I am changing my 5 star to a 1 star since learning of the recent departure of my original salesmen(duke) I have recently discovered there was Unauthorized credit checks against my bureau for No reason after finalizing my loan! No idea who and why this would of happened! I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others to do so as well to my original salesman (Duke) at a different dealership!

Absolutely horrible customer service, the whole operation is disorganized. They also say the will have you invoice pricing on accessories but it will take over a month to get a response back from them. Will never be buying a vehicle from them again

I have bought many cars over the years, new and old, and I thought a car would be beyond my credit capabilities with my personal situation. Well Duke at Automaxx Red Deer not only got me a car that I love, he did so quickly and I even had it delivered so easy and efficient. I also love how Duke puts absolutely no pressure on and seems to really care about his clientele. This experience was amazing and I will be recommending Duke to anyone I know, even my own kids. If I ever need to upgrade I know where to look. Bug thanks to Duke and automaxx

WARNING APROACH WITH CATION. If this company asks you for a cosigner or asks you to lie,or do anything that makes you feel off listen to that gut. My mistake was not listening to mine and saying yes, becouse I was in fear..and now I have some serious situation . This company not only manipulated me but my mother and her friend. Now with the way life has turned out with this pandemic I am dealing with some serious situation. My mothers heath and the lady who cosigned for as well as my own has taken a hit becouse of the Narcissisic tactics used by this company. They manipulate us and used my fear to get us into 2 contracts that we found were fraud. Not only that but the cars were both put into the "cosigners" name. When we figured this out the banks made them buy out the contract of my moms vehicle and now they are coming after my mother for her van and threatening to take her to court for any funds lost. Which is alot as they charged her way to much for her dodge caravan. Now I may lose my mother as her health has taken a hit from all the stress of this last year. This is just the tip of the iceberg . So please do not let them use an of their tactics to pay them for any reason. They are malicious in the way they do business and have only the mighty $ in mind when they speak to you. Ask many questions and do your research. Becouse as soon as you say yes. Its done.

Went in looking to buy a used vehicle for my daughter, always hesitant to buy off a "used car dealer" due to the negative connotations and poor reviews typically associated in the used car industry. However, I am pleased to say that my experience with Automaxx Red Deer was nothing short of amazing. Prompt response from the sales staff, quick and seamless finance approval, vehicle was ready when promised, and the manager even gave me a free pair of matching floor mats WOW! Would highly recommend this establishment to my closest friends and family. Well done Automaxx! The delivery driver Michael delivered the vehicle right to my driveway after hours, now thats service!

Was interested in a classic car they had listed. Applied for financing with decent down-payment and got approved. They then tell me its conditionally sold. 2 weeks later get a text saying financing fell through and its up for sale again. They then lie about what motor is in it. I found the original owner in a Facebook group and get the real info on the car. Confront automax about it and they backpeddle with a story saying original owner has dementia. Stay away, FAR AWAY! They will lie through their teeth to make a sale and then make ludicrous excuses as to how the "mistake" was made. I expect this deception from a private sale but certainly not a well established car lot with a reputation to tarnish. 10/10 will insure I let everyone know of their car curbing ways.

It went from 5 stars to one star because when trying to refinance my car i found out that i was mislead and the one person i trusted is not there anymore. Terrible service. Dex was dishonest and an airhead when it came to helping us. We had to bring the vehicle back multiple times and keep reminding him to get things done that he promised he would do. He will not get back to you on anything. As soon as they have any little bit of money they become completely useless. Will never recommend anyone to buy from them. Terrible service and just terrible people.

When Duke first contacted me, he was unable to get me approved due to the massive amount of negative equity I was carrying from a bad deal I signed for my last vehicle. He stayed persistent, keeping in contact with me over a six month period and managed to find a way to help me out of my negative equity. Without him, I’d owe more than $50,000 on my vehicle. Thanks to him I am in a new Ram, no longer carrying around such a massive debt and my bi-weekly payments have been lowered by nearly $200. Change is possible. And you can change your financial situation vastly if you take the time and effort to work with Duke. Grateful I chose Automaxx, and Duke, to find my vehicle.
