My experience with Norm's has always been a good one. Also in reference to a review about Mike the Mechanic being his son. Is 100% false. I've known these guys for quite some time... both of them are outstanding members of our community. You don't survive as long as Norm has in Car Sales without having an excellent reputation.

Norm's has been in business for years, because of their honesty, value, customer service and great reputation. Ask anyone in the community and you will hear the same. I have purchased vehicles from them in the past with never a problem. Each vehicle is inspected carefully. They pride themselves on a good quality for a fair price. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been dealing with Bob (Norm's Dain City auto sales) and Mike Boulard (First Choice Automotive) - who are not related by the way for over 20 years and have found them both to be honest, knowledgeable and dependable. They are a big part of my Fleet Management team. They are extremely dedicated and are instrumental to keeping the Aapex Driving Academy vehicles safe and looking great I might add. From purchasing to repairs they are amazing. I trust them completely.

This dealership/ service station SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!! Purchased a car from there 5 weeks ago and have had it back in 5 times since...the problesm still keep coming. He is dishonest, unreliable and untrustworthy. We have been lied to several times and have had weeks of frustration trying to get him to fix damage he cause "saftying" the vehicle... picked it up AGAIN today after he had it the better part of a week and what do u know a whole new problem!!!!! His loaners are unroadworthy, i wasnt even comfortable putting my kids in the car. Under no circumstances ever spend your money here or let this person touch your vehicle...you will regret it!!!! This man has no interest in putting you in a safe vehicle or doing whats right by his products, his only interest is taking your money. Here I am five weeks later and still with a vehicle that is not in the condition it was when i test drove it... Dain City Auto is incompetant at best and you are risking your safety and money by purchasing there. **Ministry has been informed**

Took my car here to have a safety done my Mike. Paid for all the brakes to be done and both lowe control arms. 10k later both lower ball joints gone. Looks like I got billed for control arma but they never got replaced. About what you'd expect from a back road car shop.

I read the reviews first, and I will NOT be going in to look at his vehicles now, as I won't give my money to a crook for him to sell me an unsafe vehicle for my children and I.
