After my vehicle spent more than a month at their place, filled with mouse urine and wreaking with smell when I got into my car, meaning, the window to my car had been left down. I called about it, left message, no return call, so called again, and owner got on phone and stated I told him my truck was impounded in his yard and Classic was responsible being, they had left the window down. Owner yelled at me, "I may of had a mouse in my car when they took it"! and hung up. Hardly did I have a mouse in my car beforehand, and ...I also had 3 dogs in my car...I would know if a mouse was in there. "Classic" tow truck owner rudeness and greed.

The folks here were super chill and communicated well about what was happening and when. Took a bit of time to see the fella who unlocked me, but that's because of the cell service in the area, nothing on Classic's part. Thanks again all!

Dave is amazing! He picked us up from the side of the highway, loaded our Subaru, and dropped us off at a hotel for the night, all without question! He gave my daughter a koala stuffy and was very interesting to talk to. Not what I’d expect from a tow truck driver. The timing was a little long to wait for help but that wasn’t his fault. Very good service and help. Thank you Dave!

We had 1 truck stuck in a back lane, in Revelstoke. We had called other towing companies for help but they refused the job, said it was not possible to free the truck. Classic Towing got the job done, and also drove a second truck out through the difficult to navigate back lane to safety. This company gets the job done, and in a timely fashion. Thank you

They provided fast and efficient service which was a relief to myself and two kids stranded at the side of the road in a broken down car! The lady on the phone was kind and helpful and called to let me know when they would have someone sent out and called again to let me know they were on their way. The driver was so helpful and really nice to myself and the kids.

Delivered my vehicle to me back with more than 2 feet of snow on it. I was paying impound fees.... $600 with under 5km tows for a week. Definitely dealt with much better impound / tow company's especially over the holidays

Classic Towing rescued us TWICE in two days, after our motor home with our two children and our St Bernard, broke down outside of Revelstoke. I called them in the morning to pull my half ton out that slid sideways in a ditch on a logging road 140kms north of revelstoke. They had me out in 5 minutes and was there in less tha 2 hours great job very much appreciated! Great job!

I picked up my sons vehicle today for him which was towed in by Classic towing. When I called in I spoke to a professional friendly lady. The cost of the towing seemed fair, no concern with that component. I questioned the storage charge and was informed that I was charged 20.00 per day instead of 30.00 per day. Fenced outdoor storage, which appeared to be an overgrown car graveyard. I shared that the going rate for heated indoor storage is 100.00 per month for a vehicle. No attempt was made to check with the supervisor she spoke of. I left feeling overall unhappy and unheard. Clearly towing is what you are good at. Thank you for your reply. I still feel unheard ! I was not requesting indoor storage. I was comparing the outrageous amount you charge for storage. Typical MONTHLY storage for outdoor is 25 to 40.00 for an average vehicle. Indoor storage is average 100.00 per month. From surveying other towing companies they shared that they have, a day rate. A week rate, and a monthly rate.. My son did not request inside storage. The point is, do the research, the rate you charged for storage is off the charts, Make adjustments, refund the overcharging, Stand tall and, Do the right thing.
