Si le service à la clientèle du concessionnaire avait été accommodant en comprenant la situation et en me proposant des solutions (exemple: on vous propose les 2 prochains changements d'huile gratuits pour compenser cette nouvelle réparation), j'aurais été satisfait du service mais ce n'est pas le cas!
