Would of been nice to have the financial manager present when going over the paperwork but Joe took care of our financing needs. Overall a good buying experience and hope their service garage is just as understanding and professional. Will most likely buy another 5.7L Ram from here!

I've been bringing my vehicle here since 2012 and they've always had an excellent customer service model. I can say that I've never been disappointed once in the service I've received. They take there time to explain the repairs and they call you for authorization if they need to do anything extra. The prices are fair and they offer a shuttle service. A quick shout out to Emile and Scott. They run the front end of the service shop and they are always friendly and accommodating.

I recently bought a new truck from Anderson Motors. I have nothing but good things to say about the sales and finance staff. For starters this is the first Dodge Ram I have owned. So far it is great truck. Kevin Friesen asked me what I was looking for and budget I had to work with. He was able to show me some options within my section. He made sure that I was able to test drive the ones I like. And when I picked out the vehicle out he worked with manager and finance department to make sure that I got the options and accessories that I wanted with price in mind. I have worked in the car industry for over 25 years and I have to say that Kevin Friesen is right up there with the top salesmen that I have dealt with through the years. With the help of Randy Emrey, Glen Madigan, Nathan Jones and other support staff they made my purchase as good as it could possibly be. Thanks Anderson's! Had really great customer service with the sales department today at Anderson Motors. My husband had called to make arrangements to test drive a couple of vehicles while towing our boat to see how the vehicles handled. Kyle was very helpful and personable. Upon realizing I only had a few months of warranty left I thought, what better time to make an appointment and get my Hemi exhaust leak fixed. So I made an appointment, explained the issue, they said to bring it in, and would also flash a computer update that was out. So I drive the 1 1/2 hours to the city to drop my truck off with them. They looked up my VIN, said yup no problem for the exhaust leak. Then I also let them know my truck was tuned so maybe to hold off on the flash update as to not screw up the programming. They agreed and said this was not an issue. Fast forward 4 hours of me walking around the city because I didn't have a vehicle, still not a single phone call. So I made my way back to the dealership only to find my truck hasn't moved from where I parked it. Once inside I ask about it, and was told because I was tuned, they would not warranty my exhaust leak. No phone calls, no fore-warning, nothing. When asked why I wasn't phoned the response was "it was crazy busy here all day." Horrible customer service, and also ashamed to say I bought this vehicle brand new from them. I will never do business here again or recommend this place to anyone.

From the moment we walked in the door both my wife and myself knew this buying experience was going to be different. Zack our Salesman and Don the owner were both very professional, down to earth and personable. They know the business and didn't waste our time and were never pushy. Be careful when buying a used vehicle through them. My mom bought a used van through them and their idea of an inspection is not very good. Brakes and calipers were shot, rack is leaking, tie rod ends shot (due to leaking rack), ball joints.... shot, you guessed it. Over payed for this van on top of it. The salesman (whom I won’t name, doesn’t work there anymore) had no problem hosing my 72 year old mother over this van. He told her it was an awesome van, she believed him. Over $2000 in repairs needed. BEWARE of this place

Had a bad experience during Christmas holidays while visiting family in prince albert. Drove 3 hours to get to pa and had no issues with the truck and then out of no where a day later it starts making a grinding noise. So with my truck only having 40000 km on it I took it in to anderson motors. Told me the entire rear diff needed to be replaced and no warrenty because it had a dealer installed 3 inch leveling kit. 3600$ was the bill so first thing I do is call my dealership 3 hours away and they say ya no problem we will fix it, and if you can't make it we will come pick you up with a trailer. Now that is customer service. All anderson did was hand me my keys, a bill for diagnosis, and told me I won't make it far if I try and drive. Not impressed with how they handled the situation.

He was the first to great me at the door and is a salesmen that makes you feel as comfortable sitting in his office as he would if you were having a coffee in his home. Wants to know what you'll be using your truck for and points you in the right direction. Even worked hard to get me an upgraded truck last year even though it didn't work out for me in the end. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am truly disgusted by how this company does business. We were forced to take our vehicle there after a no-fault car accident we were in and the body shop was only supposed to inspect the vehicle and give us a final estimate of the damage. We do not trust Anderson and were going to take the vehicle to another body shop in our home city after this was done (unfortunately it had to be towed to Anderson because they are the only body shop in Prince Albert that deals with Dodge and SGI wouldn't tow it to our home city). Well sure enough we get a phone call months later from SGI saying that our vehicle was fixed. Anderson was NEVER authorized to fix this vehicle, they had no signature of ours, we were provided no work order stating the repairs and parts used, nothing. Then the body shop manager (Bryan?) has the nerve to tell us that we authorized the repairs and that he owns our vehicle now if we don't sign for it and then demanded to know who our lawyer was. He also refused to provide us with a list of the repairs and parts used until we signed for it....what a joke.These people are absolute crooks. Not only did they "fix" a vehicle which they had no legal authority to do, but the repairs are laughable at best. Some parts are held together with double-sided tape. Extremely unprofessional, liars and thieves. Avoid this place at all costs. I can't believe in this day and age companies can get away with treating people this way.
