Overall very good experience with PG Motors buying my truck, cannot recommend them enough, staff was extremely friendly and quite simply do a great job. Jim was excellent for getting the price i wanted for a trade and getting things taken care of, if you want a no-nonsense salesmen i can't recommend him enough. The lady at reception who sadly I forgot her name, getting me an extra $100 off some accessories, even though i didn't ask or expect it. And Craig the sales manager was more then happy to have a chat and kill sometime while i waited for my truck to be ready. If you have an issues there I would suggest talking to him, as im sure he can sort it out. Overall, if you are considering a ford, look no farther.

Service techs are seriously lacking something here. Every time I bring my truck in for regular maintenance or what have you, I always have to return to have something corrected. Even after a simple oil change, truck was leaking oil everywhere and had to return to have that corrected. I have lost time from work from having to return to Ford. When I bought my new truck from Garth in 2017 service was excellent but now it's gone downhill. If I hadn't pre-purchased my maintenance package, I would not be going here for service. Apologies don't cut it anymore when service is consistently bad.

Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with professionally and with the customer in mind. In my opinion, while Ford will not always have the lowest price when it comes to buying an 'equivalent' vehicle from the competition, PG Motors has always made up for it with service, and costing me less in maintenance overall than other brands I've owned.

The worst customer service I've ever had. Anytime I have to take my vehicle in for anything I am treated with the utmost disrespect. There has not been a time I haven't left this place in tears. They will say and do what ever it takes to get your money that is all they care about. Do not go to Ford motors in pg unless you want to be demoralized, degraded and devalued as not only a customer, but as a human being. I am very happy with their customer, knowledgeable skills especially from the Service department. I am not good with vehicles parts knowledge and other things but Lander and Josh from service department always come ahead to help me out to explain me things in detail. Whenever I notice something unusual in my Ford Fusion 2017 I always give a call to them and they always help me very nicely and suggest me to book a appointment even I have not bought my car from Ford Prince George dealership and still have remaining warranty. Usually I have seen dealership just ignore you if you bought car from some other dealer and have remaining warranty on it. But they are very nice and always make me feel that I am safe on the road with their Ford vehicle. Manager Lander helped me last year with above and beyond service by staying late at work for some hours and fixed my Fusion wheel issue even they were just about to close and helped me to enjoy my trip to Alberta. Thank you service department and keep it up.

Incredible establishment. We have been having some longstanding unfortunate problems with our Focus. It has been acting up lately and we wanted to figure out what was wrong. They didn't have any time slots available today, but they said that we could come down and one of their guys would look at it. We only had to wait maybe 10 minutes and then the shop foreman came out, did a short test drive in our car, explained the problem in a very clear and very detailed sort of way. We have been dealing with similar problems for a couple years now and the real problem has never been explained to us this well. Afterwards, he checked took our VIN and double checked our car's warranty and then spent about 10 minutes explaining more things to us and helping us know what would be the best thing to do. Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable people.

An exhausting loan approval process managed by staff members who wouldn't wiggle whatsoever with $$ to make the price work. Got my truck, but it was the basest of base models with zero bells and whistles. The dealership wouldn't even throw in a set of spare winter tires to make my lengthy time spent there worthwhile. Brought my car in for recall work and a couple other issues I was concerned with. Overall the experience was ok but they did end up having to keep the car for 3 days due to a mix-up in parts ordered. It happens I supposed. The customer service was spot on and I was updated as required for every repair and the quotes were accurate.

I had my suv in for service and tire swap last week. I was very happy with Ashley’s care of me. However, I was advised the appointment would be two hours and it ended up being over 3 hours. My suv did not go into the shop at my appointment time. The tech stores my summer tires in a way that if I had to slam on the brakes, the tires would have rolled into me or they the hatch window. All was good after I fixed them so they wouldn’t roll. I had a tire pressure light come on half way home. I called the service department for advice. Josh was excellent in advising me that all was ok with my suv. Overall I’m happy.

Sales people are fantastic to deal with, in my case, Robert Hough and Rob Bassermann. They always follow up and go out of their way to accommodate you when there's a problem. I will definitely go through them if I buy a new vehicle with factory warranty. I definitely wouldn't buy a used vehicle here again. Service department is beyond useless. I had two issues within the first few weeks of owning the second of two vehicles purchased at the used side last September (a 2013 Ford). The first thing to pop up was that the starter would whirr and grind without actually starting the vehicle every once in a while. When referred to service, they ordered a part that seemed unrelated to the starter. I tried to emphasize that it was the starter making the noise and not the engine. Because they couldn't replicate it, they proceeded to replace the part they ordered in. The starter still occasionally does the same thing to this day, the most recent time being way down a backroad out of cell range. The second issue was with the brakes. Whenever I would turn right, there would be a squeaking/squealing noise consistent with the speed the wheels were turning. Determined it was coming from the front passenger wheel and got in contact with the dealer since it still within a few weeks of driving it off the lot. They put me in contact with someone at the service desk. Had to play phone tag to finally get the truck booked in to get looked at. Dropped it off for the day and went to work. They drove it around, couldn't replicate the noise, and called it good without putting it on a lift. I heard the noise again, they took it for the day again.. did this on 3 or 4 occasions, same thing. At this point, Rob (the sales manager) took the truck for a few days to see if he could replicate it, and let me use the loaner truck (thanks again!). He heard it, and the service dept decided it was the heat shield behind the brake components causing the problem because the noise went away after bending it around a bit. The noise came back. I took the front brakes apart in the driveway to find that the pistons in both front calipers weren't retracting properly, the inner brake pads on both sides were seized in place (had to hammer them out after the whole caliper was removed) and had significantly more wear than the outer pads, and nothing that could have been greased when the dealership had it 4-5 times was greased. They clearly didn't bother opening up the caliper. I ended up replacing front pads rotors and calipers myself instead of going back. I would buy a new vehicle from them again for the sales folks, but would take it to another ford dealer for any warranty work.

My Wife and I had traveled from our home in Southern California to Alaska and were on our way home. Had set up an appointment to have the oil and filter changed on our 2008 Ford F-250. I was a bit taken back when, upon our return from breakfast that we needed $4,000 in repairs on a leaking rear main seal and front ball joints. We were also told that the previous oil filter, installed by Seekins Ford of Fairbanks, was an after market filter and that PG Ford would need to charge us $43.00 to correct this. We paid $340 at PG Ford vs $158 at Seekins Ford for the exact same service. This coupled to PG Ford trying to take advantage of us and throwing another Ford Dealer under the bus is my reason for only one star.

Took the truck in for service, inspection was performed on the vehicle. There were several mechanical things wrong with the vehicle, service department let me know about them, and they were fixed and done promptly. Also there was a recall done which I was not aware, service was excellent.

I had some work done at PG Motors on my car in the winter and was very disappointed! The first time when they booked me in for an appointment after an inspection, I arrived and the part hadn't even been ordered like they said they did, so what a waste of a day to drag 3 kids under 5 out. Then after it was "fixed," I was still having problems because they forgot a step in the repair; very frustrating. When I went back to speak with them about it, I was treated very disrespectfully and they accused me of lying. Very unnecessary! I ended up fixing it myself...

See you then. **Old 4star review** The guys at the used car side of PG motors, Robert, did a great job getting me into a new'ish suv. It wasn't the escape I thought I was going to buy but rather one of their great used Toyota's. These guys really pulled out all the stops to make my new car exactly what I wanted.

I took my vehicle three weeks ago for tire balancing and for a complete inspection. When i picked up my truck they told me my rear brakes are thin and need to be changed 'immediately'. They didn't even bother to call me during the maintenance to see if i was okay with them changing my brakes. Anyhow, they booked me for the following week for brake change. When I came to drop my truck they told me they do not have parts for brake change. The customer representative told me that she will call me same day to reschedule my appointment but she never did. I feel very disappointed by their service. They do not care about contacting the customer in advance and have no regards for others safety.

Well i went looking for a car and Robert Hough came out and helped me. He was friendly and knowledgeable unfortunately i did not buy the vehicle at that time. Than 2 weeks later i was still thinking of the Ford Edge and i called him again. We made a deal on a price and he said he would put the car aside for me. Next day we came down and bought the Edge. Robert was very nice as all the people we talked to, as well as Claudia Li in financing and warrant gets a 5 star from me too as she saved us money on our extended warranty. I am assuming the service department is good... but i haven't dealt with them much at all so have no review for them. If the 2020's we just bought are half the vehicles my last 2 fords were i will definitely be buying here again.

We Dealt with Alesha when buying a truck and she was awesome. Had a few issues with dexter (one of the sales managers) he was tough to deal with. The truck I bought was misrepresented when I purchased it online and had to fight to get them to go good for anything on the deal. I ended up getting half of what I was asking for. I didn’t feel that I should have had to fight so hard to get them to do right by me. Almost wished I shopped around a bit more. Had I realized this before I signed the papers I would have bought elsewhere, oh well live and learn. Not sure yet if I’ll buy another vehicle from here. Took my Ford F-150 to them for the first time for a safety recall and engine oil change. Got it back with a huge crack on the wind shield. There was an existing repaired rock chip on the screen; however, it would not have been possible for it to turn into crack without fair negligence. The Assistant Service Manager (Leonard Boudreau) took no ownership of the incident and was least apologetic. Extremely blunt! Also, I have been to Dodge and Nissan before for oil changes. They always return a washed/vacuumed vehicle. Nothing of the sort with oil change here. Extremely disappointed with the service.

My Explorer just hit 63,000 km (3,00km over the warranty) and the power steering had a bearing fail; due to the nature of the new electronic power steering systems, this means a large replacement ~ $2,500. Called PG Ford, asked if this would have any coverage or help under the warranty and told that I would have to pay the entire bill. Due to over a 1 week wait to even get a diagnostic, I had a diagnostic done at a different local shop. Local shop determined the bearing issue, charged $55 and advised that Ford Canada has allowances for helping customers that are so close to the factory warranty in situations like this. Back to PG Ford to inquire and found out that I could open a case with Ford Canada. Called Ford Canada and they advised they could look into it but would need a Ford center diagnoses of the issue. Waiting again for an appointment with PG Ford, this time charged $160 to determine the same issue (bearing) as other local shop. Called Ford Canada, first question is whether I got maintenance done on the Explorer through PG Ford which I had not. Refusal of any coverage due to that factor. Although not happy with Ford at this point, still got the change done at PG Ford vs other shop due to price difference (other shop has to buy power steering from Ford and pay for the computer software download so they have a hard time competing). In the end, why did PG Ford not initially advise that Ford Canada does help with some cases that close over warranty (they didn't know where I had had service done on that initial call) and then why did Ford Canada entice me to get another diagnostic service done when they could have straight up refused me the help based on service location? To top things off, I had to bring it to PG Ford's attention that their employee had scuffed the rear quarter-panel (they note stuff 10% the size of this scuff on their damage assessment) and after an initial dodgy conversation, they did review camera footage and agreed to pay the minor charge. No complaints about Alicia from the service center who I dealt with for parts of this.

Today, September 12 2017 I used PG motors detail shop. I ask for good wash and clean of the inside and outside. I was charged 120$/hr labour to clean my truck. Got it back and they had washed alot of dirt and yes It was not that clean to start. But my bill was 160$.! Walk out to my truck, all four door jams look like this. They had my truck for 5 hrs, washed for 1.5. Customer service ask if they could make it right and clean the door jams. I had enough, they reduced my bill to 80$/hr shop rate. Bill was still 110$ car wash. My recommendation is use other details shop in town.

I had difficulty getting the work done in one visit, when I called to book in advance, asked proactive questions about the work to be done and was assured everything was good to go. I was disappointed when I came to pick up my truck and not all of the work on the work order was complete, so I had to leave my truck an extra day. This happened 2 times, so not just a one time mistake. The manager compensated me and in the end met my expectations. I have a maintenance package I am committed to use. Hopefully, the service department irons out some of the inefficiencies in how they record the work, getting the work done completely and in a timely manner and communicating with the customer.

Just want to say a big thanks to the shop foreman, Dan Tricoteux for taking the time to look at my truck on short notice. I had a noise coming from my truck which was very loud. I had taken my truck to another place in town to diagnose the issue, they changed a whole bunch of parts, a big bill, and that did not fix it. He knew I was in a sensitive spot being pregnant with little financial wiggle room and other financial strains that were caused by unforseen circumstances. When they found out I needed 4 brand new tires, he searched for the best and lowest deal he could find and I ended up paying a third of what I was expecting for tires that were already on rims and in great condition! I have been dealing with Don Khela in the diesel service shop for a couple years now, he has always been great at helping me when I am on a time crunch and very good service. So my Ford F-150 downshifted to first at highway speed while towing a trailer on May 18th. It causes the engine to go way over redline, and blew out a transmission cooling line, causing all the fluid to drain out. It was due to a transmission controller that is faulty and was a recall issue, so I had it towed to a dealership. They had seen the codes when they scanned that it did do what I said. They said the mainframe was a long lead time, due to Covid. Then after getting the mainframe in, they said that the transmission was wrecked, and would not be covering it. As many of you know, my truck is my livelyhood. I was without it over 2 months, and it cost me over $7500 to fix. I highly recommend you DO NOT purchase a #fordcanada #f150 or shop at pg Ford.

I’ve been going to Prince George Ford for 5 years and can never get all my fixes done during my appointment. Every time things needed to be fixed, only half of the jobs would get done and more jobs would be added. I couldn’t keep up with all the fixes or afford to drive in from out of town to have them only have time for the oil change. The appointment system needs to be adjusted so my truck isn’t sitting in the parking lot for hours after my appointment before it even goes in the shop. But....This is first time anyone has provided with me a viable solution ensure ALL my fixes and any other issues found are done at once while recognizing I live out of town. Since we are from out of town I had to take a second vehicle as the recall lasted the full day. 2- For the first time I found the honesty and integrity above reproach. upon reading the inspection report I noticed the tire preasure was 35 lbs. Nobody knew I had upped the preasure from 30 lbs the day before, therefore I felt confident that the inspection report is accurate and an honest assesment of my vehicle. If i could i would give this Ford location a negative -0 rating. I recently had gone to Ford Dealership looking to buy a new vehicle. now the biggest mistake was telling the young manager I believe his name was Kevin. That I had a paid off truck and a deposit I was willing to do a trade in for and put that deposit on. The minute I mention that, Kevin did not care of my interest in what i wanted in a vehicle. Instead he kept pushing me into one of the most expensive vehicles on their lot they could get me in. I know what i wanted in a vehicle however i just felt pushed to buy something that would heighten his commission rather then a vehicle i would of loved to drive off the lot. instead i just walked away and went somewhere that was more interested in my wants and needs not just to help the manager/ sales person's commission

If you’re buying a used vehicle from a dealership for peace of mind and convenience, don’t go to Prince George Ford. This is my first and only review of a business due to my extremely negative experience. I purchased a vehicle online and was shown via email that all issues identified by the service department would be fixed. Following a 7-hour drive and upon arrival, it was evident that many of the identified issues were not resolved in addition to issues their service department did not find including a burnt out headlight and a check engine light. I was then told to bring it to my local dealer when I got home and they would cover the bill. They did follow through on this. My sales representative (Craig) was lackluster and disorganized – repeatedly forgetting my arrival date, my name, service records and the tank of gas included in their ‘out of town buyer’s program’. To cap it off, I received a call from the financing department 3 days after the sale, notifying me that their system glitched and they forgot to include the full purchase price in the paperwork in addition to realizing the windshield leaks. This was the least confidence-inspiring purchase I have ever made and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was told the gate mod went on it I book for a day when that part was to arrive Because the part was not in stock .... not a big deal .. when I bought my truck in the first time someone could have told me that my truck was off warranty and I would be paying for it it did go on extended warranty but none the less I was not prepared for it if that was the case it would not have gotten done right away... and none of my warranty was even discussed even though they checked my mileage on my vehicle

Just had my Focus serviced there about a week ago. The Service Advisors are an amazing group of people, who do their absolute best to ensure a quality experience all around. The technicians are thorough in their inspections, and now I am aware of further work needing to be done down the road, with costs given at the time of my service being completed, so I can prepare properly. I've heard that sometimes it can cost more to have a vehicle serviced at a dealer, but when a repair can be done with the MANUFACTURER'S parts, and a warranty to stand behind that, why would you not want to have that peace of mind?? ERIC HANSON I’ve recently made my 4th purchase for a brand new truck at PG FORD. (5th vehicle in total) This last experience was unsatisfactory. Spending two weeks lining up the purchase via text due to covid-19, when I showed up to the dealership the salesman was no where to be found. All communication I was lead to believe was with one person, ended up being two if not three. When it was time to sign to papers, the finance representative couldn’t tell me who the finance company was. The fine details that were discussed prior to the deal were not fulfilled 100% and when I took the opportunity to bring it up the staff rolled their eyes at me. I was disappointed and felt uncomfortable, considering my previous experiences were smooth transactions and Pleasent staff. Since I purchased my vehicle just shy of 2 years ago, it was been having alarm problems. When I lock the door and start walking away, the alarm goes of. While the key is flat, in my hand. When I try to turn off, I have to walk back about 10-15 feet before it will work. At first, nobody believed me. Multiple trips. Then my electrical started doing funny things. Lights would randomly shut off while driving in the dark, radio/navigation would glitch out, computer would constantly kick my phone off. Again, got nowhere. They finally replaced the remote start module, lasted a few days and alarms came back. I have lost track of how many phone calls and attempts to get this dealt with. They would say "we will grt back to you" and nothing. Finally managed to get it escalated to an assistant manager. He took it for a week to check it. They rwplaced the remote start module again. Next day alarma were back. "We will get back to you" 3 weeks I reach out again, "we will get back to you". I'm so done with this company.

My experience was with the Ford service department, Somewhere I highly recommend you avoid unless you have deep pockets and lots of time. I had scheduled the most “extensive” pre purchase inspection, and requested that they also replace a spark plug while in the engine bay. I provided the spark plug and boot. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:50am which the technician on the phone scheduled me for, and requested it be completed by 12, My vehicle wasn’t ready until 4pm. Ashley the person at the counter was very helpful, and kept me updated, she was the only redeeming thing about my experience. The inspection did not in any way cover anything of value to me. There was nothing about fluids, filters, rotors, battery or alternator health, or any suspension components. The $139 inspection ended up being half a page of un helpful information and a full page of messy scribbles from the mechanic akin to a doctor writing a prescription. On top of this all they charged me an additional $93 to replace the one spark plug that I had provided. All in all I’m quite disappointed in my experience and hope that you can make your own decision based on my review.

I had a motor replaced (Diesel 6.0). This is a stock Ford rebuilt motor with a 2 year unconditional guarantee. The motor was stated to be identical to the one that was original to the F250 that I own. It is not. The new motor appears to be a little under powered. It double shifts on light graded hills when not loaded in weight and so on. It also surges on idle. The service advisor tells me that it is the control module that is controlling the turbo which is causing the surging during idle and is a normal behavior. The old motor did not surge. The new rebuilt also like to puff a little exhaust smoke on acceleration and at a cold start. The old occasionally blue a little smoke when it was cold but not to often and did not blow any exhaust smoke on acceleration except when an injector started to fail. I am not happy and PG Ford does not seem to want to take action in fixing the problem. They say that there is nothing that they can do. I brought this to the attention of their General Manager. He told me that he would look into the problem and call me the next day. So far I am still waiting for the call. I might call Ford's head office and get some straight answers myself, and maybe a lawyer. I can go on regarding the conversations I have had with PG Ford but that would take more than this forum would allow. Am I happy? The answer is NO!

The sales experience at PG Ford was very good. Sabrina was very knowledgeable and professional. The sales, financing and pickup of the vehicle was very smooth. A few days after the sale, Sabrina and Craig went out of their way to help me with the trailer backup assist setup - it was very appreciated - this service should be offered to everyone! I only had 1 frustration with the purchase and that was the mirrors on the truck - it came with a full tow package, but standard mirrors - something I didn't realize until after the sale. I feel that this should be mentioned, similar to the offering of the northern package, winter tires, and undercoating during the sales discussion to be provided with the option to add them to the vehicle purchase. Lesson learned by me but something to watch for :)

After several problems with tire pressure being low and having them checked at the shop it was decided that one tire was leaking. I had an appointment and they took it off to see what was causing the problem. Thankfully I did not need a new tire, there was just a small leak where the rim was against the rubber. The service techs are fine, but holy cow has Ford lost any business from me in the future. From manufacturer defect, to the extended warranty disappearing from my account, to two employees telling me that the warranty couldn't exist, to them finally finding a warranty and then me still having to pry out how to fix it. The fact that my car needed 2 different extended warranty for different defects and it still resulted in a class action really kind of shows what you will get in the long term. I don't appreciate people trying to say I'm a liar and/or idiot.

To whom it may be of interest: I had been hunting somewhat passively for over a year for a diesel-powered truck to give me some more pulling power than I was able to get from my F150, which I liked alot in every other way. Always receive amazing service from the service department, especially Josh! Was dealing with the notorious freezing door issue on my F150. Brought it in, Josh got me in & told me they had to order the parts. Parts showed up 2 days later and Josh squeezed me in with their busy schedule. He was very good at keeping me updated with the progress on the truck. Upon picking it up, he mentioned that during the repair they scratched the tint on my windows pretty badly. Without me saying anything or seeing it, he offered to have the cost of it being redone taken care of! The tint saved the window from being scratched and being replaced. Waiting on the reimbursement but I know they are good on their word!

Had our truck in for a recall and a problem with a belt squeaking. The repairs were done quickly. The repairman listed on his report exactly what was wrong and what was done to repair it. The front end staff are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Had our truck in again Feb 14/20, rattle under the hood similar to previous repair. Mike Pavey, Service Manager tried to find the problem, but noise would not re-appear. Went above and beyond in trying to locate problem. Advised he would order parts to replace belt again, and would call when parts were available.

Amber- I took my vehicle to this dealership on Dec 26 th and was informed that my vehicle would be looked at this day and it wasn’t at all. Fine it happens no problem it was looked at the next day. I was told that it needed a coolant flush, etc minor things so I said yeah do it. I paid it and only to find out once I read my work order that the oil change I had requested wasn’t done and they couldn’t do the coolant flush due To a radiator needing to be replaced the service advisor Did not tell me any of this and was going to let me drive off the lot. They gave me a price whatever sure let’s get it done this is unacceptable and you think as a company and a service advisor they would know how to get the job done properly but apparently that was to much to ask for. There was more complaints for sure about this company. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

I don't know if its a scheduling error, but every time I bring my truck in whether its for a service or mechanical repair the appointment for my truck is never followed. For example I had an appointment this morning for 8 am, and they just took my truck into the shop 45 minutes ago..leaving me without my truck for a good chunk of the day when I could have dropped it off at noon. This isn't the first time either. This happens 90% of the times that I have dropped my vehicles off there. Very frustrating I was apologized to when I picked my truck up which I appreciated. I have a fleet vehicle that suddenly stopped working, and Mike Pavey and his service team helped me in a serious pinch diagnose the issue, and immediately was able to get it into the shop and repaired and have the truck back in service within a couple days (and to include was during the 2021 heat wave) and the job was substantial and required completely rebuilding a large portion of the top end of a diesel engine. My husband and I purchased our first ever used vehicle at the begining of November from Chris V. and Corey. They made finding the perfect vehicle for our family very easy. After having the vehicle for 2 weeks, the blower fan started making an awful screeching sound, the drivers door started to rattle and it would not start in the morning without a boost. When we contacted Corey about our problems with the truck, he booked an appointment for our truck to go in under warranty ASAP. We were provided with a nice courtesy vehicle to use while they kept our truck over night. The following afternoon we were told we had to buy 2 new batteries for the truck because they are not covered under warranty. This frustrated me. After spending $72,000 on a certified used vehicle, you shouldn't have to replace the batteries 2 weeks later. After I expressed my frustration to Chris V., PG Motors made it right and provided us with 2 new batteries at their cost. We have had our truck back for nearly a week. We no longer have any issues with it starting, the rattle in the door has stopped and the fan has not made any awful noises. The heated seats even work better. It is hard to trust salesmen and dealerships, however I trust PG Motors. They clearly value retaining good relationships with their long-term clients.

PG Motors and Ford do not stand behind their product. I had my transmission replaced under recall, and just over a year later it started to die again. They have no desire to correct this blatant assault on consumers by fixing this joke of a transmission that Ford has put into several model years of Focus and Fiesta cars. Over the course of 10 days I attempted to contact the service manager a multitude of times. This included 13 phone calls, 4 emails, 3 messages left with staff, and a Facebook message to this page where I was assured I would be contacted that day - August 31st. I still have not heard back from the service manager, Mike, save for one uninterested "call me back" voicemail which was conveniently left at a time when I had advised them I would be working. I am trapped driving my lemon of a car, which could potentially get me killed when it decides to lose power while I merge onto the highway. Shame on PG Motors and Ford for leaving their customers feeling betrayed and violated.

Travelling from terrace to Prince George, and just entering PG my front brakes seized up. I was towing a 30' fifth wheel. We were stuck with no options as we were travelling BC. I called PG Ford and explained my situation, and was told to bring the truck in and they would try to fit it into their busy schedule. This involved a complete rebuild of the front braking system and also a drag link. At 4:30 pm I was informed that the truck was ready to be picked up. I was speechless to say the least. I was so impressed with the quality of service and the fact that everyone from the mechanics to the whole service department went above and beyond what was required of them. A special shout out to Josh the service advisor for really stepping up and arranging a rental vehicle, and looking after my needs. To all staff at PG Ford, you have set the bar extremely high for everyone else. My heartfelt thank you's go out to every employee at PG Ford.

I recently had my truck in to have some recalls taken care of. While my truck was in the shop, the service team did a complimentary inspection on my truck where they found numerous failing components and gave me a quote around $5,200 to get my truck back in working order. I found this to be a little suspicious because my truck has been serviced by PG Motors every 8,000 km, like clockwork, since I bought in brand new in 2017. One of these failing components I have already had replaced so I decided to get a second opinion and took the maintenance report to Benchmark Automotive. The people there had all the parts and could have taken me for the same ride PG Motors intended to but instead they called me almost right away and said the "failing components" were fine, and that they wouldn't recommend replacing them for some time. When I took this information back to PG Motors they insisted on taking a second look at my truck. So I waited while the shop foreman went over the specific parts they recommended I replace. After inspecting, they told me that they were mistaken and that they had had an apprentice inspecting my truck, and that he didn't have the necessary tools to do the inspection beyond eye balling these parts, which they were comfortable recommending I pay over $5,000 based on that thorough inspection I guess moral of the story is think twice before getting work done on the recommendation of PG Motors without a second opinion, and I would highly recommend the crew at Benchmark Automotive.

Had price in place, suddenly at month end, they call me telling me my employers discount was not going to be valid if I didn't put a down payment in that same day.....Find out from a friend who also works at my business, they offered it to him. Decided not to do business with greasy dealers and went to another dealership in quesnel who was happy to honor my employers discount. A discount btw, that is offered from the factory. I had an excellent experience with Josh in the service dept. I brought in my 2016 ford fusion for a non functional hvac fan. He immediately came out to see that it wasnt functional and brought the car in immediately to have a tech troubleshoot the issue. I called in earlier in the day inquiring about a service before the fan went out and they were booking into next week. On a friday afternoon he made it happen. Went in for an oil change and when they pulled it in the bay the door was not all the way up and it caught the tv antenna. The manager explained how it happened and told us to have it fixed and send him the bill. Very nice man. We would suggest this dealership to everyone. Things go wrong. Stuff happens. It how you handle it and Prince George Ford handled it very well. Managers name was Leonard Boudreau. Good job

Recently bought a truck from them, with ease Garth Miller(sales) and Philippe Vachon(finance) helped me through the process and kept everything within the budget I wanted. Though the truck had a few extras i wanted to add on, they made sure it still worked in my price point. From test drive to driving off the lot all insured it took only 4 hours. In that time they didnt push me into the sale and kept my five year old entertained, made sure I was comfortable with everything and made sure I wouldnt have anything I didnt know going into the sale. I give 5 Stars to Lenard and Josh in service, great people to deal with. a couple of issues with Ford over all 1. Better inspection techniques for the block heater recall, my truck was in twice for the same issue 2. A more in-depth inspection and correction for the freezing door issue, again the truck was in twice for this as well 3. Fords supply system SUCKS. Solution SUCK LESS. Customers should be waiting a month for parts 4. Remember to offer means of transportation when a customer leaves his/her vehicle with the dealership, this was not brought to my attention until 3 weeks into this fiasco
