Probably the best car rental company I've dealt with, which is saying a lot seeing I travel around a lot! Ian really helped us out and went above and beyond to make our experience renting a car while dealing with an insurance claim as stress free as possible. Will be recommending to everyone! Rented a sedan that at no extra cost was upgraded to an SUV. Fantastic service and super reasonable price no hidden costs or huge upfront hold on my credit card. It felt really nice to be trusted by a car hire place and not feel like I was a criminal about to steal and damage their property. Best experience I have yet had hiring cars of the many I have.

Excellent service and support. Was held up in traffic from Jasper going back to RS. Ian was very accomodating and waited for us till late evening for the return. Will recommend to anyone who wants to rent a car in RS. Car was new and in good condition. Pat was helpful and friendly and we loved to rent from them.

I was in a rock slide last year and had to rent a car to finish my BC holiday. The staff were so helpful the prices were competitive even though there was no competition around they gave me a great rate and shuttled myself and my kids back and forth to our hotel!! I am so impressed!! I love businesses run by people who care!

Aweeeeeeeeeeeeeesome! Our car broke down on a gravel offroad 2 hours away from this rental shop. We went in to rent a suv and they gave it to us for the same price as their sedan rental. Very impressed and 100% satisfied with their service and the suv that we rented. Also their shop is closed on weekends but the owner felt bad for us and drove to their shop just to help rent out the suv to us. WOW WOW WOW. JUST WOW. I RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE!
