Can you say No Pressure sales tactics? Jason at Roadway Auto can! One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a auto dealer. I was interested in a truck but had to travel a long distance to look at it. So I wanted some idea of what my trade would be worth as well as interest rate and payments would be so I supplied all my vehicle info, VIN, pics Kms. Anything that would be needed for a value on my trade. The sales manager Harmen gave me a reasonable figure for my trade so I made the trip to test drive the truck and came prepared to make a deal. Well after I was in the building all of a sudden my trade value is 30% less than I was quoted and my payment is now 30% higher. Wasted 4 hours of my time and I won't ever return. NOTHING WORSE THEN BEING LIED TO MY THE SALES MANAGER! Bill the salesman was nice, but sales manager is a scam artist!

Well was told that they would contact me as soon as possible the same business day april 17 . i today had to call last minute during the time i sleep. (Shift worker) today to find out why i didnt get a call back or why i was ignored for almost 4 business days when i was told i would be receiving even a phone call to let me know whats going on. Only to be told that my income plus my coosigners income isnt sufficient. And that during coovid everyone is not working and only collecting cerb. This i took as an accusation. Not only to me but to my mother. You need to look into how you treat and talk to people. I may not be very old but i know how you should treat people when running a business. And stringing people along and ignoring them isnt ok.

After being turned down by financial institutions and other dealerships (I needed to be past my probationary period and I needed a cosigner no matter what, which I didn't have) I took a chance and filled out a quick email query with Roadway. Within a few hours I was contacted by Deanna. I went in to meet with her later that day. Deanna was very respectful and understanding of my situation and treated me with kindness and courtesy. She and her finance team worked with me to find a vehicle to suit my needs, both physically and financially. There was no pressure; I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being coerced into something I couldn't manage. Deanna explained their process of how they help rebuild a person's credit in terms I could understand. The next day I drove home with a sound vehicle and monthly payments that I could afford. They even helped me manage the down payment! I am so appreciative of their ability and desire to help people like me. Highly, highly, highly recommend their services! I was in the market for a vehicle. I wasn't too sure how financing would work, I have usually been a person to buy older vehicles from private sales. Cory and Destiny were awesome to me. Sent them my info, and within a couple hours they had me approved and test driving. Drove out the same day in a beautiful 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Purchased a car from Roadway two years ago. Was told that warranty and insurance was included in the cost. Later found out that they never included insurance or warranty on the paperwork. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from here, make sure you read every single detail in the contract before signing anything so they don't rip you off to. Not very professional and I would not recommend them.

Of the times we visited, I felt as though they weren't interested in our business. Perhaps they felt we were wasting their time, I don't know, but we needed a vehicle urgently and a friend recommended the place. After being told they would keep us informed, and despite attempting to contact them, we heard nothing back until TWO MONTHS LATER, with a mere text saying "hey." I figured it a bit unprofessional, but decided eventually I'd give it another go, since being told we were approved and just needed to iron out some details before a vehicle could be sent to us. Upon arriving at the dealership, however, we were told we had in fact NOT been approved, and walked away empty-handed for the second time. I will not be going back, and I will not be recommending their "services" to anyone.
