On May 16 I got the 2017 chevy sonic from Regina Honda Certified Used. All very well and friendly. Once in my house I started to review the manual, I realized that the cord heather was missing. I went back to the dealership and they told me that they were going to call me to confirm the day when they were going to put the cord heather on. I waited two weeks until I decided to call, they told me that they had forgotten that they would call me to arrange the appointment. It's like a joke because they never called. A week ago I called again, they told me again that they had forgotten but that the next day they would call me to adjust the appointment again, of course they never called. What is happening, something is not right? At first they seemed very professional but I see that they have no professional ethics or respect for their clients, what a shame. Ps: I'm still waiting for the call.

Pathetic behavior, we went to this place after quarter to 6 but before 6. Sales guy asked me to wait because his manager is on phone. I and two of my friends we're waiting in their seating area. The manager eventually came out and didn't even talk to us!! Completely ignored us and told the sales person that we should go some other day. I don't know if he was already done for the day. But the manager could at least talked to us! Complete nuisance behavior from a MANAGER!!! Poor sales guy was ashamed and was apologising to us.

If you are fond of Honda's pre-owned vehicle with a decent price tag, then you are at the right place. Fine, buying a car is not like buying a burger, you might all have done your prior research work or if you lost in deciding perfect vehicle as per your budget. No problem, someone there would help you, but getting the right guidance from the right person will realize your car hunting. Here, Mr. Randy is a renowned salesperson holding extensive knowledge about vehicles and always ready to go extra mile in terms of your budget. The best thing I noticed, staff is very kindful and caring. Of course, a good collection of automobiles.

I would recommend this place to anyone here who is looking for an reasonable, reliable second hand vehicle. My husband and were on the hunt to downsize our vehicle into a fuel efficient money saving machine, not only were we able to do this here, we also experienced excellent customer service throughout the process. They have a large variety of vehicles, competitive pricing and are very accommodating before and after purchase. TIP: It's important to know what you want before going into any dealership. Prepare yourself and be a pleasantly good person. You will for sure attract it right back to you. Thank you Hailey, Nolan and Dustin for making our experience one we will never forget!

Right from the first reply to my email to taking our "new to us" Traverse home, NOT ONCE did we feel pressure from our salesperson, Randy, or the Manager, Nolan. Information regarding the vehicle was clearly explained with the CarFax report. Couple of things we noticed with the vehicle were dealt with prior to taking it home. Considering the times we are trying to navigate through, the dealership clearly has all it's Covid precautions in place and stick to it. And they have a great coffee machine :)

We had a beyond terrible, shady experience with Regina Honda. We were completely taken advantage of in the purchase of vehicle in December, so badly that we fought for the vehicle to be returned and for us to get our money back. I would highly recommend NOT to trust Dale in sales or the manager, Nolan Gross, on the used side of Regina Honda. To make a long story short, we were sold a vehicle (2019 Mazda CX9 GT Model), that we were told was in pristine condition, passed every inspection and was up to Mazda specs. That did tell us that there had been a claim against the vehicle which they stated was all back end damage (I have this in writing) as we were very vocal that we would not purchase a SUV that previously had any front end damage. We were reassured on more than one occasion that is was only back end damage. We then made the drive to Regina to pick up the vehicle, where they continued to stick to their story about the back end damage, took us to the back of the Mazda to show us how all the lines were seamless etc. Hence drawing our attention away from the front end. This was strategic on their end. They also knew that we had two kids with us as we drove in from out of town and were on a bit of a tighter schedule to get back on the highway home. Anyway, we believed their lies, purchased the vehicle, and drove home. Then we started to have issues right away, different warnings etc popping up, took the Mazda in to get fixed and found out the truth. The vehicle had never ever had any back end damage and all the damage was in the front end and it had never been fixed properly. Thousands of dollars in damage in that vehicle were not fixed nor were they up to safety specs. Bolts were missing, bolts were loose, the part that holds the airbags in place was zip-tied on, and one of the ties was wearing. These were just a few of things wrong, there were lots more. Needless to say there were huge safety concerns. I am not sure who is inspecting vehicles at Regina Honda, but I would not trust them either. Then in dealings with Nolan the manager, we caught him in a lie. In one of the numerous conversations where we stressed that we would be returning this vehicle and wanted our car back that we had traded in Nolan stated, well you could tell by looking and walking around that car, it had front end damage. It was like he was trying to put the blame on us for not looking closer. This is when I was happy I had it in writing what they had told us the car previously had back end damage. They knew all a long what had really happened and had absolutely no issues about feeding us a lie. It is such a sick feeling to know that we were taken advantage of so badly. They did eventually take the vehicle back, refunded us our money, "found" my car (Nolan said they didn't have it, but according to the autoTRADER ad, it had been on their lot the whole time). For the final lie, I was told my car had been given an oil change, detailed and said they put $160.00 into it. I guess oil and water must be expensive there, as that is all it had done, an oil change and the outside had been washed. It was not detailed when we got it back. I believe I have to click one star for my review to post, but if there was an option there would not be one clicked. Our appalling experience with them still makes me sick to my stomach, this whole situation should never have happened.

These are crazy Covid times with many folks very stressed but its also a time to call out the good in what people do and how hard they work. I just want to give a shout out to Dustin Robertson and Nolan Gross at Regina Honda. I have been a customer at Regina Honda since 1994 and we have purchased numerous vehicles new and used throughout the years. Dustin and Nolan are absolutely the BEST and some of the finest people in the car industry! I have family that will also travel the province to just do business with these guys. Many family and friends have also purchased vehicles from basic used to high end and everyone is more than thrilled with that decision to do business with Nolan and Dustin. Nolan and Dustin are highly professional, respectful, delightful and just make buying easy when car shopping is not so easy for many. They stand behind what they sell and that beautiful brand of everything Honda represents. I personally highly recommend both/either Nolan and Dustin to anyone and that comes from someone that has bought many and observed to many deals to count. Stay great Nolan and Dustin and keep up the fabulous work. I appreciate everything you have done for me and all my family and friends.

Unfortunately, I was in a mva that left my former vehicle, which was a Honda, as a write-off. I was very upset about the whole thing as I adored that car, but needed a new one nonetheless. I went to this dealership because I loved my Honda and had been treated well here in the past. I was very impressed with Dale, the sale person that I worked with, as I could tell that he listened to me when I described what I was looking for. He gave me numerous options and allowed me to test drive the vehicles at my leisure. I ultimately found something I absolutely love and is just my style, and I never would have found it if not for Dale! I felt zero pressure to commit to anything and was given the time I needed to consider my options, which I really, really appreciated, because I was still very upset about my previous vehicle being totaled off. I was treated by Dale, Dustin, and Sunny with patience and respect! I highly recommend the whole team :)

Regina Honda Pre-Owned Management and Sales team = Best auto group I've ever dealt with... And I live in Calgary. A couple years back, I was soliciting dealerships (as well as private sellers) throughout Western Canada to find the best deals on a used vehicle. After speaking with sales reps from various Lexus/Toyota, Ford, GM, and Nissan/Infinity dealerships, I felt most comfortable dealing with Regina Honda's Pre-Owned Manager Nolan Gross. I felt that Mr. Gross was open, honest, and cared for my best interests. He would give me subjective input on various vehicles on his lot. I appreciated this. He was aware that I was dealing concurrently with other dealerships, and seemed impartial - whatever works best for me! #1 - I received the best price for my Infinity G37x in Western Canada. I was looking at 5 other G37x models, same year, same mileage. #2 - After I purchased the vehicle, I drove back to Calgary to get compulsory out of province inspection. The service shop claimed that my tire tread was just below the threshold to approve. I called Nolan to let him know - not expecting anything from him. But he replaced the tires without hesitation. I'll never forget that. And as long as Nolan Gross is working at Regina Honda, I'll never buy a car from anywhere else.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here. The management staff, specifically Nolan, were awesome to deal with and was given a fair price for my trade in. The vehicle I purchased was in great condition and the salesmen I dealt with was very responsive to all my questions and cared about my wants and needs. Through the entire process I never felt like I was being pressured into buying, which made it all stress free. If your looking for a great used vehicle- I'd highly recommend visiting this store!

Their asking price is never reasonable, i mostly found avg. $1,500 to $3,000 above market. Its same with other dealers in Saskatchewan they take advantage of small market as there are not too many options available so they raise the price.
