I’ve had only amazing customer service here. The best of any car place I’ve ever been. They provide shuttle services to your house when your vehicle is being worked on, which is amazing and convenient. I have full comprehensive warranty on my vehicle and they’ve always honoured that. They have never charged me for any fix ups or to look at my car. They’re fair priced, quick and do a great job. Sheldon has been amazing and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my car needs were met. I won’t be going to any other dealership after this.

Jason with sales helped me out buying a new machine. They order in parts also but don't have a wide range of stock so order as early as you can. My new rubicon was priced fair. It did have some electrical issues but it seems to be sorted.

Disappointed with their customer service. My family was planning to purchase Honda Civic. One of their sales rep. Jason offered a deal over phone but when we arrived there to sign the the deal he said he is not giving that deal. "Surprised" how a sales rep can change his commitment. He behavior was unprofessional and rude . So never trust them

Went to this fantastic dealership to pick up a Civic for my friend. All I can say was what an experience, Sheldon Golding the salesman was amazing! He went above and beyond explain the features of the vehicle. Was very helpful explaining everything. The Joshua L'Henaff was a very honest Financial Manager He didn't try to up sell to many things and gave us lots of options. Will reference anybody looking to buy a Honda to go to P.A It's worth the drive!

The sales team was great. The service department, and manager Dale, were not only unprofessional, they were dictionary definition of ignorant : 'lacking knowledge or awareness in general' instead of listening to us explain what we use the generator for, Dale took it upon himself to Google our lodge and tell us we shouldn't use this unit to power our whole camp.... No doubt Dale 2800w is less than 15kw... So the long and short of my experience is I've wasted 18 hours going back and forth (and 430L of fuel) for a generator that wasn't fixed to get called a liar by the service manager. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have 10 months to fix it correctly. After 3hrs of running LED light bulbs (3) in a cabin, it has the same issue I took it back for. Thanks Dale, and Carlton Honda for the worst service I've ever had. Nic.

Horrible customer service. never take your vehicle here for insurance work. I called in a couple times to check on whether or not the vehicle was done, and spoke with a new person each time, who had no idea what was happening to my vehicle. But the worst of all was the manager was extremely rude once it was finished and made me pay out of pocket because he didnt want do his side of dealing with the insurance company to get the money from them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Worst dealership in Prince Albert! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE. They are not capable to do a simple oil change without screwing it up and trying to blame it on the costumers! I also called Honda Canada about this! This dealership does NOT deserve to have the name Honda on his doors! Honda stands for quality vehicles! But this dealership is far away from any quality work!

Horrible customer experience. 1. Was over charged $50 for oil change on motorcycle. 2. Was not given details on what was inspected at time of oil change as promised by manager at the original time of booking. Only thing that was documented other than the oil change was set tire pressure ect. At time of pickup I asked the person in the service department if I could get a list of what inspections actually encompassed but he could not tell me/didn't know or was not willing to inquire for me. 3. At time of pick up the guy in the service department also mentioned the mechanic replaced a bolt on the oil filter cover plate, I inquired as to why/ how it was broken but he said he had no idea, Was not broken/ leaking oil prior to the scheduled service. After inspecting the new bolt myself on the oil filter cover plate I was shocked to see that had not replaced the broken bolt with the correct type ( the replacement was a regular stainless steal bolt and not a low composite bolt made to handle frequent heating and cooling). This has the potential to cause serious problems in the future in regards to the bolt either corroding in the socket or the oil escaping at pressure and running the engine dry of lubricant. 4. I also own a late model Honda Civic that I used to bring to Carlton Honda for the winter tire change over and every time the tire pressure was always an average of 5psi off. I LOVE Honda cars and motorcycles but Carlton Honda has brought shame and dishonour to the Honda Family.

First things first, my drive out to Prince albert to buy my 2015 Honda Cr-V was worth it. Jeremy was great to deal with and it felt like a family atmosphere inside. Jeremy and Josh looked after me great in going over details and it didn't matter if I wasn't sure about anything they both guided me to understand the vehicle and the business side of things respectively. Thank you for looking after me and will definately be dealing with this dealership for many years to come. Will never forget it. Best Honda dealership near or far to go to in Saskatchewan hands down!

Although I do not own a Honda, I do go to Carton Honda for all of the service on my 2006 Chevrolet. Dale and the guys at the service desk are always so helpful and friendly. The quality of the work that the mechanics perform there is top notch. I have been getting my car serviced at Carton Honda for several years now and the one thing I really appreciate is that they give me good, honest advice. They take the time to explain what is wrong and have told me a few times that repairs were not necessary or recommended a less expensive option. I think Carlton Honda is a great choice for service on any vehicle.

I recently purchased a well-priced used CRV from Carlton Honda and I’m very impressed with the service that came along with it! Both Steve (GM) and Jeremy was great at responding to my questions, being transparent with the car history and it’s features. They were not super pushy unlike other places especially in Saskatoon that I can’t take a moment to digest the information first without pushing for a sale. Jeremy was awesome to deal with in person when going through the car. I felt comfortable the way they provided me information and let me absorb it when trying to make a big purchase. I would definitely make the drive out again to Carlton Honda!

Brought my car here and they told me the transmission was shot, brought it back on a separate occasion and they told me the fly wheel and pressure plates on the clutch were done, but they said the transmission was fine, they want to charge me $2500 to fix just the clutch even though they told me the transmission also needed to be replaced but they won't tell me that again.
