Contacted them and from the start told them that I wasn't sure if I was serious or not. They treated me as though I was a repeat customer. Gave me a day to think on the deal they gave me. They gave me a great trade in. I dealt with Moe and he seemed more like a buddy than a guy trying to sell me a car. Kevin the finance guy was also very friendly, along with Brayden the used car manager. (I believe that is his title) I'd definitely go there again.

Purchased a new (for us) Infiniti QX80 at Regina Infiniti recently. Adam our sales person was extremely friendly kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend folks ask for him if they are stopping by. The other sales staff, service staff and reception area were all excellent and we love our new truck! Why 3* overall instead of 5* then you ask? Before leaving on the day of purchasing our truck, Adam said he was going to hook us up with a couple of Infiniti mugs. Score! This was after already hooking us up with a couple hats so we were tickled pink. Cool new truck, cool hats, and a couple of slick coffee cups? Sign me up! Unfortunately the display case was locked, so Adam asked us to return the next day for the cups. Well return the next day we did! .....only for Adam to be told "no" by some faceless sales manager when he went to retrieve the cups. Whoever that sales manager is gets a big fat F, as that simple act really put a damper on the whole experience. I felt like a cheapskate asking for a coffee cup (which had already been promised) only to then be told no the next day by a faceless middle manager...really put a damper on things! Especially after buying an Infiniti no less...for comparison: When I purchased my Beetle from VW they gave me a big VW bag full of VW shwag. Does free shwag make a purchase? Noooo....but when you're stepping up to a luxury class vehicle one does expect the luxury treatment. Big boo-urns to whoever the sales manager is at Regina Nissan that axed the free coffee cups. Buddy needs to realise that Infiniti is competing with the likes of BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Lexus...not Chevrolet and Buick. Lump of coal for you! Other than that we love our new Infiniti! Just hope that whoever they've got managing the Infiniti side over at Regina Nissan gets bumped back to the sales floor for some retraining ????.

Had to have my suv towed in and I dealt with a lady in service her name is Darcelle she is absolutely a blessing!!! Buy a toy rather than a Nissan, not knowledgeable employees to service your car, very limited guarantee. And there is not a single reason to choose a Nissan dealer like here, so expensive and other places will do better. Transmission will be dead after 100.000 km just to let anyone know .

Exceptionally poor service. Service department continually give you the run around and Sales is awkwardly agressive. When deciding to buy a car, we were promised that our concerns about the vehicle would be taken care of. Once the deal was put through these concerns were then thrown to the side and we were told that these promises were never talked about and that they are unable to do such things. Making my family feel extremely under appreciated and cornered in to a decision we never agreeed upon. This place has caused my family such aggrivation and upset. I will never purchase a Nissan vehicle, and I will never set foot in this establishment again. Please do your research before considering buying a vehicle from Regina Nissan. It is not worth your effort, time or money.

Sales people I have dealt with have been great for the most part. Same with the service department. Biggest issue I could say Regina Nissan has is the lack of communication between departments. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at times. Otherwise all good.

I've never bought a car before, but the staff here are some of the kindest and well-spoken people I've ever met. With their positive attitudes, I was able to buy my first car with little complications. Don't get me wrong, some stuff still confused me, but they made me feel like at home and they are willing to help as much as possible, which is greatly appreciated! Horrible place with even more terrible customer service. The salesmen go back on their words, denying things that have been offered to you. When trading in a vehicle they will show you a price that you will think is good for your vehicle but in reality the price just included the tax that you won’t have to pay on the new vehicle. And when you call them out on it, their sales manager, and general manager will call you and threaten you to cancel the financing and deal that’s been made and give back your old traded in vehicle that’s sat on their lot for a week. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. EDIT: here is a list to each thing that went wrong: -The salesman told us a price for our trade that was agreed upon. Then when going into financing and looking closer at the paper work the actual price he was giving us was 3-4K lower than what he said. The price he said was secretly including the tax that would be saved on the new vehicle. When we asked the financing lady about it she just said it wasn’t her job and wouldn’t clearly explain why that was to us while clearly being annoyed of our existence in her office. -they never disclosed to us that the vehicle had been in an accident until the financing was done. When we were questioning about this the refused to tell us what happened to the vehicle. By this point we already loved the vehicle but the customer service made it an extremely horrible, grueling experience. - we agreed to several items that would be fixed on the new vehicle as well as getting a factory remote start installed with the salesman AND the sale manager. I personally showed each item to both of them and it was agreed upon. So we scheduled our appointment for the following week with Nissan and from there they were going to take it to Subaru. when the time for that came, we found that they did not fix all the issues nor did they install a factory remote start. It was a cheap aftermarket. When we asked what was going on here I received phone call from the sales manager and the general manager threatening us that they were going to undo the deal and take their car back. “I’ve never had such a high maintenance customer, You know you’re getting a used vehicle right?” Was a remark from the sales manager, referring to just buffing out some scratches that were agreed upon. I have several screenshot texts and voice messages to prove how terrible these two guys actually are.

I like the Japanese vehicles, Nissan Rogue is my second Japanese vehicle, I used to have toyota. I visited couple of dealers for the past three weeks and I stock in Nissan dealer all because of the one person. He was Carson Buhnai, very talented sale person I met with. Bought my new Nissan Titan XD from Harry, and can't say enough about how easy he and the rest of the staff made it. Edit: Feb 2019. Have had my truck for just over a year. Still love it, but I won't likely be coming back here for warranty service, or any service for that matter. I explained when I purchased my truck that I lived 2.5 hours from the dealership, so when I do need to come in I would require a loaner so I'm not sitting and waiting for my service to be completed. 5 hours later, I'm sitting here waiting for them to tell me if they have an abs sensor to fix my truck. There is a good chance they don't, even though it was checked for codes and determined it likely needed a sensor a week ago. I was booked in for a 10am appointment, but my truck wasn't brought in until noon. There is little to no service available on Saturday, no loaner cars, and no concern for what inconvenience is caused to the customer. I was required to take a full day off work to only have my problem inspected, and now will be required to take another one off to actually get it fixed. The staff is friendly, but not here to win service awards. Anyone can sell, but service makes a dealership great.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. The service manager lies just to make excuses for what's wrong with the car. I dreaded dealing with them and no customer should ever feel that way. I should have taken the angry customer that I seen there the day I was buying my car as a sign. Never again will I buy a Nissan. Worst manufacturer I have ever came across!

Brought my car in yesterday because the remote starter stopped working, It was diagnosed as a can communication failure and I was told at the time that this was covered under the warranty. When I went to pick it up the service and parts manager told me it just needed a software update and she would only charge me $90 but for future updates it would be the full price ($145). When I questioned this she got aggressive and was unnecessarily rude. I told her that after owning multiple vehicles with remote starters, I had never heard of this before. I asked her "how often would the software need updating?" and she told me she didn't know but i would be required to have them completed as needed. When I told her that I wasn't prepared to pay $145 every 6 mths for an update after paying them $1,000 to have it installed 9 months ago, her reply to this was "If you don't want to pay for the updates You can go out and start it with the key and then use the spare to lock it" :0 When I told her that telling me to leave my keys in the ignition with the car running was terrible advise to give to a customer and SGI would not cover my losses if my car was stolen, she just shrugged her shoulders. After leaving I called the remote starter manufacturer and asked them about their software updates, their reply was that they hadn't updated their software in over a year, updating software would never affect my ability to remotely start my car and in the rare event of my software needing updating it would be completely free of charge and covered by the manufacturers warranty. He said the diagnosis of a can communication failure meant that the starter was not installed correctly. He also expressed concern that their product was being misrepresented and said he would be in direct contact with the dealership. ***So just to let everyone out there know, you do not have to pay for any software updates and if you have been charged in the past, call them up and ask them for a full refund that you are 100% entitled to. I've read very similar reviews about other people's terrible experience with the service manager Amy Stephenson, I think it's about time that all these reviews were investigated thoroughly and not just pawned off with the same copy and paste response. I strongly believe that if Nissan replaced their parts and service manager that the staff and customers would be a lot happier.

My family and I have dealt with the service department for over a decade . The service manager Amy has been nothing but rude and condescending with every interaction with myself, and my family- my mom still comments on how badly she was spoken to with her FIRST interaction in the service department with the manager. We are in the market for a new vehicle and because of the service department we will NOT even look at purchasing another vehicle from Nissan. The service department is the worse you can deal with. They told me the power train warranty of my vehicle doesn't cover engine problems or transmission problems. So I call the nissan dealership and they explained me the full procedure. Thankfully the engine was good but suspension issues there salesman told anything and everything is covered and you are peace of mind . Worse people to deal with

This was my first time buying from a dealership (seemed pointless to pay GST for a used car), however, we needed something (family car recently totaled) and found a very competitive price on a vehicle in short supply on the market (and could have jacked their price up - as other dealers were). The situation may have been complicated by the fact I was essentially negotiating (and eventually buying) the car sight unseen (as we live 3 hours away from Regina). The salesman (Wen) went well out of his way to address our questions/concerns by scanning/emailing inspection/reconditioning reports, additional pictures (including a video) to assist with our decision. Very pleased with our experience.

We’ve bought 4 vehicles from Regina Nissan. The last 2 had some problems noticed after purchase. Very hard to get the dealership to address any issues. After the sale they just don’t care. The last one we bought was used and has problems which should of been addressed with the inspection they claim to do prior to sale. My advice is to have an independent inspection done elsewhere before you buy. It’s unfortunate you have to do that. Have tried working with the salesman, used car manager and general manager. They don’t return emails and just put you off when you call. You would think they would like to keep making money off our business but I guess that’s not the case. We are done dealing with them, will just buy elsewhere. Last purchase was a used truck, total purchase price was 30,000.

This is a short sad story please everybody read and take care. I bough a vehicle from Regina Nissan and after 3 or 4 days I found a fuel leaking inside the engine and problem in starting. I contacted them and they were carless and asked me to remove the bad rate first. I removed it then they ignored me totally. I asked to return as I just bought few days they said no returns even after 1 day. Now few days ago I went to technician to change a lamp he asked me why the body from inside is different color than outside you said you just bought it ?!! I shocked and asked what that mean ? I never came to my mind to check the body from inside!!!!! he said this vehicle had BIG ACCIDENT and NEVER reported to SGI because that was not in CARFAX report also the SGI will never fix your vehicle and give it to the customer with 2 different colors!! I am in shock and never expected that thing in my dreams. Its a nightmare. This vehicle worse 6000$-7000$ less of price they sold me because the hidden accident. I reported everything documents pictures and reports to the Government of Saskatchewan Consumer Affairs and BBB Customer Protection unit. I advice everyone to check carefully any vehicle before purchase. Because as soon as they get your money , deal with everybody change to worst face. It was horrible experience waiting for solution.

We recently purchased a used Altima for our son for his 16th birthday. It was an older car but we had a sale person named Carson who made us feel like we were buying him something brand new when in reality it was 12 yrs old. He went above and beyond at every turn including the price which was well above what we wanted to spend to get it to a figure that we were comfortable with which was a significant difference from asking price. There were paint scratches that he touched up personally as well as painting rims and again did on his time. He is a fantastic person who I didn't know at all before this experience and am so glad that he was the one that greeted us that day and helped us. Stopped by Regina Nissan to look for a vehicle. I had specifics! Mosaddak (Moe) was outside to greet us in no time. After sitting down with him, both my mom and I were blown away but his knowledge and friendliness for being young and having only been there a couple months!! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Curtis in Service this week. Last week I started having issues with a newer battery and it wasn't "holding a charge" longer than a day. I gave Curtis a call and he suggested I bring it in. He explained the two possible outcomes for me - either way I knew that I would be taken care of. Everything worked out exactly the way he had explained and I got a phone call the same morning I had dropped it off letting me know I was good to go. Curtis arranged for the shuttle to come pick me up and even had my vehicle washed and ready for me when I arrived. He even look it upon himself to get an inspection completed to make sure everything else was working. I must admit, it's nice to know that he did that extra step for me. Thank you again Curtis!

Despite not buying my Nissan from them they have gone above and beyond to help from the beginning when I purchased it and had Troubles with the car started I had installed and then the curb I hit that messed up my tire. They are all easy to talk to, understanding and they treat me like part of Nissan not just a number in a book. Darcel, Curtis, and Amy (manager) are always willing to help me, answer all my questions , call me back Etc. I’ve had a 5 star experience there every time I’ve been in.

Poor place to do buisness with. Got offered an excellent deal on a car over the phone. When asking questions confirming things about the car they later tell me ok so your price is.... which was way higher than the price originally told me they would do. Wasted allday dealing on this car, working things out with my family the bank, all while working! I have no car currently and was even organizing a way there to see it. Even have message proof of the offered deal! Salsesman never got manager to call me in the am as he said he would nor did a manger return email yet.
