These guys saved the day /week/start of the year for me.. Was trying to head east in a snowstorm and my tires weren't making it thru the conditions, Revy was getting hammered with snow.. called them up at 8am and had new tires on by noon.. They recommended just doing the front tires because it was FWD and would obviously be half the price. Can't thank the crew here enough for going above and beyond

Needed a tire changed on our motorhome. Mitch was unable to get the spare out because of a locking nut. Couldn't replace the screw on the inside valve stem and specifically said "I've got 5 more minutes before I move onto the next job". Extremely rude and unwelcoming for the business. If the job couldn't be done in under 5 minutes it wouldn't have been because we were the problem.

Called in as I got an inside flat on my RV (dually). Booked for 1pm on a Saturday, but limped in early, and they had it done by 11am! Ended up buying four new tires, good deal and riding like a dream. Thanks to M and team for getting it done.

Fast, friendly service. We got a whole in our tire as we were just leaving Revelstoke. We just pulled into excel tire and they were able to switch out our tire within 20min and we were able to get back on the highway safely. Highly recommend!! These guys are unbelievable. My trailer tire blew in between Golden and Revy. I drove it 45 km’s and mangled the rim (it was my only option). The next morning I called this place and they got me in instantly and had me ready to go in under 15 min. I’m moving to Vernon and had my kids with me so to have them help me so quickly for such an affordable price is beyond awesome. I can’t express how thankful I am. And the crew was very nice.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Earlier this week we were stuck in Revelstoke when we found out we had a hole in one of our tires which just made a bad day way worse. We called these guys up and they sent out a truck to help us get our tire sorted out. They just so happened to have the exact right tire (we had low profile tires and there wasn't much hope to find a match) to replace the one that had the hole in it. We were already thinking that we needed to go out and buy a lottery ticket at this point, but when we got back to the shop to pay for everything the price was way lower than we had expected! They saved our bacon big time and we couldn't have made it home without their help. We are so grateful!

always nice to find a friendly and reasonably priced service center when travelling. We had a tire on our RV trailer go flat so needed help quick...the got at it right away and even had stock of that trailer tire as it needed to be replaced. In less than two hours we had a new tire ready to go...and at a great price!

They even had a used tire the right size as my sidewall had been damaged. Very affordable, incredible service, and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Incredible service! I have a broken leg and had a car on two flats at home. They came to my house, fixed my old tires to get it back to the shop, swapped my tires and even picked me up from work so I was able to get my van. Can't even express how thankful I am! Life on crutches is sometimes very demotivating especially in winter but they absolutely made my day and gave me a huge amount of freedom back. Love the tires and was more than stunned by the service. Thank you!!

Organized a price match over the phone - didn't honor it in store. Paid for suspension check (pre wheel alignment) came back "all good" with no paperwork. After wheel alignment and balance was told I have a suspension problem. You do the math.

They will lie to your face to make the sale - the associate I talked to sold me on load range D tires (including an explanation of how Ds are heavier than Cs), only to install Cs and claim after the fact they don't even carry Ds in that size. Unfortunately we'd been stuck in Revelstoke with a blown tire and a worn spare, so we didn't really have the choice but to keep them. I'll give them two stars only because the prices were alright and service was fast enough, but I'd never go back.
