He was very hospitality and giving out sugestions even we said we are not gona buy a vehicle right away. Went to couple of delears, spent like weeks and ends up with buying a car here. Bought my sister Mazda from MidTown few years back. Absolutely satisfied. Great little car preform excellent in winter and summer. Fair price for regular Oil change and small fix. The technic know what going on (sensor failed) provided most budget fixing plan. I means, it's not a place looking for complete warranted new car, but undoubtedly great place hunt used and maintenance your ride.

Bought a car off them OCTOBER 2020 and I’m still fixing it till now. The first day I got the car the engine lights came on, I called them and was told there’s nothing that could be done. A couple days after found out the brakes and rotors were worn too which will cost well over $500 to replace. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE A BIG SCAM. ANY VEHICLE YOU GET FROM THEM IS GUARANTEED TO HAVE ISSUES WHICH YOU COST YOU LOTS OF VALUABLE MONEY.

Absolute joke of a place. Staff is completely unprofessional. Went there yesterday with $30,000cash to buy a car and the salesman “Sean” (maybe John? He didn’t want to say his name, so he mumbled it out) was too lazy to move other cars out of the way so I could test drive. I showed him the cash and he said to please come back later when he could just drive the car off the curb and I wouldn’t see it ... seriously ?! Feel bad for the cars bumpers and the people who get stuck with vehicles from this place ! RUN AWAY FROM MIDTOWN AUTO!

Omg. Horrible place. Better to buy off market place. Nothing but scammers. Tried to get me to pay $4800 and then they committed fraud and gave it to be for $1680. Nothing but problems with this car. I bought it in January and I’ve put $1100 in it already and have to put another $850 into it for more parts. Save your money and shop elsewhere

Buyer beware this IS NOT the same dealership that it previously was. New owners as of 2017 do not stand by their products. This case has been submitted with Dealer Regulators for SK and is not their first case for selling vehicles with known issues

Avoid this place if you can or you will be ripped off like me. I bought Volkswagen Passat 2010 in 2018 and they made me sign without explaining the history of the car. I had problems with the tire, the engine, and other mechanical problems and I could not return it as it was over a year. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one and avoid if you can.
