I wanted and went to great lengths to get it to his lot (even picked it up himself from Lacombe). But even better than all that, he kept me in the loop about what was going on during the search and procurement phase, and always replied to my many texts in a timely manner and with a specific game plan to address my needs. And then quickly followed through! Then at delivery time, Danny even got me some extra goodies as a thank you for sticking with him and City Ford when we encountered some hiccups in getting the car. Bottom line is this: We've all had "great" sales folks who seem so good up front, but then disappear once we've signed on the dotted line... Danny started "great" too, but then kept getting better and better: He's been the BEST, and I'd highly recommend anyone considering buying a car to start at City Ford and ask for Danny by name. Went to city ford to purchase an new f150 today. Robert F was awesome to deal with. He spent a couple hours to walk my wife and I through several new trucks on a previous visit, when I was there to get some service work done. I was referred to Ahmed Rayan and met him on a cold early February Saturday morning to start the car shopping process. Ahmed greeted me with a friendly smile, a hot coffee and welcoming attitude. He listened patiently as I told him what types of vehicles I might be interested in, and what features I would like. Ahmed spent the better part of this cold day -letting me test drive several vehicles, explaining small details and never once losing the patience, or friendliness he first met me with. More than anything Ahmed is a straight up straight shooter and is why I ultimately decided to make my purchase at City Ford. A big shout out also to Jennifer in the service dept for her kind down to earth way, and understanding nature.Likwise to Mike who called a day before my scheduled service appt for new tires to make sure the appt time still worked for me. Also thank you to Konrad tucked away in the back in Finance who diligently explained a variety of finance options while he let us view his family calendar. This weekend while waiting for my new tires to be installed, I was met again by Ahmed who made sure I got a warm coffee,and got to talk with Kelley about cars and hockey to pass the time while I waited. Then I had an ah-ha moment. This wasn't just another car dealership. This was a culture of warmth,no pressure sales, and really great, respectful and Friendly people! He was friendly, helpful, and did not try to use any pressure sales tactics. He was upfront, and easy to deal with. My car buying experience here was definitely better than any of the dealerships I have previously used. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Additional Review: After the purchase of my new vehicle I received a recall notice for the vehicle. The first time I brought the vehicle in to attempt to have the recall fixed, I was told hours after it was dropped off that they could not perform the recall as the replacement part they received had been damaged in transit. The second time I dropped the vehicle off to have the recall fixed I was told, once again, hours later, that they could not perform the repair as they were no longer able to find the part they needed to fix the vehicle. So now, I have had to rearrange my entire day on two separate occasions, to have an $80k vehicle that is not even a year old fixed, and yet, the fix is still not completed. I honestly don't know what to say about the service/parts department here, but they are making me seriously reconsider my purchase.

Save your time go elsewhere. We went in today, walked around some vehicles in the lot. Then went inside talk to a receptionist (who was very nice and polite.) Took some photos of the new bronco. Very nice vehicle. Then waited around for help. After sometime we left. As three salesmen were outside smoking. Another one was loudly swearing about something. So you could probably find a friendlier dealship anywhere else. Unfortunately experience. But just a heads up for everyone else.

City ford is one of the worst in terms of the management team especially sales I wasn't happy with the service that I recieved from this dealership when my car broke down. I can confidently say that I will NEVER go back nor refer anyone here. The manager Ryan is not welcoming at all. He is so rude he doesn't know a customer's worth in business. He has to stop acting all high and mighty and talking to customers in a condescending manner just cause what? We don't fit his St. Albert calibre of customers? He can do better in respecting your customers. I was treated very badly when I took my car in after it broke down. Its a one year old car under extended warranty that broke down at no fault of mine but he acted as if I had wrecked the car myself. Why is it so hard to get a loaner or rental at your finger tips? When you sell your cars you are so assuring and accomodating but the minute your assistance is required after the sale your language changes and you act outside of your customer service domains. Even after a sale, we are still customers and should not have to beg to be treated with dignity. And above all please follow covid protocols especially Ryan. Our health and yours as well should matter especially in these times. Thumbs up ???????? to Bobby from sales and Michelle from service who took time out to hear me out and help me find solution. I bought my used car here a few years ago. There were a several issues that that the salesman agreed would be fixed before the purchase, one of which was the “tire pressure fault” alert, which goes off every time I start my car. When I picked up my car, the salesman told me that this issue was due to the very high quality winter tires on the car, and the only way to fix it was to switch the tires to less expensive summer ones. I kept the winter tires. My mechanic later told me that the tires are not the problem at all. The actual problem is my tires don’t have pressure sensors in them at all! He advised me that this is a safety issue and should be fixed. Now that I’m selling the car it’s become an extra unwanted expense. The dealership refused to fix the problem.

I think it is fair to say we have all had previous experiences with a “Scamming Car/vehicle Salesperson”. I know I did and it caused me great distrust and a negative outlook of vehicle salesman. The common thought is a car salesmen’s objective is to get money out of your wallet. How headache provoking! However, my recent experience at City Ford in Edmonton, changed how I felt about vehicle salespeople. “Mo Denny”, changed this for me, my thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Mo provided me with incredible professional service, is very informative and answered all of my questions patiently (I say patiently because I had a lot of questions and most likely asked them a few times in different ways). He was extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between make and model options. Mo was proactive, and pressure free, he listened to what I wanted, tinted windows, and of course within my budget. Mo found a vehicle that worked for me in all aspects and changed my entire view of vehicle shopping. After I made a decision about the vehicle I would purchase, he stayed after hours, to assure I knew what the process was and understood the process. Every step of the process was great. I was in good hands with Mo, and the phenomenal sales, finance team and support team members. Mo at City Ford will have a lifetime of business from my family, friends and co-workers. Bit of a nightmare. Not even sure where to start. Not a dealer we will use going forward. Once we signed on the dotted line we had to do all the chasing up from then on. Without asking they took the car registration from our car to photocopy and forgot to put the original back. They did reimburse us for the cost of replacing this but we drove around for a week not knowing they had done this. When signing the financing documents without telling us the Bill of Sale on our trade in was signed off on. Did not know we had done this and was not discussed at all. They tried to upsell on extended warranty with no discussion at all as to the cost to us. When we signed off on it we thought this was part of the deal and it just was not really explained to us at all. We did get this removed the following day when we realized what they had added to our financing without ever stating it was optional to us and there was a cost involved. We put a deposit down on the vehicle and waited 10 days to pick it up as it was in transit. We had to keep on chasing them and never did get a proper estimate of when we could expect to get it, we had signed by then so they did not care. Turns out they also sold the vehicle to someone else and there was someone else's name on the sold sign when we picked up the vehicle. Overall, it was just a horrid experience. Nice vehicle but we will not ever be back other than to use up our credit. Get everything in writing folks but to be honest we will not do business here again.

Matt Halabi helped us get the truck we want at a great price. Found out a week later one tire completely worn out and leaking air and the other 3 tires worn out and need replaced. Service department called and said you need 4 new tires not knowing we just bought the truck. City Ford would replace only 2 tires. Also the valance under the front bumper was busted. They said they would fix for us if we bought the truck. They day after we bought the truck he said I ordered the Valance called my husband and asked if he could install it? My husband said no wasn't part of the deal. Then he called me and asked me if my husband could install it. I said he probably could but ask him. The salesman said "If he can't you may be without your truck for a couple of days" Update: City Ford has now agreed to replace all four tires on the truck. We are happy after a 2-3 days of fighting they decided to replace the tires. We go to pick up the truck and the Salesman tells us we upgraded your tires cause you will be towing a trailer at no charge. I look they are the exact same stock tires that every Ford F150 comes with and what was previously on the truck (thanks for the upgrade). Pick up the truck and now there is a 12 inch crack in the windshield that previously wasn't there. (remember the truck is only two weeks old to us) me "so is it a defect? " salesman "no must be a rock chip." me "Ok." salesman "Call me I will get you a windshield at cost" he says. One thing I would like to mention the service department was great and professional to deal with. The sales department made it hard to deal with. There biggest excuse is that other dealers wouldn't do this. We have dealt with a ot of other dealers and have never felt like this and also never paid this much for a vehicle before either which is worse.

We were looking for a quality used truck for towing our RV. We had considered many trucks and dealers, being our first truck and all, before eventually purchasing a Lariat from City Ford. Manny helped us out, showing us the various F-150 models they had in stock as well as trucks they had just taken in on trade, and he knew what their options and features were. Mo Denny! A sales agent at City Ford who quickly became a friend and life long contact/referral. Mo knew right away I was anxious about the big purchase of my eventual F-150 Lariat but never pressured me. When you are anxious you naturally become indecisive. That can be annoying for the agent (I assume) and that’s how I was to begin with, however, Mo was never bothered and never pressured me into a purchase. Mo accommodated my every need and I test drove multiple trucks he had to run and get keys for before circling back to the truck that was my eventual purchase. I couldn’t be more satisfied about new truck. Mo had it further detailed as requested. I got a premium warranty package for peace of mind at a great price and scored a great deal based off of the initial sticker number on the truck. In today’s current market for trucks I did my homework and despite the anxious feelings I know I walked away with a deal thanks to Mo and his team. Mo even had me spin the wheel and I left with an IPad to go with my full tank of gas. Shout out as well to the sales manager Ameen.I was introduced to Ameen through family and I can’t say enough good things about Ameen as well. Ameen is an honest man who from my first experience has the best of intentions for his salesmen and customers.

We went on a sale weekend. They had so many things for our kids. It was fabulous. They entertained my 9 year old son for 3 hours. There were 3 young adult guys there with "Event Staff" on their shirts. They played all the games that were set up, with my son. He spent hours with them and we never saw him the whole time we were there getting the new car all arranged, but kept checking on him. These boys can't be praised enough for this. It meant the world to us that our son was kept busy. They had a face painter there that was so patient with our 5 year old daughter. She went back to her to have her face painting changed 3 times. She added glitter and new colors and fangs and by the time it was done she had a very colourful and glittery skeleton face. As far as the salesman go, our salesman was Jay. He was excellent to deal with and truly a breath of fresh air from all the other dealerships we had been to in the last few weeks. He never said those annoying words "we don't have any room to move on this price. We aren't making any money on this car etc..." He just took our offer and made the deal happen without any nonsense. It was so great. So smooth and painless. We loved dealing with this place. Will go there again in a second and we will definitely ask for Jay again. He was excellent. I just loved how calm and settled Jay was. He was so confident and helpful and very patient with us as we scrambled to get everything arranged to take the car home that day.

Shout out to Marty Debroski for the great service and extra efforts getting us set up in our new (lightly used) 2017 Ford F-150 XLT work truck. We had some specific needs including wanting our own mechanic to inspect it before we committed to the purchase and Marty could not have been more accommodating. I recently purchased a Truck from Robert at City ford and they bring back the times when it was exciting to purchase a new vehicle. I was never pressured into making the purchase right away (even tho i did) Robert took the time and explained every detail on the truck while the sales manager... Jimmy did the trade in value on my current truck in a very timely matter. Numbers we brought over right away and once I got approval from the boss it was a done deal. They were very respectful for time and did not wait long to get into finance... once we had an approval they sent the truck in for a spray in box liner as promised and picked the truck up that evening.
