The service department is wonderful. My favorite person is Chris. He is a nice genuine caring guy that looks out for the customers best interest. I just purchased a new Honda Pilot the other day after having my 2006 Honda Pilot for a long while. So I now have experience with the sales department too. The salesman was a great person too. Just an honest , not pushy or “salemany” . He made the process so easy. I highly recommend Gord Soulds .

Purchased my HRV almost two months ago from Wood Wheaton Honda. I actually purchased my first vehicle here and have nothing bad to say about the people. Amazing customer service with everyone we dealt with from financials, sales reps to insurance. The reason I'm posting 3 stars and not full 5 stars is because I felt that I wasn't given enough information to make an informed decision. I was under the impression if I bought a previous year vehicle that I'd be saving a whole lot. I know 100% my credit score is amazing so didn't think there would be any issues with interest rates on a new car. When I bought my first car I was offered 0.99% through Honda Finance. So no brainer, I went ahead and signed all my papers and we were basically all set. When it came time to do the financing portion I was then told since it was a 2019 model I wouldn't be getting financial services from Honda but would need to go through a lender for it (meaning I wouldn't be getting the cheapest rate Honda would offer through theirs). All the money I "saved" purchasing a 2019 model was for nothing because I ended up paying the same or more had I not just gone with a 2020 model. I'm now left feeling as if I was taken advantaged of as they just wanted to maybe get rid of their last remaining cars of that year :( don't get me wrong, I loved the people there and I will always be a Honda girl. I know Honda wouldn't have known what sort of rate I would've received through my lender but seems they did have a general idea what I would've gotten and didn't tell me until after. I might have been able to get the newer model instead with a bigger colour selection than what was available for 2019 models they had leftover. I hope this is helpful to someone. I do love my HRV and am looking forward to many years with it. The infotainment system is easy to use and not busy looking. Lots of space in the back to move things. The magic seats are so helpful. Just wished there was cooling seats as well and automatic trunk release.

My fiancé and I went in pretty doubtful that we would be approved for anything, but Ryan and Gordon spent all morning (quite literally) working with us to find the best option that we could and in the afternoon when we walked out, we left with a 2019 Honda CR-V on very do-able payments and low interest rates. My family and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the hard work they put in. (Also, how happy they made my daughters, who left the dealership with several treats and goodies to remember them by{shout out to Dillon at the parts desk for this as well}). Wood Wheaton Honda will be our go-to dealership from now on!!

I ended up buying the first car that I test drove on the lot,a brand new civic LX. Every body was super friendly there and easy to talk to. They explained all the features good and in depth aswell as everything that they were selling me. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want or need either which made the first time buyer experience alot better. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Took my car in with a shifting issue. They charged me $128 for a diagnosis and told me my transmission was dying and needed to be replaced (an $1800) fix. I got a second opinion from a local mechanic, found out the issue was unrelated to my (fully functioning) transmission and was really a quick, cheap fix. DO NOT BELIEVE THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE MECHANICS AT HONDA They misdiagnosed my car and almost cost me two grand.

Worst Service experience ever. First i made wrong decision in 2016 when bought my car from them , leaving everything behind, today i went for oil change & slight issue with display. I dropped my car at 8.30 and guy said it will be done in hour and went home but even after around 2 hrs i was waiting for their call, & my shift about to start , i went to dealership asked for car, & they said they are busy. finally got my car & they charged me $188 for their great service. I hope if i can submit this with no star, again my bad i have to give them single star. Never going back.

Very flimsy diagnosis process and a low level of conscientiousness with the way they solve problems. I had an P1547 issue and they said they checked the Evap system for leaks but didn't find any. So to troubleshoot the issue, they got me to replace 2 separate parts that cost me total of $600, but those didn't resolve the issue. Then, they thoroughly checked the system for leaks and found a leak (why they didn't thoroughly check it before, I don't understand), and so, to fix it will cost an additional $500 ~ $600. So clearly they're not very thorough with their inspection. I understand that they have several cars to deal with per day and want to get things done swiftly, but recklessly recommending solutions and say "that's how its always been done and it worked before" is nonsense. Not every case is the same and the solution should be unique to the problem. This is why I brought my car (Honda Civic) to you and not another, because I assumed you offered better services. I'm very disappointed. I expected better.

I was a Honda fan for a long time but after my experience with them recently, I would never buy a Honda vehicle ever again. They said my Honda Accord V6 requires 'compliance bushings' replacement and wheel alignment for about $500. Brought it in and they said they need another $220 to get into the deeper parts, with a total of about $1000. What a rip off. Some other people have told me the same story. My advise to Wood Wheaton Honda is: Be honest and upfront to your customer and they will come back to you. If they try to rip them off, you will never see them again. For your information, Prince George is a small town.

After 11 years driving a car that is no longer made, I had to decide where to go. My research led me to a Honda, because of reputation for having a reliable product. I was looking for new car, with a list of must have options, long and specific. The 2019 did not have it all, but like magic Cindy produced the sharpest 2017 Sport Touring edition, which had everything I wanted and things I did not know I needed. Cindy was smart, professional listening to my requests. Upon seeing the vehicle it was a wicked red and black, but how did it drive? Off I drove and instantly felt the engine respond and the car hug the road. What a surprise! I was sold, but not ready to buy. Cindy offered me a seat, some tea, and before long the car was mine. Wood Wheaton had everyone on site to insure, register and finance the vehicle. What a good experience and Cindy , I thank you. I love my little flying machine.

I appreciated being able to arrange the trade in of my vehicle with the sales person by email and text prior to coming to Prince George. I think that the dealership was in a bit of a state due to their finance employee being away. However I also think that there was a lack of communication between staff. At one point the service tech advised me that he didn’t know what was going on and blamed the sales associate stating: “salesmen suck”. I found this aggravating and unprofessional. Overall I was very happy with my purchase and the sales and finance people were friendly. However we waited far too long to have the paperwork taken care of. We weren’t offered refreshments or anything else to make us comfortable over the 3.5 hours that we had to wait. Therefore it could have been better.

My husband passed away recently, leaving me to drive a 1 ton dualie pickup. This is not a small feat in downtown Prince George, and I quickly realized that I needed a smaller car. I was looking for a used CR-v with low mileage. They had a 2009 CR-v on the Wood Wheaton Honda lot that was perfect. I got a price on the car that I was comfortable with and both Young Nam and Ben Parker were fantastic. I felt like I was treated with respect and valued as a customer. I have had bad experiences in the past with car dealerships, so this was a very welcome change. Everyone I encountered was friendly, and everyone was smiling. There were no "bad vibes" (sorry; old hippie lingo), that you sometimes pick up in a work environment. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The lace of high pressure sales was a relief, as I am still emotionally raw from the loss of my husband. As an added bonus, I love my Honda CR-v. Kudos to everyone at this dealership!

I feel the whole experience with Francine was an event of Amazing, Informative, Knowledgeable and Respectful in each area of the process, and I came home with MY DREAM CAR, and more. My expectations were met on the most part, Ken also felt his had been met as best they could. Especially where they knew I was firm on, and the items they threw in to sweet'in the deal were what I had hoped for. Francine did an excellent job of allowing us to search through our wants in a vehicle, especially she listened rather than doing the "big sell job" I found in so many other places we went to. The involvement of the rest of the Team created for me an added sense of security in the future for service which I never felt with my previous car at all. We took it on a road trip to Vancouver the day after we bought it and it was amazing, so much fun to read up in the manual, yes we read the manual as we went down the road, and tried out a few of the fun new tricks it came with. Quite a few I will be bringing up in my next classes with Francine. That in itself a FABULOUS GIFT FROM Wood Wheaton Honda, a real sense of security and caring. I'll be back in the next weeks, why have gizmos on a vehicle and not know how to use them. Yep the car is expensive and I hate have debt, but they were very helpful in giving us the best deal we could find, but oh so good to enjoy!! Thanks Francine, and Ben, and the financial team. Integris credit Union Insurance even came over and got us going with our new insurance package, was so helpful.

I dropped my car off for what I was told would be a two hour appointment as I was purchasing new tires. I made it clear at drop off that I needed to be somewhere at 4 p.m. I got no responses to my texts to the customer service advisor so went to the shop only to find my car was not ready. This resulted in an incredible amount of stress and $100 fee because I was so dramatically late picking my children up from daycare. A very similar episode happened when I took my car in for an airbag recall, this time their delay cost me $30 in cab fare and $30 in daycare late fees
