Before going to jail 17 years ago I had to deal with bailiffs and tonight either the guy is new and does not know his job to the point of nullifying the process he undertook. At the time I was surprised because the head of the usher was saying something to me so I forgot to ask him to identify himself and ask him or I signed if it was a real demand. He just left saying he was just there to give me this document (attach 2 photos with the modification of this comment) 2 hours later I get where I saw this man before tonight .... he was exactly the same address as Quebec occasion, at Scuderia auto he worked on the same places, Carl the man who had already opened the doors of a car at the time when the business was under another name you could start the car but not try. -not today ! they answered me. Sur le coup j'ai été surpris car la tête du huissier me disais quelque chose alors j'en ai oublié de lui demander de s'identifier et de lui demander ou je signait si il s'agissait d'une réel mise en demeure . Il est simplement parti en disant qu'il était simplement la pour me rendre ce document ( joint 2 photos avec le modification de ce commentaire ) 2 heure plus tard je pige ou j'ai vu cet homme avant ce soir ....il était exactement a la même adresse que Québec occasion ,chez Scuderia auto il travaillait sur les mêmes lieux , Carl l'homme qui m'avait déja ouvert les portes d'une voiture a l'époque ou le commerce était sous un autre nom on pouvait faire démarrer la voiture mais pas essayer. -pas aujourd'hui ! qu'on m'avait répondu . Carl est devenu huissier pour L&L avocats qui ne sont pas enregistré au barreau....bon pour le nom de Carl je peux me tromper j'avoue car il avait pas gardé une place de choix dans ma mémoire . je rajouterai finalement a cette histoire de ne pas oublier de vérifier si vous achetez quand même de ce garagiste le RDPRM , vous saurez pour 3$ si il y a un risque ou pas d'acheter la voiture ( dette précédant vous impayé ) moi de mon coté plainte a la chambre des huissiers . la police aussi , option consommateur et bien d autres . je suis normalement un gars bien tranquille mais l homme qui s'est pointé a mon travail se faisant passer pour un huissier ma fait monter la moutarde au nez . si mon premier commentaire au sujet de e-mail non répondu lui a porté atteinte je n'arrive pas a comprendre pourquoi il a fait ça pour au final rendre la situation bien pire car après mon avis ( 1er paragraphe ) j'aurais juste jamais retourné sur le site du vendeur . bref cliquez sur mon nom/avis a gauche vous verrez les faux documents qui m'ont été apporté par le soit disant huissier a mon travail ( 2 photos )
