They advertise "free winter tires with the purchase of a new vehicle", but will not honour this, even after repeated attempts to contact. 2 thumbs down. Take a plane to the lower mainland, they will pick you up at the airport, pay a hotel room, treat you like gold, and all for a better price. And then they have the nerve to block me from commenting on their FB posts. Shady shady.

Extremely disappointed with the service center. They are incredibly unaccomodating in my experience. Stopped at this dealership to buy a trailer brake controller for my Ram 1500 (mid-morning on a Saturday). I was in a bind to get the trailer brake installed, having to tow something out of town that evening. I installed the brake controller on the side of the road myself and just needed the dealership to flash/update my onboard computer for it to work. This process takes only a few minutes, and they refused to try to fit me in at any point in the day. Luckily for me I have a Bluetooth OBD reader, and after some googling was able to buy a third party app and use the reader to update the truck. This literally took less then 5 minutes once I had spent a few hours googling on my phone. Even the Ford dealership in town said they would try to flash the computer for me that day, as I was calling around for backup plans before stumbling across the app solution online. The only silver lining is that I will hopefully never need to rely on Northland again.
I have bought 3 vehicles from Northland, I love the vehicles but Cringe whenever I have to use the service dept. I have yet to go there and leave feeling that I have been taken care of instead of taken advantage of I wish there was another local dodge dealer I could use ended up getting rid of my last dodge due to Northland Dodge adding without my knowledge, a $7400 buyout at the end of my financing. They are the biggest crooks around. I would not buy a vehicle from them I loved my Dodge but would have to move out of the area before I could even think of buying another Dodge.
my signal light blew ... how did I know? the blinker was making me crazy. I pulled in to the service center, spoke with Mike, he took me to the parts department in their brand new building - which is spectacular - and installed the new bulb , while I was paying for it ... sweet ... and he didn't let me drive off until he made sure it was working, just in case it was a connector or something else. Very nice.
All the staff I dealt with were very helpful.This was the best experience I have had when buying a new vehicle. I brought my truck in for some recall work without an appointment and was quickly taken care of. Then decided to see what my options were for a new truck. Travor was very helpful and the new building is very customer friendly.

i bouight my chorkee on 2018 i only drove 11000 km still have under warranty and one of mine USB charger is not working(not physical damage ) i ask staff to help me to check and they are trying to change me $80 labor for just checking which is rediclous .
The parts department is fantastic. Talk to Mike Sekulic, he really knows his stuff and takes care of his customers. I have never purchased a vehicle here so I can’t say how that department rates.

We dealt with Geno and found the experience to be uniquely positive. Geno tracked down the very model we were searching for and got it into our hands in short order. We were surprised and delighted by the level of service offered, and would happily do business here again in the future, as well as recommend Geno and the team at Northland to friends and family.
Stay away from their service center at all cost! Because it will cost you. A ruthless company not interested in fair or honest service when it comes to repairs. A repair quoted greater than the cost of the vehicle was the ONLY solution, when other shops explained there are many options at only a few hundred dollars, not thousands. Treatment was less than stellar, service tech's with two-faced and confrontational personalities. Avoid using their crooked service center. Buying a vehicle from them is probably not a bad experience, the front entrance was clean and welcoming. Staff is quick to help you, and the ambient music was pleasant.
They charged me $150 to tell me I needed to get a $500 part replaced that all it needed was to be cleaned so they almost waisted my money. When my vehicle was done I received a call to come get it, it took them 20 mins to find the paper work and I had to wait around for almost an hour while they finished up. I went to talk to the guy that processed my Jeep and he had no idea who I was which waisted more of my time. Overall, terrible experience and I'd recommend that if you can go somewhere else to do so.
An absolute experience; Ben (Sales) was not only professional but considerate with my budget and gave me lots of options. Ryan (Finance) was also extremely friendly and professional as well. He explained everything really well and there was no spin. Then at the end they called in an (HUB) employee to get my insurance done right in house, she was also friendly and professional. Overall an exceptional experience; and with the treatment I recieved I will be suggesting to EVERYONE that they get their new vehicle with Northland Dodge/Chrysler.

Sorry to change my review but the service at the oil change is terrible. The guys couldn't even be bothered to be there it seemed and didn't even tell me about the issues on my vehicle. Either way I'll pay for better service and I have an appointment booked elsewhere.
Feel like I got an amazing deal on my new Ford! Chris helped me the moment we walked out of our car and was super accommodating. Finance department was really friendly as well and got us a deal I was really happy with. Didn't hurt everyone is super cute! They delivered my vehicle and filled it up for me, so that was really nice. Only thing that maybe wasn't the best was the car was used and when I got it wasn't very clean...
Beautiful showroom and service department. Lots of employees to help you spend money.... Unfortunately to pay for all that with their parts and service rates. Paid $650 for something I've had done before for $400.

The service department is an absolute joke. There’s no reason to make an appointment because they will NEVER get you in at the time you booked. I booked for 11am came back at 2pm to get an update on the truck just for them to say it’s going in the shop right now. One of many experiences here. Poor poor time management.

Be extra careful dealing with these guys. I bought a Ford Focus from these guys before 55 days ago and I didn’t like that car so I try to switch the car with Ford Fusion. Before signing the Offer to Purchase form they told me from their mouth 21000$ before taxes and I accepted that offer happily but I want to deal with one particular person for my loan so I said I will sign required paperwork today and I will come tomorrow for signing the loan papers as I was happy I signed offer to purchase form without watching it and the next day the numbers went up by 2381$ before taxes. They didn’t gave me any accessories and they reduced only 1000$ from the base price of the vehicle. Only one key of the car they gave me, no benefits, no accessories. Ron and Collean I appreciate your help from the day one. As I bought car from these guys these didn’t put the fresh oil, service was not done until I did quick inspection of this car which is completely inappropriate way to deal. I will never going to deal with Northland and it was my biggest mistake i have ever done in my 27 years life. Please please be extra cautious while dealing with Northland dodge.
Our Experience with our financial dealer was exceptional. To be Honest, Chris Weissenmayer was probably the best customer service my husband and I have had the privilege of dealing with. Not only was he exceptionally knowledgeable about the questions and concerns we had, he did the job of a salesman and the finance for us. When things were not to our expectations, he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. If it was not for Chris, we would have went to another dealer. My favorite place to come for an oil change. In normal-non-COVID times, you are also given a voucher for a coffee and breakfast sandwich while you wait for your MOPAR oil change here. Currently with COVID still at play, they just give you free coffee only, but its still a bonus. The service is fast and friendly, and they never forget to refill all the fluids in my F150. The cost is cheaper than Great Canadian Oil Change for the same amount of time, and they feed you.

They're a little pricier then some other places. But they will get you into a vehicle with bad credit or no credit at all. If you do a credit check and not approved they will not call you back. You literally have to go in and talk to the employer about the report

I choose a vehicle and ask them to get an approval and it didn’t work After that, they are checking my credit on a different vehicle which i dont want to buy and didn’t ask them to check approval for that vehicle.
One day..we decided to drive to Northland car dealer without any plan at all! As we arrived the place, we're kind of knowing what we really wanted to get to upgrade our vehicle but, Jordan Corrigal approached us and we told him what exactly we want to have. So he took us to product, and showed other options and he told us what we need to know, it was straight forward. Then, he let us drove the vehicle and test drive, and it was good that he was with us really and give us more information. Our experienced with Jordan as a dealer was really good, he is kind and not pushy. So, after few days..we let him know that we need the vehicle and he made it ready for us. I surely recommend him if some of my friends will plan to buy cars and i also recommend Northland as a car dealer!

Had to wait an hour to drop off my vehicle for a service appointment. Why have an appointment? I complained to the service staff and the service manager. His response? Well don’t come here then. That’s how we work. Go somewhere else. Nice.
I gave it one star, but if I could give it none, I would. This dealership is corrupt and the worst dealership I have ever encountered. Their general manager is just as corrupt, and a liar as well. If you know what is good for you, run, don't walk away from Northland Chrysler Dodge. You will be happy you did.
Overall the service was really great. The staff that I dealt with was very friendly. The sales person could have been a little more knowledgeable about the products but he was new and therefore this was not a big deal at all. I did feel a little bit of pressure to buy without reviewing more options within that category. I would have liked to see more options for the truck I got since I know I would have purchased the 8 speed transmission if offered. That being said I have sent 3 coworkers here to purchase ram trucks of their own.
Highly recommend reading other reviews and my own. This place has changed my mind on Dodges . I'll never buy one again. Quick to sell you one, but when its warrenty work, you get the run around. 9 hrs of wait time, 3 scheduled appointments for 1 led light. Asked for an appraisal on my last visite and was told i overpaid for my truck. Was asked where i bought it, i said "Here". (Mind blown) . Worst dealership experience . I recommend shopping for another brand to avoid these guys.
This dealership was top notch! Gino, Lisa , Vice and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the truck we were most comfortable with. They gave us suggestions and their advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After we decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Thank you Will Gilbert! This was my first Dodge purchase and the Northland Dealership Team was friendly and helpful. Will and Vince went above the call of duty to get me out of a lease on a V6 1/2 ton Truck that didn't preform on fuel milage as advertised. I was allowed to take the EcoDiesel for 4 days and the Ram 1500 truck was "as advertised" on fuel economy and over all its a better quality vehicle than the one I traded in (half way before the lease was up). I drive a lot for work (35,000kms per year) and even with the higher cost of diesel I will save $1500-$1700 per year in fuel. I would most definitely recommend Will Gilbert to anyone who asks. He's No pressure, asks the right questions and got me the payment I wanted. It was one stop shopping from Colleen in financing to Barton Insurance being onsite and everything was seamless and handled above my expectations.

I started looking for a new to me SUV or truck after purchasing my Jeep here in 2014 - Justin was my sales person and he was incredibly helpful and not pushy, he was respectful of my budget and what I wanted. I had a great experience and ended up buying a 2017 Ram 1500 after a few weeks of looking around. He has been very helpful even after the sale and checked in to see how things were going. I am so happy with it and thank you to Justin for helping me find my perfect truck!
HEADS UP sold me a maintenance contract when I bought the new vehicle five years ago; just told me the contract "expired" basically stole what was left of the maintenance contract.
I took my Ram 3500 into Northland dodge specifically to have the pitman shaft seal replaced because sadly I could not find the correct puller anywhere in PG or I would have changed it myself and I needed the truck fixed right away. For starters the service manager called me and told me this part could not be repaired and that I would have to replace the steering box at a cost of $1400. I told him he was mistaken and that I had researched it online myself and had seen it done. Also I had purchased the replacement parts to repair it directly from Northland's parts department the previous day. Anyway the manager told me he would call me back about the repair and did so a short time later to inform me that the box could be repaired. Originally I was quoted a price for 2 hrs labor plus parts which would have been between $300/$400 and probably a bit more because of random shop supplies. After the repair was completed my wife picked it up and the bill was $650. When I got home from work I went over the bill and discovered they had charged me an additional 1 hr labor for an inspection to tell me the steering box was leaking "BADLY". I don't think adding the word "badly" to what I had already told them was worth an additional $150. Needless to say I will never return to Northland Dodge nor will I ever recommend they're service department to anyone. ????????????

Worst experience ever. Took my 2016 ecodiesel ram 1500 in for them to check for air leak when accelerating ( whistle sound). Mechanic didnt even look at it. Had to go to their shop to show them whats the problem. They gave me a quotation of $5000 for a new turbo. They charged me $209 for "diagnosis". Crawled under the truck and realised that the problem was a leak in the exhaust. One of the bolt holding the exhaust had broken off causing the leak. Only star was they booked me in quick.
Super disappointed in this establishment. Tried to do a trade in on a vehicle that was purchased and soley serviced at this Dodge location, and they tried to low ball us by $14 000. We were passed back and forth between two dealers who knew the trade was time sensitive, among other factors, and they tried to take advantage of the situation. This dealership is why car salesman have a bad rap, we went elsewhere and got a fantastic trade, I suggest you 'steer' clear and do the same

I was searching in my home town for a vehicle and when they were not able to help me I called Northland and got in touch with Jarrett, in less than twenty minutes over the phone we had my Jeep picked out, and papers faxed and I within 24 hours I had the jeep brought to me, (six hours away) with no extra cost. I found Jarrett and Kal very great to work with and they both explained what I was getting to a T. I have recommend four people to go to see them and they have had nothing but good things to say. I did not think that day when Mike in service was so kind as to find a spot for my poor Chrysler that needed work even though they were booked up 4 days ahead that I would be buying a vehicle that day. It is ironic that I had first called the "other" GM dealership in town to see if they could book my car in as I was hoping to look at some vehicles they had, only be told by some giggling MS "LOL" of course not it is tire season we are much too busy to squeeze you in. Needless to say their loss and "Well Done" to the team at Northland, the service department was professional, delivered what they promised and made me feel like my poor old Chrysler was just as important as the shinier models in their shop. The whole sales process was awesome as well If you are looking for a sales man who is listening to your needs and who also hears what you really want, you have to talk to Will Gilbert, He took a tire kicker into a very very happy owner of a 2014 Dodge Challenger ( I love this car) and he knew it, he facilitated the sale and made me feel like I got the best deal that day. I had the worst customer service from Brandy. I will never be dealing with her again, I will ask to speak with someone else before her because she has very poor customer service skills. I was calling to ask what is going on with my vehicle, it had been in there 4+ hours prior for a simple oil change and 20 minute job for a sensor to be changed, and I couldn't get a straight answer over the phone when I called numerous times for 2 hours. A good employee would listen while the customer addresses their concerns and expectations. She completely cut me off while I was talking with her on the phone and was very rude and even raised her voice at me, I immediately left a complaint with the manager. Her attitude was very unprofessional. Never again!
I had the pleasure of working with Ben to get my deal done. He was very good with communication both over the phone, email and via text. I flew up from Vancouver to finish the deal and he met me at the airport. Ben took very good care of all my needs and even a last minute trip to a detail shop for a quick buffing. Steve Strizich was an amazing salesman and a very kind person. If I had to recommend anyone I would recommend him. He made my first experience buying a car super easy and almost fun. He did not push anything on me that made me feel uncomfortable like most salesman do. Steve made it about seeing me in a car that I genuinely enjoyed and not about making a sale. He asked questions and made me and my family genuinely feel like valued customers.
Bought a truck from them. A new 1500 ram. Have been pestered every three months to buy new truck or sell my old one back. Dealing with the dealership for repairs has been been painful. Every time I call it's like dealing with 20 different people who can't talk to each other. The service people can't tell you how much something costs. I dropped it off for a repair I booked 2 weeks ahead of time at 7am. To have them call me at 430 saying they couldn't get to it. Don't buy from these guys they don't deserve the business. Go to Vancouver or even local go to vanderhoof to buy.
Though the service was a scheduled one, it was dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner. Service advisors were good at helping me with the process--this was my first service call to Northland. The waiting area was comfortable, well lit and warm. People were very pleasant. My vehicle was ready within the time I was told by the Advisor it would be ready. I appreciate the complimentary vacuuming of the interior of the vehicle.
I drove to the dealership walked on in all these ppl working there not one said hi or welcome to the dealership not one said can I help ya went to parts no help was going to dealership to buy some dodge truck parts n clothing ...clothing I geuss was a after thought huge dealership lil clothing area not much selection either lol geuss the coffee area more important then selling dodge branded clothes.. I would rather drive 1.5 hrs south to Regency then deal with northland dodge again very disappointed.
I saved over 25% off the sticker price on the Ram I purchased from this location! The reason I gave a 4 star rating is because it ended up taking over 6 hours to complete the sale and this is after the fact that I got the ball rolling the day before the purchase. I traveled the hour and a half drive to Prince George from Quesnel and by the time the deal was complete my family and I were tired and grouchy and more than ready to go home. I highly recommend Northland Dodge but if you are from out of town don't over look your local dealership before making a purchase from Northland, often you can get a deal just as good. The reason I purchased from Northland is because for the price I'm paying for a vehicle it really is a significant investment and it was very important for me to purchase a truck that I wanted and wasn't limited to a small inventory and end up with a truck that didn't have all the options I was looking for. Northland has a massive selection of vehicles to choose from compared to the Dodge dealership in Quesnel. I will add that my next vehicle purchase I will custom order it on the dodge website and have it shipped to my local dealership. No more buying from out of town, after all convenience is the way of the future! Satisfied customer!

I just purchased my first brand new vehicle about two months ago from Jordan C. At NCJD. I am so happy with the deal made. I really wanted a spray bed liner and Jordan made it a part of the deal, beat the sticker price, and got me all set up for winter with some good tires! Ryan (from finance) was also very professional and efficient. The whole process from test drive to driving away made me feel like a valued customer. I will recommend NCJD based on those merits alone.

If they contact you about buying a vehicle that you are currently selling, don't do it. They offer so far below market value it's ridiculous. Sell it yourself, unless you are seriously desperate for cash. At least ask for some kind of ballpark offer before wasting your time going in.

Brandy wasn't rude, but not that welcoming either. There was another service advisor who seemed very friendly and communicated well. The mechanics did a great job getting my Dodge back on the road. This dealership didn't even wash my vehicle after spending hundreds of dollars on the repair.
The customer service was great. We were helped by Manik, RJ, and Colleen (in finance), all of whom were welcoming and extra helpful. They put a lot of effort into finding the perfect vehicle for us. Manik cared for all our comforts at the dealership, including coffee, lunch, and more. We are very happy with our new Jeep, including the price we paid and the features it includes. I went to a couple other dealerships in town, and compared to Northland the customer service at those other places was really bad. It's not that they were horrible, it's just that there was so much more warmth and care at Northland.

I found the vehicle I wanted on the internet and negotiated over the phone from where I live - Kamloops. The vehicle and paper work was ready when I arrived in Prince George. Will met me and took me immediately to see my shining 2015 Rubicon and to give me a walk-around describing pertinent features. I was treated like the most important customer they had. Ryan went through the financial paperwork quickly and got my insurance sorted out. I was then on my way back to Kamloops.

My husband and I liked that there was a good selection of vehicles on hand for us to look at and make a decision. We didn't have to wait for one to be sent in from somewhere. There were lots of incentives for purchasing with them and gave us the most money in town for our trade in. All the staff members were very friendly and made us feel comfortable while waiting.
Express Oil change is just a name... Over an hour wait time, having more staff on would help. Routeen service on my vehicle, little longer changing tires over (swapping over). Price was reasonable for oil filter and tire swap..
Northland Chrysler used non-OEM parts on my truck without my understanding and now I’m out $1400 since the parts they installed can’t be warrantied by Chrysler.

Oil changes take hours of waiting, both in your car in line, and after your car is inside the shop. Lift was the wrong size and so after waiting an hour they couldn't even do my gfs oil change, just mine. Most importantly, I have asked to be taken off of their call list for vehicle maintenance THREE TIMES, a list I never even asked to be put on, and yet they still call me reminding me to service a vehicle I DONT EVEN OWN ANYMORE. Beyond annoying, save your time and go anywhere else.

Not my favorite experience. Told them my parameters for payments, and it took 8 tries before they were even close. I get that credit and down payment is a factor, but if you can't respect when I say it's not possible don't come at me and ask if theres something I can sacrifice. Went another place the next day and found something that fits that day. Seems like they are more push push push than they are happy to see a happy customer.
The worst customer service I have ever had anywhere. No matter how kind and pleasant I am towards their team members, they’re just terrible to deal with. This place gives me anxiety every time I have to go there, and the only reason I continue to go is because I purchased my vehicle with them and that’s where I have warranty. I will never buy another vehicle at Northland. They really just don’t care and it shows. Oh, and did I mention that one time they crashed my vehicle when it was in for service? Then I waited 2 months to get it back and ended up still paying. Unbelievable. Every time I leave that place I feel taken advantage of.
I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel sight unseen from Northland to be delivered to Alberta. The transaction was smooth and the price was right!! The vehicle was delivered within 1 week which impressed me! There was some issues with the after market products upon delivery, however they refunded me expenses I was out of pocket to have those items fixed. Would definitely recommend them to out of province buyers!

We recently acquired a truck from Northland Dodge Chrysler. The customer service we got from Ben Diakite, Vince and Collean was top class from start to finish. Ben made it easy for us to decide which truck we wanted by showing us all the trucks from the base model to the top of the range and clearly explaining to us what comes with each model. We were even given an option to test drive as many models as we wanted. There was never a moment where we felt like we were being pushed or rushed into making a decision. Test drove SUV's at all dealerships and the customer service received at Northland Dodge from Karan Narang was fantastic! I went there with only my daughter first and Karan came right over to see how he could help me. I was nervous and chatty and he was professional with a great sense of humour! I never felt ignored or a waste of his time when I first said I'm not buying yet as I needed to figure out what I wanted. Karan was very detailed in explaining the features of each vehicle I asked about as well as test drove. Ended up buying a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and I am so happy with my purchase! Highly recommend Karan at Northland Dodge!

Northland dodge is the WORST company I have ever dealt with we were approved for a truck and put money down and they sold it from under us because someone else was offering 6000 more after we were already approved! I highly recommend no one to ever go there they have terribly customer service!! I will never go there again and hope no one else does it’s a total waste of time
I would not recommend purchased a dodge caravan due to lack of warranty service and poor workmanship. The passenger doors rattle so loud that you can not drive down the road without the radio blasting. We have had to replace the brakes routers which are not covered by warranty with only 38000 klms. The brake pads were cracked with only 20% percent wear but it is my fault. We do not even have a stop light in our small town. The front bumper is made of plastic that cracks at -40. Chrysler Canada has a conflict with the local towing company in Fort St James which results in customer having to wait for service from Vanderhoof. This means that if you have a break down or lock your keys in your vehicle there is a minimum wait of two hours. Northland does not value its clients after the sale unless you complete directly to the sales manager. We made an appointment for service our vehicle and then they did not have the parts after we travelled two hours to get to the appointment. After one month of leaving messages with no response we were offer for them to pay for the gas, 20% off parts and a free oil change. The noise in door is supposedly fixed but it was repaired 6 months ago. I was particularly upset when they did not pay for the cost of replacing a connection to my power steeling pump which cost over 250.00 to repair at 20,000 kilometers due to me not able to take two days off work to have my vehicle repaired due to a suicide of a young girl on graduation night. I work as as child and youth counsellor and needed to connect with children at risk to prevent suicide instead of spending two days in Prince George. I feel that Chrysler Canada should have made for the cost of repairs. It would have cost them twice the amount of money to have my vehicle towed to Prince George for service that was completed by a government inspected service station in Fort St James. A brand new vehicle should not cost 3000.00 out of pocket expenses. What do you think I was not able to change the service quality to poor which could explain why they are recieving five star service from Chysler Canada. I would not purchase another brand new vehicle as the warranty is not worth the paper that it is written.
I bought a 2019 Chevy from them and all they cared about was selling me the car. Now In Less then two months I have had nothing but problems with the car and if I book it with their service department they telling me to take it somewhere else because it’s not a dodge. I thought this company was respectable but now I know that once they have your money they don’t care what kind of car they sell you. Buy with caution especially if buying used from them.
Ran a credit check on me this morning without my consent. I had not talked to them or contacted them in anyway. They took my information second hand and before contacting me ran a check to pre-approved me. Extremely unhappy now I have an inquiry on my account without even asking to have my credit ran. Crooks, crooks, crooks. Refused to apologize or even remove the ding from my score. Highly recommend staying away from these crooks.
Take your business elsewhere! Worst dealership to deal with in Prince George. It might look pretty but that only goes so far. Waste of time. We will take our money elsewhere. Never again will we set foot in that place ????????????
We recently bought a new Dodge Truck at Northland Chyrsler and Will helped us with sales. Will was really knowledgeable about the vehicle and very enthusiastic in nature to help us out with whatever we needed. Jason was awesome with our finances, very respectful, and patient as he really took the time to go through everything with us and answer all the many questions we had. Northland was terrible Service a few years ago, the New Manager is making changes and they are getting WAY better... Still a little slow but the place is so crazy busy all the time!! Tina was awesome and is back.... deal with her if you want great service..
I purchased my car here (used, not dodge) and the sales team were good. However the Service Dept is the absolute WORST. Because my brother is from out of town (2 hr drive one way) & didn’t have time to spend the whole day in PG he made a 10 am Appt 2 weeks in advance for Recall Notice repairs, was told it wld take abt 45 minutes so he was thinking he could be on his way back home by noon. At 4 pm he went & got his truck and headed home. They Do NOT Honor appts and obviously have no regard for customers time. They lost another customer, he won’t be back. It’s quicker for him to drive to the dealer in Quesnel who do honour appts, have the work done & be on his way back home in less time than he spent in PG today. Not acceptable.

Don’t take your vehicle for service, service department told me my 2014 3500 Ram was gonna be done Tuesday never completed till Thursday. They were trying to tell me to change two upper ball joints takes 10 hours. Charged me $185 for labour to change two fog light bulbs. Had LED light bulbs that were on warranty that they just thru away ( Thanks service department that was $200 LED lights you thru away!) Aren’t you supposed to keep parts at least to prove that actually changed them.
My Ram was recalled and I booked an appointment for the repair. Myself, and my Senior passenger are from Mackenzie [2hrs North] and don't travel to Pr. George too often, so we both had booked dental appointments and my Senior passenger also had an appointment at the hospital in P.G. for October 9th, 2019. We wanted to try and get everything done that same day. We left at 08:30 and I got my vehicle in upon arrival at 11:00am. I was a bit worried because the day was almost half over already, but it was taken in to be processed as promptly as they could. ALL objectives were completed thanks to Northland Chrysler. I was worried that my Vehicle might not be ready and I was somewhat of a pest to convey the urgency of having my vehicle back that day. Many thanks to the shuttle driver for helping us get to our appointments, thanks to the person who vacuumed my vehicle [a nice touch], thanks to all the staff involved and many thanks to Mr. Terry Shaw [Service Advisor] for his much appreciated help in getting me and my Senior passenger back on the road in a very reasonable time. I know it must be tough to juggle all the requests that come in daily to ANY dealership, so I really appreciated the combined effort from everyone to help us in this particular case. Right from the beginning in checking out the trucks that we were intersted in - testing driving and right up to driving away with our new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 - Outdoorsman great customer service, respect and over all professional treatment!!! Very good customer service, Brandy is awesome, but not happy of getting my truck back very dirty, I found oil and dirt by my key ignition, dirt or grease all over my drivers door, and oil drips all over the plastic cover under the Hood when they did the oil change, not happy about that, I feel they don't care about are new dodge 2017 ram, that we just bought brand new. I brought the vehicle in clean on the inside, and it came back to me dirty, it makes me feel that they don't care about us, especially when we give them good business Especially when we've been buying extra off parts department to put on our truck, giving them business. I don't think anyone would be happy if they got there truck back dirty, especially it dirt gets in the key hole area, not good. The mechanics should alway make sure there hands are clean. Dodge failed to diagnose the issue with my Dodge made car and then after charging me $400.00 my car ran for 3 hours before the issue I brought it to them for reoccurred. The quoyed price to fix the issue this time was $900.00 I took my car to Canadian Tire and they replaced the part and with labour was half of what the dealership wanted to charge me...

Dishonest bunch of thieves. This dealership called me and told me to come in for free warranty work on my brakes. I came in and after the work was done I was told I owed $220. When I argued that the warranty work was free, I was told the parts were free but the labour was not. I had pre paid for oil changes and every time I brought my vehicle in, it was never done on time and they left me waiting for hours. I never went back. Just a bunch of thieves. I would never go here again. I would buy Dodge again, just not from Northland Dodge

My husband & I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Vince Manwaring in April. We are very happy with the service he has given us thus far. If the truck needs servicing or warranty work Vince is always ready to pass us his keys so we aren't stranded. (we live an hour out of PG &have 3 kids) This makes us feel as though we chose the right dealership & that our business is important!!

We were looking for a used van. after several visits to several used dealers, we decided to visit the dealership and look at new just to compare. There were only a couple newer-used options, and they were very close in price to what they could get me into a new van for. Because my wife was not with me at the time, the sales persons suggested that I take the van for the night. They were very helpful and friendly and put in the extra effort to get the accessories (i.e. snow tires and command start, and undercoating option) installed before we had to leave town to head home.
I went in with the intentions of trading in my Nissan 370Z because it just wasn't suitable for the PG roads after having moved here from another location and I was greeted by the friendly and smiling face of Scott DeBianchi right off the bat. I never felt any pressure from him at any time but he showed me exactly what I was looking for and wanted right away. He definitely listened to my wants and needs and was super friendly throughout our entire dealings. If I ever have to buy another vehilcle again (which I highly doubt because I'm so in love with my new Dodge Sport Truck that's loaded with options!!) I will always go back to Scott as my salesperson and would highly recommend to anyone to go see him if they are in need of a vehicle. Such a wonderful person inside and out and really a great guy to deal with. Now I just need to find him a girlfriend! Right Scott? :) xo

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Trailhawk!!! We had brought in our 2016 Jeep Cherokee for a service appointment. Frankly, we were a bit apprehensive. A couple years ago, our experience with the service department was far from satisfactory. WOW! What an improvement! There has definitely been some positive changes in the service department. That renewed our faith in Northland Dodge. We loved our Jeep, but we were looking for something that could be a great all around off road, commuter, comfortable vehicle, that could also haul our little boat! Kholton Zacharius was our salesman! He worked so hard for us. Kholton prepared a couple vehicles for us to test drive, gave us so much information, worked a fair trade in on our vehicle and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable! The Trailhawk is a totally AWESOME vehicle! We are extremely happy with it and Kholton continues to communicate with us. Excellent service all around from service to sales to financing to out the door! Very pleased!

Fast and cheap tire changeover without an appointment..they even vacuumed my carpet free of charge..
The team at dodge and Dustin who took care of my truck when it had two flat tires.. my warranty took care of the tow cost, and dodge has a night drop box that your vehicle can be left there even when the place is closed so that Dodge can start repairs the next day. Dustin and the maintenance team replaced two tires for me covered under warranty, and made sure my oil was changed..all I had to do was pay for the balance of 2 tires...Dustin made sure I was set to leave for my trip out of town in less than 3 days! I'm loving the new dodge family!!!!!
I bought this jeep July 26th…I put on 1000 kms and there is half an inch of water when it rains in the floor on both sides of the drivers and passenger …as well as all the mold oh and I forgot to mention it blows cold air from the heater… then I get told to take it to a dealership where they tell me I have to pay for it … time to get a whole different vehicle ..let’s hope they take this one back
So pleased with the level of service during my oil change. My car was vacuumed, they fed me breakfast (I was there before 10am) and I have a car wash that I can use on a nicer day. All this cost less than the "quick" place I normally get it done at and I didn't have to provide my special oil filter.
Tom Moses did an amazing job of finding me the right vehicle and the price I wanted! I’m happy with the outcome and super impressed with the process. He even came in on a day off to coordinate a test drive! Everyone I spoke to during the 4 months I was looking was kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend and come back!
Do not purchase here! I purchased a 2019 Chevy silverado 3500HD with only 48k in April. Nearly new 1 ton rig. They did not disclose that it didn't come with the factory set of keys and only gave me one VALET KEY! To get a factory set from GM is about $1200! I contacted them and asked them to come clean and they stopped replying to me text messages! Horrible service after the sale! I'll take this post down when I am given the set of keys that should have come with the truck!
They worked on my vehicle but because of circumstances beyond their control were unable to do what I wanted. There was no charge and they even gave me a complimentary car wash.

AFTER 2 DAYS OF HAVING IT!!! complete BS pregnant mom stuck without vehicle in winter and customer service is Bull... turned around and took a hit on our credit but traded it in... hated them so much will never go back...
We were shopping from out of town, and our salesperson Yolanda was very helpful. She promptly sent a bunch of pictures, was up front and honest about the little dings on it, and overall was very helpful and always responded quickly, even during off-hours. In the end, we actually purchased a different truck at a different dealership, but had such a pleasant experience dealing with her and the dealership that we wanted to leave a positive review to recommend them. If you’re shopping from out of town, don’t be afraid to get in touch and get a better idea of what you’re looking at. I only left 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn’t end up purchasing and can’t say what the other departments were like or if it would have still been a perfect experience.
Get winter / summer tires swapped here. Can't beat the service and price. They also throw in a car wash. Best $25 spent.
Super super happy. I spent hours online researching my newest vehicle, and by time I was in touch with a dealer I was ready to buy. Their automated car wash is constantly down and 3 times I have been stuck inside. They don't seem to care and won't refund but will give another wash...big deal. Won't go back there.

We were treated horribly by the Sales Manager Rod, half business days to full business days to call us back with extremely basic information- when we did get ahold of him via text we got one word replies. Ultimately it was so bad we had to forget about dealing on the vehicle and walk away. ZERO customer service, gosh forbid you do buy a vehicle here I couldn't imagine trying to square up on warranty work. That was after we overlooked the abnoxiously loud show room where you could barely hear the salesperson over the extreme loud music. Have dealt out of town as a result.
Recently brought my Jeep in for routine maintenance and service. After spending $800, I unknowingly left with a very unsafe vehicle. After driving down the highway, I discovered that none of my lug nuts had been tightened at all. They had all been hand tightened only. Thankfully the service manager was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Please double check any work done here, I would hate for anyone to be in the same position that I was and end up in an accident.

I have a F350 and have been taking my truck to dodge for maintenance for 2-3 years now. the service is always amazing, people are always friendly and helpful and the extras that are included ( free vacuum, free carwash, free food!!!) are nice. And the pricing is still way more competitive to Ford.

Service department (and specifically the people running it) is one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. Northland has lots of glitter on the outside, but is pretty vile business once you get through the initial facade.
Brandi shouldn't have a job there, she brings the whole place down and is severely underqualified. Needs customer service training also basic knowledge on vehicles the maintenance they need.
I called and asked for a specific person. Instead I got someone else, and she seemed very confused about everything. I said I'll just hang up and call back. So i waited 10 minutes or so, and did call back. They gave me the wrong person again, and yes the same woman as before. Again she kept calling me by some other name, after i told her my name 6 times...yes 6 times. This woman was so confused I don't think she could put together an entire sentence. I finally gave up trying, and called a different dealership. They were very helpful, and got me the information I wanted promptly. I have since purchased my new Jeep, and the whole process was so simple and quick. While I don't know Yolanda personally at northland dodge/jeep, she is definitely hard to talk to, and doesn't understand plain English very well.
I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The level of advice, service and professionalism displayed by Jordan made the process an absolute pleasure. I informed Jordan at the beginning of the process the type of vehicle I wanted and he put in the hard work to find me exactly what I was looking for. The car exceeded my expectations - It was immaculate! Honestly, I would not consider buying any future vehicle anywhere else. Jordan shows genuine interest in his customers needs! You cannot put a price on Customer Care!
I have had great luck with the service department at Northland and they even gave my vehicle a quick clean up after the requested work was complete. Great Job and Great Service.
I couldn't agree more that the lone 5 Star rating was post by Northland, Classic Brent Marshall. I am forced to utilize Northland for warranty work. I will not allow them to conduct any other work on my truck. They are by far the worst mechanical repair shop in the north. Be very wary of non-warranty work as the 'Service advisors' are paid on commission. My family has purchased 7 vehicles from Northland because we like the product. We suffer through the warranty period and never go back. Years ago when I first started dealing with them they would call me as part of their 5 Stars customer service. I would complain about all the issue I had and they stopped calling! Good way to keep your rating up, don't call anyone that has a complaint. All part of the façade.
I have dealt with Wil Gilbert in the past which is why i wanted to deal with him again. He went above and beyond to find me what i was looking for on both of my purchases. For that reason I wouldn't hesitate on dealing with him again.
I stopped here to get a cabin air filter change in my jeep and Mike from the parts department actually came out and installed it for me as I was passing through town. Extremely helpful and wonderful service, cheerful, personable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership. As a matter fact, I think I’m coming back here to get my next jeep

Got my tires and oil changed... Fast, efficient, friendly... Economical
Asked for a oil change service and to diagnose a sound issue in front end. Didnt do the oil change and only hoisted the car up and looked under to tell us we have an oil leak and a loose gasket on the axle and charged us $130. Didnt diagnose the noise issue and didnt do an oil change. Said if we would like further service to call and make an appointment and said to my face I was lieing and that's not what I asked for
Wow, what a Outstanding Dealership and Staff at Northland Dodge in Prince George BC. I've purchased many new cars in the past. I too don't like pushy salespersons, and spend hours to get the paper work done. This purchase I called two dealerships ( Quesnel and Langley) and requested a quote and their best price. After reviewing the quotes, pricing was very comparable. I was about to write a deal in Quesnel and I heard my niece recently purchased her third vehicle from Northland Dodge. After talking with my niece, she said there is no other place to buy a Dodge! I called Yolanda Sales Team member at Northland, explained my needs and that I had two quotes. Within 2 days, Yoland had a deal that I could not say no too. Arranged financing via email. Having to travel from Quesnel, I had not seen the vehicle until the day arranged for pickup. On my arrival, I was greeted by Yolanda. She provided me the keys for a test drive. Ten minutes later returned to dealership to proceed with the paper work. This OUTSTANDING experience was complete within 90 minutes including Insurance. I left feeling GOOD! The little extras like Free winter tires, free step up, and sprayed box liner. In addition, my vehicle had other options which only enhanced my outstanding deal. My final comment: other dealerships could learn from this dealership on how to treat customers. Yoland my salesperson could teach other dealerships salespersons on how to make a deal with no pressure and build a positive relationship for future repeat sales and referrals. We went in looking for an older diesel Grand Cherokee, hoping to find something within a certain price range. After that didn't go through, our sales rep Tyler pointed us in the direction of a vehicle we didn't know we needed until we got behind the wheel of it. That vehicle was a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel and an absolute dream to drive. We've had experiences at dealerships before, but at no point was our service so easy and clean cut. Northland Dodge didn't ignore our list of must haves or our questions regarding a vehicle purchase and were more than happy to oblige. I'm completely in love with my new baby diesel. They cant get me into a vehicle for payment i want. They tell me they can get me into a suv lies. Tell me they can get me into a truck when they go on 25% off lies. Not impressed at all. Built a truck online exactly as ones they sell for 5000 bucks cheaper then they sell them for. Send a message to them about it with pic of truck i built now wont message me back. Do yourself a favour go else were.

This was my third vehicle purchase from a dealership and I have to say, my experience with Northland Dodge and Robbie was undoubtedly the best. I got a good trade in value and Robbie went above and beyond to get me a better deal on the new vehicle. Not very helpful and dont seem interested in helping people from out of town. I went to a different dealership to buy my wife's vehicle due to the salesman.
Just went to get my tire changed last week. After waiting more then hour guy told me that I might not get my turn an I can wait on my own risk. I choose to wait and finally I got my turn. While they took my car in their manager came and told them that they didn’t finish the work on other car and he want them to finish that before closing. They took my car and said the wheels don’t fit and turned me away. I find it fishy and went home and bought a jack and tried changing on my own and all 4 wheels fit perfect. They just lied cause their manager want them to work on other car. Luckily I checked otherwise I would have spent $700 on new wheels. They have the most untrained and unprofessional staff.
I took my vehicle there to get serviced, and now I get non-stop phone calls and voice messages. I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling me, but to no avail. I'll never take my vehicle there again.
Positives: The dealer allowed an aggresive and lengthy negotiation to occur over new truck pricing. They went out of their way to make a sale. They offered a considerably better trade-in value than other in town dealers. ICBC rep on-site to help you transfer your insurance. Financing was a pleasure to work with. Negatives: The dealer did not formally present me with a copy of the options and features of the truck I wanted. My observations from the test drive and personal inspection of the vehicle revealed what I was buying. This is personal opinion but I think it is morally wrong for a dealer to sell a vehicle in the winter in northern BC without winter tires. I was able to negotiate half off winter tires but I was not happy. I'm originally from Ontario and I know the price of vehicles varies from province to province but not too long ago my father was able to buy the same base truck in southern Ontario with many more options for considerably less price than I was able to in BC despite the aggressive negotiation. Kinda miffed about that. But all in all it was a good experience. Hopefully Northland's service department matches their sales department.

Booked an appointment for a 2018 Wrangler JK to investigate uneven wear (+1/2" wear on front passenger vs. front driver) and associated vibration at low speed. Drove from 2 hours out of town, dropped off at 830 AM. Called for update at 2 PM, nothing done yet due to a 'power outage.' Asked for call back as soon as something was known. No call back, arrived at 430 PM to learn oil had been changed and to be told that 'tires need to be rotated to prevent this from happening.' Then was told it was my fault for not telling the receptionist when i dropped vehicle off in AM what appointment was for, even though was clearly explained when appointment was booked. Charged $196 for technician to look at and troubleshoot problem. Absolute bulls**t. Jeep has 35,000 km on it, all pavement. Hope I never have to set foot in this dealership again.
Got a call from them for a sound like a good deal trade, I went there, in fact, they offer me $10k for a $27k dodge caravan which I bought the brand new one from them two years ago.
We went to look at vechicles and Jordan offered his help. We have dealt at Dodge before but did not recieve the service he gave us. He was friendly , knowledgable and never made us feel we were wasting his time. We ended up with a new Dodge Caravan we hadn't seen. His after purchase service has been as good as his salemanship. Made appointment for 7.00 am to have $80. set of headlight bulbs replace my bulbs. When arrived told workers do not start till 7.30 am. After waiting over half hour lady told me wrong bulbs were ordered. She offered me a set of bulbs for $200. which I denied. She can back again after about 5 minutes and offered me another set for $100. which I denied again. She then told me to have a nice day.
Awesome service, very friendly atmosphere, easy to talk to and ask questions. I have kinda bad credit and they worked very hard to find the approval, excellent job, great rates.. salesman was very knowledgeable and professional, while waiting had a couple other salesman come over and ask if i was taken care of and if i would like a beverage.. Going to recommend Northland to everyone i know in the market for a vehicle !

Had by far the best experience at Northland Dodge compared to the other dealerships I had been looking at. I could really feel that they wanted my business with them which is most certainly appreciated - did not get that same vibe from other dealerships. I was beyond ecstatic with my overall experience with them and their willingness to make it the best experience possible! Thomas was awesome and so helpful. We met Lisa 1st when we were browsing the lot at closing time. She told us where to find what we were looking for (new & used) and let us browse. The next morning we met her& I mentioned an ad I had printed for a specific 2014 Dodge Caravan with 14,000 km on it. She got the keys & went over the vehicle with us. We took it for a test drive & Lisa showed us where & what everything was. The bonus was the price was $1000 less than the ad quoted. She worked through the deal with us. At no time were we uncomfortable. She was both professional and easy to work with. At no time did we feel pressured. By the time we were finished with the insurance, she had programmed the Sirius satellite radio presets and even programmed my cell phone to the UConnect. Great service indeed!! We dealt with another gentleman who explained the extended warranties etc but did not pressure us to buy. We were very happy with our buying experience and would definitely return in the future. We would also refer friends and family to Lisa and Northland Dodge.

I recently purchased a new truck from Northland dodge. My salesman was RJ Dar who was very professional and knew a great deal about the truck. He was able to show me all the features and I ended up getting a great deal after looking at several other dealerships. Steve Nickolls the sales manager was able to find me the right truck even though it meant bringing it in from elsewhere. I went through the financing with Ryan Nixon who was very thorough and professional. He explained everything fully and I left knowing exactly what I needed to. All in all it was a great experience and I will be going back for any future vehicles.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a dealership. It’s gotten so bad that we now have to take our vehicle out of town just to get it serviced to avoid dealing with the one in Prince George. I will not be purchasing a vehicle ever again from Northland. In fact they have turned my off ever owning another Jeep of any kind.
I bought a brand new 2018 dodge sport in spruce grove on Thursday, Friday morning I left for Prince George to visit my sisters. On the way to Prince George a engine light came on. I phoned northland dodge and made a appointment for the following day. I got in Saturday morning and 1st thing they did was process my request and vacuum out the cab of the truck. Wow. Awesome. Truck was new, but wow. Then while I was waiting a gentleman that works there by the name of Lorry took his time to welcome me to their dealship, and asked if I would like a tour of their new facility. All I can say is " Awesome customer service ". Everyone that I talked to that worked there was great. While there I bought some window deflectors. Had them install them. Price was great and labour was more than fair. I give them a 10/10. If I lived in BC. I would for sure buy my next vehicle there. Customer service is everything????????????????????????
Don’t bother putting a deposit on a vehicle you want, we did and not even two days later they dropped the price of the vehicle and sold it out from under us telling us we had 30 minutes to buy it even though we live 2 1/2 hours away and had a hold on it. I won’t be doing business here again.
Very upfront. Had a lot of questions and the sales answered the best he could. Didn’t have very much time while in the dealership the first time , but he kept in touch. The salesman did everything in his power to make sure I got everything I wanted in the vehicle and to make the loan work. Would definitely recommend friends and family.
Tried to charge my parents $400 for HID D3S headlight bulbs. That didn't even include installation. After looking at another auto parts store, we found out that the exact same bulb is only $70 each. How can you justify trying to rip people off this much? 100% mark up is acceptable but this is 570%.

This is a bit late, but I bought my 2012 ram brand new from them in 2013. Not only did I get an awesome deal, but they even filled up the fuel tank before I left the lot.
I agree with most of my fellow posters. The so-called 'Service Department' is shockingly bad! They over-charge for simple jobs and falsely identify 'mechanical or performance problems' that simply do not exist - I know because I have had their 'web recommendations' double checked by a garage that I trust. Furthermore, the receptionist staff are about as friendly and enthusiastic as a west coast slug. They truly lack a degree of sophistication and professionalism. We should expect this, though, because it reflects the owner's (Brent Marshall's) apporach to business and customer service: all style, no substance. All this said, I am relatively happy with my vehicles, but I doubt I'll ever buy another Dodge product again - I just hate dealing with the Northland SD. If it improves - and the first thing that has to go is their ridiculous 'individualized customer management booth system' - then I might reconsider. However, it is going to take a lot suck-holing at this stage, to get me back as a customer.
