I was shopping around for a new vehicle and went into Nissan to look around at met Averry from the sales Team I was pleasantly surprised with the no pressure approach. At the time I decided to stay with my present vehicle. but upon some reflection, I returned to the dealership and discussed my decision to purchase a new Nissan Frontier from Averry. I was quite pleased with my purchasing experience at Northland Nissan. Tyson Remmelg was able to answer all of my questions about the Juke via email as I am from out of town. He was able to accommodate my test drive around the limited flight timetable I was able to get. During the drive he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, and showed me everything I needed to know without an aggressive sales pitch. Very laid back and personable, he was great to work with. When I ordered the Juke, I wasn't able to get the spoiler option that I was set on, but they went above and beyond to get the stock spoiler custom painted the colour I wanted! They also mounted the winter tires as I requested, and had the summers cleanly bagged and loaded up when I arrived. The out of town buyers program was a great help, as they compensated me for my flight in and hotel stay on the day of the purchase. When everything was signed for, Tyson even came out to go over everything with my one last time, and even helped pair my phone to the bluetooth for the ride home. Overall, the staff at Northland Nissan was very good to work with, and I would highly recommend Tyson Remmelg to anyone looking for a new Nissan (as I already have several times since my purchase).

My name is Richard, I have been in the auto industry for nearly 10 years, My history is with Sherwood Nissan and the Harm's Group, I am also a broker with ProCredit. Our morning started off very upsetting when Canadian Tire had changed their commitment to us and went back on their oath to get two of our vehicles inspected for out of province. We had drivers on the way for 14 hours on the road, a family meeting us from hours away in Prince George and time was of the essence. Shawn Tyacke Jr. has blown us away, I called at least 8 dealerships, shops, and even had an argument with the General Manager at Canadian Tire. I was blown away with the disrespect we were shown from Canadian Tire and advise anyone against servicing their vehicles there. This is the first time to write a review , however I feel it is important to give this bad feedback about the service in Northland Nisan ,hoping something is going to change. I used to get my srvice in the lower mainlang dealerships with a great experience, since we moved here 2 years ago, I started to get the service in P.G , The first time service was horrible in terms of the attitude of the personnel in the dealership , I thought it was a bad day , then the later experiences were worse!!, they don't respect and over charge with no explanation. it was a BIG shock for me!! I decided not to go there anymore , so my wife took the car for service this time, unforetunatleky she has a TERRIBLE experince as well!!!!!! (SO UNFRIENDLY TEAM. WITH BAD SERVICE)

I bought my Titan around the end of October 2013. Up until I had gone to Northland Nissan, my experience at other dealerships had been a nightmare. I had gone almost everywhere in Prince George in search of the perfect truck. I was met with attitude and disrespect from multiple sales reps across Prince George. That all changed When I met Zachary at Northland Nissan. He did something that all others had failed to do, and that's just simply listen. I told him about my previous experiences at the other dealerships, what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. In no time he had a vehicle that fit the description. When he could see that there were things I did not like. He would talk to me about what Nissan could do to make it right. Instead of trying to get me to just accept it and rush the sale. In the end, I was more than happy. I ended up with the truck that I wanted, the right colour, perfect amount of km's and was able to get a 6" Pro Comp Lift Installed, leaving my warranty still intact. None of this would have ever been possible if it weren't for Zachary's outstanding interpersonal skills and his ability to go above and beyond what could ever be expected. I would highly recommend Zachary at Northland Nissan to anyone looking for a smooth hassle free purchase on their next Vehicle. You won't regret it.

As a recent widow, I was looking to trade in my husband's truck for a new car. I had done some research and narrowed my list to about 5 similar vehicles, all of different makes, that I thought would suit my needs. I didn't have my heart set on any particular make or model, I just thought I would put on my big-girl panties and a brave face and head out for the first time to buy a vehicle all on my own. I was clear to all the dealerships I visited that I didn't want to banter back and forth playing the salesman game. I was going to test drive my list of vehicles and whoever gave me the numbers for price/trade that made me happiest would determine the vehicle I drove away with. Some dealerships tried to use pressure tactics and others I felt didn't really take me serious with the numbers they gave me. My experience at Northland Nissan was completely different. I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. I never once felt pressured to make a decision. And to seal the deal, I completely fell in love with the Nissan Rogue. I love the comfort, the way it handles, the cargo space is great and the heated steering wheel is a game changer. I believe Lucas and Tyson gave me a fair price for my truck and Lisa B was great in the office doing all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend that anyone else in my position, who may be feeling a little intimidated with the task of vehicle shopping, go have a chat with Lucas at Northland Nissan.

Our shopping experience was for the most part pleasant. Kudos to Kyle for being a fantastic sales guy. I don't have any complaints about the rest of the sales staff either. The only not so great part of the whole process was the finance lady. Basically her sales tactic was to try and shame us into paying that little bit extra money for utterly useless packages. I'd never said no so many times in my life. Overall though, I think we got a fair deal and I would buy from these guys again.

Service Centre. We recently had some repair work done on our Nissan Armada. I previously had a disagreement with Nissan Canada and an out of town dealer, where I purchased my new vehicle, about the start date of my Nissan Warranty. Northland Nissan was able to get Nissan Canada to cover the repair under warranty, even though Nissan Canada said our warranty expired 2 months before the repair. Worst deal I have ever done. I test drove a vehicle that included winter tires with purchase, liked it, went to make the deal, drove away thinking I had purchased that vehicle but a week later I contacted the salesperson aboit my winters and he told me I wasnt getting tires because that's not the truck I bought. They let me buy and drive away in a truck exactly like the one I test drove without my knowing it wasn't that one. On top of that I purchased extended warranty that was supposed to be refundable if I did not use it, don't let them talk you into that rip off. There is no such warranty. I traded my truck in at Hyundai which were fabulous to deal with, and now I was refused my Warranty refund of $2100 because it's NOT refundable after a month of owning the vehicle which they failed to tell me. It costs more than regular warranty so a nice money grab for Nissan. If you need to buy a Nissan go out of town to purchase it. You will get screwed if you go to Nissan in Prince George.

Northland offered a good start, and while dealing with Tyson online and by phone I was very impressed. Dom, Zach and Holly were an absolute delight to deal with on the purchase of my new 2018 Titan pro4x. Not only did they fly me from Whitehorse, Yukon to Prince George, they arranged for my pick up from the airport. The team answered any questions I had along the way and delivered the exact options I asked for. That being said I took my Titan to Fraser way RV a picked up a 28 foot 5000 lb Trailer. I pulled this set-up through the worst spring snow storm I have ever seen, in some of the most unforgiving mountain passes in northern bc ( Steamboat pass & Muncho lake national park ). The Titan more than held it’s on on the steep mountain grades and un-plowed mountain highways. Not only was I turning head with the pure good looks of the truck, I was getting bewildered looks by other drivers as to how I was able to make it through the storm, while they were waiting it out. If anyone is on the fence about a purchase from Northland Nissan, I highly recommend them. Couldn’t be happier with my truck. Thanks team! Sincerely one happy customer! ps. Former F-150 owner.

Tyson and Jared were very good to deal with. Very quick responses to all questions via both email and phone as I preferred, making it easy convenient. I did a lot of shopping all around BC and these guys hooked me up with the best deal, both with the initial quote and after working out all the details. Doesn't matter what part of the province you are from, get in touch with these guys and see what they can do for you (i.e. delivered our Murano to Kamloops). Also, if you are in the market for a mid size SUV, take a Murano for a drive...such a pleasure!

I would definitely recommend Northland Nissan. I was considering purchasing a car for quiet a while but being that it would have been my first time with car payments I was, lets say, cautious. I was in to see Dom several times over the last couple of months as I flopped back and forth on what was best. Originally I was thinking that I wanted an xterra and nothing else would do. Dom took the time to really understand what I needed in a vehicle. Turns out the new frontier is exactly what was needed for the capability in the winter and the capacity to help out with the projects around the house. I'm sure I was a demanding customer asking questions, which he was always willing and able to answer, and when it came time to make a deal I was looking for lots of extras that I needed, like winter tires etc. Dom was able to make me a deal that got me all the things I was looking for and into a brand new truck. Shawn and the service department help to give it that little extra that I needed and Holly walked me through the paperwork and got me onto a warranty that gives me piece of mind with my first new car. Dom even came in on his day off to make sure things went off without a hitch when I picked the truck up. Two Nissan's on the driveway now so I imagine they will be seeing more of me in the future.
