Attended a sprint car and late model race. Late model race was one of the best races I have seen in a while. Track was very dusty... and show seemed to be run a tad inefficiently. Show ended around 11. The track does not have a scoreboard. And the cars drive though the grandstands to get to victory lane... (a lawsuit just waiting to happen) Dont forget to bring your glasses, hearing protection and masks.

Awesome and fun , it's loud for the children so I suggest bring ear plugs or ear muffs for them . I love the smash up Derby when they have it.

The track has really improved for the 2021 season. New rails, signs, lights and more. The only thing I would improve about the track would be to put the lap tracker in the middle of the field so you can see and and maybe a top 5 or 3 car tracker screen when the track has the budget for so. The hot food is good but the ice cream is not! Avoid the ice-cream. Overall great racing and good track!

I was honestly surprised by how much has changed at Humberstone since I was last there two years ago. Grounds are fairly clean and the track is very nice with the new changes. It’s actually enjoyable to be there now. My only complaint is their new food truck set up is a little confusing, but the food is otherwise good! Definitely will be back this summer and next.

Having never been here before for an event, I was very interested in attending the Eve of Destruction. I have to say that it was exciting, and that I would definitely go again. The whole afternoon was something indeed. From the opening Enduro race to the Jet Truck, a crowd favorite, to the 20 car demo derby at the end it was a fun filled afternoon. The grandstands and concessions were neat and orderly as were the facilities, bathrooms. Humberstone speedway has made great strides in the improvements to the overall facility to make it a great place for racers and fans alike.

We had a really good time and enjoyed going into the pits and seeing all the different cars. But like in some of my other reviews way too crowded and out of all the people, sitting way too close, we were the only ones that had masks on!
