Had my catalytic converter begin to fail on a 2007 Subaru Impreza. Had issues at trying to narrow the problem down at first (road test wasn't feasible due to weather, dealership had to contact Subaru for info multiple times). Eventually confirmed catalytic converter had to be replaced, no cost due to it still under warranty. Was warned air sensors might also need to be replaced due to the replacement process, but the repair went flawlessly (from my point-of-view). Pretty happy with the friendly service. They had an opportunity to gouge me and didn't. A bit frustrated it took a while to figure the issue out, but no one is perfect.

I was on my way to Alaska in my 2002 Outback when the prop shaft broke coming in from the US. I was a bit hesitant to fix it and a wheel bearing that was going out, so I took it in to Subaru Prince George hoping that I could be under my repair budget. Tina was extremely helpful and very courteous, along with the other staff and mechanics there. I was genuinely surprised how nice everyone was and was glad my repairs were completed ahead of schedule and under budget. They are very friendly and honest, a combination that is unfortunately hard to find in auto repair shops. Highly recommend this service center.

6/5 Stars! Stellar customer service. I've been in contact with Tyson (Subaru Specialist) for almost a year now while waiting for my Immigration status to go through and getting married. The moment I was good to go, so were they! I preferred contacting via email and Tyson was incredibly responsive to my questions. When me and my wife got to the dealership we felt very taken care of and everything went smoothly. They even went above and beyond to help me grab some documentation I needed to pull my insurance down to 50%! Highly recommended!

John, Scott, Candace and Austin were all amazing to work with and I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending them as the go to team for your new vehicle. I explored nearly every dealership in town and ultimately came back to Subaru because of their easy to approach customer service and the outstanding quality of Subaru vehicles. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and am absolutely loving the Outback in the snow!

Was in dealer today buying some parts. Overheard a customer speak to the service rep about how her car started vibrating as she drives. The woman in charge of service asked to go and see her car. when she came back, she explained to the customer that there is a very good chance that the problem could be just that there is ice packed all over the place in and around the wheels from the snow storm we just experienced. Advised her to hit the car wash, and see if unthawing everything solves the problem. I thought this was a honest, and commonsensical way of going about the issue. i was quite impressed, i dont think many other dealers would care to help someone like this. they would just take your money. If the car wash didnt solve the problem, the car needed washing anyways. i know mine does. As far as my experience went, i got subaru quality stuff, thats correct, from a friendly guy, for not too much money. Not the first time, or last time. see ya in 10,000 kms.

This place is always great to deal with. We own two Subes, and have had a few recalls n one of them, but otherwise no issues. They offer a shuttle service, so pretty convenient! No complaints here! 5 STAR!!

I bought a new impreza today at this dealership, it was a totally positive experience. I am a single older woman watching my budget. I never felt pressured , I felt listened to and was welcomed in every department I had to deal with. I also was relieved to find not a lot of extra costs from the website price. Thanks to everyone at this dealership for making this a positive experience , I was so nervous coming in but , everyone was so naturally relaxed and honest , it just helped me make the right decisions. Bought a 2015 Forrester off of them. For the most part everything was ok but they failed to inform me about lay off insurance. It was offered as life and disability insurance. Never listen to the salesman and always read the whole paper.

I purchased a brand new vehicle Jan.2021 It has stopped working. I was told they believe it is a electronic and/or battery issue. They also stated they might not be able to get to it until November, as they are booked up until the end of Nov. It does not even have 10,000 kms yet. So a month & a half if not longer..and they don't have a loaner vehicle to lend out. How am I to get my child to & from school, how am I to get to work? This is super frustrating.
