All seems to be well when you're under warranty but things take a turn beyond that. Repairs now become very expensive and those requiring diagnostic skills can become a lengthy "lets try this" session well you're footing the bill. A solid,rust free and other wise sound older vehicle can quickly see labour charges approaching market value. There is at least one person at the service desk that tries to fake mechanical knowledge and will try to charge you for any little thing they can. The cars themselves seem to be built for reliability during warranty period but it's probably advisable to look at another vehicle towards warranty end.

We're happy with our vehicle from the manufacturer, but everything involving Central Nova Motors was sub par. Almost an hour to actually talk with a sales person when we showed up to purchase. Wasn't offered the $750 Grad rebate that we could have qualified for. The hitch they installed was aftermarket, not a genuine manufacturer part, which they never told us. We wanted the vehicle undercoated, but they didn't bother telling us they offered this service until we were driving away with the vehicle. We wanted a remote starter installed provided that it work with the OEM fob, the sales staff told us we were out of luck, because they didn't know that the vehicle they were selling did this by default when using an OEM remote starter. They said the vehicle would take 2 weeks to arrive, but it ended up being over a month, and we had to call and email several times to get any timeline updates. The "Admin fee" was much higher than other dealerships. When we were picking up the vehicle, they tried to sell us life insurance on the vehicle loan, which is a blatant cash grab. We had already test driven the model we purchased, but when we picked up our vehicle, we had to sit through almost an hour of the sales person telling us where very basic and plainly visible controls were located.

We tried many different dealerships and SUV’s and thought at one point we had come to a decision. Then we decided to try the New 2020 Santa Fe. drove an hour and a half to look at a car and called on my way and i was told it would be ready to look at when i arrived...i arrived and it was still on the hoist so i had to wait 20 minutes but that was the least of my troubles.. My experience during the viewing of the car was good and I was very interested and worked out a decent deal with a sales rep and put a $500 deposit down and signed on the car to assure it was mine and agreed I would pick it up in a couple of days.. 20 minutes after leaving they called back and said the deal could no longer work.. i was disappointed in this as I did not shake on the deal i was getting anymore but we worked out a healthy middle and I was somewhat happy.. later I was called and was told the car had sold???. i was very upset with this and confused as i was told a deposit would assure the car was mine and i had never said no to a counter offer after leaving the shop which is what i was told i did.. i had said i would think about it and return the call as that is how negotiation works.. talked to the sales rep and owner and they had mixed stories on what actually happened but I was told it was mine so i signed and payed a deposit and car was sold within the hour.. nothing they would do to help me on my end and through me under the bus..another family member was very thinking about purchasing a car too but we will not be back.. very unhappy with this business and would love to support local but not if they operate in bad faith... what they should have done was tell the other viewer that the car had a deposit on it and they would call them if deal with me did not go through.. they got offered a better price and didn't stay true to their word to me

Waited for some time before anybody noticed we were there. When a sales rep did join us, he was uncomfortably pushy and relied a lot on his "new guy" status. Needed to pull out his phone and check the website to tell me things about the car that I could have checked myself while I was waiting. My three stars are for the great selection of cars that the dealership carries. I liked the selection they had, but I was very unimpressed with the sales rep.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They sold me a used car, lied to my face telling me the tires were fine. (They were scalloped) the car stopped starting within 2 weeks. I was given the runaround multiple times, left on hold for close to an hour multiple times. I fought and fought with them to get new tires, eventually got "better" tires and the owner said "I'm going to keep the scalloped ones because some people don't mind them" I was told there was nothing wrong with the car and while they did get it running again, a month later I had the same issues. I tried contacting them about it and again was givin the runaround and left on hold for another hour. I've givin up now, they will not do anything about the lemon they've sold me so I will take it to target Mazda and pay for whatever issues there is. I'll never step foot in this place again and will be purchasing any future vehicles from target Mazda where they actually care. Also, the "free trip" promotion they offer is false advertising, 100 percent a scam. 600 dollars in fees to go to a shady hotel in vegas that is off the strip, a week stay down south without flights included and about 2000 in mandatory all-inclusive fees or a shady cruise with flights not included and and 600 in fees.

Been only once. Recently moved down this way I had bought my car from thistle hyundai in yarmouth , but since that's a long way away just for an oil change decided to go to the local hyundai went in and had horrible customer service. The reps at the counter weren't very nice or patient I had the papers for my car and they still seemed impatient and mad about it after 40 minutes my oil change was done. (Normally at my old dealer it would be 20 mins max and they would also include a free complimentary wash or vacuum) Honestly my experience almost made me late for work and they only advised me about the shuttle they supposedly have after about 20 or 30 minutes after. Wont be going back unless utterly neccessary to keep my warranties going, which apparently they dont cover most of anyways.
