Was looking at a black Lexus RX 350 and the salesman was friendly. I checked the Saskatchewan history of the SUV and it is clean. Carfax has a different story with one claim of damage to the front $2690, and a glass claim of $1437, and the vehicle came from Ontario. The first record of service on carfax was at 47611km. Good salespeople but check thecarfax!

Just bought this 2015 Mustang GT here a few days ago. I have been buying from with Titan Automotive for the last six years. I bought my first vehicle (2008 Pontiac G5) from them in 2012 and they went out of their way with my low credit score to help me get a vehicle. Once my credit score was higher I was able to upgrade to a 2012 Honda Civic which I had until my lady and I got more serious and we upgraded to a 2015 Ford Escape. Unfortunately I was in an accident and was having problems with SGI, but Titan Auto not only helped me through everything, we were able to resolve everything between SGI, the banks, and get me a new vehicle all within the same day thanks to their hard work and staying late. With my experience between their reps and mechanics, Titan Automotive workers are defiantly hard working individuals that treat you just as good as family. It feels nice to be on a first name basis and know that you are going to be taken care of! Update: it's now 2 years since my last review and have my forever vehicle for personal and family means. Walked into the dealership just to look around and widen options, next thing I knew I was signing papers and brought home an irresistibly hot Jeep Cherokee on that same day. It happened not because I was being impulsive, but because of the splendid buying experience I had overall. Went to buy a van. Doing online since driving to Regina is not allowed. They said they would deliver. Originally quoted 39500 + taxes. They tried to get me to finance I said no. A couple weeks later I tried to see if they would go lower. They upped the price of the van 2 grand. They quoted me 41,223 taxes in. I said yes I'll take it. Went through everything. When I went to give visa card number they said oops ment it was 46,000 with taxes in not 41 grand. I asked if they are allowed to go back on their word after I accept. They didn't respond. I called the sales manager at 4pm. He took my name and number and said he would look into it. They close at 6pm. It is now the next day, they've been opened for 3 hrs. Still no call back... They ghosted me.

Not sure about all these reviews for Randy@ Titan Auto, but for me he has been absolutely terrible at customer service. Terrible terrible job at following up on your inquiry or questions about a vehicle. How can you expect someone to buy a vehicle from you if you are not doing your job properly and not following up on queries. I felt like if Randy thinks that the customer is for sure going to buy a vehicle from him then he would be a totally different person with great service and that's what shows up on the good reviews about him and that's exactly what happened with us the very first time when we went to see him. But as soon as he got even a little indication that we are thinking over on whether we are going to buy a vehicle at that point or even go for a different vehicle, he was totally ignoring me as he wanted me to buy the vehicle right at that second. He kept calling me and forced me to go and see him for vehicles. Few weeks later I inquired about another vehicle and he said he will look into that and get to me but hasn't followed up yet. And when you call him he won't answer the calls. Looks like the place only cares about customers who will buy vehicles in a blink of an eye and not the ones who wants some time to think. Will not recommend anyone to go to this place if you are not a quick buyer. And even if you do end up going there, avoid Randy at all cost.!!!!

I was test driving a vehicle i really liked down Broad Street when i happened to see from the corner of my eye another car that I really liked. Even though it was shortly after closing, DJ KIDBY came back late to work to let me test drive. I'd told him the payments I was able to afford and the downpayment I was able to make and he assured me TITAN could work with that. Even with a less than perfect credit rating, they were able to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted and with significantly better payments than I had asked for or even expected.
