I had a great experience here with Salesman, Roel! Great experience on the phone with him and helping get pre-approval before I drove to Regina to look at the truck. He was very helpful with all of my questions and waited with patience while I discussed the vehicle I was looking at on the phone with my mom and brother and even talked to my brother to answer questions that I may have not known to ask. He showed me a few other options for trucks, gave me a few quotes and was very helpful in sticking within my budget. He was by my side the entire process and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the day and didn’t send me on my own to book the next oil change and even drove me to the nearest SGI office to get my plate, instead of just saying go find an SGI, get a plate and see you back here. I have never had such a great experience at a dealership as I did with Roel!

Val at the front desk was wonderful and the finance manager Kyle made made the actual purchasing of the car a breeze. Dan "The English Guy" was very likable and I had a great time talking with him through the whole process. I would definitely recommend considering them when you buy your next car.

Went to Auto Gallery to look at a preowned Subaru and was expecting a long and tortuous process. We talked to a sales associate, Lewis, and told him exactly why we were looking for and our price range. In no time we we test drove an outback and a forester, both within our price range. Lewis was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and Subaru in general. I was very pleased that he didn't try to push us to something newer or more expensive, but understood what we were looking for! We got a great deal so snatched a forester up right away and the paperwork was all dealt with in a timely manner! Everyone we worked with was great! Thanks auto gallery, I love my Subaru!

This is probably the worst dealer on the face of the earth. Took my money for a deposit on a car then told me it was sold the next day, which they only told me when I started asking questions about my meeting with them. Once I complained they told me it was sold a few days earlier. They are unbelievable unprofessional and I reccomend everyone to stay away from this horrible place.

[EDIT: I contacted them like they had asked, they said they can’t help me if I don’t buy the vehicle, and was asked to change the review because it gives them a bad image, well you guys gave yourself the bad image and that was one way to make an annoyed customer flat out angry] BUYER BEWARE!! This place is such a rip off and quite frankly dangerous, the first time I went I felt rushed, unwanted, and as if I was imposing on something else they were supposedly doing, I waited over an hour for one of their “busy sales personnel” to talk to me, the guy was friendly and nice, didn’t know English all that well though, let alone ANYTHING about the vehicles he was selling. But here’s the real issue, I test drove one of their used vehicles and upon getting on the ring road noticed that the truck was throwing me all over the road!! I pulled over immediately to see what could be going on, meanwhile I had a very panicked salesman trying to grasp the fact that we almost got driven into a ditch, the issue was that the tires were SEPARATING FROM THE RIMS!! He assured me that this is normal and that we should just head back, after I finally got it thought to him that this is extremely dangerous and a hazard, he said he would get it taken care of, now here we are a month and a half later, I’m still interested in this particular truck, and asked a new salesperson if the issue had been fixed, and he was one of the most condescending people I’ve ever had the chance to talk to, he made me feel like I was trying to steal from him and that I needed to get out of his way as if he had something more important to do, I told him that this is UNSAFE and WILL hurt someone, and said if they weren’t going to fix it they should at least put a disclosure on the vehicle that says will need new wheels, so he asked if I’d just buy the vehicle if they change the website. um? NO! (Full conversation tagged down below) and then I find out that not only does he not know how to spell to save his life, but he’s also busy getting distracted by some other deal his is currently in the process of doing!! I’ve had so many bad experiences here that I’ve lost all trust in this place and I’m appalled by the way this establishment handles itself! And I’m not the only one, my friend had sued this place because it was rolling back odometers!! Stay away from this place

I must tell you first off I love my Subaru so I am a bit bias. ; ) They scanned my Crosstrek to diagnose an intermittent starting issue. Changed my FOB battery, reset a control model and sent me off very satisfied. I do need to book another appointment to fully diagnose and locate a possible wiring issue and have a peace of mind winter check up done. Where I live the snow and frostbite temperatures are coming and I rely heavily on my reliable cars, Subaru Outbacks and Crosstreks are by far my most favorite over all my previous cars ( well except maybe for my '74 Challenger).

What a nice dealership! Had nothing but a good experience at Subaru Regina. Camilo was very polite, honest and extremely accommodating. No high pressure tactics from anyone that I dealt with at the dealership. I was still in the 'kicking tire' phase of looking for a new vehicle and ended up buying a 2019 Crosstrek because Camilo and the managers made the process to good to be true. :) I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. This is my first time buying a brand new car and at Auto Gallery Suabru in Regina is where I bought my 2015 Subaru Impreza which is an awesome car for winter driving. I am very thankful for the salesman Dale Parent who helped explained to me everything about my brand new car. Parent was very friendly and helpful. I wish other dealerships could be as fast, friendly, and very helpful like how my visit at Auto Gallery Subaru was. Since I live in Canada the roads are so really bad all winter long and I still can't believe how awesome and amazing my Subaru Impreza drives during the winter. I've had my Subie for about 3 months now and I love it so much. I do a lot of driving every single day and I still can't believe that this Subaru can handle winter driving was better than a lot of other vehicles. This symmetrical awd is awesome and the brakes work very good, because braking in the winter when the roads are bad was hard in my old car. Even the gas milage is amazing, because I only have to go get gas like alomst one every week with all the driving I do. With my old car I had, I use to have to go get gas almost every single day, because I drive a lot everyday. If anyone's looking to buy a vechicle (new or even used), I would definitely advise for to go see Dale Parent at Auto Gallery Subaru. He will make sure you know exactly everything you would need to know about your vechicle purchase. Thank you again Auto Gallery Subaru and Dale Parent for all the help You definitely get a 5 out of 5 stars. One last thing, Subarus are awesome :D

The reason I'm giving this dealership a 5 star rating is simply that I had an amazing time being helped by everyone there. My salesman, Dan, was a really upbeat and friendly guy. He answered every question I had, and I had a great time joking around with him aswell! My finance man, Cord, extremely nice guy, and definitely made the financial side of the purchase as easy as possible, at the same time as he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We would like to commend Auto Gallery Regina for helping us out to get a new vehicle.My wife and I are foreigners and we badly needed a car when we first got to Regina, we were approved by the first dealership we went to not knowing all the "hidden" fees behind it. After a few months we realized the financial toll we got ourselves into. We tried hard to trade in our vehicle to several dealerships but we couldn't find a good deal even not getting a reply at all. Needless to say our credit score got affected badly. We decided we were done with dealerships until we took a chance on Auto Gallery. From the start our salesman treated us with the best service ever. He said he was gonna help us (which we heard tons of times before) and he really did. He was honest right off the bat. We really appreciate the work they put into getting us out of our old vehicle into a brand new one, not to mention lower monthly fees.Our salesman and the financial team really outdone themselves. Very disapointed. Crossing Canada on a road trip with my son in my 2016 Subaru Outback and enjoying every minites of it. Got a burnt fuse on the 12v outlet circuit. Stop at the Subaru dealership and ask if tthet could look at it. I was told to take a appointement for the next day. I told the service manager that it was a 15 second job. He reply that all his technicians were busy. I then ask him if he could lent me a pair of plyers so that I could do the jpb myself. He said no... I went to dollarama , purchase a $3 pair of plyers and fix it myself. I still will enjoy my road trip but Auro Gallery Subaru will not get good grade from me.

I was asked to give 5 Star review to get a 1 free service and oil change. Though Subaru is my favorite brand, Auto Gallery Subaru is the only worst and dishonest Subaru dealer to deal with in Regina. Sales and Finance department needs a lot of improvement. Not gonna deal with them again.

Went in bright and early to look at a truck and had salesman Erwin Wolfe come up and i expressed i was interested, told him yo get me a carfax and numbers and to text me, had to wait hours and call the dealership and remind him. Take the truck for a drive its empty on fuel, gets a fuel slip and puts regular into the truck that requires premium, go back make an offer on a friday around close time, he informs me monday theres a deposit and its sold lol, im quite surprised as most dealers dont let 2 or 3 people wheel on one vehicle. Erwin was also probably the slowest most forgetting salesman ive ever seen. I would never deal with him again.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I bought my car from auto gallery over a year ago after which I was in an accident, receiving a payout from SGI. SGI paid out the car in less than two weeks. cheques were submitted to auto gallery and and in over 6 weeks they couldn't explain to me why they couldn't deposit my cheques. when they eventually did they couldn't explain to me how they arrived at the numbers they came up with besides almost $4000 penalty for breaking my $8000 loan. Till this day almost three months later they claim the chief accountant is on vacation and hasn't drawn up the numbers. No care or regard for me whatsoever. I am deeply shocked by the treatment received here and I will be filling a legal claim for documentation.

Worst dealer I dealt with ever. I purchased a car from them and I wire transferred the money to them, yet they told me that the car needs fix. I waited around 17 days and the sales guy brought to me. I started checking the car on spot we discovered many problems; no remote starter which he told me it has, no keyless entry, rear wiper is not working, tires sensor is on all the time, the airbag sensor passenger side is on as well. Plus, more mileage were added to the car since I saw it online and I purchased it; around 3000km in just 2 weeks after I paid for. And the biggest shock is when I tried to open the car next morning with the manual key, I could not. I cannot move the key neither right nor left. I kept calling them and each time I call they tell me the mangers are in a meeting for 8 hours. I asked for the service dept. they told me I have to call a towing company to open door for me. This is first and last experience with those untrusty dealer. I gave one star because there is no less than that.

I pretty much made up my mind about the Outback before heading to the dealership. I have had a few e-mail communications with Chris who proposed to me the specific vehicle. I searched up on the internet, studied up its features, and believed that the price he quoted was also fair. I was greeted by Roel when I entered the office. The calm and less pushy approach to sales was a winner for me. Roel is so professional, easy going, and confident. I was able to trust them, made a few jokes with them, and bought the car at the exact price that Chris proposed in his e-mail (I didn't even negotiate because the folks could easily win your trust). I have however a few things that I had taken for granted and expected to be done without me asking them - like making the car clean and shiny (my tires were dirty and the floor was not clean either). They did not also fill up fuel. I have these things done in almost every previous car purchases I have had. So, I had to go to wash my car and fill it up with gas the next day, something that my wife had laughed at me about. I still don't regret about the experience since I truly dislike being pushed around and manipulated by car salesmen. Perhaps, I could have had a better experience with Auto Gallery if I didn't have to make a rushed decision to buy and go with the car within a few afternoon hours of the day.

We were extremely impressed by the service at this Subaru dealership. We had an unexpected muffler issue due to heavy snowfall with our Subaru while driving through Regina. After calling several mechanics and muffler shops that couldn’t get us in, the dealership got us in right away and even replaced our headlight free of charge. The service from everyone we dealt with was exemplary and the free coffee and children’s play area while we waited were nice too.

Our car went in for an expensive service including removal and replacement of spark plugs. A few thousand km after our car mysteriously developed compression loss and they tell us that there is scoring in the cylinder. Recommendation is a new short block or to trade it in on a new vehicle. Make of it what you will but we will not be dealing here in the future

We purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback on March 11/2020. We dealt with Jamie Schweitzer. We were really impressed with the attention to detail of what we were looking for. The right fit was there and he was helpful in explaining features we were unfamiliar with. There were reams of paperwork that he explained along with his great knowledge of the Subaru product. Subaru itself could try streamline this paperwork a bit but we know the process though long was for our benefit too, signatures, etc. Details. We are hoping for a great ride with our new auto.

My wife switched her mind from Honda to Subaru primarily because of Dane. He is passionate, helpful, and an excellent sales person. I put my info in the Subaru website at 9 pm and he emailed me back within 15 min which was impressive. He was honest about everything and I never felt pushed for a single moment throughout the whole purchasing process. What amazes me Most is after 6 months of purchasing the vehicle, I get the same greetings and services from Dane whether it’s oil change or tire change or a windshield repair. This is really amazing. Took my Subaru in to get repaired and they told me the engine needed replaced. I then took it to another shop and it needed an ignition coil. AutoGallary wanted another $350 to know what failed on the engine, a test that takes 1 hour even less time when you have the spark plugs out like they did with my car. To clarify the hour it took me an hour to learn how to use the tool, and conduct the test, I am sure a trained mechanic could do it faster. They are crooks just like everyone says they are.

Traded in my truck for a used car and Chris was more then helpful throughout the whole process. Gave me a more then fair value for my truck and walked me through all the details with the used car I was interested in including multiple tests drives and a walkaround the car inside and out. Quick to answer all my questions and made sure I knew about a couple of the very minor cosmetic issues with the used car I was looking at. I was days away from purchasing a used vehicle from Auto Gallery, Regina. Then 'general manager' Andy Cho decided it was necessary to give me his opinion and advise. Andy Cho is the most arrogant salesman I've ever encountered. I've been to almost every dealership in Regina in the last 10 years and dealing with him for 10 minutes was the worst experience yet. Sure, I've been slightly frustrated with pushy sale tactics, but this 'general manager' was the worst by far. Andy Cho should not be involved in any part of customer service. Andy Cho should not interact with people for a living.. His entire attitude towards me was very unprofessional. He 100% lost this sale. I feel bad for the salesman (Piyush Kohli) I was working with. He was quite and let me look and drive in silence, I appreciate that. However Andy Cho marched into the deal and pushed me out of it. Andy Cho took deficiencies I pointed out of the vehicle as a personal attack. This $85,000+ tax vehicle had all four wheels mechanically damaged, and one tire with a large gouge in the sidewall. The rear seat had a small tear in the leather and there was multiple other concerning issues that I believed were grounds for a discount. Andy Cho asked me "what do you expect, it's a used vehicle". In which I responded "so there's no room to move?" And he told me if I don't want to buy it tonight "don't bother, buy a BMW X5 and be just like everybody else and their grandma". What kind of customer service is this? That is only the beginning... I'm not even going to carry on explaining our outrageous conversation. It was so unprofessional that the salesman I was dealing with originally emailed me the following day saying "I apologize for what happened yesterday." Needless to say.. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO GALLERY REGINA, I've only ever heard bad things about them and now I've received the full experience. If they happen to have the exact vehicle you're looking for, steer clear of Andy Cho, or you will leave there unhappy, belittled and your business unappreciated. Heads Up Also, I asked multiple people at the location for the owners name and contact info. They would not provide me with any means of complaining above Andy Cho's head.

Recently purchased a truck here and the sales & service was first rate. Leander McLean was my sales associate and from start to finish he was helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on me as the customer vs simply making another sale. The weather was extremely cold but that didn't stop them from ensuring the experience was first rate. When the time came for the test drive, the truck had been brought in and warmed up in their new drive thru heated sales and service bays. Leander went thru the many features of the truck and ensured I knew what I was buying. Very little pressure. Years ago we had bought a Subaru here and we have had a good relationship with them since - and this time was no different despite only getting to know Leander now. He interacted with sales and service staff closely to get everything done that I needed and made it easy to yes to the deal. Ken and his team in service were great as well. They clearly operate as a team and this made it easier to make my decision. One of the best vehicle purchase experiences I've had. Very happy with my truck and I readily would recommend Auto Gallery for both sales and selection. They have much to choose from - both new and pre-owned.

Let me start by saying how the staff were fairly friendly and accomodating considering I'm not the easiest client to work appointments with. They have decent hours and always got someone to at least look at the car when they had a moment. But unfortunately that means little when I come in for incompetsnt service. Subaru is not cheap. I do 90% of my own maintenance but when there is an issue I've never come accross or can't tackle it is time to take the car in. Everytime I've taken my car in, the tech was happy to look at it and see what he could do. Each appointment costing $200 and up. $2000 or more later and they could not fix the issue at all. What's worse is they merely cut pieces off my car saying I didn't need them (later finding out one piece was a heat shield over the cat which failed my inspection in another province later). At 200k mileage I did the major service for $800 and found out later they did nothing. Looked everything over and said it was good when in fact, the timing belt was cracked AND cylinders 2/4 had virtually no spark plug left. All in all, friendly service is great but all for not if there is no service performed. Just a lot of hot air. They also would not offer any refund for services rendered or pay to have the service performed at another Subaru dealer. PS - If you are confused by the mixed reviews here, it's because the staff post phoney reviews on here. Read the good reviews and see for yourself how the people never say why they review what they do. Just how friendly everyone is and how great the pricing is.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Worst service I have ever dealt with. Bought a vehicle from them 5 months ago and have had nothing but issues. I proceeded to address these issues and instead of helping us out, we were treated rudely and disrespectfully. The man we were talking to had the audacity to hang up on us. JUST TERRIBLE. I have tried to shop at this dealership several times now (twice for family members and now for myself) and it's obvious that rather than give a person a fair deal this dealership's main interest is to simply fleece potential customers. They will do all the standard shadey sales tactics (e.g., focusing on what you want your monthly payment to be rather than the total price of the vehicle; talking price without taxes and all fees included, etc.) and then some. When there, they will invite the manager over to shake your hand in hopes that you'll feel like you're important and going to be taken care of, when really they are planning to offer you the MSRP as if that's some kind of deal. The main issue I have with this dealership is they add on what is called a Sask Package which includes a block heater and under carriage spray (who knows if they even do this) for $1,700. They will then possibly waive this fee for you like they are doing you some kind of favour. Importantly, a block heater costs anywhere between $50 and $150 to install. Undercoating is a few hundred dollars. They are essentially waiving a made-up fee to get you back to the MSRP. If you think you are getting a deal, you are not. Again, their main interest is to fleece you. I'd suggest looking in Saskatoon, buying out of province, or heading over to Toyota or Honda where you'll likely be treated a lot better.

He took the time to explain all of the features of the car and took us individually for test drives. Upon request, he showed us another model for comparison. We made a decision. He played with our child while we spoke with Darlene about financing. We picked up the car at a later date (our request). Lewis made sure that the car was ready and Kim had our financing ready to go. Joel Brownridge responded to my online query within 10 minutes to confirm my request and provide more information on the car that I was interested in. He clearly explained the features and upgrades to the 2018 model and his genuine excitement multiplied my interest. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning, however after visiting other dealerships for other brands, I realized that the features offered by Subaru as explained by Joel were unavailable in many similarity priced 2018 vehicles. I visited the dealership on Friday instead and met with Joel to check out the car personally. I must say I was not disappointed at all! Joel pointed out the models that were available for immediate possession and invited me for a test drive. I was impressed by the comfort levels , the tech package and all round sturdiness of the 2018 CrossTrek. Although I was not enthused by the colour, a free command start and two free oil changes was compensation enough. He explained the benefits of leasing and all the advantages of going with this option. We then met with Cord Crowthers who was very friendly and extremely helpful. He went through the paperwork while keeping things light and relaxed. He made us feel welcomed and proceeded as if we were old friends! This was most appreciated Josh from the service Dept booked me in for the first service. He was very cool and was awesome to deal with. The overall experience barely took three hours and I was able to drive home with a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek! I highly recommend Auto Gallery Subaru because of their excellent service and friendly staff

Then we went to Subaru Auto Gallery just before 20-30 min of their closing time. We met sales rep and he even stayed 15-20 after his end of the day shift to show us around and even we test drove forester and Outback. Upon our next visit We met Randy McMillan, Very humble guy with lots of experience. He knew what he was talking and didn't pressurize for any sale. We compare the quote from Auto Gallery with Dealers in Saskatoon, Manitoba and Alberta. They were not even closed to Auto Gallery's quote. Auto Gallery wins every time we compare it with different dealer. Even when we came back after 2 months Randy did remembered our name and car which we initially came for and discussed. That kind of service is rare to find. I can go on and on but in short We end up buying Outback Ltd with Tech option with great deal and very high degree of Satisfaction. Took 4 hours to find out what the check engine light was on for. Once I came in to get my car back it took another hour to get the keys after I paid since the car was being washed. Not a big deal really but it took ages to do what I thought would be a relatively quick trip. Still, they found out what the problem was and all staff I talked to were friendly and helpful.

ABSOLUTE WORST service I’ve ever experienced with any auto dealership!!! Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. If you want a Subaru, go to Saskatoon! We came there to inquire about a few vehicles we’ve seen online, the salesman was super short and asked the same questions over and over again without remembering what I told him 2 minutes before that. The salesman and and finance guy were not in synch and seemed like they don’t want to show us or try any other vehicles than the one they wanted to get rid off even when I mentioned I had few vehicles in mind, with a few different price ranges. The finance guy just came out of his office with rough numbers for one vehicle only and told us he cannot do anything for us. I had to ask what about the other, cheaper vehicles and he didn’t even want to try, just showed us our way out basically. It was close to 8pm (closing time) and they seemed to just want to go home, and get rid of us. They could’ve at least tell me to come back the next day and maybe try some other vehicles, but instead I felt like I’ve been disrespected as a potential customer. I love Subaru vehicles and I wish this brand was represented by better people in Regina. I’ll make sure that non of my family members ever steps foot there. I ended up getting a brand new vehicle elsewhere, and I’m glad I did it. They make other dealerships look really good.

If I knew how bad it was going to get dealing with Service at this dealership I would've never bought my car with them. Terrible communication skills, they don't even communicate with their peers to know what is going on with a car left for maintenance or repairs. They treat you good when you call, but when you start looking for answers, when you ask what have they done to figure out the cause for a failure, they have no idea (manager included). I understand cars aren't perfect but they twist stories, they lie and call you a liar. So regretful, now I have to deal with them as I have no other dealership to go to. **Update - I sent an email to Jessica back in July explaining the situation, I haven't received a reply to this date Sep 17 2021. This is how important customer satisfaction is for them.**

Normally would not write a review but I am bit disappointed with the service that I got from Auto Gallery. I bought a Jeep Wangler (2013) for 30 grand from them. Service was great (sales department) till I drove out with my vehicle. Later It turns out there was a problem with the rear defroster. I went back to get it fixed which they did (at least mechanic claimed). But had same problem again, so I went again and mechanics pretty much blew me off and said it is working so just observe it, Off-course defroster was not working. I went back third time, they tried to trick me again by saying that defroster works only if you start your heater to full (which it does not). I stood to my grounds and asked them to show me with their laser temperature gun. They tried and failed so they said they can call Chrysler dealer because they don't have any idea how to fix it. My main complain is they could have told me this first time. Enough of ranting, all I like to say is they are probably good (considering their rating) but may be only with Subaru vehicles not with others. 0 till the point

I'll never buy a Subaru in Regina, I can't believe the reviews for this place are real don't be fooled. Nothing but deception on the part of the sales people and the manager. Subaru should be made aware of what thier name is attached to in this market. The finance guy told me that Subaru questions thier low sales of new vehicles. Well Mr finance guy when you withhold the subvented rate and only push the bank rate because you get a better cut that may explain things a little. In fact they wouldn't even tell me what the bank rate was until I demanded it. I could write a small novel about my time dealing with them.. Don't not shop here and report them Subaru when you get screwed, they don't learn anything from Google reviews they will just do what they need to to get you to change it but won't change thier practices.

As we were driving back from British Columbia to Ontario we needed our brakes urgently fixed. I called and spoke with Jeremy in the service department late afternoon on Thursday September 3 and he said come first thing Friday morning, whenever we could get there. Our car was promptly taken in and we were back on the road again within 4 hours with new brake pads & rotors, headlight bulb and a complementary car wash. Everything was clearly explained to us and we had a comfortable place to wait with free coffee.

After expressing my disappointment and belief such a feature was standard in the premium model Andy Chou, New car Sales Manager, authorized it be installed at no additional charge. My wife traded in her truck & purchased a so-called certified pre-owned 2016 Subaru on November 19, 2018 with about 44,940 km on it. Negotiated with salesman an all-in price. Wife went down to complete paperwork and pickup vehicle. Surprise $495 administration fee and unwanted $389 tire & rim warranty added to sales invoice. Was told the vehicle would be fully fueled, however, wife drove away from dealership and it had less than a quarter tank of gas (125 km to empty). Fast forward about 9 weeks, my wife and daughter travel to a ringette tournament in Steinbach, Manitoba and are stranded when vehicle breaks down. Thankfully, we hava a CAA membership and get vehicle towed to Subaru Winnipeg dealership on Sunday afternoon so that it can be serviced first thing Monday morning. After a nightmare experience dealing with that dealership, $376.56 for two extra nights hotel and $476.17 for a thermostadt sensor and battery plus two burned vacation days spent in Winnipeg, my wife and daughter finally are able to leave Winnipeg Tuesday afternoon around 2:30pm. Followup care was zero. If we could give these two dealerships negative stars that would be an understatement. We have a 15 and 13 year that will soon be driving and I need a newer vehicle within the next year. We will be taking our business elsewhere and caution anyone thinking of dealing with Subaru Regina. Being previous owners of a Forester and Outback, we are familiar with Subaru's excellent quality. Our present Outback has 285,000k and we have never had an issue with it. My wife wanted a Forester because the previous Forester met her requirements for delivering precious wedding cakes. Barry Lefleur, sales, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, listened to our criteria and after checking out the new Forester and Outback, recommended a Outback 2.5 Touring model. It meets our requirements perfectly. He was most professional in outlining the all of the financing details which made our decision easy. We then met with Kim DeGruchy, Finance Manager, to finalize the paperwork. She presented us with additional options about extended warranties, explaining the advantages/disadvantages of each. As "insurance" for the future of the car, we purchased an extended warranty. She was open, efficient and promptly completed the paperwork for signing. the absolute worst car dealership in the regina Area. I have been waiting 4 weeks for them to resolve the countless electrical and mechanical issues with the product I bought from them. they are well known for their very disreputable and questionable business practises and yet I was still stupid enough to buy from them, so I in a sad way, deserve what I am going through. I just hope someone reads this and chooses to never, ever go through what we have gone through, then it will, in a very small way, be worth it. Bought a car that they said had passed a Safety Inspection. Got it home, had no daytime driving lights or dash lights - as such, could not have passed a Safety. They took it to fix it, and damaged he brake lights. Back again for brake lights, needs new instrument panel. after new panel installed, on board computer gone. before that was even resolved, tried to leave the city on a road trip, and the car started spewing radiator fluid and oil. Now, 5 weeks later, car still on their lot with no resolution in sight. Just FYI, this is a Porsche Boxter I am talking about, not some POS. They never call back when promised, they never fulfil any promise whatsoever. The Service Dept did their best, but Sales is an absolute joke and abomination. DO NOT EVER BUY THERE.

Elias is the man! After not receiving a referral cheque in the time frame I was supposed to, Elias took control of the situation and continued to pressure management to get a cheque printed and signed for me. While it did take 4 months to receive this referral money, it was NOT because of Elias. Elias continued to pressure his manager, Josh, to hurry up and get this cheque signed and sent out to me. But there was a total lack of urgency from Josh. While Josh ignored multiple calls and emails of mine when I was searching for answers, Elias was there to help. Even though he was suddenly transferred to a new department, Elia refused to stop helping me and after realizing that Josh was never going to mail the cheque to me, or answer my calls, Elias took the reins. Elias gave me a call on his own personal time to let me know he understood my concerns. Instead of Elias making excuses for his manager, he stepped up huge and brought resolution to the whole situation. During the phone call, Elias sent me the referral money, apologized for the issues and was just super pleasant. Elias did the job that the manager, Josh, should have done. I’ve worked in the Auto Sales industry for multiple years, and with myself knowing exactly what is need to succeed in this business, Elias is a guy I would love seeing as a sales manager. Even when he is busy, he always makes times for his clients, always returns calls and always works to resolve situations. Auto Gallery, If you want to bring a high level of success to your business, make Elias a sales manager. Once the sale is made staff have zero interest in customer satisfaction. Purchased a car with after market command start,which came with 2 key fobs. When I got home one of the key fobs would not work . I phoned the salesman to see if they would purchase a new one as it did not work. He called me back and said his boss would not approve him to purchase me a $90 fob and that I would have to buy my own. I was given advice not to go here. Should have definitely listened .

Probably the worst place in town. I was warned not to go here but gave them the benefit of the doubt. big mistake. don't trust this place. Very poor service. Purchased a used vehicle that was to have new tires installed at a later date. Several attempts to call dealer for appointment to install tires were ignored. Only after going back to dealer did they respond. An appointment was arranged for tires to be put on but when we got there they had no idea. We waited 2 hours for tires to be installed only to find out that they did an oil change. We waited another 3 hours for tires to be put on only to find they put on wrong tires. Either they are completely incompetent or are totally full of BS. Will never deal with them again and warn others to stay away from these scammers.

well i have to say they do fix cars very well but it always take extreme(i mean it) long period of time asa long as you run out all your patient. what i recommend is if you have only one car and it is not a big problem, find somewhere else, otherwise it is still best place to fix your Subaru and Land Rover in town also, forgot to tell you, if they ever say they gonna call you back in few minutes or leave a message to call back, don't trust them. they had never called me back.

They just want to hit your credit to make sure if you get approved and then only would tell you about promotions or deals and then finally after requesting will give test drive. I asked Dan ( sales rep) about the difference in the price of the two models of Impreza. He had no idea about the price and didn’t even manage to look into the price for us and kept on saying couple of grand difference as if we are buying a ferrari and these couple of grand does not matter to us.

Absolutely horrible experience. We came in to look at a truck and they immediately started pushing a different one on us. It was an incredibly good “deal”. But when something is too good to be true it probably is. They knocked $3000 off the price, and when we still said no they got angry and offered to knock another $3000 off. Meanwhile....they couldn’t even show us an inspection.....so why are they ok selling this fully loaded truck with low km for an extremely good rate when they haven’t even inspected to truck yet? I call bull. The sales man even called his boss out who was incredibly rude, pushy and talked to us as if we wasted his time. I will never return to this dealership and I won’t trust anything they say. I am sure that there is something wrong with this truck and they were just trying to unload it on the first person they could.

This dealership should be ashamed of the lies and scams they try to pull over on us...their customers. I live in Saskatoon and found the Subaru I wanted in Regina. Went to Regina to purchase said vehicle from my salesman had got fired the day before I showed up. The guy taking over my sale had not a clue what he was doing (wish I could remember his name). Paper work on the sale got the VIN wrong so when I tried to insure it to take it home, it showed the wrong vehicle. Finally got that straightened around and took my SUV home. Let me tell you I absolutely LOVE my Subaru Crosstrek. This is not a vehicle issue this is absolutely a dealership issue. Now 4 years have passed and my lease is up, I want to buy my car out as I said, I love it. "Kyle" told me I have to have an inspection done on my car in accordance with Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan due to their liability/responsibility as a dealership. Sounds pretty legit, right?? WRONG!!! Absolutely BS!! Oh and by the way, the inspection will cost me $195 plus taxes and it will take 2 hours. Oh can I bring it in and drop it off the night before? They would be happy to supply me with a rental vehicle for only $49/day!!!! WHAT??? Remember, I live in Saskatoon and would then also have to get a hotel for the night or something too. I call Saskatoon Subaru in hopes that they can help me....well not only do they help me but they do so with a smile. I got my car financed and got great service with a smile all at my home town dealership, within hours of first contacting them. Subaru Saskatoon offered me a loaner for free if I'm ever in for service or in need. How you treat people should mean more than this. Shame Auto Gallery.....

I bought a used car from Auto Gallery through salesman Saad Saleem I was very impressed with his attitude and drive for customer satisfaction. I've dealt with other dealers in the past. I've come to expect a swarm of salesmen as soon as I walk through the door. I'd prefer to be swarmed by Hornets. It wasn't like that at Auto Gallery in fact it was rather relaxing. Friendly people positive environment and no pressure. I originally planned to pick up the SUV within 30 days, however I decided I wanted it within a week the vehicle had to go into the shop to get looked over prior to pick up he managed to get it into the shop the same day I called him and that afternoon I was able to pick it up. Great Job Saad thanks I'm very satisfied with my Escape!! I certainly recommend this dealer. For anyone who expects quality service and good salesmanship this is the place to go

Absolutely worst dealership ever. I will never do service with them again and I will advise all my family, friends, coworkers to do the same. I bought a “brand new” Kia Forte in March 2018 and on April 30, was the first time I took my “new” car on the highway to only get off the highway to parts hanging off my vehicle. I brought it to Tyler’s attention the next day and he told me it’s wasn’t there issue and I need to go to sgi. I never hit anything so why would I go to sgi? After expressing this to Tyler howat and other staff he finally told me on May 8th that he was ordering the part and I should wait. One month later..... June 4th still waiting. Decided to give them a call and see what’s going on. I find out that the part wasn’t even ordered. Again I am waiting another few weeks for a part that only takes one week to receive. Tyler lied to me 3 times and told me he ordered the part HIMSELF and each time it was never ordered. Finally on July 26th my car was finally fixed after calling for 3 months trying to speak with a manager to get the issue dealt with. The management team in the dealership is extremely terrible. I was told my Kia Forte was brand new, which was a complete lie. It was previously owned in British Columbia, and it was used as a rental vehicle for the company after that, they failed to inform me any of that. They blame absolutely everything on there customers to get out of doing there job. I paid $3500 for extended warranty through them and totally got kicked in the face. I got my vehicle fixed and went straight to Kia and traded my car in for something I know for a fact that it is new, no parts are going to fall off, & I’m going to be treated like a valued customer. Regina Subaru you guys should be nothing but ashamed of how you do business. Nothing but scammers and low life’s. Yes you guys are lowlife scammers. I’ll be reporting them to BBB.

When it came time to talk about price the salesman yelled at me and wouldn't discuss the price of the car. It came to the point where he was telling me how to spend my money. Instead of trying to work with me to sell the car and get me excited about the car,which is his job. He wanted to add on several extras that I didn't want. For example,he wanted to charge me almost 700 dollars for a "sound dampener" so that when I drive the rocks wouldn't make so much noise when they hit my car. That is completely unnecessary,also included in the charge was a block heater(which only costs $100 and another $50 to have it installed) and of course scotch guard (which only costs $12 dollars at Canadian Tire. So if I did everything myself it would have cost $162 my way,but cost $700 his way. Plus the high pressure salesman in the finance department hadn't made his pitch to me yet. That's where we get into the extened warranty and other useless nonsense that you or I don't want to pay for. Subaru the car company makes high quality vehicles. You won't be disappointed with the actual product,but the car dealership itself provided me with rude,confrontational and disrespectful service. And I wasn't going to pay them $40,000 for that type of treatment. As far as who the salesman is,just try to discuss price on a new vehicle and you'll know exactly who I am talking about because you will get a very aggressive and miserable response. This wasn't high pressure sales it was bullying and harassment. They are graded as an F by the Better Business Bureau so you can look that up for yourself if you don't want to believe my review. I felt horrible about the experience and it ruined the rest of my day since I was very excited going in. And found another Subaru car to buy from a different dealer for $5500 less! And I got the colour I wanted and did Not have to pay for all the extra charges. In fact I got my block heater for free as part of the deal! Please Auto Gallery,consider the fact that it is better to make people leave happy with a vehicle they like instead of trying to squeeze the most amount of money from 1 car sale,you should make people leave happy and excited about the car they just bought so they can give referrals to their friends and family. I know two people who are looking for a car now because one broke down and the other isn't up to standards now. Repeat business and referrals are more important than just 1 sale and then you never see that customer again they feel so negatively about the experience. No one should have to go through what I did. Where is the respect? Do you not realize that you have to give people their dignity?

Bought a newish used vehicle in March. Vehicle used a considerable amount of oil since purchase. I have done everything Auto Gallery has asked me to do, new oil change, oil consumption test. Service department will not return phone calls, run around every time I call. I asked to speak to the service manager, instead I get same service person, Josh, who will not return my phone calls. Called again today, spoke to Moses, explained that Josh will not return messages and Moses ROFL!! He thought it was hilarious that Josh would not return my call. When you phone you get a recording that the phone calls are recorded. I wish somebody would listen to how their service reps treat the customer. I will follow up with the better business bureau and with Subaru Canada for all the good it will do. Do not do business here unless like me you are trapped because I didn't heed earlier warnings not to do business here!

Drove into Regina last night from Edmonton with a strange whining coming from under the hood. Today, two days before Christmas, fearing the worst, I stopped in to Auto Gallery Subaru for some help. I was promptly greeted by the Service Dept and Dale who had me pull into the service bay, where they directed a technician to quickly assess the problem. Within just 10 mins of arriving, the problem was discovered, I was provided with a very reasonable quote and informed that I could have a shuttle driver take me anywhere I wanted to go. Three hours later, ahead of schedule I received the call that it was fixed and the shuttle was dispatched to take me back. The final bill was spot on with the initial quote, and they even took the time to present to me freshly washed. I am beyond impressed on all levels and just want to offer the greatest gratitude to Dale and the entire Service Department for going above and beyond for me in my hour of need. Merry Christmas!!
