WOW! I went to Fix Auto after having first gone to another local shop for an estimate - the first shop took my name and number and said they would get back to me but four weeks later hadn't responded. I stopped by Fix Auto in person and within 48 hrs they had my car in and did the quick repair and sent me on my way. They had excellent customer service and professionalism and I will definitely be going back there in the future.

My husband has had his 1998 GMC pickup in to get a water leak repaired. There ended up being more than one leak. We understood that finding water leaks can be VERY difficult which was the case here. Some, body shops won't even take it on, but this shop did. It took an extended period of time, going back and forth to finally solve the problem. We are so pleased with the quality of work and patience it took to find the leak(s) and repair. And the price was so so reasonable, no better than reasonable. Well done Mike and crew! Thanks!

Paint didnt match at all..very unorganized..no returned calls n lost about 8o% of my parts!! But the guys doin the labour were very good and helpful..but front desk lady is rude n the owner doesnt call back n leaves on holidays n doesnt tell staff where there parts are...when they are to be picked up!!

Fix Auto is awesome!! From the time I dropped my truck off after a fender bender, to the time I picked it up, Mike and his staff have been fantastic to deal with. Any questions I had were answered immediately and to my satisfaction. When I dropped my truck off I had not had time to clean it after having my two German Shepherds in the cab. There was dirt and dog hair all over. When I picked the truck up, it was washed and the inside was far cleaner than when I dropped it off. This was an added touch that I didn't expect, but very much appreciated. If you need your vehicle fixed for an ICBC claim, or because something needs to be repaired, I 100% recommend Fix Auto... which was recommended to me.
