Completely trust the service department. I bought my car from Jordan (now the sales manager); he didn't have that typical, slimy salesman vibe at all. He wanted to know what I was looking for and didn't try to upsell.

Relating my recent experience with the purchase and service so far with my new 2021 CX-30. Sales did a five star job, finance did a five star job but service seems to be a little behind on their service. Recently I waited for two sets of tires to be organized with summer and new winter rims. This service took 2.5 hours to remove 4 winter tires off alloy summer rims and place onto steel winter rims. Also ordered was a set of 4 tpms sensors. These were supposed to be installed into the steel winter rims so I don't have to see a tpms light on with a new Vehicle. They were not installed. So after waiting for my new CX-30's service for 2.5 hours no one stopped to ask or check before installing the tires onto the rims for possible sensors. I drove off seeing that tpms light on my dash for need to get to another appointment. During installation of my winter tires a $500 alloy rim was scratched up and needed replacement. My CX-30 was taken in the shop, they came and asked me to look at it. They polished the wrong rim. Again...instead of confirming what needed to be done with someone whomever is working on the vehicle just seems to do what they wish or the service advisor didn't ask for confirmation of what needed to be done. (...Are there any sensors going into the rims? ...Would you please confirm for me which rim has the damage?). It would stop wasting the customer's time. The service department seems to be dragging Centennial Mazda's 5 star rating down to a 4 star caused by basic human nature. Even though I am paying and I am the customer I don't mind being questioned about exactly what needs to be done because in the long run this saves me time. For as a dealership I give Centennial Mazda a 4 star rating and to get a 5 star all they must do is polish up their procedures a little so they can get it done right the first time. We bare in mind that a dealership charges more and they are held to a higher standard than any other service shop in the city. If the standard is not set high a customer might question why they were not going to place that does the same quality of work, are qualified to replace the same parts but for much less.
Brian Good's exceptional no pressure sales and willingness to go the extra mile and drive me all the way to Summerside was much appreciated. Nice helpful and friendly staff all around.

Sales person Alan was nice but the credit check guy he was very disrespectful rude and forcing us to get the credit check done , you need to learn how to talk to your customers!!! Recently purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5, the only diesel on the island! I wanted that Soul Red and the colour definitely delivers. My experience at Centennial Mazda was fantastic. Jordan, General Sales Manager has a contagious passion for the brand and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Especially during the initial setup and run through of all the features in my new car. He took the time to sit with me in the car and go feature by feature. This being my first car purchase since 2008 I was overwhelmed by the technology but he made sure I was able to navigate through the system and settings. Geoff, Financial Services Manager was thorough when it came time to go over the financials. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I was informed and confident in my purchase. Not only did I receive 5 star service but the Mazda brand itself has some exciting features and new models that are real head turners.

Gave 5 stars for the service but had to change it. So got work done on front end of the car. Despite me asking if alignment is necessary (which I know is required when most parts are replaced in the front tyre assembly), I was told it's not needed. A month later realized that my front winter tyres have gone bald. So I end up paying for the allignment and it costed me a set of winter tires.
Was going to lower it... 139+ tax for a tire change is a bit much, especially after just buying the tires from Mazda. 40$ at the local Cooper's Tire.

Throughout the whole purchasing process, from requesting a test drive to receiving our pre-ordered Mazda MX5 RF GT under Covid restrictions, all the staff at Centennial Mazda went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience possible. Particular mention must be made of our Sales Representative, Brian Good. He ensured that we had details of the progress of our car from the factory in Japan to special delivery in New Brunswick, Canada. Not only were we kept informed, but entertained as well. As we live in New Brunswick and could not visit the showroom after our initial test drive, Brian sent us photographs of our new car as soon as it arrived. He continued to provide photographs and progress reports as the car went through its delivery inspection and handover preparation. Congratulations and thanks should also go to Geoff Thomas, (Finance), Steve McKenna (General Manager) and Andy Dalziel (Detail Technician), who did an incredible job preparing our MX5. Centennial Mazda in not the closest Mazda dealership to our home address by any means, but we are delighted that we put our trust and faith in this great team. We were visiting the Island from Halifax and hit a racoon while driving at night. Damage was surprisingly minor to our CX-5, so I stopped the dealer to see if they had a few replacement parts to fix the damage. The service desk was extremely friendly and very helpful! After inquiring about the parts, a few minutes later they came out with exactly what I needed! I was able to quickly do the fixes myself in their parking lot and was on my way. They were a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend then enough based on the interactions I had with everyone there!

Over the last 50 years, I've owned a lot of cars - way too many! The last three have been Mazda CX-5's. This was my first from Centennial Mazda and right off the top, I have to say this was the VERY BEST experience I have ever had at any dealership - bar none!. I found a very low mileage 2018 CX-5 GT with tech package online and drove to PEI from Nova Scotia to have a look at it. Jordan (sales manager) looked after me as my original contact Lori was away. After test drive and thorough explanation of all the new features, I really liked the car but was totally prepared to walk away if I did not get what I considered a good deal. I also was not expecting anything much for my high-mileage trade-in, so did not even consider that option in our negotiation. Regardless, Jordan worked with me to arrive at a fair price - although a bit higher than I hoped for and I was prepared to take it. He then suggested having a look at my 2015 CX5 even though I said it probably was not worth much and was going to be sold privately. Long story short, he gave me well over what I expected and went out of his way to make great suggestions. They changed my new winter tires / rims over to the new car, adjusted my trunk liner to fit, and gave me $500 to have a new trailer hitch installed back in Halifax. Essentially everything I asked for and more. Credits also to Geoff the finance guy. Professional yet easy-going and comfortable to deal with - again helpful suggestions to save a bit of money and arrange a small loan at a better interest rate. I have a good relationship with the Mazda dealership in Halifax, but I almost wish I lived in Charlottetown so I could come to Centennial Mazda for service as well. Judging from the other reviews, it's just an all-round great dealership! Thanks for the great experience!

The folks at Centennial Mazda certainly went above and beyond for me as I was arriving from off island and heading directly into isolation for eight days. They completed all the paper work over the phone. They registered the car and licensed it for me and then delivered my new car all without even seeing me. Straight forward appointment for spring tire change over and regular scheduled maintenance. As with all work at Centennial Mazda finished on schedule, all the little extras checked and identified. Staff are all very pleasant and professional and the whole shop showrooms and cafe are spotless. Always a pleasure deal with everyone there.

I've always received the same great service every time I've taken any of cars to this dealership. I've been driving Mazdas since 1993 and they are a super car backed by excellent service. Service that is fast, efficient and to a high standard. All staff are friendly and helpful and the dealership showroom and workshop are spotless. They must be the top dealership in Canada! If not I'd like to visit the one that beat them!
The staff at the service department were extremely friendly and helpful. They loaned me a car so I could go to and from work while my car was at the shop. They even gave my car a wash. I love the detailed inspection during a routine service appointment, it’s very helpful to keep up with what needs to be done.

I visited PEI from Nova Scotia and ended up loosing my car keys in Charlottetown. I had my car towed to Mazda on a Saturday. For reasons that were not their fault, I could not get a key made until Monday. The service manager Adam Grant gave me a courtesy car for the weekend. When I had my spare key couriered to PEI Sunday evening so I could return home, Adam went above and beyond and met me at the closed dealership at dinnertime sunday so I could retrieve my car. Exceptional service and exceptional staff. I would recommend this car dealer to anyone based on how nice and accommodating they were to me when I was stuck. 10/10!
Received a recall notification on airbag. Called to make an appointment, customer service was friendly and professional. I was on vacation when my CX-5 displayed an electrical fault warning….pull over right away! I called Centennial Mazda and the service rep took all my info and said to come in when I could. Kudos to CAA for a prompt 40km tow. Upon arrival my car went right in. In the waiting room $$$$ were swirling in my head….not 35 minutes later the car had been expertly diagnosed and repaired for less than $50. A prior repair at a different dealer had been shoddily done. I cannot say enough praise for their service department. F R Spicer MD

Mazda is the best! Recently was looking for an upgrade from my first car a Mazda3 which I loved so I went into Centennial Mazda and the rest is history. Danny, my sales representative, was amazing. As a female I was told that I should be hesitant to go car shopping by myself but that was not a worry I needed to have . Danny was informative, not pushy and let me come to my own conclusions. Geoff in the finance department was also amazing, very calm and collected as he walked me through my first big purchase. A stressful time for anyone! I would strongly recommend Mazda to anyone looking for a great vehicle! The team at Centennial Mazda are pretty amazing!

Adam Grant and the rest of the service department go above and beyond for me as a customer every visit! Adam even makes himself available outside of business hours to answer questions and schedule appointments. He always books around my busy schedule, and lends me a car if I need it. He offered an SUV once, but I don't like SUV's, so he dug up a car for me somewhere. Once, I lost an earring under the seat. Not for long though, because they found it for me and returned it! They deserve an award for the level of service they provide everyday!!
