Well the service was adequate, Riley Beavereye helped as best he could and the financial Manager helped me alot during the process of purchasing, Riley was very knowledgeable when It came to explaining the vehicle itself, the over all service that they did was good they even accommodated me when I needed a little extra cash after everything was set and done.. Over all I'd give them a 4 out of 5.

Mostly this rating is regarding the vehicle more than the dealership. In 8 winters other than very basic maintenance the CX-5 we bought has performed flawlessly. Service at the dealership has always been nice. Over all very happy with the product and would definitely recommend Mazda, to anyone looking for a good reliable all year vehicle.

Our family purchased a Mazda. The blower went while under warranty. The dealership told us it would be covered and a cheque would be mailed out. It's been over a year, and now Charlie Gareau General sales manager is telling us they will no longer honor the warranty. Do not deal with this dealership!!!! Shop else where

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Mazda recently. Didn't have much free time, but with only a couple lunch hours they were able to get me into a brand new vehicle with the budget I was on where everyone else told me I couldn't. And they didn't have to do anything shady either. Got a great interest rate, and added benefits for my brand new Mazda cx-3. Ask for Tarren or Matt as they provide excellent service and can have you out of the dealership in your new car in only a couple hours.

A part covered under warranty went in my new Mazda. Upon speaking with Jacqueline I was informed I should have the work completed elsewhere and be reimbursed by Mazda, upon following her directions I dropped off the old part and she made a copy of the receipt and told me I would receive my reimbursement via cheque through the mail. After 2 months had passed I contacted Jacqueline and inquired about my reimbursement, she told me that Mazda is slow at returning refunds at the moment, and pointed out there were other customers who had been calling in regards to their payments. Another few months went by and I contacted Rally Mazda and asked to speak with Jacqueline, I was informed she had resigned to work at another car dealership. I explained the situation to the employee and was met with skepticism and was, in not so many words, called a liar, because they had no record of my interaction with Rally Mazda.

I was recommended to Rally Mazda, while I live in Saskatoon, and I had a great experience. I purchased a used SUV and I was happy with the vehicle. Although it took me a couple back-and forth drives from Saskatoon to PA to have all the terms on the bill of sale fulfilled, eventually they were all achieved in satisfaction. My sales representative was Tarren Russell, on top of that, I had encountered with Charlie and Nick; they were all beyond courteous, responsible, prompt and patient. Both the product and the service added up into a delightful experience.

We were greeted at the door by Tarren Russell and he offered us water and coffee to start off the conversation. He went through the entire process with us of purchasing a new car, showed us all the options that you could get to go along with the new car, treatments that were extra, etc. He then explained all the options on the car and showed us how they worked. He set up my phone to synk with the car. He then directed us where to go to get a licence plate and when we returned, he mounted it on the car. We were really impressed the car was so clean and full of gas. We would highly recommend Rally Mazda to our friends.

I absolute love Rally Mazda in Prince Albert. I bought my truck through Rally Auto Max but I get my servicing done at Rally Mazda and all of the men I've dealt with are so helpful. They've done nothing but treat me like gold. I call with simple issues and they are always willing to help me. I once had a cracked rim and my extended warranty ran out 2 days prior and they footed the bill for me. I had troubles with another company and they have helped me so much. Their patience with me is outstanding. I am always so thankful for their help. Anytime I have an issue with my truck, I call them right away and they guide me to either fix it myself or they take care of it. I've never experienced help like that from any other dealership/service area. Thank you Rally Mazda, I will always recommend them!

Well! I accidentally bought a car from Rally Mazda! I was looking for Rally Volkswagen and stopped into Rally Mazda for directions. I had bought a car from Rally VW years ago and was extremely happy with their customer service as well as the car. So I had intended on purchasing from them again but I stumbled across a Mazda CX-5 in the showroom that was even a better fit for me than what I was looking for at Volkswagen. I am a 50+ guy who places great value on customer service and was completely satisfied with the product and staff at Rally Mazda. Matt Knows his stuff about the vehicles and gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions after I left. I would highly recommend the short drive to Prince Albert from Saskatoon to deal with great people.

I would be very careful and do your math when you get the offer. You will see financing options first and when you do the math the actual price of the car will be above the sticker price. Comments like offended by the low offer, holding the sales manager up missing his tee time, really don’t make you want to buy a car here and is quite frankly poor customer service. Left and went over to Nissan and purchased a vehicle. There was no comparison in experiences between the two businesses and we got a print out of ALL the fees and cost of the vehicle before even discussing financing. Do your math people!!
