If I could give this place no stars I would! Absolutely HATE this dealership! My husband & I hardly take our Jeep here but because we had a recall notice we took it into them. We decided to get our winter tyres mounted and put on too. The initial appointment was for Wednesday morning. We live out of town so it takes an hour to drive in. When I arrived Wednesday morning I waited at a service desk for over 20 minutes for someone to talk to. When a service person did finally see me she told me they had no mechanics available to do the job despite having made an appointment. There was no phone call to let me know, only a call the day before to confirm the appointment.
I remade the appointment for Saturday at the same time. My husband took the Jeep in this time. Again, we received a phone call confirming our appointment for the recall and the tyres. However, when my husband arrived at Northland Dodge the service people had no idea why he was there! They told him they couldn't do the tyres and he would have to wait for them to get to the recall despite having an appointment at 9:15am. When he questioned why he had to wait all day they told him that the appointment time was only a "check-in" time. In other words, you make a so-called appointment but have to wait all day for your vehicle like you have nothing better to do with your time or you can afford to take a day off work because the service people can't keep an appointment time!
DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!
