Driving from Saskatoon to Buffalo Narrows and going through PA on a Friday at 3. Discovered that my brakes had lost pressure. Head to Rally VW and turns out I blew a brake hose. They got me in, diagnosed, tracked down a new one at napa and on my way in under 2 hours. I thought my weekend was shot for sure. Thanks guys! I will be coming back when it's time to trade in my Jetta.

This is a strange review as we bought a car from Rally a number of years ago and are just now leaving a review. We bought a used car from Rally and unfortunately we ran in to mechanical issues far outside of Prince Albert. Of course they can’t anticipate everything that could go wrong with a car and were under no obligation to help us out but they went out of their way to get our car fixed up and delivered it back to us at no cost. It was way above and beyond anything I expected. We don’t live in PA and have never had the opportunity to give these folks our business again but we wouldn’t hesitate to do so if the chance arose in the future.

This place is fantastic! The staff make you feel very welcome, My salesman Jordan Mcmullin was amazing, not only did he do his best to find a vehicle for me, and made sure I was leaving this place with a smile on my face and made sure I wasn’t getting into something I was unhappy and uncomfortable with. Most car dealerships I’ve felt like I’ve been pressured too buy something I don’t want and I have made that mistake before, These guys aren’t looking for just a sale and to get you out of that door. Rally Volkswagen was very straight forward on everything and made sure I was getting into a vehicle I was happy with. Let’s not forget Dan and Marlon either for setting me up on great affordable financing which Ws the icing on the cake. Thanks guys, you have a happy returning customer ????

Don't go to Saskatoon. The PA Volkswagen dealership has the service you expect when spending thousands. You won't be pushed into a sale like they try olat Saskatoon VW. We drive to PS for any of our service needs and this is our second purchase from VW PA strictly because of Claude and the service department.

No help once you did the purchase. Product will not be backed up. Rims constantly accumulate snow in the winter (inside the rim and car bounces around) and it’s well known but VW puts the responsibility on the dealer and the dealer doesn’t care. Never happened with my Kia or Hyundai.

Rally VW is the best dealership I've dealt with. I bought a new Beetle from them as a dealer transfer. I was given a great deal. Brian in sales was in contact with me throughout the delivery process. Everything happened very efficiently. Straightforward and kind sales team. The service is also great. I had to get my new car taken in to get a car starter installed. They picked up my car and gave me a service vehicle. Awesome awesome service. I would definetly recommend to family and friends. Buy your vehicle from here! Talk to Brian in sales. Sales staff was incredibly friendly when purchasing a vw. Once they had the sale it has been a struggle to get warranty work. On top of that they have had a lot of obscure "maintainace" work that they seemed to charge for that wasn't necessary.

Dealership used to wash vehicle at service which they don't do it any more. I have notified staff couple of times but every time it's same. Sservice counter staff is very friendly and helpful though. I was told at appointment booking that tire swapping and balancing is charged @$100 + taxes. Ended up paying $143 instead.

Claude provides excellent service. Fair pricing. Service department friendly and competent. Now 4 months later brought my vehicle to my local repair shop for service. Included is a 75 point inspection. It passed with flying colors. Still very impressed with my purchase. Great place to by a used vehicle.

My wife and I really appreciated the excellent service we received from Rally. Louis took good care of us, answered all of our questions, and even provided a personal video of the vehicle we were interested in. When we got to Rally to check out the vehicle and take it for a test drive, we found Louis and the rest of staff to be friendly and welcoming. They even took care of some last minute requests we had. We would definitely recommend Rally when you're looking for your next vehicle.
