Went in there to buy an OBD II tool to read the engine light code on my vehicle, they were selling the PT W2977 OBD II scanner for $106. That's more than double the price you can find on Amazon for $47. I understand the price could be a bit higher when you buy in person in store due to transportation etc. but holy smokes, more than double the price? Is that a joke?

Second time in a few weeks I've been in and had poor service, like dealing with a customer was some big hassle. After waiting 15 minutes to be served, you don't want to be brushed off in 10 seconds.

This is my favourite store. I like to stop on my way home to get stuff for the weekend. Lately it has been hard - it is so busy and there is only one person working - always the same girl. Went in this Friday about 15 minutes before they close and the store was packed - probably 5-6 people in line - phone was ringing. I walked around the store a few times but she was the only person working - so I left. I get that it is hard to find people to work - but it is frustrating.

STAFF SEEMS TO LACK EXPERTICE, WE CALLED ABOUT A PART REQUIRED AND THE INDIVIDUAL ANSWERED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO HELP US, THE ISSUE WAS THEY DIDNT ASK FOR ALL THE INFORMATION. WE CALLED THE NAPA STORE AND RECIEVED THE PART, WE WERE MADE TO FEEL LIKE WE WERE A BOTHER TO THE LADY WORKING THERE. TO SUCCEED BUSINESS NEEDS CUSTOMERS, MAYBE THIS BRANCH DOESNT REQUIRE CUSTOMERS, OR MAYBE THEY REQUIRE TRAINING, ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND HOW TO FIND PARTS.

Bought an inverter, told it was a good brand, stopped working the second time I used it. Wired it exactly like in the instructions, told that I likely overloaded it and voided warranty. Looked into the problem and its fairly common, most places just replace it. I try to support local but lordco makes it tough. Way overpriced and they don't back up their products.

Had ordered parts Sunday afternoon, parts were supposed to be in Tuesday morning. Came in Tuesday and the parts hadn't been ordered... we're from out of town and the vehicle was down this whole time. Ended up ordering the proper parts from the dealer two towns over to get it done as soon as possible. Was told by the guy helping us that stuff happens, was not impressed. Don't waste your time here

Broke down had to get new battery for 2014 custom softail with 113 cub. in. S&S motor. Very surprized they exact model number in stock. Got to Golden battery boiled over acid streaker whole right side of bike scaring my pipes foot pegs rear polished aluminum rim n so on had to boost every start got back to Lordco they she scoured the battery over n over again till she found a almost microscoptic blemish and refused to honour the warranty so to get back to Surrey forced to spend another $150 and stuck for three nights in Revelstuck. Lordco Revelstoke I'll walk to Salmon Arm before I go to you.

Counter staff did not have control of their store. One staff member didn’t even appear as if he cared . Clearly favoured locals who budged in line while customers who had been patiently standing there were kept waiting. Do not recommend this location. I have had excellent dealing with every other Lordco I’ve been too. This one was atrocious.
