If there was a negative star rating I would have picked that instead of one star I don't quite understand the four and five stars that this business is getting maybe for the sale side your have friendly helpful staff... But when it comes to servicing your vehicle and repairs I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the service I got... I bought my truck from them a while back my rocker arm went I brought it in to them for service I explained to the mechanic please notify me on what's going to be done that way we can figure out the problem figure out a solution and go from there... He spent an entire day working on the wrong side of my engine he also did a $90 oil change that I was not contacted about or did I ask for... He also did an engine flush that I didn't ask for nor was I contacted about.. when I got my vehicle back it ran fine for two weeks then the same problem that I took it in for it to get fixed started happening I called down to inquire and said I'm not a mechanic but I think a rocker arm should last longer than 2 weeks... Where I was met with the reply that we didn't put a new one on we just put the old busted one back in... So I was driving around for 2 weeks thinking my vehicle was fixed when all they did was put my busted part back on and charge me for it... If I did that at my job I'd be fired on the spot... I've talked to quite a few people and they all come up with the same response Crooks and scammers looking for a quick buck..... I've taken it into a different mechanic where they notify me before they do anything they tell me the cost before they do anything and they asked if I would like to proceed or not and that's how it should be... Not do all these extra things and then expect the customer to pay for it so I think that fits the crooks and scammers that people are saying and I full heartedly agree

Nicely located on Victoria Avenue East, not too far from Ring Road, small office, but they make do with what they have and there is usually a decent selection of vehicles on hand. I purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator in October 2020, and was greeted and treated professionally throughout the test drive and pre-purchase phone calls. I was given updates on the vehicles service (had installation of heating/cooled sensors) and an approximate date this would be completed. Main flaws of the vehicle were taken in the photos, so I was not surprised when I drove down from Saskatoon. One thing the dealership could improve on, is the details of the financing (including warranty and car fax report). I was told that the warranty was reviewed prior to financing, and this was not true. For this being the only thing, overall, I am still happy with the genuine customer service and patience they provided me!

We had a great experience with Siman Auto Sales and their whole staff. We recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander and are extremely pleased. Not only was the mechanic and sales staff, Mike, Len, Dane and Dwight, excellent to deal with, but also their policy of ensuring the vehicle is up to quality standards prior to final sale is incredible. The Highlander was only on the lot a handful of days by the time we bought it, and they still installed new front and rear brakes, even after the bill of sale was signed. I also had a few small requests, which they took care of for us. They were very reasonable with negotiating price. The vehicle was also washed at SUDS Full Service Car Wash, so it still smells great! We visited 7 different car lots on this day, and finished up at Siman Auto Sales. Although we saw some good deals elsewhere, Siman's prices were more compelling to us as we shopped. The vehicles prices and features were all listed on the window of each vehicle, so comparing was easy. When we arrived a salesman ( Len) came to us, introduced himself and let us know he was available to talk if we needed help. Once we found a vehicle we were interested in we let Len know and he offered us the key to take it for a test drive, which we accepted. The low pressure sales was more than welcome after visiting many Dilawri lots. We ended up buying the vehicle, and it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this establishment. Ask for Len as he was great to deal with. Also to note, the owner came by to say hi as well, making it more personal.

I've never purchased from a used dealership but I was surprised to find that they did not fuel the vehicle after purchase. I also don't think they did an inspection before selling (one headlight was burnt out). And if you want to find out details you should ask; after assuming a used vehicle in Saskatchewan would have a block heater we later found that it does not. All minor things that could have generated from my previous experiences with new vehicle dealerships. Instead of making assumptions, as a customer I should have asked. Overall, good service.

At first, it seemed like this dealership would provide a pleasant experience when buying a car to replace my daughter's total loss vehicle. It took a very long time from notification of the car's availability to actually seeing the car and Jenn's response when asked was "the shop was out of Safety stickers". The fact that this vehicle "passed safety" came up multiple times in conversation, but no real details of the work it had needed were ever provided. After a test drive, my daughter and her fiance decided they would take the vehicle. My daughter felt some pressure to sign the paperwork without reading it, but passed that off as nerves. After taking possession of the vehicle, we noticed a squeal coming from the recently repaired brakes. When this was reported to our salesperson, she said it was just because they were new and needed to be broken in. We gave the brakes more than a week to become "broken in" but it never happened. We took the vehicle to have them service it and when we picked it up again, the brakes were still squeaking. The invoice for this work said simply "brake service" but no details of what was actually done to the brake system were provided. When I spoke to Jenn the next day, hoping to get the brakes fixed properly, she only suggested that we return the vehicle for a complete refund. Again, she referenced the fact that it has "passed a safety". We returned the vehicle and the dealership was actually quite polite and accommodating - giving a full refund with no argument. My biggest concern for this dealership, aside from the fact that the employees do not wear masks consistently (during a pandemic where Public Health Orders specifically advise to wear masks indoors), is that they seem to want to turn around and try to sell the light blue 2009 Ford Focus to another unsuspecting customer without fully resolving the brake issues. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership because this one deal left a bad impression on me and there are plenty of other dealerships with comparable prices. Edited to add my response to the business: When we declined on the Cobalt, I asked for my deposit back. It was Jenn who attempted to keep our business by offering a comparable vehicle in the same price range. We decided to give it a chance because she seemed trustworthy. If Walmart refunded my money and returned the merchandise to the manufacturer, I would be satisfied. It is the fact that your dealership refunded our money with no intention of resolving the issue with the brakes that makes me concerned. Future buyers may be placed at risk if the brake problems are not addressed on the light blue 2009 Ford Focus.

When we came to see and test-drive the car, we were impressed with the friendliness and service-mindedness. Unfortunately that good feeling is gone now. When we test-drove the car, we noticed a fairly loud noise when just before standstill braking fiercely. The mechanic said that this was probably due to corrosion which would disappear automatically when the car would be used for a while. Another issue was a failing switch for controlling the window on the right door. In the contract it was stated that both issues would be taken care of (a copy of this contract you can look at on: steefr.simplesite.com ). We would receive a call when the switch would come in and when in case within 3 months the noise would still be there the brakes would be replaced. When after two months we still had not heard anything, we called them. They said that they had tried several times to call us, but a simple check on the phone-log showed that they never called. Nor did they send an email. When we mentioned that the brake makes quite a bit more noise now, they said that we are quite late with contacting them and we should be happy that they are willing to take care of the switch. Next day we reminded them of their commitment in the contract and then they came with an excuse that the mechanic said this noise is normal. However, any good mechanic knows that brakes should not make noise. If they do, there's an issue. The innocent issue of some corrosion had been disproved so we did not accept the proposal to keep driving around with a brake issue. They had no other option than replacing the brake-pads and so they did. That solved not only the noise problem, but more importantly, the brakes did no longer require extra hard pushing and worked normally with light push. We find it disappointing that Siman tried to escape from their support-commitment. Trying to save themselves a small amount at the cost of the safety and peace of mind of their customers is not helping their business. We noted that quite a few people wrote positive reviews and possibly these are not only family and friends. But we would recommend that you have written down in the contract whatever they say they guarantee before you buy. Because in our case they were "forgetful" and trying to escape from their obligations.

A 2017 Acura RDX, with low kms. They are a no high sales dealership, very laid back. Answered any and all questions, and gave us a fair trade in for our 2009 Honda Accord. The Honda's are great vehicles. Very low maintenance. Other than regular oil changes, in 9 years we replaced the battery and rear brake pads. I was excited to give Siman my business. My wife and I dealt with Len who was a nice polite guy to deal with. We were going to trade our truck in on a suv, we took the suv for a test drive and fell in love with it and we’re ready to purchase it. They can thank their so called mechanic for the lost sale. He took our truck for a test drive and came back to tell us there were major problems with our truck that weren’t even there. He tried engaging diff lock at high way speed and told me diff lock doesn’t work, he heard clunking which was probably my rear end trying to engage the diff lock at highway speed, he told me my transfer case was on its way out, and the list went on. I think their mechanic needs to do a little research on all types of vehicles and learn how to properly use them. Judging by the reviews I’m not the only person that is unhappy with their tech. I tried calling them the day of to show the tech how to operate my 4wd and diff lock and Siman wouldn’t give me the time of day. So just be aware if your looking for repair or trading in be very aware of the mechanics lack of knowledge.

From CarGuru, I found out the right vehicle. So I contacted the right person: Mike, who is very professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. In less than 24 hours, I drove away with the vehicle, because of the excellent services: 1) a dealer plate was offered so I did not need to go to SGI to apply for interprovincial vehicle permit; and 2) A set of new tires was installed to pass the safety test.
