Well lets see. I almost bought a bike from here but felt the customer service was terrible, Tyler could not answer questions about the bike, and I felt very brushed off. Anyway's I decided to try again and purchase an AMO trailer from them, this time things almost went perfect, again Tyler was helping me and he did a great job but accidentaly gave me the wrong trailer. Tyler called me that evening and asked if I could bring it back, and offered compensation, so I think I will start going back there, and hopefully the last experience was a one of a kind.

Went in to look at buying another motorcycle. I talked to a guy from the sales department and we looked at trading in my bike on a newer bike. The sales guy said he would get back to me on a trade in value for my bike. I've yet to get a call from anyone at the shop. Not very professional. Will not be back.

The staff were unbelievably helpful. I needed an oil change on my motorbike but they were swamped and could not get me in. So they sold me the oil and filter, loan me an oil drain pan and I change the oil myself. When they found out I had ridden the bike all the way from British Columbia one of the fellas volunteered to take it for a test drive to see how it felt. I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you very much for your help!!

In transit on my bike from Charlottetown to Dartmouth when I had a problem with my saddlebag bracket. Stopped into Centennial Auto Sport and Tire with no appointment and looking for help. Met service rep Gavin. He gave me 100% of his time, advising me they never leave a biker stranded on the road. Asked for my keys, took bike in and fixed the problem in record time. Had me back on the road in under 30 minutes and no charge. Turned a bad day, into an awesome experience. Can't say enough about their customer service. A company is only as good as its staff and Gavin and the rest of the team I met that morning set the bar as high as it goes. They gained a lifetime client. Thank you, John

Week late on pickup appointment and then mysteriously sat on work order for a month while required parts were readily available through another Suzuki dealer in NB. It was easier to order the parts myself and pay a towing company to move the bike to a competitor than to continue waiting in the dark. Despite weekly calls for updated ETA they neglected to do the research it took me to accomplish with a single phone call. At the start of the season I had planned to purchase my next bike through them, however this terrible experience has changed my mind. Not only do they lose out on a few hundred dollars in service, but several thousands in future sales. Considering I bought the bike off them years ago, I'm particularly miffed.

The Most inconsiderate, unhonest ,disrespectful, that breaks contract at there convieance and does whatever necessary to cover up such acts, They in my opinion should not be in Operation, especially with there decietful disregard for customer Satisfaction, all the ploys in my opinion to lure you in, and once they have you through the deceptive ploys, They then use misconduct at any means to break the contract to suit there needs, That has been my experience and a few others I've spoken to in the last couple of days, My opinion Stay away from this dealer at all costs.
