If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is pointless as they don't respond to bad reviews as shown when reading through all of these but if you are considering a purchase from DriveNation RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! Was told one thing by the sales lady multiple times and now the finance guy says its not true. I want to return this truck I have owned for a week and only had in my possession for 1.5 days. Vehicles should never be sold if they aren't in complete working order and the pictures on the internet should be real not pics off the internet to make it look like the vehicle is in perfect condition or special angles to not show the issues. They were hesitant to let me take a vehicle for a test drive as they don't work that way, they want you to buy what they choose for you. Kee is rude and talks down to you when you are a woman, also they will put you in the finance office with Kee and 2 other guys to intimidate you in to changing your mind and keeping the vehicle they got you in to. Seems pretty desperate for sales if you ask me. What happened to good customer service? This is clearly not a part of this business! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE KEY, WITH THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE I COME IN TO CONTACT WITH ON A WEEKLY BASIS I CAN MAKE SURE EVERY ONE OF THEM WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE AND WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM DRIVENATION

Its ok if your looking for a used car . But if your in the position to pay for the car outright they really don't want to work with you to make the best deal as they basically admitted that they make more money financing the car then a straight sell. Plus why would u want to pay taxes on car that the taxes were already paid for when purchased new maybe its just me but it dont make sense.

As soon as i took the car off the lot a short week later my engine light turned on and there was a crack in my windsheild i did not notice until i got home. I texted one of the employees they did not answer and they still have yet to do somthing about it. I suggest if you're going to get a car dont get one from them!!! If you do be very very cautious!!

Everyone has been so amazing! I didn't think I was going to be approved but then when I found out I was I got extremely excited. I was a bit nervous to see what kind of a vehicle I could get with my credit history but I ended up getting an extremely nice vehicle that I fell instantly in love with. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here. They know how to work with a bad situation and turn it positive. This has been a great experience from day one. They were able to get my application going through text as I was working and then I was able to get a new vehicle the next day. Went in there asking about if I could trade in my vehicle for something they might have that fit my needs. Dealership manager told me in my face without even checking out my car that he wouldn't even give me an estimate on the trade-in till I was ready to buy something there. He then went in to lecture me about how a business is run and everyone has to make profit etc etc etc. I didn't go in there to listen to his opinions and b.s., rather I'm a customer who should've been asked what my preferences are etc. and then presented with some options. Nevertheless, i calmly listened to him, politely said thanks and left. Never ever going back in there again!!

RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Really bad at returning calls/texts. When I got my car I was offered a rebate for the first 3 months. After the 1st month they stopped the rebates. I had to pressure them for 2 weeks to get it. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Tried to do a trade in and was given the runaround for 4 days. Trying to get info so I can trade in elsewhere but can't get an answer. Went to a new dealer and found that drive nation spent days telling me they were waiting to hear from banks yet NOT ONE bank had been contacted. Found out they lied and my vehicle had 11 accidents totalling 28K. RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

My wife and I went to Drive Nation to trade a vehicle in for an upgrade. First off, they would not even consider our trade. They did approve us for financing though. They told us they had the perfect vehicle for us (2012 Ford Fiesta) without even asking what our needs were. I used my mobile device to show them several vehicles in their inventory we were interested in (minivans and SUVs), they dismissed our choices without consideration. They proceeded to tell us about warranty coverage and roadside assistance and so on. They continued with high pressure sales tactics and insisted they had the best deal on the best car for us with the best interest rate. We asked to see and test drive the car and they refused saying the car was in another city. We told them we would like to see the car before we commited to anything, we were basically told 'limited time offer, take it now or lose financing approval'. They assured us the car would be fully inspected and completely detailed, and told us about their return/exchange policy. Against our better judgement, we trusted the salesman and accepted the offer. He proceeded to rush us through signing various papers without giving us the proper opportunity to read the details of the paperwork. After all the papers were signed he told us the car would be scheduled for inspection the next day and we could take possession in two days. We had to wait eight days to actually pick up the car. When we went to pick up the car we noticed some issues right away. The interior had not been cleaned and was stained and dirty. One of the wiper blades was held together with twist ties and when we started the car, the drivers side rear view mirror was vibrating as if it would fall off. We asked about these things and were essentially told "the papers are signed, your problem now". Less than two weeks later my wife and two young daughters, age 4 and 12, went on a 500km road trip to visit family. Half way through the trip the heater stopped working. We live in Canada and it was January, the temperature at the time was minus 25 Celsius. She took the car to a trusted family mechanic who looked into the warranty coverage for replacing the heater. It was not covered by warranty so we had to pay nearly $500 for repairs. With freezing temperatures and a 500 km drive to get home, my wife and children NEEDED heat. After returning home we took the bill for repairs to drive nation demanding recompense. They told us we should have brought the car to them, they expected my wife to drive 500kms+ with our two young daughters in -25*C weather to bring the car to them, but they did agree to issue a refund for the cost of repairs. It has now been 3 months and dozens of phone calls to them and the head office and we still have not received the refund. The car has now been sitting, undriven, for 7 weeks. It left my wife stranded several times due to a dead battery. If the car sits longer than a day or two, the battery dies. The battery has been tested and deemed in good working order, thus there is a short in the electrical system, not covered by warranty, nor will drive nation even check out the issue. Also, a tire on the car went flat for no apparent reason as it has been sitting in our driveway for sometime, tire repairs are also not covered. Our next move is to return the car and try to get a different car, I am not optimistic. Or contact the financing company to get out of the contract. After researching this option it looks like if we persue this option it will show up on our credit rating as a repossession. We are obviously not happy. We are disappointed in ourselves for trusting these slimy swindlers and furious at drive nation for all of the B.S. they put us through and for what we still have to do to remedy this situation. We are spending hundreds of dollars a month on payments and insurance on a car that is not reliable. The car sits in the driveway, undriven, because it won't start most of the time (dead battery) and when it does start we can't trust it to start again.

Not sure what to think about this place, first vehicle we bought last year when we bought had what looked like to be bird droppings on the hood, when we washed it after purchase the droppings conveniently were hiding down to the metal scratches. Second vehicle we just purchased, the same issue, there was no bird droppings as I looked, but this time ice filled the hidden dents on the hood. Never had choice on vehicle this time it seemed like, my 2 day cash back check took over a week and the promise of a free tank of gas with positive review never happened. Once purchase completed the friendliness disappeared, until they were mentioning a paid referral from those I sent their way. In hindsight guess i should've really looked over the vehicles. Interest rates were top notch, that was a big plus. No issues with first vehicle after over a year, second vehicle is so far so good.

I am forced to give a star but really they don't deserve one. We inquired about a suv and started the process for that one. only after a run around to find out we wouldn't even be shown the one we wanted that we would be forced to get a bran new one. even after asking to see some of their stock we were not allowed in them and got told they wouldn't show us nothing till we were even approved. After noticing a flat tire on a suv and us telling about it the rep that was dealing with us told us it was a cash suv and that it wasn't important, we decided that it would be better to go with the dealer ship that we had a rep with and canceled our application. Today after being approved for a an suv with our dealer ship this company called the bank we got approved with complaining and demanding to know why they were not allowed to be approved. In the end now this company has cost us a suv all cause we stopped working with them. DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

I only authorized for this to be done ONCE. But since it’s over 2 years ago, I guess nothing can be done.
