I would of left the 5 star even though I feel I was ripped off. Bought a truck that was advertised too me having a remote start. It did not work. So the summer and winter were great not having AC or a heated vehicle to wake up too to go to work. Yesterday Mazda calls too tell me they have free remote starters for the new line up of vehicles they have..That did it for me. I even explained why I wouldn't be purchasing another vehicle from Mazda..The woman's response was Ok I will take you off the list. The proper response would of been. Sorry about that how about bringing your truck down and we will fix the problem.

I recently experienced car trouble driving from Inverness on way back to Halifax. I took my Mazda CX-5 to a garage en route and unfortunately received a mis-diagnosis and the wrong part ordered. Long story short, my car was subsequently towed to the nearest Mazda dealership which happened to be County Mazda in New Glasgow. I dealt with Allen and he restored my faith in bringing my car to a dealership. My car was correctly diagnosed, part ordered and promptly repaired. I would not hesitate in recommending County Mazda and Allen is terrific!

Been having a lot of problems with my car these guys sort of help me out they identified the issue was whoever installed the motor and did get my money back from the credit card they were going to write me a letter but they never did spent $3,000 here and still didn't get the problem rectified

WOW! Is all we can say. We on a whim applied for financing not thinking we would get approved. After a day I got the approval! Courtney, Ben and Trevor didn't have the exact car I wanted so they without hesitation found it elsewhere and next thing I knew it was on their lot! I was able to trade in my current vehicle and they got us into a beautiful 2018 Mazda3 GT. Our other family members have purchased cars with these guys and I am so glad to be apart of the County Mazda family! Just bought a 2020 Mazda CX-30 from County Mazda and I'd like to say that this was simply the easiest, smoothest and most enjoyable car purchase I've ever made. Kevin Moore, the General Manager, is terrific as are all his staff. I arranged just about everything with quick and easy text messaging, and when I went into the dealership everything was exactly as he had quoted, absolutely no surprises. This is my 3rd Mazda from New Glasgow and I happily give them the highest recommendation. You'll be very happy if you buy a car from County Mazda. You can't find a better dealership in Nova Scotia.
