Absolutely fabulous place to buy a vehicle! This will be our second Nissan purchased through PG Auto Sales, first was the Titan truck we fell in love with and now my Rogue! Honestly I was dead set on not picking the first vehicle that I test drove, but after comparing my other options with this, I knew my heart was set. Brandon, our salesman was helpful, informative, kind, and worked with us every step of the way without any judgment, despite our pushy requests. *smiley face* He was ultra respectful to my Mother, which was also a huge plus for me. I have shopped around at a few of the other lots in town and PG Auto Sales has been by far the best experience personally. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Good customer service. Reasonable price cares and trucks. Had a problem shortly after I bought the truck and they fixed it with out any charge to me. I dealt with Brenden for myself and for my son and both times he made shure that we left with what we needet and he checked with us numerous times if we where satisfied with our purtshes. I can only recommend doing buisnes with him.

I just have to say how disgusted and disappointed I am with this company and how they treat loyal customers. As a single mother of 2 children I came in yesterday desperately in need of a vehicle after an unexpected car accident. I went straight to PG Auto Sales because I had already financed and paid off a vehicle through them (without EVER missing a payment), and they have ALWAYS told me I would be welcomed back with open arms and they would help me out any time, so I assumed they would stick to their word. They did not. I was met by the finance manager who was extremely rude, did not want to listen to anything I said, and basically told me without a down payment I was out of luck. EVEN THOUGH the website says on EVERY SINGLE AD "buy this vehicle now for $0 down with these monthly payments" so apparently that's just complete false advertising because when I got to the actual shop I was told it was "company policy" to not finance without a down payment. HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE WHEN THEIR ENTIRE WEBSITE SAYS $0 DOWN ?! I was also told my income was a problem, even though I tried to explain I had just started a new job, he did not want to listen and said that didn't matter and it wasn't good enough. Pretty ridiculous for a used car dealership if you ask me. Especially for a customer that has been loyal to them. After my first experience I left them a great review and told people nothing but good things about my experience with them. But not any more, I will no longer recommend this place to ANYONE and have now changed my review as well. Customer loyalty means NOTHING to them, all they care about is that all mighty dollar and they have proven that to me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Didnt tell us before we got there the car we wanted to see had a hole in the gas tank from theft. We saw a different one, however the manager was more interested in yakking about coffee with a friend of his who came in AFTER we had been waiting 20 min to talk to him. We had cash and ready to go but he couldnt be bothered so we left. Never got a phone call even though wr asked for one. So we bought one elsewhere. For a car dealership i was surprised they werent interested in making a sale. Even a low cash one. Not happy.

Just recently bought a car here! All of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. All of the vehicles are pre checked and fixed for problems. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a new vehicle!

They were great to work with. Very friendly. No nonsense sales invoices with ridiculous charges for nitrogen in the tires for example (Northland Dodge I'm talking to you). Would buy from them again no question.

I just moved up to pg a month ago , live close by PG auto , wife kept telling me to go in and check some of the trucks out . So one day i did , and met Brandon , no pressure , just honest about certain truck i liked , told me to take it for a spin , but i slept on it , then returned , took test drive and bought the truck . Insurance showed up and drove home same day . I would recommend PG auto to people who trust me , and anyone else who isnt comfortable around used car places . PG will put u at ease . Shawn was a really nice person to deal with all around. Treated me as a person and not an obstacle that didn't know anything about trucks. The price barging went ok didn't come close to my afforded price but ...I still bought truck. I always have an issue when the manager/owner who makes the final decision hides in his office, But comes out of hiding when you agree on a price. But that's the norm these days. The truck experience,, , bought it at 149000km November 3\2017 ... I had installed pre taking it off lot the trailer break. Canadian tire p.g. is the shop of choice for this company. It took a few hrs for the shop to install the break. When I got it back I was as happy as a clam in sand....then when I went to test all setting the auto pedal didn't work, back off it went. Finally after all day truck came back from shop. On my way home I filled up with fuel....only to have the gas light come on and then at 78km away the gas Gage stopped working!!! My next day off I returned truck and did not see it for another 21days!!! Even after that it wasn't fixed so had another week of waiting!!! The great thing is that the car lot fellow James was able to meet me half way as I live 2hrs away. When finally I was able to just take truck the shop had put a new speedometer reader and gas Gage but now truck reads 20,000km more then when I bought it!! At this point I am just happy to have truck. It was a nerve busting mnth, not knowing if I just bought a ????. However Shawn made it right and did a very good job. I wish I had been told that the shop was messing around, that it was all used parts going back in and it may not read the same, I am thankfully that it was on there dime as I know they get a cheap shop rate. The owner /manager should in future be involved in issues like this.be more seen. The vehical they let me borrow was free of charge which I am grateful for ( even though it sat parked for the time I had it was my Kia is my soul commuter) I was to get paper work stating new km on truck but as the weeks go by still nothing. So far I have been driving it the 78km to town once a week and all seems fine. Gas Gage still not 100% as it still sticks but then floats down. But all else seems fine. I over all had a good experience at p.g. Auto sales. Would I buy my 17yr olds daughter a car there....maybe...but I would def. Have a shop inspect it and not crappy tire ( were customer service is not good and shop front desk gals were mean and no knowledge) Shawn made it right to the best of his ability, James was a lovely young man that was also respectfully and a sweet heart. I promised a review for the p.g. auto sale long as it maybe it is my experience. Oh and the bathroom was very clean , however some lack of decore in office trailer ( you definitely know your in a used dealers place run by men only. ????

Avoid these people! They kept the spare key and had my daughter sign tansfee papers " in case they need to take back the vehicle" The car wasn't clean...smelt bad and had a " check engine" light which they told my daughter was " normal for this year". We are trying to return the lemon but they are throwing blocks as fast as they can. In short. ..don't buy here unless you have a lawyer .

Had a great experience with the staff at PG Auto Sales , I phoned Craig on a Friday morning about a vehicle I saw online we agreed on price , Brandon called back within an hour later , with more details I requested - info was taken at that time and a couple hours later he called back and approval was complete . I want to tell you all about how bad this place is, and all their tricks. I only got two tips for you. Don't give a deposit and only pay for a used car cash in full. They make less money that way, but still is a quick buck for them.
