We bought a new 2021 Rav4 Hybrid from Al-lain at Taylor Toyota. Because of new vehicle shortages we had to order the model we wanted ahead of time. Al-lain kept us up to date on when we would receive it. While we were waiting Al-lain negotiated with us adding extras and increasing our trade in value so we were more than satisfied. I would recommend that you should talk to Al-lain at Taylor Toyota if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle!????????

We had such a great experience here! Al-laine was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was our first time getting a car and we had zero knowledge, but he assisted us so well and answered all our questions. He gave us a good deal for a really great car. Great service!! I highly recommend Andrew Pham. He was wonderful to work with, very trust worthy and went the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. Andrew had to do a lot of extra running around to help me get a Rav4 Prime and he delivered! Will shop here again even though I live in Winnipeg, he's that good!

While driving my Rav4 Hybrid to Regina from Winnipeg I received a check engine light and notification to contact dealer. I called Taylor Toyota while I was 1 hour away from the city. Service Advisor Terry Alberts advised me that it was probably a fuel cap issue (I just filled up with gas) and not to worry but to come by the dealership to have a scan to ensure it was still safe to drive the rest of the way to Calgary. Unfortunately I arrived shortly after the service shop closed. Thankfully Terry had a technician stay late to diagnose the issue of the fuel cap and ensured it was safe to continue my trip. What great service! Thanks to Terry and the technician I was able to have a worry-free vacation.
