Our experience started out great found what we were looking for. Took it for a test drive said this is the one . Made the deal paid for and left. Salesman Pat was great very easy to deal with. From there went down hill . Drove SUV home everything went well. The next morning went out to top of washer fluid thought I would check the oil . Then the disappointment started by finding out 2.5 L low my falt as well if I would have checked it myself I would not have even looked at the SUV. For a big dealership not even to look or check fluids my God what a joke. My rant is done and also will not do this again. Gerry

Awful service. Told me that everything is fixed, charged me and the same issue started in 2 days. Brought it in again and as told that the car needs 7-8 different things fixed with an approx repair value of $4000. I showed them my last invoice and was told that they missed it altogeather last time but it needs all sorts of repairs now.

Due to the cold weather, the turbo charge on my car iced up. One might think this would put me at the mercy of the mechanics as I had no idea what was wrong with my car. Not to worry, I was advised of what was wrong, it was fixed with some preventive measures placed on the car. The bill??? Zero dollars!!! Excellent service from a great bunch of employees.

I had an amazing experience with RMP originally i was unsure at first but after coming in and dealing with the amazing staff who were understanding and showed me what i wanted! (I had gone to weatonchevy and they were showing me used and i specifically said i wanted new) Travis was very informative and had a great personality. The "no car crap bs" is the best car buying experience IMO. You can still get a great deal without all the phony "I got to go ask my boss" and without being tackled by salespeople the minute you walk in the door to look at a vehicle. It is something you have to experience to appreciate.

My car was in for a tire change, when i came to pick up my car the battery was dead and frozen to the ground. They told me that they weren't able to get the tires on the day of my appointment and they'd have to put them on the next morning. There is no way that my battery should have been frozen to the ground and dead battery if they would have done them in the morning

Great place to pick up your next new or used vehicle! Friendly staff, not pushy, knowledgeable and easy to work with! Highly recommend them. Edit:. When someone calls you to book an appointment for an oil change and look at squeaky brakes, it shouldn't take from 8am to 1:30pm for something so simple. If I was a walk-in, I would understand. Brakes still squeak. If the oil change wasn't free, I would be going somewhere else.

DO NOT get an inspection here. They are $95 for it. But then try to fix problems that don't exist! Tried saying my car needed $350 for rotors and got second opinion that said there is nothing wrong at all with them! Scammers. Should have known. GM service techs are all rained to rip people off no matter where you go. Avoid the service shop here. Can't speak for sales, which I was actually considering purchasing another truck here with. Not after this though.

He gave me accurate estimates of time and made sure my work was under warranty before signing off. They partner with Enterprise and got me a rental on a Saturday during a long weekend. Any went above and beyond and even offered to stay late when I couldn't pick up my car until closing. Great service and manners will go back to RMP.

I took my truck in for service yesterday at RMP for the first time. I had high hopes after reading reviews but unfortunately came away disappointed. I had a transmission shutter and hard shift in my truck and dropped it off at 7:30 in the morning hoping to get it in early. They phoned me at 2:30 (some 7 hours later) to tell me that my transmission was 3/4 L low on fluid and that they adjusted gears on their computer to make it shift better. Apparently this took 7 hours to diagnose and to fix? Why does a guy even bother making an appointment in the morning when driving in from out of town? The transmission has never been touched and there hasn't been a drop leak out of the transmission since I bought the truck. The transmission is 100% how it came from the factory but since I'm past the 3 year, 60k warranty period I was stuck with the bill (I'm still under the 5 year, 160k powertrain warranty). How much does it cost for them to add 3/4 L of transmission fluid you may ask? $240 was the original price they gave me. It then went down to $208 and finally $150 after some questioning on my part. My invoice shows an hour of labor at $100 and that the 3/4 L of fluid was $33.00! I can find the transmission fluid for my truck online for $20/quart. I cannot help but feel like I was absolutely hosed by the dealership. $150 for them to add less than a litre of transmission fluid to my truck? Yikes! I honestly don't know if I'll be back. With that being said, the truck does seem to be shifting better and the people I dealt with were extremely friendly. I just cannot believe that I had to pay this much money for 3/4 L of fluid to be added to my truck. I have no problem paying for maintenance or wear and tear on my vehicle but this is a problem from the factory, not a maintenance thing. Do people ever walk out of a dealership feeling like they're appreciated as a customer and taken care of? Micheal

Hello RMP Car Sales I am writing a review for Michael Stewart. I purchasing a used car last month and contacted several dealerships in my search for a car right for me. I my search I talked to several salesmen form GM and other dealerships. Michael is very knowledgeable about GM cars and was able to assist me in my information gathering process leading up to my purchase decision. Michael helped me get a good deal and was an honest assistant in the purchase process. He assisted me over a two week period during my decision process - I am a careful buyer and he respected me and did not use pressure tactics. Since the purchase he has helped me with the cars technology which is greatly appreciated. I am not a techy guy. I had a minor car problem and he took a call from me on a Sunday - which I thought was excellent. You now have a guy telling friends and family to check out RMP if they are looking for a car. I’ll start off with the positive: Nice to deal with Accommodating Respectful Attempted to remedy all of my concerns. The not so good: Told them I had wind leak around drivers door, they come back and said it was to windy to pinpoint leak. But I had already told them it was the drivers door??? Get truck home, check oil and it’s a liter to liter and half over full. Back we go and get there at 11:25am to drain oil to correct level, but than it’s lunch hour so come back at 1:00...Just shortly after 3:00 we get out of there. Not what I wanted to do on day off. Told me reason it over full is because they let it sit out side in the cold before they changed oil????? I showed up there with hot oil assuming that would be the best time to change it ... not when it’s like molasses. So essentially I received half an oil change. Not my idea of an oil change with cold oil. Also wondering why they wouldn’t check it before they kicked it out of door??? An electrical problem I won’t get into.... for now. Another positive: I didn’t feel as tho I was burdening them by bringing my vehicle in for work. As I have from other places.

Found the color I wanted and brought it in from out of province! I seem to deal with Regan in Service most times & he is great to deal with. Whenever I need a loaner vehicle while getting service done, they always seem to have one for me. I simply text Len and he’ll book it for me. The customer service here is top notch. A different sales man even cleaned the snow off the loaner vehicle for me. Other dealerships I have gone to for service work have left my interior dirty (boot scuff marks on the door), but I’ve never had this issue with RMP. VERY happy with RMP all around. Keep up the good work ????

The repair on my vehicle was a simple repair. Just replace parts that were damaged. I was notified it should be a one day repair and they fulfilled that promise. They did end up finding one extra part, not on the original estimate, and tracking it down to make sure it was only the one day. I highly recommend Regina Motor Products Collision Center. Very kind atmosphere that makes you feel like you are their priority.

Ok...everyone is nice and pleasant, but when I take my vehicle in to get an issue fixed, I do expect to get it done right the first time. Since I have to return for round two on the same issue, you only get 2 stars cuz I have to take my time once again to take the vehicle in and be without it for the day. Sometimes I wish I could find an old school mechanic who knows their way around these computer driven vehicles, but doesn't rely on computers and "bulletins" to diagnose and fix...

I was in Regina from out of town and blew the power steering hose on my Dodge. I had called a friend to see if his friend (Troy) could help me out as I was expected to leave the city the next day. Within minutes I got a response to take my vehicle to the shop and have it looked it. I received a phone call about 30 minutes later stating what the $ was and if I wanted to go on with the repair. A couple hours later I received another phone call stating it was all done and ready to be picked up! Troy was amazing to deal with; very quick to help me out. The woman I was dealing with when I made a payment was super friendly. All in all a great place; I wish I had known about them when I lived in Regina! Thank you Troy!

I love how easy it is to get booked in for oil changes and the staff are usually very kind. The technicians have great communication when they are working on my vehicle. The lack of communication when my car is not in the shop is my reasoning for 3 stars. I have had numerous recalls for my vehicle and have been told I’d get a call when the parts came in. For my most recent recall, I never got a call when the parts were in and when I booked my oil change last week all the parts were in and they fixed the recall for me. I have had other recalls and never Heard back about them getting fixed either until I have reached out first. I should note that this most recent recall was to be fixed earlier (months ago) but had to wait due to parts not being available. I was told I would be notified when they arrived but was not. Hopefully next time I have a recall and parts Have been ordered, I will actually be notified that the parts are in so my vehicle can be fixed without me having to find out when booking other appointments.

Ordered a key for my daughter's car and the young man working the parts desk has no clue what he is doing. Struggled to place the order and called me a few days later telling me the key was in and it actually was not. I will not be getting any service at this dealership as this first impression was not good and worries me about how they conduct their business. Good thing I have options in Regina. Update: Manager reached out to me personally and is going to make this right by re-programming the key and accommodating our schedule. Even offered to drive my daughter to mall while she waits! I do appreciate the extra effort and am happy they are doing what it takes to rectify the issue. Thanks RMP!

I had a humming sound coming from my transfer case of my 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. I had originally taken it to a shop that I had been dealing with for many years. When they diagnosed the problem and told me it was a transfer case issue I contacted the dealership as I still have power train warranty. When I brought my vehicle in I described to the service adviser what work I had done at my Mechanics shop and what their diagnosis was. My vehicle was taken in over night. I got a call the next day and the advisor had told me that your mechanics had concluded it was not a T-case issue but that I was down 1L of transmission oil and the vehicle was no longer making the sound I had brought it in to have resolved. As I drove out of the RMP lot my vehicle was still making the same sound so I drove it back into the service bay to advise of this. Again I had asked if there was a T-case issue to which the advisor said he would let them know. Later on the same day they called and said they had rectified the issue. Only for me to pick up the vehicle and drive it home to realize the next morning the sound had not been fixed. Again I had to bring my vehicle in to be looked at. And to have it left over night a second time. When I received a call back from the Advisor he then told me that they had to order a new transfer case and it would be 7-10 days. I’m sure you can understand my frustration about this situation as I had brought the vehicle in first on a Monday basically telling the advisor what the issue was to only have to bring it back 3 days in a row before they actually figured out what was already known. Or at least brought to their attention. No slight against my advisor Regan he was very accommodating and polite however maybe something more needs to be done with the technical diagnosis when a customer bring a vehicle in with an already diagnosed problem. At the very least it shouldn’t take 4 days and 2 days without a vehicle to figure it out. I have had nothing but bad experiences with My Pontiac Chev and GM vehicles when I have had to bring them into the dealership for service. I have been a lifetime Chev person however my next new vehicle purchase will not be A Chev or GM product.

Edit: After posting the review below, I was contacted by the sales manager at RMP, Bob Ramsay, who was very accommodating. He felt they had been fair, but saw the review and wanted to see if he could fix the situation. He ended up going to the owner and I got a cheque in the mail for the rest of what I paid. Big thanks to Bob, he was great, very helpful. I've bumped the review up from one star to three. They did the right thing in the end, but you still may want to be cautious with RMP. --- I bought a used car from Regina Motor products and six weeks later it broke down in the middle of the road. All the electronics shut off and it completely died on me once I got it into a parking lot. I had it towed back to Regina Motor Products and they tried to charge me $1000 to fix it. I kicked up a fuss and they knocked it down to $500. That was still way too much. If you think buying a used car from a dealership rather than from some random stranger is going to help you, then don't go to RMP. They sold me a car that didn't work and then made me pay to fix it. I feel like I've been conned.

I’ve had a GMC 3/4 ton Denali - since 2013. My normal services are done in Calgary, however I was driving through Saskatchewan on my way to Winnipeg - when an engine light came on. Onstarred the nearest shop and was told to get to Regina Motor Products. So I did. Called ahead and when I arrived expressed I needed to get back on the road ASAP. I was served by a guy called Aaron -very friendly and extremely efficient. Assured me he could get the truck sorted quickly. He delivered. I had my truck back, problem fixed, fluids topped up and tires checked as well. If I lived closer - I would make this my local shop.

Spending money on vehicle maintenance and repairs is something that nobody enjoys! Unfortunately it is something that needs to be done and avoidance only leads to bigger problems. At Regina Motor Products they eased the tension by explaining what needed to be done and why, they made me feel comfortable and at home, listened to what I needed, offered recommendations, kept me up to speed with what was going on while the vehicle was in their care. I was never put in an uncomfortable situation from drop off to pick up. They gave me a ride to my city destination and picked me up when my vehicle repairs were completed. My vehicle is well past warranty and their knowledge and pricing was well within line of the small independent repair shops... thank you RMP, you knocked it out of the park!

My windshield washer fluid stopped spraying one day. I assumed it was because the bit of summer stuff I had in there ended up freezing and wrecked something, but I wasn't sure. When I dropped my car off, the service employee said, and I quote, "Hopefully it is just the fuse, but we will check it out". I got a call about an hour later from him telling me that it was not fuse, the washer fluid pump was broken. I agreed to buy the part from you guys but wanted to save on labour by fixing it with help from family. I will not fully delve into the immense rudeness I experienced when paying my bill for labour (they started fixing it before my service rep called me to explain the problem and charges; in other words, without my authorization). Once we had my vehicle apart, we found that the washer pump, that RMP told me was broken and needed replacing, was working just fine. Suspiciously, we checked the fuse. Sure enough, it was clearly blown and after a quick replacement, my wipers worked perfectly fine. RMP blatantly lied to me about what was wrong with my vehicle. Either the service employees lied and didn't check the fuse at all or they knew that it was just the fuse but saw an opportunity to take advantage of me by getting me to pay for an expensive part and many hours of expensive labour for a 2-minute fuse replacement job and wouldn't have known the difference. Either way, it was disgraceful and crooked. Rightfully so, I eventually got my money back after being hung up on arguing with management about this experience.

I am not happy with the service I received. I had my 2019 Chevy Silverado Highcountry in again for water in the head lights. This is the second time it has happened in less then a year. When I first brought my truck inthis time I was told that I would have to pay for the lights to be replaced. I told service that this is the second time it has happened and I should not have to pay as it is a defect in the lights. They tried to say I never got the lights replaced the last time, but I proved that they were replaced and told the service department that I was not paying for it this time either. They did change the lights at their cost and knew that they were wrong. If I could give no stars I would.

Had an appointment for 7:30am for an oil change. Told the service writer I was staying there and waiting, they didn't look at my car for almost 2 hours! Because an oil change usually doesnt take long, especially when you make an appointment, I didn't eat breakfast expecting I'd be home within an hour to eat , not the case and not good when I'm diabetic. Poor service, don't take appointments if you're not going to honour them. Respect your customers time.

I waited 1 year to write this review so the dealership had time to rectify my concerns but they decided not to. I have bought a 2011 GMC, 2014 Chev silverado and now 2017 Silverado and will not ever buy another vehicle from RMP. My 2017 has blown speakers and they say that they are fine. every person who has entered my vehicle has asked why they sound like that. While dropping off my truck for an oil changed the tech hit a chair with someone elses truck, when i asked the tech about it he said it was just a rub so there will be no damage. I wanted to pull my truck out of the bay and drive away but didnt. I have 2 more free oil changes that I will not use, instead i will pay another dealership to change my oil. I have brought vehicles here to get fixed and have had to return up to 5 times before they actually fixed my issue. A windshiled replacemet took 3 trips as the part did not arrive, they still had me drop off the SUV and shuttle to and from the dealership even though they did not even have the part. I enjoyed buying these vehicles but the service and customer service is not good and very frusterating.

Hands down the best service department I have ever dealt with. I am in the industry and have worked with many stores across Canada, I have never experienced the level of professionalism and attentiveness from any service dept like the one at RMP. I bought my vehicle in November of 2016 it was a brand new 2017 model and I've nothing but issues since. The employees are some of the rudest people I've had contact with. Cathy chalupiak one of the "aboves" in the company just told me to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy with my service to go somewhere else after telling me they aren't going to anything for the problems with my car. Even though I'm paying a warranty that's through them. I've never been so disappointed in my life. If you're thinking of coming here for service think again!

Dropped my vehicle off without having an appointment, they were able to have it installed within 3 hours. Used the shuttle to get where I needed. Overall great experience. They might be great at selling vehicles but I brought my truck in for repair and they charged me 1500 dollars to change the spark plugs, wires, and to "diagnose" what I had already told them was wrong with my truck. When I picked up my truck the one tire was still low. They couldn't even top up the air in the tire. I drove my truck four times after getting it back and the check engine light came back on. Definitely will not be back.

I am not sure if their receptionists work in a different building or a different planet for that matter but she was extremely rude and ignorant over the phone. After being hung up on twice. After I finally got through to a sales person, they answered my questions very well, but I decided to pursue other options after thinking about how I was treated. I don't normally write reviews, but after receiving a call from the dealership later the same day, I think I will. I contacted RMP service over the phone about a warranty recall and oil change. I was able to get my truck in with in a couple days which was great. The woman on the phone was helpful and accommodating. The work was done quickly and I received the call that my truck was ready for pickup about 4 hours after dropping it off. I picked up the truck and went back to work. Truck is running great. I received a call later the same day that my oil cooler lines had some issues and they wanted to replace them under warranty. My truck does not leave any kind of residue on the ground, so I was surprised to hear of this, I would not have noticed until it was a problem. The service person scheduled my returning visit for the next week. Again, very accommodating. In a very busy service centre, someone took the time to make sure I knew about the the problem and wanted it repaired before I was potentially stuck on the side of the road somewhere in the dead of winter. I work in a service oriented world, and really appreciate receiving that call. Thanks RMP Service Centre!

What a cool place to take a trip to a completely different world. Coffee is no longer available to customers, they claim due to Covid. But yet they cram customers into an area with limited seating, chairs being very close together. I was there for over 2 hours waiting for my vehicle. Not once was anything sanitized, many customers come and go. Nothing was cleaned. Apparently the staff has a out of this world yogurt/ granola combination, that we don’t know about, not only did I see this guy shovel it into his mouth for most of the morning, I had to head how awesome it was, as the “granola expanded” as it sat. Also if you hang out long enough you can hear one man( I assume manager) raise his voice and demean his staff. I don’t think I will return, lots of other options available in Regina.

Bought my car here in 2014. Had the BEST dealer experience (Dan Levis), have all of my maintenance taken care of here as well. Everyone I deal with is responsive and pleasant. However, last time I got my tires swapped, the service tech didn’t put caps on my valve stems. No biggie though. Will always come back! Looking forward to my next vehicle purchase at RMP. **Update- Purchased a brand new car from Mike Stewart in January 2019... as usual, easy, pleasant, even fun. Mike and Dan busted their tails making me happy and getting me into the perfect car. 12/10, will always recommend.

Was pleasantly helped by the parts desk man whose name I forgot. He was efficient and effective at the task of finding what I needed. The part was in stock and was reserved for me. I was less than happy as the part needed calibration and some sort of linking with my vehicle which cost an extra 90 dollars. This was my first ever visit to this long established firm but I am disinclined to return.

My wife and I have purchased four vehicles from RMP and each time has been extremely easy. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who don't push; they educate you with your options. We also get all our service work done there and only once have ever had to take a vehicle back for a second time but we knew going in the issue was a difficult one to diagnose and there were multiple likely causes (and the manufacture won't just let them replace all of them at once as they would be replacing many good parts to only fix one bad one), so they started with the most common cause and it ended up being a secondary cause that they fixed a week later. They warned us going in that it could need a second visit, which many garages won't do. I love their courtesy loaner program (need to give them a couple days notice which is completely fair with all the customers they have who can be using them). Over all, great dealership; best one we've ever dealt with for sales and service.

Terrible customer service in the service department. Went to get an an oil change done under warranty and was refused. I was told it was 'tire season' but yet they won't take appointments for oil changes. Service adviser was rude and didn't seem to care.

I had an issue with my 2011 Equinox. Not only should this issue not be expected in a newer vehicle (timing chain issue), but they failed to identify the underlying problem both times- I've taken it in twice, paid over $2000. Now, less than four months later, I'm having the exact same problem. Very poor skill, very poor work, very poor service. Also, I mentioned I was planning to sell it, and they must have told Capital because Capital called me the next day saying they heard I wanted to buy a car, and started an unwanted sales pitch. Absolutely disgusting business practice- how on earth could they expect me to buy another GMC/Chevrolet product again?

RMP could improve their phone system. My service adviser's direct line does not have voice mail and it was frustrating trying to reach him. I called the RMP main line after hours and waited through the outgoing message to leave a voicemail only to hear that the mailbox was full. Service was good but communications need work.

Wrote off my equinox a year ago. Asked for a vehicle that was a RELIABLE winter car as I drive on the hwy daily with my son. I was sold a 2016 Malibu. I have had to take in in twice ($200+ for the first trip, plus the hassle of being careless) last winter for a frozen air intake and their fix is to put a piece of white cardboard on the front bumper.... not only is it an eyesore, but it DOES NOT fix the problem. This winter anytime it gets below -20 I'm afraid to take it on the hwy and for it to freeze up with my son in the car and borrow a friend's car. So much for reliable winter car..... This is a Known problem with their newer Malibu and Equinox and there is no fix for it. I have spoken to several owners of these cars that have the same issue. I will never be back.

Brought vehicle in to their Service Department to look at a CV boot, front axle. I didn’t have an appointment, so I wasn’t sure if it would get fixed. I had to leave vehicle there for longer than anticipated but service was very accommodating. The CV boot had to be replaced as well as the leaking oil cooler lines that I hadn’t known about, until pointed out. Before too long, vehicle was ready and it was all covered under warranty. Did what they said they would do. I was transiting through Saskatchewan with a new corvette that required a mandatory oil change at 800 kms. I was on a limited time schedule and couldn't afford to sit waiting around for who knows how long. Knowledgeable staff, Andy was great but RMP BUSINESS lacks in the customer service experience. Businesses after you get work done will give you a service wash, bring your car around for you etc. I came in paid $800.00 for a new battery, fuse and have my car reprogrammed. Told where in the general vicinity where my car was, had to hunt for it in the cold and did not even receive a wash for my car. If you want to see great customer service check out how Regina Auto Body treats thier customers..they are second to none.

Bad service experience. Bought a certified pre owned car few weeks ago. Started getting a squeaking sound from air conditioning fan. Booked an appointment for 8:30 and they couldnt hear any sound until 2:30. Stopped by to explain the problem further and at the end of the day returned my car with same sound and cleaned air filter. Even google told me that the real issue is motor. Excuse: too busy swapping tires. Ofcourse warranty repairs aint a priority. Thank you.
