Powell River location - Unfortunately if there was a a zero star rating I would have chosen that. I first leased a Focus from them several years ago and it was a lemon. The communication was awful, but they finally offered to switch me over to an Escape with no penalty because the Focus had recall after recall and they couldn't fix all of the issues. Turned out that was not the truth and there was a penalty. The sales people do not seem to be interested in customer service and must be so busy selling cars to all of PR because they can't seem to call their customers back. I tried to buy out the lease on my Escape and contacted them over a month before it was going to be due. 3 months later I still don't have any paperwork! Funny thing is I was planning to buy a new Explorer when the model I want becomes available so I was buying this lease out in the meantime. But I don't feel all warmy & fuzzy about buying another Ford! Oct 28 - Edited to Add: I have been in to the Courtenay location and they took care of the issue. I would not recommend you deal with the Powell River location if you can help it!

Went in to reprogram sirusxm satellite, sirusxm said the "dealership should do at no cost", window sticker said it's an added option (which was equipped with it) even the girl at the front desk commented on it.. have the tag on my window also.. they still dinged me for 40$ plus they looked into safetying my car?? I did not ask for that and no comments on it, very negative experience at this dealership.

Nightmare!!!! Do not take your vehicle here for repairs, something as simple as a tone ring repair was quoted $250 total for a $21.00 tone ring and labour. Turns out they will only replace entire axle unit parts and labour $720.00. Drove 100 feet up the road now I have AWD warning light flashing code for torque coupling, Totally clueless service manager Corrine insisting this is a separate issue and her Techs would have seen this on the test drive although she wasn't even there on Friday. Wanted to fit me in when they can for diagnostics that I would pay for damage they created, will absolutely not take any responsibility. Multiple appts, promised call backs that did not happen. Now stuck with 2wd and flashing warning light.

My father in law took his truck in for warranty work, left it in the Ford lot over the weekend and it got broken into, over 3k in tools stolen and door was broken. All Ford offered was grainy security footage and a pat on the back. Someone at Ford told us that there have been recurring thefts at their lot, even in broad daylight, yet no additional security measures have been taken, I guess why would they if they follow a policy of "at your own risk".

Very unprofessional. Receptionist worried about personal problems and informing us of them (phone disconnected, buying a home, ect.) Dropped our car off at 1pm for an oil change. Receptionist entered our car under a completely wrong name. So at 3pm we called wondering where our car was. Got the run around for 15 mins on the phone. Went to the store only to be told the car has been done for quite a while and because they put it under wrong info they didn't phone us. Wont be returning here.

Can't fault the Ford sales team - appreciate them and their work.. The vehicle though... After 1 year, do not currently recommend. 3rd visit for same problem - should've been made right the first time.
