What can I say, " No Hassles, No Gimmicks". I went in to see about financing a 2010 Nissan Xterra they had on the lot. My salesman was Bill Thompson. Bill was very helpful and went through what the vehicle had to offer, and went on a test drive with us first, and then I went on my own for a test drive. Upon returning Bill filled out the necessary paper work. I was going to ask for a bottom line price, but I did not have to ask, Bill came in with the lowest figure the dealer could offer. I was really happy about the new price. Next was financing here is where Harry Johal was very helpful. Harry found me three lenders and was able to choose the best option for my financing needs. I recently purchased a Jeep renegade from our wood wheaton and I have never had such a great service. They were incredibly nice, got my payments the price I was comfortable with and added in a free oil change. He got me the car Ive always dreamed of and I still couldnt be more happy with it. Giving Wood Wheaton 3 stars, first of all I would like to thank some good individuals working here for going outta their way helping me with secondary wheels as I come in from out of Prince George for day maintenances, reason for 3 stars is...first when I spent some good money putting my brand new truck together I requested my Bfgoodrich KO2 white walls on the outside, they were inside, second when I was signing papers and warranties I paid for a Platinum Protection Package and when my 2 years was up I brought it in for inspection I was told they didn’t put on a undercoat or install a module, then a week later I was looking in the engine and I find a screwdriver sitting there, luckily I seen it or it could’ve did some damages in the engine while I was driving, thinking im leveraging in a different Chevrolet dealership in my next vehicle
My boyfriend had left his chevy truck with wood wheaton to do a simple alignment. Huge mistake. In the box of the truck was my boyfriends job box, full of expensive tools. I had assured my boyfriend that his tools would be alright as the dealership lot is monitored by cameras. Another huge mistake. We get a phone call on Thursday morning by the RCMP stating that our truck's job box has been broken into and all the tools are stolen. Coincidentally the cameras where they parked our vehicle are not working. The job box had NO force of entry, the locks are also missing to the job box as well as the spare key left on the key ring for the truck. The truck had been backed into a spot with its tailgate facing superstore, so who ever did the deed backed their own vehicle up to ours and stole our tools, using a key we suspect. Also, we find out that the truck is dead and not starting . They tried to tell us that it is not the battery but something more serious is wrong with the truck. This is completely absurd as the truck has been running like a dream up until its stay at Wood Wheaton. Wood wheaton has no explanation or empathy towards us, which is awful customer assurance and service. Think twice about handing your keys over to Wood Wheaton Chevy as your vehicle is not totally safe in their care. I have heard from other customers similar stories of things going missing from their vehicles while in their care. he RCMP told us we don't have a case since the locks are missing. Sounds like whoever was behind this knew exactly what they were doing.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ron St.Clair as my salesman. He is an example of an exceptional salesman. I felt we were working together, rather than the pressured, haggle experienced at some other dealers. I was satisfied with the valuation on my trade. And, we reached a deal quickly, and painlessly. My financier, Cyril Fowlie, was equally friendly, welcoming and efficient. Overall, I felt respected, welcome, and that the staff valued me as a customer. I would rate my experience 6 out of 5 if I could! Also, thank you to Mel, in service, for allowing me to transfer my stuff from the old truck, to the new, in the nice, warm service writers area. She even grabbed me some cardboard boxes to help out!
Wood Wheaton bent over backwards on the sale of the vehicle. However, has never followed up and won't honour their sales warranty on the vehicle. A brake caliber came apart within a month of owning the vehicle, diagnosed from the lift kit install, the headlights were pointed at the ground the night we drove it home and now after a diagnosis from another dealership, the lift kit (that has warranty) has caused the rear axle to track sideways. The sales team never informed us that we were to bring the vehicle back for a re-torque (they did inform us that it was warrantied) nor when we did bring the vehicle back for a first service did Wood Wheaton even mention the need for a re-torque on their dealership installed lift kit. Their answer...."its not our problem". Would never purchase a vehicle from them again. Go to Sullivan's or Murray!
We bought a used truck from Ryan Cunningham in August of 2017. He was very pleasant to deal with and did not pressure us into our purchase. Between he and Harry Johal in Finance, they worked to keep the truck within our budget with the addition of accessories we wanted. Levi was also very helpful with the financing and seemed to really have our best interest at heart. He also helped us with insurance which was a nice surprise. What a horrible experience at Wood Wheaton. At first I was told that GM would cover half of the cost of re-painting a door that was peeling for no apparent reason. After jumping through all their hoops and getting the three quotes that they required their technician wouldn't give me a straight answer. A week later it seemed as though he had still done nothing at all. Finally today after calling multiple times I was informed that they actually wouldn't be able to do anything at all. Don't bother going here. You will regret it.
Paul at parts was so helpful and friendly. He helped me find the right parts even though it was through another supplier and GM wasn’t able to repair my existing part. He let me know lots of helpful tips to keep my motorhome in good shape. Thanks Paul for the great service!

I own a honda accord, there was a problem with the low beam bulb because of which It stop working after every 2-3 weeks. I always go there to honda to replace the bulb everytime they charge me more then $100. I asked them few times that why is that problem showing up. Once they also took a deep look everywhere that why is that problem occuring but in the end they said that there is no problem in the car or bulbs. After few days the same problem happened the bulb stop working. I went to honda they changed the bulb and charged there fee. On the same day it stops working again. Next day when i visit honda they said that there might be a problem somewhere. I Don't know why the hell you keeps on changing the bulbs when u already know that there's a problem. They booked an appointment for next day but i never went there. One of my friend is mechainic I went to him and he said that there is little problem in socket and he changed the socket. Now it's working great . I would recommend to honda that when they are charging there customers they must do something for the customers benefit as well.
Heard good things about this dealership. I like the chev products and wanted to replace what I currently own. Made contact with the dealership and the salesman didn't even try. I expect they will lowball the trade in and give you an initial price on a vehicle that's on the high end but there wasn't even any negotiation. Salesman never got back to me. I had a car to replace in the near future too. Oh well. Off to another manufacturer.

Bad customer service, had to bring my truck in three times for the same tire issue. I don't think a new truck should wear tires like mine but apparently I am wrong.
The service is decent, I have had great customer service from the tech guys you deal with about your vehicle(where you take your vehicle in). I called today regarding setting up an appointment and purchasing winter tires. The front desk employee sounded like death and as if I was wasting her time....cancelled entire appointment and I will purchase the winter tires somewhere else.

My experience at wood Wheaton has far exceeded My expectations.The staff there are very efficient and friendly with top notch service.The establishment is very clean and well ran I give it 2 Thimbs up my GM is now running like a top I was super impressed by the mechanic that looked at my vehicle he didn't even have to take it for a drive or start it up to know what was wrong with it he gave the vehicle a small shake and he knew the problem immediately.This problem started when I purchased it Brand new. From Sullivans in Houston I took the truck to Sullivan's to where I had purchase it and had told them about the front end squeak on at least 5 different occasions and they said they could not find the issue with it ( very frustrating) to drive with a very loud front end squeak for 2 year duration. Well, about a week ago my vehicle died. In a pinch and under pressure I found a used car on their lot that checked all my boxes. It was affordable, all wheel drive, 4 door sedan and a reliable brand. Anyway, my wife was able to do all the footwork for me on my behalf while working with their sales agent Chris B and their finance agent Jasmine. This included securing winter tires, a tow truck from my work and a cheque for the towed in suv once the appraisal is complete. Anyway, it was a great experience and will be rolling in to get my winter tires soon enough. Thanks again. Oh, as I rolled out with gently used vehicle the manager ran out with Cris letting me know that a part (center console) that had marks from where a little dog chilled out was getting replaced.
We went in to wood wheaton to have a look around when I decided I wanted to buy a small truck. Ron St Claire greeted us and the rest is history. I now own a 2021 Chev Corrado ZR2 and couldn't be happier. Very slow service in quick oil change bay... I waited over an hour for an oil change to find out that they were changing tires in the quick oil change bays. There were 2 vehicle ahead of me and i would have waited another hour so i left.

I love Wood Wheaton its where I bought my first brand new truck, The service department on the other hand I've had many issues with. The service advisor Cody Antonenko on the other hand continued to argue with me about issues with my vehicle. So I was wondering why do you have a mechanic working in the service department. Not only me but two other friends have had issues with this kid. Sullivan Motor Products is sounding a lot better every time I have a issue with my vehicle.
The customer service is AWFUL. Have filed many complaints and been told “we will get back to you” and that has never happened. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
It was time for an upgrade so I went in to see what I could get. Ron greeted me and it was smooth sailing from there. Very helpful and informative. Great experience and I walked away with a new vehicle that I'm very happy with.

Made a appointment for days in advance to have a windshield replaced I was told it would be four hours was told my windshield was in shop drop my car off at 10 am calld to see if it was ready and was told it was no wasnot installed until 1230 they had to get my windshield frome storage and have it deliver to the shop never got my care back untell 300 PM

I love the truck but was very disappointed when after delivery of the truck I found out that the stock GMC Chrome Aluminum wheels did not come with the truck. There are after market wheels on the truck with winter tires . On the vehicle information sheet 20 inch chrome aluminum wheels came with the truck, that’s what I expected, not just a spare set of tires. After some discussion with woodweaton dealership only tires came with the truck they claimed not the stock 20 inch Chrome wheels. Now I have to spend $1702.58 on top of what I paid for the truck to get OEM wheels for the truck that should have been included in the price of the truck . Woodweatons idea of satisfaction for us was to return the truck. At this point the truck was already insured. Thank you Woodwheaton dealership.

Service is horrible. Wait on the phone for 15 minutes to speak to service, finally opt for a call back….no call back. Physically drive there and wait 20 minutes standing there to speak to someone and couldn’t offer a quick diagnostic test, said they were all booked up and couldn’t even offer to book the next available one. I can see this coming from GMC but they should take the Cadillac sign off their store front because service is horrendous and doesn’t represent the brand from all staff encountered. Looking forward to going back to a Mercedes. Management should figure something out or get new management.
We had our 2 dogs with us when we went to look at vehicles. We were worried about leaving them in the car so we asked our sales man Garett (who is awesome) if we could get him to watch them on our test drive. He was happy to take them out of the car and walk them while we were gone. After we drove the vehicle we decided to buy it and asked if we could bring them in the dealership with us. They said they are very dog friendly and have no problem with brining them inside. They are all very friendly and our salesman Garett was very helpful and not at all pushy. All in all great experience.
Worse experience at WW service yesterday. Guy was very rude and disrespectful. They were in possession of my truck and new tow mirrors that I bought from them. I asked them to remove as I didn’t want them stolen in their lot while my truck was in for warranty work. When I picked truck up and tried to install the mirror extension, one was broken. When I went in, they defended the tech who removed them and blamed me for breaking them and trying to scam them for a $10 part? If I can afford a $70k truck, I can afford the part IF I broke it but I didn’t. The guy said I was lying and pointed to the door indicating that I leave. Will never use this GM dealer or service ever again. A lifetime GM purchaser and to be treated like this? Filed a complaint with GM Canada since I couldn’t get hold of the Manager.
We had a vehicle in mind, Prince George did not have it but Scott went over and beyond to find one for us. Scott got us an amazing trade in for our vehicle. Definitely will shop here again!!

GM dealerships and GM Motors customer care do nothing in holding up to their warranty end of things. I still have glue from the paper left on my 2021 SUV after it was peeled off in the parking lot of one of their dealerships in Nov of 2020. Found out later that its supposed to be done in shop to avoid damaging the vehicle. Sadly I was in a hurry to leave after my vehicle was ready to go. I didn't notice it till after I stopped for gas somewhere more close up. They only spot cleaned some of it off afterwards. When I have email confirmation of being told I'd get a full detail done after bringing it the companies attention. Not to mention my vehicle left with more scratches on the drivers side mirror from their spot clean. I brought this all to an employees attention before I left. She told me the guy who was dealing with my vehicle was on lunch (Cody). Took pictures and told me to take my vehicle to work so I didn't have to be late and we could deal with it after. She also said the vehicle needed a professional detail so it didn't damage the paint. One that couldn't be done in their shop. They had a place they send their vehicles to for that. Hmmm, probably the reason why I have scratch damage from their spot clean in their shop. I'll also add this girl said the inside of my vehicle wasn't properly detailed before being sold to me. I thought in her noticing that and saying that it would be dealt with. Trying to have good faith in this company and my warranty. Since then all I've been is ignored by this dealership and had lies told to GM Customer Care by them afterwards about everything. On top of that my son and I still have to smell windshield wiper fluid coming through our vents every time I need to use it. It gets so bad we have to roll down the windows down just to breathe properly in up to -30 weather. The dealership says it's normal(have text proof) from Cody in their shop. However, when I told this to GM customer care they said its not with this make and model(have audio recording proof of this). They said they would look into it and help fix the issues. Only to come back with the dealership said there's no smell of it. Yet I have text proof of them saying it's there and normal. Will add pic proof of it soon. Also the dealership said they detailed everything off my SUV. Weird I can go outside and same marks on my SUV are still there with time stamped pictures from same day of purchase, after being brought into Wood Wheaton, till now. Same marks, same spots. This dealership is just full of lies and shouldn't be trusted. NEVER AGAIN WILL GM GET MY MONEY. People who ask about my brand new vehicle find out the problems I've had to deal with and lose interest in switching afterwards from their brand. Just a FYI word of mouth of how you treat your paying customers does travel. March 24th/2021 update! No one has further contacted me. My 2021 vehicle is still broken and not honoured under their warranty. Like I said, word of bad customer service travels. So far I know of 2 ppl who have need new vehicles since I purchased mine. One looking for a Chevy and one a GMC. They asked me about mine, after hearing my experience they went else where. Luckily they have had no issues with their brands. Pay ATTENTION to this potential buyers!

Had appt for 8:30 Sat morn to 1) buy 4 new rims 2) take off current winter tires 3) put summer tires in the bed of the truck onto new rims and onto truck. Said they'd call when was done - should be about 2 hours. Had to phone them at 1:30 to see what's happening. Said it was ready, but one of the summer tires had a sidewall hole, and couldn't be fixed. Understood. They would put the spare on one of the new rims. Fine. Went there, summers were put onto the old rims. Even used the spare rim. They will correct, come back in an hour. Did. Came back, the old rims back on the snow tires, we had 3 new rims on, and the spare tire rim. The 4th new rim was on the tire with the hole in it in the bed of the truck. Back it went to be corrected again. So, we spent a full Saturday getting this done. No offer for any sort of compensation - something off the bill should have been offered. But no.
For stopping in randomly just to see what was on the lot, we are thankful Ted was the one to help us. He is easy to talk to, jokes around, wasn’t pushy and let us decide what would be the best option for us. Very thorough and gave his opinion when asked, which we validated. If anyone was looking to buy a new vehicle, we would highly recommend them to go see Ted!! Thanks again Ted and thank you Harry for your fast paper performance! My Salesman Colton was absolutely awesome to deal with.... I went to wood wheaton with an idea of exactly what I wanted in my truck and a good rough estimate on what I wanted to pay... Colton answered every question that I had asked, was very friendly to deal with, even spent some time to talk to my 2 boys the entire time we were there keeping them engaged while me and the wife were doing paperwork. At no point did colton try to upsale me which was perfect, because I hate it when salesmen try to do that... Colton and Cyril got me into my dream truck for exactly what I wanted to pay and with an even lower interest rate then I could of imagined. Cyril was very awesome to deal with as well... even worked through his lunch to get our truck payments thru so we could out on the road sooner, he called up with updates, and also was engaged in conversations with my kids. Both these guys were great and I would absolutely go back with no hesitation when we are looking for a new vehicle for the wife.

I walked into woodwheaton with a very specific car that I wanted from their used lot (VW Golf R), with not a lot of optimism I'd be able to purchase it. After sitting down with Matt Wakeham and discussing some numbers, I took the car on a demo while they continued to see if we could get a deal worked out. I fell in love with the car the moment I got behind the wheel. After getting some insurance quotes, I got back to the dealership and after a little back and forth, a deal formed that would allow me to purchase the car! The whole experience took up my afternoon, but I was at peak excitement the entire time. Matt, Duane, and Cyril were amazing. They all shared in my excitement about the car during the entire process and we exchanged some great stories. 2nd vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
