I just had my summer tires put on both my cars. I took my car somewhere for an oil change and my one front tire is bald and the belt was shifted. It was not legal for the road. My other front tire had minimal tread. Back tires I may have a month left. Since this is a family owned business I figured maybe they were training someone so we called them. They can't do anything until next week. They are busy today and closed tomorrow . So I have to run around to find someone to buy all new tires from because my car is UNSAFE. aren't they in the business of selling tires. Won't go here again and I will be having my other tires checked. Poor job guys and terrible customer service. You lost a sale of 4 tires and a customer. After reading your response, I will accept that maybe my belt could have shifted on one tire in less than a week but all 4 tires needing replacing. I guess it is a he said she said situation. I am the one running around getting new tires replaced on a long weekend that should have been done a week ago....Don't worry Murdochs is going to look after it tomorrow.. Have a great long weekend

Very Satisfied Customer! I have to give a big shout out to Floyd and Al down at Tiretrackers in Port Colborne for the installation of my new rims on my Honda! This facility and personnel gave first-rate old-school customer service that made the drive down all worth it! I would drive two hours if needed to have the team service my tires and rims! I was in and out in 40 minutes and was treated very well. The car handles well, not a shake in the wheel. Good to have faith in good customer service again! Great cooperation here on installation! Thank you gentleman, a job well done!

After having a terrible experience at "the other guys" a year ago I went to Tire Trackers after being recommended by the best mechanic in Port. Man, am I glad I did. Tire tracters is by far the most down to earth companies i have ever dealt with. They always always put safety first. There main goals as a company is to make sure you as a driver are safe, that the owner will love his or her new rims or tires and to make sure you are not getting ripped off. My husband was looking for a center cap for a wheel on our RV. He had been looking for one everywhere. When we got to Tiretrackers the man who helped him (may have the owner but he did not get his name) found one in stock and didn't charge him anything for it because he had had it for awhile. I brought my car in to have my summer tires put onto the rims and put on the car. Immediately after they were changed I noticed that the car was way out of alignment and the brakes weren’t gripping correctly. I brought the car back and after a test drive I was told it’s impossible for a tire change to affect the breaks, and the alignment issue was not their fault (even though I had no problems before). I brought the car to another mechanic for a second opinion. He told me the nuts were torqued so tight that my routers were bent. In addition, he was able to correct the alignment issue in under an hour by re-balancing the tires, which I asked tire trackers to do and they refused. When I called tire trackers back to report this to them, they again insisted that it was impossible to warp the roters. A quick google search shows it is possible, and is in fact a common beginner mistake. Tire Trackers wanted to speak to the other mechanic about this, but I don’t think it’s necessary for them to argue with my mechanic as well as me. In addition, while I was in for the initial tire change, another customer was in because she had her tires changed 2 days prior and her tire nearly fell off on the road. Again Tire Trackers denied responsibility. At least they did attempt to fix this issue. DO NOT visit this company. They allow unsafe vehicles to leave their shop.
