Stealership!!! If you are only diagnosing ur car ,make sure to let them know. Otherwise, they will try to repair ur car without ur permission and give u surprise bill. I brought my car only for diagnosis (109$ ). They give me (280$) bill and the car wasnt even fixed. And on top of that their hypocrisy is laughable... In that bill, they also charged me 70$ just to charge my battery!!!!! I mean really.....!!! All u had to do is to let the car run and the battery will charge itself.... Dont be fooled by these 5 star ratings...

I’ve been coming to Triple Seven Chrysler since I purchased my van brand new in 2017. Over the years I’ve got to know the service staff and they are always very friendly and helpful. Reed, Keith and James are all willing to answer your questions. Often I do my seasonal swap at a local tire shop. Last fall I had the service department at triple 7 do my seasonal swap the same time they did my synthetic oil change. The changeover was done very well and I was pleased that had no low tire pressure sensor warning’s all winter. In a typical winter I get the low tire pressure warning quite frequently as the temperature or barometric pressure changes. Thanks to the staff for their quality work and giving me peace of mind.

Last time we went here we got zero service, parts is knowledgeable but sales people are hard to find when you want them and too helpful when you want to browse. Also wanted to charge me $900 to fix something that was not even broken on my car, was a 5 minute fix that we did ourselves.

Dan, Nick, Greg can't thank you enough for getting what we exactly wanted. Waiting 4 months was completely worth it. Love the new Durango. Dan the English guy, undoubtedly the best person in Car sales business, no bs and no beating around the bush, gets you the deal you're looking for. The best Dodge dealership in Regina. Don't even think of going to the other one on Albert St, unless you want to be ridiculed.

Update regarding the below review: I have been contacted by the service management, he showed understanding to my issue, worked on solving it and offered me some compensation for the computer issue. I am raising the review by two stars "from 1 to 3". ________________________________________________________ I am giving a one star as there isn't a lesser one to give, the most awful and terrible customer experience I have ever had since I came to Regina. I went to this shop a year ago at the beginning of last summer for two problems, there was a check engine light on, and the AC was not cooling. 1-For the check engine, they firstly told me there isn't an issue and just rested the alarm "I paid 140$ for that", then the problem came again and I went back, they came up that the solenoid has failed and it should be replaced, which I did "and paid another 370$" for that, as soon as I took my car from their shop and in my way back the lamb went on again, so I called them and went there again, complaining about the repeated problem, this time they came up that I need to change the van's computer, which I rejected and kept the alarm there till now, as they have exhausted my budget a lot. 2- As for the AC, They informed me that there is a leakage, which needs to replace the A/C Gaskets, they did it and re-charged the AC "I paid about 500$ for that" as they gave me a 2 year warranty on the AC As the summer started this year, I tried to turn on the AC, I found that it is not working again, went back to them where they are saying it is a different issue than last year's fault and needs to pay another 890$ as the warranty I have will not cover! I was frustrated, and complained to Mr. James Bath, as I feel that they are not doing a complete diagnosis and root cause analysis to eliminate the problems, instead, they are changing parts on my expense in a trial fashion. It seems to me that the leakage cause was still there from beginning, it just takes the winter period to discharge the Freon gas. He was very rude to me, bad body language, not a friendly discussion at all, even he asked me not to come to Triple Seven Chrysler shop again if I wish, and find another place to fix my car, he added "every time you passes this door, and he pointed out to the cars door entrance, you will pay money", not only this; when I said it was my mistake that I didn't review the reviews here on the first time before coming as I thought I should be getting an excellent service from a Chrysler dealer, he said "I don't care about reviews" and added "You can find my name there". I took my car without fixing it, paid the charge for the inspection and decided to let you know that Triple Seven Chrysler doesn't care about us, that is why I m writing this review to save others from going there. I don't know if this is the company's customer policy or it is just Mr. James attitude, but in both cases it is not accepted at all, and I hope it is just him who doesn't know how to speak and deal with a customer.

We called 5 times and waited over an hour for a shuttle service that never showed up.. instead of continuously transferring us to a VoiceMail, they could've just advised us that nobody is there to provide the service..Nobody called us back.. We waited for nothing. Poor communication

This is the second half of the 2020 Hyundai Tucson with 17,000 km on it. After taking it to Regina Hyundai and getting charged $160 for them to tell me that I had to get the brake rotors redone for another $200 or $300 I didn't bother asking because I know it was going to be over the top. I then took it to the manager at 777 where I bought the car and he basically told me that he would not do anything and that I had missed my chance to get it fixed when I didn't bring it back within 30 days. What a joke another scam car dealership I guess Hyundai of Regina has a policy....get it out the door and then do anything you can to avoid supporting the product. Lesson learned don't buy a Hyundai don't buy from 777 or Regina Hyundai.

Let me start by saying I'm a recent convert from Ford to Dodge and a lot of it has to do with the service at Triple Seven Chrysler. I went in to see Rick and the dodge boys and right from the sales department to the financing, I was impressed with everyone I met. Im sure everyone at this place is great but the three guys I dealt with were Dave and John in sales and Ken in Finance. These guys took care of me from finding the perfect truck to making sure sure I got the best deal and trust me I did my shopping around. After not only comparing the truck to other dodge dealers in the province I also compared it to other trucks from any company and no one could offer close to the same deal Dave and John got for me. I was on a road trip travelling from BC to Manitoba when our vehicle started acting up...I started calling Dodge dealerships and picked Triple Seven because they were optimistic about getting us back on the road quickly. What a great team they have!!! They got our car in quickly during their lunch hour, gave us a ride to a restaurant so we could have lunch, and LOOKED AFTER OUR DOG WHILE WE ATE!!!!!! Seriously, James and Keith really looked after us. It took about 5 hours to get us back on the road, but they did and had zero issues for the remainder of the road trip. Cannot say enough good things!!! These guys understand customer service. :)

Took the chance and drove 4 hours to this dealership to pick up my dream vehicle. Luiza responded to my inquirey quickly and worked diligently to get me into the vehicle. I drove to regina thursday morning arriving around noon, and left the dealership by 330 with my new ride that was detailed, and a full tank of gas. The service was excellent and could have not imagined a smoother expierence when making such a big purchase, the enviorment was extremly welcoming from the moment i walked in. Would definitly make the drive over and over again if it meant having a postive expierence like this again. Highly recommend Luiza as she was very knowledable about the vehicle and demonstrated how everything worked. She made sure the vehicle was up to par upon pickup and had everything the jeep should have came with. Very happy with the service i recieved from the sales person, to the fincial advisor.

My Jeep is 3.5 years old , bought 'er inAlberta . This vehicle is so tough , winter or otherwise. Now there was an engine lite issue , called 777 . Brought it next morning , done by noon! Also caught a mirror heat wiring recall as well. Great job.

The first time I ever came into Triple Seven was in June. I wasn't looking to purchase anything for at least a few months. My boyfriend and I were approached by Russ Hermann and he was by far the best salesman that we have ever come across. He was very honest with us and explained that he didn't know much about Jeeps, which is what we were interested in, but always found the answers to our questions. We test drove many vehicles with Russ and we never felt rushed to make a decision or that we were being pushed into picking a vehicle that was out of our price range. He even turned me into a bit of a Ram fan, which I definitely was not before! We ended up falling in love with the 2015 Jeep Cherokee and wanted to come back in a few months to test drive it again. Russ encouraged us to go and test drive other vehicles as well and explained that he would love to sell us a vehicle but in the end just wanted us to find a vehicle that suited us, regardless of the make. I did test drive many other vehicles and met many other sales associates but none compared to my experience at Triple Seven. Russ was a major part in us coming back to the dealership and an even bigger reason why I am a 2015 Jeep Cherokee owner today! Thank you so much, Russ, for being awesome! Also, Thank you, Martin Kaytor. You guys were fantastic and we will definitely be back when it comes time to trade in our truck.

Update on my review: Now that the service manager has been updated on my mishaps at 777, the service has been great! I am told exactly how it is with my vehicle. Laura and Steven, have gone the extra mile and made sure that I have transportation and am updated! Everyone makes mistakes but it's how we follow through on those mistakes that makes a difference. I can now rest easy knowing exactly what is happening and how long it may take. Great job!

This place is a scam. I had some warranty work done a year ago. The same problem happened again recently and when i went back it wasn't covered under warranty and no record of the warranty work ever being done. He said he gave me 20 or 30 dollars off. How could he not know exactly how much? Also said I needed $600 worth of work or it "may" void my warranty. If you want to be overcharged and lied to go here but I never will.

I am just wondering poor servicing still exists!! Its the second time i felt customer service is simply poor at Triple seven. I can point out whats wrong. 1, Soon i entered in the service area for my first servicing, nobody was there to guide and i had a long wait to find someone. 2, l got car delivered after servicing and i took her home but I figured out that the oil change information wasn't reset on my car by them. i had to come back again to the triple seven to find some body and reset it. 3, The 'next service' sticker on the windshield is still the same and i dont know when is my next service. 4, I was told that i will get a quick exterior wash and i didn't get it !!!! 5, I have had bad experience on the very first day i bought the car. i reported it during the survey, but nobody responded to it, nothing has changed!! I neither recomment triple seven to others nor would try to come back once more for servicing!!!!

Terrible dealership. Worst experience I had on my vehicle shopping experience. Dealt with Jane from the get go. Had found a jeep online that I like and wanted to check out. She ran multiple credit checks without my approval, offered me 1/3 of my vehicle value for a trade in, and refused to come down from the online list price at all on the jeep I was looking at. She repeatedly lied to me about the MSRP of the jeep. When I called her out on it she sent me the window sticker proving I was right. Even after this she refused to negotiate on the price of the jeep or on my trade in value. Avoid at all costs.

I don't mind Triple 7, their staff is friendly and knowledgable, I like Dodge in general, and the work done on my vehicle is ok. Where they really lose marks is in speed - it takes forever for them to call back once you've dropped off your vehicle. I dropped my van off in the morning like 9-930am, they didn't call me, I had to return and bother the front desk girl to find my extended warranty when she said she'd call me at 1pm with the information. She didn't call, I returned at 130pm and stood at her desk and asked about it, "oh yeah" she said, and left to finally find it. Found my warranty information and told me I'd have to wait longer to find out whether the repair work would be covered because she needed to wait for the mechanic's quote before calling my insurance. It's now 430pm and I am STILL waiting. Definitely not fast at all. And that's before approving any type of repairs. If you want speedy service, don't come to Triple 7 Chrysler.

I have just bought my new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at Triple Seven Chrysler and my experience with this dealership is excellent. Much better than I had with the other Jeep dealership in Regina. Odai was an amazing salesman. Since our first meeting he has been open and listening to me and he understood my needs. I wanted to get a manual transmission and right away he proposed me a drive test with one of the wrangler available. As I was not interested in a vehicle on stock but by a factory order, Odai was not pushy at all and even if he tried to get me a very good deal, he understood my request and help me out to find the right Jeep. He was very diligent to ensure that I will get what I wanted to get. During all the ordering process he was available to answer my questions, gave me the statut update of my new car when asked and informed me as soon as it arrived. He took a good care of my new Jeep ensuring that it was ready on time and he help me out to get my new registration. By far, my experience with Odai is the best I have had with a car salesman since I arrived in Canada. I highly recommend Triple Seven and particularly Odai as a salesman and definitely I will buy my next car with him.

Triple Seven Chrysler gave me the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I recently had some problems with my SUV, and was 100% completely looked after. The staff was extremely attentive, and kept in touch with me about the status of my vehicle through texts, emails, and calls. I found it extremely helpful. They also took the time to thoroughly explain the measures they would be taking to work on my vehicle. Furthermore, I was given a fantastic loaner car while mine was in the shop, and they thoroughly went through all of the features of the new vehicle. Rick Riffel and his staff gave me a great experience. My car came back in great condition, having fixed everything and they cleaned the interior and exterior to boot! Very impressed. Will definitely be back.

DO NOT BUY FROM CHRYSLER. Update: Compounding the warranty disappointments. We were charged to service the automatic start/stop system. The excuse as to why the labor to repair the system was not under warranty was a battery needed to be charged and there were no defective parts. In the first year of our warranty nothing has been covered. What a mistake to buy a Chrysler. One month after purchasing a new Chrysler Pacifica, a tab on the Cover-Latch Release for the floor board broke. We can not stow away the seats as a result. We were told, it would not be covered under warranty since it is broken and not considered a defective part. This is very disappointing for a brand new vehicle, deceitful, and not the warranty experience I have had with other manufactures.

As travelers on our way to Banff last week Friday, Regina was a little bit under the half way point for us. We stopped in Qu'Appelle for a coffee at 7:00 a.m. One of us in the truck noticed a fluid leaking from under the engine of our 2018 2500 Cummins. Having just had the truck serviced at a different dealer I had my suspicions of a sub-par fuel filter replacement. We rolled in to Triple Seven Chrysler at 7:25. 25 minutes after the leak was noticed. I had directions to get to Crestview Chrysler but stumbled upon Triple Seven. And am I ever glad we ended up there. Reid welcomed me in to the store and asked that I pull the truck in to the drive-thru bay. James was there to greet me. After I told James the story of what was going on, he assured me they would get us back on the road as soon as possible. And he did not disappoint. He showed us to the waiting area, offered us coffee, and invited us to use the restrooms. After 20 minutes he updated us on the status of the truck. There was an oil change scheduled ahead of us and it was done in record time it seems. He confirmed my suspicions of a job not so well done by the previous shop. The fuel filter cap o-ring was pinched and fuel was leaking like a banshee! This is the best part - It was time to settle up for the work that was done. New fuel filter, and o-ring. I didn't know what to expect. $300? $400? They got us in so quick, and the opportunity was there for them to take full advantage of desperate travelers rolling through. They had us out of there and back on the road in under 2 hours with a bill that amounted to less than $200. I could NOT have been more pleased! In conclusion, James Bath and the gentleman who did the work on our truck have absolutely raised the bar in my mind of what good and proper service looks like. I fully recommend Triple Seven Chrysler service. To James: It seems to me that you've found a job worth making a career out of. I was a Service Advisor at a Ford store for 5 1/2 years and took major pride in that job. But I don't know if I could've provided the same service that you gave to us. Job well done!

I set up an appointment to test drive the chrysler pacifica hybrid, I specifically requested that it be fully charged so I can see what the vehicle is like in all electric mode. I even told the sales representative about how crestview chrysler didn't charge theirs before I test drove it, so I never got to see it in all electric mode. In crestview's defence the vehicle was fresh off the truck and it was brand new to the dealership. So after the 777 chrysler sales rep shows up 45 min late for our appointment, the vehicle wasn't ready, and it wasn't charged. So second test drive of this thing and I still don't know what it's like in all electric mode. Follow up to this 2 weeks later I scheduled some repairs on my vehicle and scheduled another test drive of the pacifica hybrid, only to find out the morning of that it still doesn't have a charge. Apparently the dealership doesn't have their 220v charger installed yet. So I inform them that it can also plug into a regular outlet. The response was that they don't have a spot with a regular outlet where they could park it to charge it. Do you want to sell this vehicle or not.... Clearly not. Also for my rant of today, I took my vehicle in to get a rear wiper fixed along with the sun roof. They advised me when I booked that it wasn't to actually fix it just to have a quick look to see what parts would be needed and to be able to price it out. What they failed to tell me was that it was going to cost me 140 an hour and a minimum 1 hour charge for each item. Sure tell me this after you've looked at it. So I decide to proceed with just the rear wiper as the repair for the sunroof was ridiculously crazy and they wanted to replace the whole thing. Well they give me the quote and I advise to proceed but then ask the question does the motor come with the housing, the service Rep wasn't sure and I said if you are only ordering a motor I don't think you have everything to fix the problem, so I go to the parts department and ask to see the expanded diagram of the components. I determine that they are missing a piece. A piece that visibly has a 1 inch crack right through it. I ask what am I paying 140 to assess this for if they don't even order all the needed parts when it's clearly visible. Their only defence was that a mechanic isn't a parts guy and doesn't know what pieces come on the part/assembly ordered. To me that's the whole point of why you get charged the 140 is so that they figure that out. If they can't figure that out then I said I don't want to pay the 140. I said I'd still pay for the parts and the labour to install it. The service Rep suggested I take my business elsewhere, and that's just what I'll do. I get it dealerships need to charge diagnostic time, but with that charge comes the responsibility to do the job correctly. Not figuring out that you need a part that has a visible 1 inch crack, then sorry I'm not paying for that level of incompetence. In the end I'm not charged for a poorly performed diagnosis, so thanks 777 for that at least, I really did want to give you my business both for service and a second vehicle for our family. You've got great product on the show room floor, an awesome courtesy driver, friendly reception, knowledgeable parts staff but a bunch of missing pieces to ruin the overall experience and customer relationship.

A review in length. If you need a new vehicle, read this because it tells it how it is. The guys at Triple Seven Chrysler are amazing to deal with. I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger from them and it was perhaps the best buying experience I've ever had anywhere. I am from the Yukon and have driven down to spend some time with family and friends. After checking the dealerships in Alberta (who were completely unhelpful and unwilling to do constructive business), I decided to check what Regina had to offer. Enter John Ikweiri, Aleksei Molchanov and Martin Kaytor. Aleksei and John from sales, were possibly the most pleasant sales people I've ever dealt with. Being my first time with buying a new vehicle, they had immediately done more for me in the first 2 minutes than the 2 days I spent dealing with an Edmonton dealer. They matched my pricing that the Alberta dealer had provided me, got me preferred pricing, and informed me of the 48 hour deal for $1000 cash back for signing that weekend. This was within those first few moments and I was blown away by that level of service. This was more car and, amazingly, the same colour I wanted and yet they got me a deal way better than the Alberta dealer. I was deferred to Martin for financing and this guy is possibly the best man for the job. I was approved for 3.49% in Alberta after the dealer "fought hard" with the banks to get me that. Within about 30 minutes, Martin had the approval ready. He then proceeded to explain each warranty to me and when suggesting other warranties and fees, he had shown me numbers and thoroughly discussed what each would do for me. If you are looking for a new vehicle, take the time to visit Triple Seven Chrysler in Regina. These guys make buying a new vehicle an enjoyable experience and actually work hard to make sure your business is appreciated and well received. I can't say how the service might of been because I took my 2017 diesel and left before it could get done. First, the staff were abrupt and unprofessional - red flag #1 Second - service kid jumps in my truck and starts it without letting the diesel warm light to come off - red flag #2 Third - the person handling the intake, didn't know what kind of oil that my truck should have and asked me. As well as a complete unprofessional manner and attire had me leaving the dealership - red flag #3 Fourth - I had specifically booked the appt in advance, for first thing in the morning, as I'm not from town and driving across the country. Yet he wanted the truck all day when I had already said I had no where to go while service was being done - red flag #4 I had concerns about this dealership as they are part of a specific auto group that is despised where I live but I thought I would take a chance. Bad idea!!! What a frustrating waste of time!

Not impressed. Bought a used SUV from Daniel Bonin After a couple of weeks I thought it was pulling to the left. I contacted Daniel. He got the car in right away and had an alignment performed. The car was still in the warranty stage. A week or two after the warranty was up I took it to Kal tire for tires. Was informed at this time that it required a wheel alignment and the replacement of a lateral link and control arm. That the vehicle would not hold alignment in its current state. Triple Seven had to know this when they performed the alignment for me cost was a touch over $300.00. Buyer beware of use car salesmen trust is not recommended. Update: Emailed Daniel with my concerns been several weeks. No response. Customer service ends when the cheque clears the bank.

We knew with the holidays around the corner it would be challenging, and we might need to spend Christmas in Regina. The awesome team at Triple Seven went above and beyond, not only did they fix our initial issue with the fuel pump they fixed an airbag injector recall, and watch our dog as we got shuttled to a recommended restaurant for lunch while they finished the repair. They downright refused to tell me what they had done with my vehicle after they had failed to properly notify me. This is when I met Rick Riffel and John Ikweiri at the Sales department. From the time when I met these two gentleman, the buying experience was amazing! They made me feel like I was important and answered every concern of mine in detail! I got my brand new 2018 wrangler on July 2019. To get finance approved, I had to accept a higher interest rate and an extra insurance. But that's all good, I already planned to surprise my best friends with my new car. However, the first thing I found is that air conditioner requires a part replacement. Replacement didn't take long time, and AC runs good all winter. But now, my sun visor on driver's side found broken on Jan 2019 after used for only handful of times (when my car was 6 months old with 6000km). So, I came back from my vacation on Feb, asked Triple Seven about my situation. They told me that I'm responsible for this repair, it won't be covered by my warranty, but they will email headquarters about it. Since it's a new car. Yet I have called service department twice to ask about the feedbacks, still no one would explain how they want to deal with my case. I don't know why a broken sun visor in a new car is not covered. It's just quite disappointed not just the car quality, but also the response.

If I could rate my experience at Triple Seven any less than 1 star, I would. Back in March I went to Triple Seven with the intentions of purchasing a Jeep Wrangler that same day. I was told to go there and see Oscar because I was told by many people that he had exceptional customer service. When I got there, I met with Oscar and told him exactly what I was looking for. I outlined my budget as I was purchasing my very first vehicle as a third-year university student. Oscar originally found me a vehicle and worked out the payments based on a prime interest rate, which I qualified for. Oscar, the general used sales manager, then got the finance manager to phone me to discuss our ‘deal’. I found out the next day when I was going in to sign the papers and to purchase the Jeep, that they wanted 10K on top of my 13k trade (which was not discussed prior with Oscar). What was even more shocking about my conversation with the finance manager, was that he did not have a clue how Oscar got these numbers. In the end I ended up driving 300km to the competitor, to get my Jeep which I am driving now and I absolutely love. The only thing that it doesn't have, is a matching-colored hardtop. Fast forward to today, I called Dilawri to see if I could give their business another chance. I called to see if they had any white coloured hardtops on any used Jeep Wranglers that they would trade for mine with cash on top. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Oscar again. When I talked to Oscar and he realized who I was, his response to me was "If you are thinking that I would want to trade hardtops with 'you' then I am not interested", to which I asked if he was or wasn't as I could not believe what I just heard, he replied with "I do not know why I would want to do business with you". So does Triple Seven want my money or should I just drive another 300km to go get a hardtop? Moving forward I am not sure how somebody in that position of power does business like this. I am just wondering if I should even bother calling the Dilawri group when myself, family or friends are looking for vehicles in the future.

It was worst experience of my life to buy a vehicle from Triple seven Chrysler. They way they treat before you buy a vehicle and after you bought a vehicle is totally different. I went there to buy a jeep, they price they negotiated at was different than msrp mentioned on the brochure ( which i saw a day after buying). I am hit by $5000 on the deal, they traded in my car for way lesser price as they said they would. They said they would show $5000 dollars lesser in the paper work for my car trade in value and will give me discount on the msrp of the same amount, and i agreed as it looked ok. However when i came home and checked the brochure sitting in my car and compared it with price i negotiated at, was totally different. I was so shocked. I went back for explanation, they did not give me any explanation, rather started making excuses. I said ok, if you can not do anything just take the car back. They even refused to that. They had return policy of 300 kms or 7 days. But they said no they can not do anything. i just drove my vehicle around 100 kms and just 3 days has passed. I am so upset know not do what to do now. I will never recommend them to anyone. And will keep everyone away from them for my whole life. So disappointed Even talked to General Manager. No one is helping

This is the first Chrysler vehicle I have owned and the dealership experience at Triple 7 leaves a lot to be desired. I had previously brought in my 2015 Dodge Journey in (November 2016) for the 50,000 km service which cost around $462. When I picked up the car, I was quite surprised that washing and cleaning is not included in the service! I have had my other cars serviced at Capital Ford, Auto Gallery and MB Regina and even though I had not requested this, they were all cleaned and washed prior to my picking it up. so much so that I assumed it was standard procedure. Although I did not mention this to the Service department, I was overall satisfied with the mechanical work performed and the pleasantness of the service rep (Matt, I think) With respect to the warranty service on January 4th, I was contacted by the service department , had a very pleasant interaction and at 1:45 pm they called to say the vehicle was complete. I informed the individual that I work out of town and will be there to pick up the car after hours, so please leave the keys in it in the parking lot. I arrived at around 7:00 pm and could not find my car. I went inside spoke to an individual Amit Hossen, who immediately tried to help, he called another employee and they both went in search of my car. I was offered to have the car delivered to my home address today whenever it was found, however, due to the nature of my work, that was not possible. They then enlisted the help of a 3rd individual and continued searching for my car. I was told it was not in the immediate vicinity and they will drive around to the other lots to find it. Amit was quite apologetic and started putting things in place for a loaner vehicle to be provided to me for having faced this inconvenience. It was at this time that the 3rd person showed up with my car. The experience is quite unpleasant especially when it was -20 deg C outside, after finishing a 10 hour shift and a 2 hour drive from work to the dealership. Mr. Hossen's demeanor and assertiveness in getting me a loaner car as well as his team's eagerness to assist and find my car was the only good thing about this whole experience. I appreciate their help and high level of customer service in this unfortunate event.

My Truck broke down on a Monday evening and was towed to triple seven, tues. morning I was in contact with the assistant service manager who assured me that someone would look at my truck. it took them 8 days to figure out why my truck would not start, very poor communication, my truck sat in the parking lot for 7 days until they actually put it in the shop! they never answer the phone always had to leave a messege and hope for a call back. I'm from Manitoba and was starting my vacation when this happened, I was stuck with a 32ft. trailer that the rental could not move. I talked to the Manager Richard Riffel on day 7, he assured me something would be done and when it was done he shook my hand saying "my technician went to bat for you and we didn't have to warranty that for you". they can't pick and chose what's warrantied, and might I add 8 days to figure out it was the starter! also to boot they lost one of my tow mirrors, it's been 2 weeks and still no replacement and they won't answer my phone calls or emails! I talked to several people from Regina and all told me they would never take their vehicles to triple seven.

I would like to start by saying the process to buy a vehicle from 777 was great and went pretty smoothly. It all started when we returned to have our window visors and tonneau cover put on . I was told it would only take a few hours, so my wife drove the 2 1/2 hrs to the dealership to have it installed. My wife waited all day with two kids until closing and they didn't even install the window visors . They didn't have a reason as to why she had to wait all day, and the service manager was very rude when she asked why it wasn't installed. So of course it had to be brought back another day . (Again we live 2 1/2 hrs away) . Second time I took the truck in to get the nitro topped up in the tires . I was told it would be about 20 mins. 2 1/2 hrs later they finally got done. Third time we took the truck there to have the back window fixed that had the frame cracked . This time we were told there would be a car for us ... They didn't even have one and had to wait for them to ! find one. We came back the next day only to find they left our back door open all night .. we had chips taken out of the paint by the window and a huge scratch on the side of the truck . Our seats in the back of the truck also couldn't be placed into storage position because they would make this loud clunking nose ... Like something wasnt attached properly. To top it off we also had a large cut in our door on the inside . I would not recommend 777 for any vehicle care . We will never take out truck back and will always tell people to go elsewhere because they don't seem to have any customer service. Their service manager is also extremely rude and not pleasant to deal with.

I was waiting patiently (??) for an 3500 ProMaster Extended to come on the market and I had no idea there was one just down the highway, so I felt like it was meant to be when a Regina dealership turned up in my Winnipeg CarGurus.ca search, with a radius of 250 km. (Regina is about 600 kms away!) The price was excellent, as it was slightly used within the Dilawri dealership network. This purchase was made during COVID-19 times, so it was not as easy as going down the highway to test it out. I had my friend L. take the test drive and he and his mechanic friend were pleased. My $500 down as a refundable first refusal deposit was an excellent idea as these vans don’t last long, especially at discounted prices. Russ was able to email me immediately about my interest and was helpful in having my buddy set up the test drive the next day. After the van checked out well in the test drive, it was a matter of a few days back and forth with our financial institution. Russ was patient and easy to deal with in the process. While we did deal with Laura in Triple Seven’s financing department, and she was pleasant to deal with as well, we ultimately made a “cash” purchase. This dealership gave ZERO pressure. None. There were several texts and phone calls to help resolve issues like the front license place holder (Manitoba needs them, Saskatchewan does not), getting approval of a Saskatchewan Light Vehicle Safety certificate in Manitoba without the hardcopy partially because of the distance and partially because of pandemic safety measures, and having the vehicle insured in Manitoba before delivery in case stupid deer jumped in front of it between Regina and Winnipeg. I highly recommend Russ Hermann when dealing online, and thanks to Laura in Finance, Oscar the manager that threw in the Safety and delivery, and Ron, the delivery driver who ended our short conversation with a friendly, “Enjoy your new truck.” I will, and I take Russ as sincere that as questions come up, I will be in touch. Stay safe everyone!!

My sales experience was very good but the service side is something to be desired. My truck has been in 8 times for the same 2 problems. One was a seat cover not so much the dealerships fault more the manufacturing of the cover .but when I told them of the problem in the seat the first time they worked on the headrest instead???? And I was told it was fixed . The other problem is a rattle in the dash . I told them the rattle is in the right hand corner of the dash so instead they took the kick panel apart ???? And told me some relays were rattling in there. Not so . So then I pinpointed the rattle to the upper vent 7 times later still not fixed truck sat outside all week nobody even looked at it . The way the service department is run is atrocious even people that work there complain about it. I would never buy another vehicle from triple 7 because of this experience or recommend it to anyone

Shuttle service did not arrive untill 1030 (which i was not impressed with) so I decided to wait the 10 mins for my car to complete. Wish i had taken the shuttle though because i later found out they had not even started working on my oil change. My car was not brought in until 11:40. What was the point of an appointment?

UPDATE: I am seeing your response, but to date I have not been contacted by anyone in your dealership. I am not sure who reached out to whom as I was quietly refunded my deposit with no word from anyone at all. There has been not one word from anyone since I was in there and speaking with your managers. I was never contacted after that and have not heard one word since. You say that you try to "make things right" and "improve", but that is a lie. The dealership does not like to be called out on terrible service. I was told to take my business elsewhere if I didn't like it, so I doubt they are trying to win me back. I have been struggling with how to write this review for quite a while now. Here is the Coles Notes version. I bought my very first new vehicle from Triple 7 in Regina in 2014. Since that day, I have regretted every minute of it. I bought a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan 30th Anniversary Edition. From my purchase day, I have had issues. I chalk it up to a lemon, but they do not acknowledge those actually exist. I had previous issues with the service dept and they continued through this purchase. The service from the sales department and managers though is terrible. The "managers" at the the time were rude, dismissal, and unwilling to help. I even had one of them tell me I was a liar and to shut my mouth. They treated me like I knew nothing and was not worth their time. I was accused of lying, being unreasonable and told there was nothing they could do. My vehicle went into the shop more than any other used vehicle I ever had. Still would not acknowledge it was a lemon. Have had the same treatment from all the managers and even the “higher ups” who told me to take my business elsewhere if I didn’t like it. They sold accessories I had bought and came to pick up out from under me, not once, but twice. Had me come in on numerous occasions only to be turned away and asked to come back again. Last straw was when they told me they wanted to make it up to me and looked at trading in my van. Sorted out a deal, went to close it and they told me it was sold. Went on the website, still there. Told me it takes a week or so sometimes for it to be removed. Still there two weeks later. Had a picture of what they said I could get the new van for and my trade in. Went online and reserved the van that they said was sold. It wasn’t. Got a text from the online guy and I asked if it was the same van they told me was sold. Confirmed it was and they were not sure why I was told it had sold since it hadn’t left the lot. Went in to speak to the general manager I believe and I was mad. He ended up telling me that they would never have made that deal, even though I had the proof. Stood behind the lies of the dealership and then told me they would not honor the quote I had. Told me to go buy somewhere else. I was so angry that I left. They said someone would contact me if they didn’t hear from me in a day or so. The quietly refunded me the online deposit without saying a word and I have not heard from them since. They only reason I will go back is because I have to for my warranty. I will not send anybody to this dealership ever. And they will never get business from me or my family ever again. Avoid them at all costs. Only giving 1 star because you can't give a zero

Very uncomfortable waiting area .. they offer shuttle service but that takes for ever. Last 2 times I waited over an hour for the shuttle and no place where you can sit and atleast use your laptop to work .

Back in august i came here to go through the process of getting my first vehicle, Russ was the individual who helped me, Of course he was extremely kind throughout the entire process and i loved the vehicle! Although there was damage to the front end i was promised it would be fixed if i was going to purchase the vehicle and I was happy to do so! Russ made sure it was everything I was looking for! So stupidly i believed him, He told me a date l when i reached out to him (multiple times) to reschedule for my vehicle to be looked at i got absolutely zero response. I called the dealership as well and never received a call back despite leaving voicemails. i now have to go through the process of paying for damage on a vehicle that was not my doing and if i had known from the beginning i’d be forking out the money for this frankly i wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle.

Hubby brought in his truck because there was something wrong with the heater. First was told it was a 6 hr job, then it went to 8-10 hr job. Wasn't done when we were told it would be, when we did finally get the truck there were things not working on it that worked when we brought it in. Items were unhooked then not hooked back up. Worst service ever and I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. Sent an email to the service manager Neale Hardwick with our concerns and of course didn't not hear anything back from him even tho he sent us a letter in the mail saying if we had issues to please contact him, what a joke!

Today there was an appointment for the service of my brand new dodge journey.I went to one of the service advisors.I told them that I m getting something annoying noise coming through steering.He told me that it's usual noise in all car.I told him to show in other new dodge,I didn't get same noise in that new dodge as mine.He told me that its your brain issue and started arguing with me.He called another advisor and both of them started bugging and laughing with each other in front of me and other customers against me.He told me that if technician will find any issue you will be charged for that even though I have brand new dodge. I went to service manager and she called expert tech and both of them realized about my issue. All I want to say is I won't recommend anybody in town to deal with triple seven service.

Do not recommend anything out of this place as they will find any way to screw you. 50,000 km on truck and hidden items not under warranty as well not in service manual. Had my Jeep in for for leaking front seals. After 6 hours they inform me that they just did one side, the other side was just wet and did not warrant replacement. After putting it back on the hoist and showing them the obvious leak it was still dismissed. One week later I have oil dripping on my floor with spray all over the fenders. Why must they take short cuts? The other seal would have taken and extra 5 minutes on a already four hour process. Pros: The shuttle driver was nice.

Update: On July 15 the general manager of Triple Seven gave me a call. He apologized on behalf of the dealership and offered to replace my windshield free of charge as well as doing my next oil change. He asked me to take down this review. I told him that I wouldn’t, but that I would add an amendment. While it’s great that they are going to replace the windshield, they still cut me out of the communication loop on my own vehicle and attempted to take advantage of me. Their service manager then lied when called on it. I have had a couple of different vehicles in to Triple Seven before, and nothing like this has ever happened before. The first and only time that a vehicle was brought in under my own name was the only time that anything like this has occurred. At this time I am unsure of what I think of Triple Seven Chrysler. Up until yesterday I would have recommended Triple Seven Chrysler to anyone looking for a Dodge or Jeep dealer in Regina. Yesterday that changed. As of now I would not recommend them to anyone, particularly anyone young and/or female. Here’s why: On Monday, July 13, 2020, I had an appointment to have my vehicle looked at for some issues with the transmission. It is MY vehicle, I therefore left them MY phone number and MY email address. Rather than calling ME to update me about my vehicle, they called my father. They initially told my father that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it was ready to be picked up. After several phone calls to my father (I knew nothing of any of this) they told him that there was a software update for the TCM that would cost 70$ and that the vehicle could be picked up in the evening. My father relayed this information to me and I decided to call the dealership with some additional questions. Upon calling the dealership, I got to speak with a man whose name I do not recall. When I asked what had been wrong with my vehicle, he told me that he had already told my father and that I should ask him. The man then ended the conversation. Anyway, while it was very irritating that the dealership refused to deal with me in regards to my car, I didn’t dwell too much on it. When I went to pick up my vehicle on Monday afternoon, I was met by three very frustrating surprises. Firstly, the bill was not the previously agreed upon (by my father not me, but I digress) 70$. Instead, it was $94.06. Secondly, the “fix” that I paid nearly one hundred dollars for them to perform did absolutely nothing. Thirdly, there was a 1.5 inch diameter chip in my windshield, directly in a driver’s line of sight. When I walked back inside to complain about the large stone chip, I was told that there was “nothing that they could do” because the service manager had gone home for the day. I was told that he would phone me on Tuesday morning, but I took his business card anyway. When the service manager, Reid Wolfe, had not yet contacted me by mid-morning on Tuesday I took it upon myself to call him. He informed me that the dealership was not liable for that type of damage and that he had meant to tell me about the chip when I picked up the car. I find this statement somewhat difficult to believe. Firstly, I was set to pick up the vehicle after he was scheduled to go home anyway. Funny how he had planned to talk to me when he wasn’t even going to be there. Secondly, everything else that the technician did with my vehicle was detailed in the invoice. There was no mention of the chip. Seems to me that they were hoping that I wouldn’t notice it. Next, Reid Wolfe told me that he would check how much it would cost me to replace the windshield and get back to me. Not that I think it’s reasonable that I pay to fix damage that they did, but in case you’re wondering, no he did not call me back. He called my dad. So very long story short, Triple Seven Chrysler charged me $94.06 to damage my windshield and although I am an adult who owns their own car, refused to talk to anyone other than my parent. I wonder if maybe I should call Chrysler Canada rather than talking to them.

If you are thinking of buying a used vehicle from 777 Regina DON’T!! We were lied to about several things. We were told the vehicle only had 1 previous owner when in fact in had 2. We were told that we we would be provided with all the service records for the vehicle as the vehicle was always serviced at 777. Whenever we asked for the service records a different excuse was given. Finally we were told the records could not be provided as they weren’t allowed to provide them in order to protect the previous owners identity. We asked that they remove the previous owners information & then provide the records. No response. When I called the service dept the other day I found out that there actually were no service records as the vehicle was NEVER serviced at their dealership!! Who knows if it’s ever been serviced!! We have never owned a truck before so we asked several times about the tires & were told they were fine & would last at least another year. This is not the case, the front tires are very worn & need to be replaced ASAP as they are unsafe!!

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because zero isn't an option. We drove from Manitoba which was over 4 hours to get our jeep.... We had already been talking to a salesman named Craig, who is the only good thing about this place. We tested him when we got there and as we waited for him to come upfront we walked around the sales room. the place was empty and there was sales associates sitting everywhere and none of them knew we were waiting in Craig yet we were ignored by every single one since we're a young couple and no one took us seriously. Jokes on them cause they lost out on a more than 40,000 sale. Craig couldn't have been any better throughout the sale. He was so easy to work with and made the experience very relaxed. Until we had to deal with the finance guy, Martin. It was all down hill from there and still is more than 2 months later. Martin forced the extended warranty and when we denied he rolled his eyes and made a rude comment implying we were stupid if we didn't, so we agreed, and then decided against it before leaving,he again got prissy with us so we decided to keep it. Less than a week later we decided to cancel it and called back to do so. Martin then emailed the form to do so which we filled out and emailed back immediately. Martin told us we would get forms in the mail to complete this. 2 months later still no forms. So we call back and Martin claims he never got an email from us so he did nothing about it even though the email is sitting in the sent folder.Now that it's been over a month were told there's nothing that can be done and we're stuck paying thousands for this. So we say since you didn't cancel it we have a $500 bill from work done to the jeep less than a week after we bought it will that be covered, Martin goes uhm not sure cal this number and hangs up. Some more great costumer service!! Enjoy the $40,000 you got from us cause you won't be getting anymore. Hopefully Craig can find a better place to work, he deserves it.

During this latest cold snap, they were able to book me in quickly which was appreciated as my issue was with my block heater cord. My service advisor, Dani, was great! She answered all of my questions and ensured I had a ride home (and back to the dealership after the work was completed). When I went to pay the bill, I was shocked at the price. She had not charged me for labour as they were able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. Imagine my surprise and delight to have only an $8 bill to pay. Thank you, Triple 7!

I received some of the worst service ever. I went there today to get an oil change just before noon and the young service advisor ignored me and was bragging with another young man about how he was going to eat some cake and celebrate about getting his coworker to quit his job. The advisor then got up from his chair and walked away. I approached the other young man and inquired about my oil change and he informed he was not an advisor and that all the staff was in the lunch room eating cake. I ended up leaving after waiting for about 5 minutes and went down the street to the other chrysler dealer where i was treated very well. I will never come back to this dealer again the service was very poor and the advisor seemed to be very childish. I gave them a chance to earn a new customer but they lost that chance.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I'm from Ontario and could not find a new RAM 3500 with the options I wanted. I searched on RAM.ca and found a few in western Canada that had all the right options I was looking for. After inquiring on a few Triple Seven was fast a getting back to me and I made a deal. The salesperson Odai was very good to deal with and got me all the information and photos I wanted fast so I was comfortable with the truck I would be getting. With just a bit of back and froth John the sales manager was able to offer me a great deal on the truck ( around 5K less than in Ontario and 1-2K less than in Alberta ). Trisha in finance arranged the financing with no problems over email and sent me all the paperwork so I could go pick-up my Ontario plates and ownership before going to pick the truck up. Odai picked us up at the airport and had us in and out with our new truck 1hr from the time we landed :). I was hesitant to purchase out of province but the team at Triple Seven made everything go very smoothly from the first email to picking up our new baby! Considering the fuel, flight and 3 hotels on our way back to Toronto we still saved 4k and the drive in a brand new truck across northern Ontario was amazing! When its time for a new truck I will for sure be giving Triple Seven a call.

Bought a truck in 2018. Still having issues with the damn thing. Warranty covers absolutely nothing. Air conditioning has broken twice and been repaired at my cost. Now there's a ton of sensors going off but they'll want $150 just for a diagnostic test. Not even gonna bother with these clowns.

Great Service! I went to book my truck in for 2 recalls, oil change, warranty part, front end inspection and new windshield. I was expecting to drop it off in a couple days and leave it with them. They took it right away and 3hrs later is was ready to drive home! I only had to talk to one girl and she organised the service, recall work, warranty parts and body shop for the window. Unlike other dealers where you have to go in and make appointments with each area yourself. Always had much better service here than the other dealer in town.

Couple weeks ago, I gave my vehicle for some work. when I went to take the vehicle back they exhausted the battery up to dead. The tech also admitted something might have been turned on left in the shop, which made my battery dead............ I told them once its dead, its gonna give trouble in winters.... The tech assured that it would not happen. Even the service manager Reid was passing by too... Really upset as its only fall and every morning I am boosting my car with others................... I hope you guys will understand "we come to fix the vehicle but not for getting another trouble".

Service is getting better and better and advisors are getting friendlier and friendlier if I compare last four years. Sales I didn't have great experience for two of my new cars so 1 star for that as well as finance department so 1 star for that too, unfortunately we end up going to other dealership down the end of the road for Laramie purchase. I will stick with service and can recommend that.

After having a positive experience with a hanging muffler on a Saturday, I took my wheelchair accessible van to them with a problem with the sliding door where the ramp is. It took a few visits to get it done as there was more wrong than they could do at once, but in the end it was fixed properly and works great! Keith and James were the guys who I dealt with over the times I was there, and they were both helpful and gave me a great deal. The final bill was lower than I thought it should be, but they assured me everything was taken care of. I will be going back, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who needs help.

The company I work for has a number of fleet vehicles which we take to this dealership. I have dealt with Advisor James Bath a number of times. This time in particular, we had a vehicle that had just came out their repair shop a month ago for a costly repair and were having the same issue occurring again.. By no fault of James, he was looking after it again, and another costly repair. He explained in detail the fix the first time, which usually works, but the vehicle had other faults that were somewhat connected and causing the problem. He was very sympathetic when explaining the repairs and the high cost involved. It was nothing that he or the technician overlooked as the diagnostics said everything was okay, it was another part that was connected to the issue. James kept me up to date the whole time. He assured me of the time frame for the repair and it was actually done ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated. I will definitely continue to take our fleet vehicles to Triple Seven for repairs. Great service by James and the team.
