Had to buy 2 new tires within the first 2 weeks, options listed on the truck were untrue, never received the complimentary caa offered, called 4 times and never got a call back, front tie rod was done and caught by the tire guys at 2 weeks. There was no inspection when I bought the truck. Have owned it for 4 months and am starting to experience strange electric issues with the doors and windows. The auto start didn't work when I got the truck. Every contact I've had has been a rush job where either I'm not contacted back or they lie to me to get me out. I gave them 3 stars because their service center is amazing.

I dealt with Devan & Jacob from the Internet Sales Team. I understand this is a new area for O'Brian's and only been around for about 2 weeks. Both Devan & Jacob were a pleasure to deal with. They found me the vehicle I was looking for, worked hard to get me into it with little problems and even delivered directly to me. The only downside I had is because they are based out of Saskatoon, I didn't get to test drive any other vehicles, but none the less, I'm happy with my purchase so far! They listened to my concerns, and didn't treat me like just another number. Follow has been great as well.

I was interested in a van at the O'Brians Sutherland location, and called to take a test drive the next day. I arranged to have funds available in case I decided to buy it. Upon arriving at the location to see it - a 45 minute drive as I live out of town - I was informed the van wasn't on the lot, but in a town 2 hours away. Sucks to be you O'Brians. You might have sold that E-350 Ford SuperDuty today. Won't be back.

My second vehicle bought from here and Daniel was great to work with as they made it easy and we did everything over the phone. I retract my statement mostly from a bit of a change due to a current situation, the finance advisor has lied and cheated me with job loss insurance, being told that my full payment would be covered, however that is not the case. Putting forth a claim, i am not covered fully like was told and it was not thru who i was told with but a different company. I wouldnt recommend the dealer unless what they say matches the paperwork. Very dissapointed in the money grab just to lie about what is offered putting me an even bigger stressful position. Thank guys for making things worse for a second time.

OMG????..if you buy a vehicle from here and you refer a friend Don't, I repeat Do not expect the $200 referral payment. They use every excuse not to pay it out and you get the run around for weeks. At all costs avoid Ali the manager on Circle he's extremely rude and unprofessional. If you have any other option to choose from as for a dealership, avoid O'Brians.

I wouldn't go to O'brians because I kept hearing rumors... but I gave it a shot and It was my best decision I made. I went in and immediately was welcome by Ken Pauls. He offered me something to drink and eat then went straight to business. He listened to what I wanted and gave me some options I did sneaked on their website before I went over and that Charger was screaming my name, but i thought the payment would be out of this world. but ken and his team work on it and now the interest is cut in half and the payments are only 41$ more. I m soo happy I was driving my car until 12:35 last night showing all my family, friends, and they were in shock. Thank You Ken Pauls, and the Obrian's team.

Make sure the prices listed online match the paperwork. They just charged my son around $3500.00 more on the sale price than the vehicle was listed for. As well as watch wording used by sales staff for trade ins. When they say payoff you existing loan watch they add it back in on your new loan and give you zero dollars for you trade in! You end up give them your trade in. These guys rip off inexperienced, buyers eager to get a vehicle. Just check my other kids paperwork that dealt with the other location and they did the same thing to him. So angry right now!! I would give it no stars if I could but it would not allow me to. They are crooks!!

I wish I could give these guys no stars. I didn't personally buy or deal with them as a customer, but a good friend of mine did . Everything went really well ( so she thought) at the start when she bought her car last month, then about two and a half weeks later is when it all went upside down. Its been one lie after another and the run around for the client when it should have been the guys at the dealership taking care of it all to avoid the disappointment. They try and make it up to her by getting a command start installed, only to find out it hadn't been programmed to the car. To top it, not giving her a proof of purchase of it or a manual on how to work in. I called the dealership to speak with Kyle about the situation and left numerous messages. Getting answers of " He's not in, or he will call you back, because hes with a client." Funny how I has another friend of mine that called ( who by the way was Male) and he had no problems answering his call . After 3 days of trying, I finally get a call back from Kyle, and not a very pleasant one either. Rudely asking why I am getting involved and this has nothing to do with me. I simply said to him, that I was looking for a copy of the receipt for the command start so that my friend could take it back to the shop where it was installed and get it fixed. Again getting snarky with me, he went on asking why she couldn't call and that I had no business being apart of this. Perhaps you should understand that after all the run around and the lies you have told her and promises that you were unable to keep, she is a little frustrated and at the point of not wanting to deal with you. I myself have worked in dealerships like O'Brians in Calgary, but I have also worked in New Car dealerships ( in service and in sales) and have never once seen Customer service like this anywhere in 20 years. Its disappointing and shocking that people can do business like this. Just based on what my friends experience is, I wouldn't even think about buying a car from these guys or recommending them to anyone. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!

Good place to get a vehicle if no where else will accept you for a loan, they deal mostly with carfinco for loans so your interest rate may be high if you have bad credit, but it's a start, the staff is good but they seem to be a large turnover in employees so it's hard to build a long term relationship with sales people, and they can be a bit pushy when it comes to signing deals I always felt pressured when I go here.

I would NOT Recommend these dealerships in Saskatoon at ALL. On Sept. 3, 2021 I went to the one on 3440 Idylwyld Dr N. No one came out to see if we wanted anything and we were there for about 20 min outside looing at vehicles. 1- Absolutely filthy inside the vehicles. They were not detailed at all or even vacuumed out. We left, not a classy dealership or impressed at all . Then we went to the one on Circle Dr East. OMG just as bad. All Vehicles are gross inside and the inside of the building was dirty with the sticky mouse traps visible to the customers and there were big beetles on them. The washroom was dirty, coffee station filthy and and the whole overall appearance of the inside was not classy. We got up and left after spending maybe 20-30 min. To whoever owns this Company based throughout Saskatchewan. You really need to to be on board, Inspections should be done personally by you. All I know is I will never buy from this dealership and for salesmen to say let me get your financing all set up for you, I had to stop myself from laughing. Very Unclassy and Low End Vehicles.

Well they don't deserve even first star. Shyanne one of their staff called me multiple times regarding my inquiry. Since the first talk she wanted my driver license so it can go through an credit check. Apparently it was a soft credit check. Later after a while , she called me again and i visited the dealership. I can give numerous examples regarding the non professional attitude. But they lied to me regarding the credit check. It was a hard check on my profile not the soft one. Buyers Beware! Obrians has been a nightmare. Starting from selling me a vehicle with the wrong vin number, to not following through on promises and phone calls to remedy the situation. It Is a constant run around, and not one manager will call you back. I would not recommend Obrians to anyone. To the reply yes you did pay the cost from the mistake you made, however the communication has been a run around and every manager who has promised a call has not followed through. Also I was given command start however there was no receipt given, instruction manual, and when I ended up getting a different automotive department to look at it it wasn’t installed properly at all and ended up costing me money. I would have preferred a simple apology then all the horror I have endured.

Just wait for everything to be done it's not worth the stress of thinking you'll lose the new (to you) car you just got. tried to get my gf a vehicle from here, put my credit on the line, and all they had was this POS mazda with a huge rust on the driver side door for $500 a month for 5 years... so just to be a nice guy i let them hold $1000 for me, to find her something better.( as ive been a customer for 5 years)they just said you never get what u want the first time. so i went to another dealership. got a 2014 equinox for the exact same price.. less interest and better services way less KMS. if you have good credit try somewhere else. if u have bad credit be prepared to pay for a sub par car with super high interest.. and at least 1000 down.. i am currently a customer, but i think this will be the last time i deal with them..

To me the staff are just your average grease ball 'try to make a sale' team. That is until we met Tyler at O'Brians Idywyld. He and his team member provided us with impeccable service and turned what usually Is a stressful and uncertain experience into a fun one for the first time ever. He treated us like family and helped us get exactly what we wanted, nothing secret. I will NEVER refer anybody to O'Brians, but I WILL refer friends, family, co workers, etc you name it to Tyler. Honesty goes a long way and Tyler really hit the nail on the head with it. We werent 'just a sale'. I would follow him anywhere to have the same automotive experience as we did this time. I was sold a ford, it was delivered and it would not lock, trunk would not open (electeic), the battery went dead, oil change light came on, a bulb burnt out in headlights and windsheild has a crack across entire windsheild. The assistant manager sold it to me and then said it had not gone through An inspection on arriving at o'briens. Vehicle was bought November 4 and only managed to have the oil change done and wind sheild wiper fluid topped up. My calls all but one are not returned. I am trying to have them fix my kocks with no luck only promises. What an awful experience. I really feel if i had a male to deal with this it would of been solved back in November. I will never recommend o'briens.

Happy with the 2015 Toyota Corolla. smooth and comfortable ride. had a good customer experience. so i gotta give 5 stars. I highly recommend O'Brians. they got me out of a high interest rate from credit maxx.. so glad i don't have to deal with that finance company anymore. Drove the Corolla off the lot.. hassle free.. except It did have some front end issues when braking. so i called them , told them about it they were eager to fix it right away. just had the brake pads and rotors replaced for free so that was convenient. More then happy with the ride. used car with super low kilometers. will be back for sure later in the future! again I highly recommend this dealership, Their super friendly and will get you into something that best suits your needs.

I had purchased a 2018 dodge truck from here, within 3000 kms the front tires were both worn on insides knew something was wrong warranty was void because of the lift kit which was on the truck when I purchased it. They said it had full warranty. Not true. Could not return truck because it was past the 30 day return policy. I eventually had to take them to better business bureau and they paid for half the new steer tires but did not fix the problem. Since then I have put on 4 new steering tires an axle boot and 2 axles on the front end all damage due to incorrect angle of axles due to lift kit. All this was done with 40000 kms. Again no warranty. I am currently filing complaints with facc and better business bureau. I will not be buying anything from this business ever again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I had to give them one star to post this or I wouldn't have given them One. Very disgusted and can't believe businesses like this get away with this.

UPDATE: After having the bad experience I had, I received a call last week from Tamara at the Saskatoon location. After talking, explaining my situation and her listening to my frustration with my experience, her and Farhan got me re-approved, a trade in value better than expected and a vehicle we ACTUALLY WANTED and like. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a better experience. They didn’t push anything on me that I didn’t want and they worked within my means. Happy to say I brought home a 2019 Chev Cruze LT Hatchback (what my daughter wanted) and just within the first few hours of having it, it has been up to expectation. Thank you for making things right and making sure we were happy with our purchase. My daughter says she loves it! I recently bought a vehicle at the Saskatoon location. We ended up having to settle on a vehicle that wasn’t our first choice because the two first choices sold. Fine whatever, however another vehicle came in, the make and model we originally were looking for. Before our 7 day point i inquired about it. The sales manager (Madison) sluffed me off. When I first inquired about exchanging the vehicle he stated he had personal things to attend to. I was accepting of it although I felt he should’ve passed it off to someone who could help me. When he was back it took me hounding him to get any response, responses that were nothing but “waiting to hear back” he made no initiative to reach out to me and had a reason every time I DID contact him as to why it’s taking so long. I finally got in touch with him where he stated it was past the 7 day point, I informed him that I in fact reached out to him BEFORE the 7 days, he came back to me today (Tuesday) telling me the vehicle I wanted was now sold…..hmmmm had he allowed this to be handle when I originally contacted him it wouldn’t be this way, so than I inquired on the other first choice vehicle to which he shut down. I also need to add that the car we got stuck with DID NOT come clean, and a lingering smell came with it. They don’t live up to the 7 day exchange unless it suits them. I will never do business with them again, nor will I refer anyone

It’s totally fake. I went to their Prince Albert dealership and wasted my time for nothing. They took all my details and promised me a free car wash. But even after 2 months of continuous follow up I am totally disappointed. They are trying to steal our identity and make money with that (It’s already mentioned in the plastic card that they can sell your private data).

THEY advertised the car that I bought which is 5000 km higher on dash. Their response was it was not just updated ! I asked for something to compensate but they were rigid on that may be because I signed the contract already. Also, they were not very happy and did not cooperate me well on exchanging within 7 days which they promised on their website. Added note: nobody reached out to me on this case since I originally posted this complaint. The whole business is a scam there.

I am very upset, Today I presented myself at O'Brian the 3440 ldylwyld in saskatoon, they measured bad attention, I think that from the beginning the first question when they talk to you is if you are working or not? To avoid putting myself at risk from COVID and not to waste my time because they had my phone to take my data, they did not give me options since the bank could not give me credit I work in the casino and at the moment it is closed, but they never asked if I had money for the down payment. What they did not imagine is that I had more than half the cost of a car that I liked

I am a repeat customer to obrians saskatoon. I was overall happy with this company until I was lead into a vehicle I had to fight to have changed. Now that they did settle that issue years ago. I have now come to purchase another vehicle from the same company and now nothing but hassle to get my car in working order. I will never step foot on this car lot property again. Not only did the car come with issues but the advertised the vehicle online was for 16999 and I ended up paying 18999. So what the heck is that? Bought a vehicle last year from them I was given one option and was told that's all I had. I was just going through a repo of a different vehicle, so I took the high interest and the only option given to me. I was told come back in year we will drop your interest in half get better payments. Come back in a year told I owe to much on my current trade in and they can't make anything work. I paid off collections I had owing made every payment on time in a whole year. Great to know I was just a dollar sign at the end of it all and nothing else. I will never shop from this dealership ever again unless something changed drastically.

I actually wish I could put 0 star. I made an appointment to test drive a car and when I showed up, the car wasn’t there. They had my phone number but they did not call. I had to arrange a babysitter to go to that appointment. The salesman was Farhan Ali. They offered to bring the car to my place the next day and again, I called about an hour before to confirm the appointment and the car was not back from inspection but yet, they did not call me. Again, made another appointment for the following Saturday and they did not show up and DID NOT CALL. During this entire experience all they cared about was trying to force financing on me and convincing me to buy a more expensive car. I specifically said that I wanted a compact Japanese car and he offered a Ford Fusion... they Donny even know cars. I will make sure I share my experience with everybody I know.
