Stopped in to get a part. Met with, I would assume, is the same service/parts desk lady that Brian Young left the previous poor review about. Very condescending, cold, hostile attitude. Felt like I had committed a crime by asking for a part without having my VIN number on hand. She had gotten very irritated as she couldn't hear me reading off the VIN over the impacting going on in the garage. Have had a couple poor experiences with her before, nothing has changed. Just stopped here because its closer then Antigonish. Beware anyone seeking parts or service. Gave it 3 stars as "everyone" else I have met or known there such as, other desk attendants, mechanics etc. are great. Will be spending the extra 1.5 hours of driving to Macdonald Chrysler, where I "always" have a good time/positive experience talking to their service/parts people. Apologies all other employees for the poor review. Hope it doesn't impact you.

Woman at the parts counter was extremely short and condescending and needs to learn what customer service is all about. She had a very know-it-all attitude and I considered her very rude. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the guy with the beard and glasses was extremely friendly and helpful but when I asked him the price of locking lug nuts the ignorant woman cut off our conversation and I had enough at that point. Honestly I will never go back unless I’m in dire need of a part just because of that woman!
