Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep dealership in New Glasgow. They have kept me a jeep owner since 2014. Tommy Smith is a great sales rep and will help you find what your looking for. Great response time and knows how to make a sale quick and painless. I can not speak to the service centre attached as I have not been there since the recently changed it over to new management. Im sure it was a good move as the last service centre and mechanics were terrrible. But as far as buying a vehicle goes this was the best service i had received. Trevor is also fantastic to work with when it comes to financials and paper work. Great customer service.

The last appointment they didn't even bother to call when the vehicle was finished being serviced - don't worry it's not like we took time off work to drive from Truro to have it serviced under warranty or anything! Will NEVER be back! Have your vehicle serviced elsewhere - Period!

Amazing service!!! I was passing by New Glassgow to Fredericton when I heard a loud “woosh” noise on my Mercedes Sprinter van. I inspected the motor and couldn’t find the problem. It was an air leak somewhere. I called Atlantic Dodge and they said come right in. I pulled into their quick service drive through bay and the 2 very friendly and knowledgeable technicians found a seal had popped out of my turbo intake. They set it back into place for me. Unfortunately they didn’t stock the clamp that was missing on the seal but they sent me to a local truck shop that had the part where I was able to put the clamp on and I was on my way. Whe. I asked what I owed they said no worries and happy Easter!! Amazing. I want to but my next vehicle from there now!! Thanks guys. It was very appreciated.

Sent an enquiry via their website and never got the courtesy of a call back or email. I was happy to come up from Halifax to look at it. You lost a nailed on sale here.. all you needed to do was tell me it was in good condition, had been serviced according to schedule and recalls. I would have come up, tested it, and likely wrapped up a deal there and then. In response to the dealer's reply: I did the same website enquiry with a Halifax dealer (different manufacturer). Seemed to work fine - I drove my new car off their lot last night.

If you want to be scammed, go here. 1) I bought a vehicle, the brakes needed replacing within weeks. Their excuse. "It stopped when we tested it" 2) multiple steering components needed replacing, some I paid for some they did 3) the E brake never worked right. I ended up paying for it. Just had the inspection renewed 1 year later. Same issue. Turns out the dealership used China parts. Not OEM. Unacceptable at a dealership 4) had our other vehicle in for over heating. Paid a lot to fix. Next day it's still overheating. The water pump failed right after. Checking the water pump on an overheating car is common knowledge. Wanted $3k+ to repair their negligent servicing. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go to Antigonish or Truro instead.
