One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I called for roadside assistance with a flat tire. Connor was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and assured me they would be able to help me out. Within 15 minutes Al arrived, introduced himself and had my wheel off and the spare tire on ensuring me all was well and it wouldn’t take long to get my tire fixed. Less than 3 hours after I made the call I was back on the road with a new tire and at a very reasonable cost. They absolutely made my day with their exceptionally helpful and very friendly staff. Kudos to Connor and Al and the rest of the staff at Arbuckle’s Service Center! Check them out for yourself, they are great!

The gentlemen at Arbuckle's Service Center were fantastic!! My sister in law and her son and a friend of the family were stranded east of New Glasgow because of a blown tire. They were quick to send out a wonderful gent to look at our vehicle. They took great care of us and showed us what was going on with the vehicle. Arbuckle's Service Centre were absolutely amazing. Thanksgiving Sunday I had a serious tire blowout on the highway between Halifax and Pictou. They rescued me and replaced my tire in time for me to join my family for turkey dinner. The service was exceptional and the fees were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend Arbuckle's for towing and auto service.

Brakes were not working well. Took car to Arbuckles and they replaced a bad line. Cost $300. Next day I had no brakes. Took back to Arbuckles to replace another line and pay another $100. After two trips and $400 I had brakes. Very disappointed with quality of service. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore. To correct Arbuckles statement, I had no brakes the next day after driving less than a 1/4 mile. Today I opened my trunk to find all the lining torn out and not replaced, probably because they broke all the clips. No brakes after they had done a MVI for me a few months before. Talk to management??? What good would that do?? Terrible work, don't take your vehicle there!!

Arbuckle service center did a fantastic job helping us get back on the road and helped us find a place to sleep for the night we were stuck in town! In this day and age when we're confronted by apathy and disregard for others, it is refreshing to not be met head on by a lack of empathy, understanding and giving, especially when it originates from the business world. Recently, my wife and I were involved in an auto accident near New Glasgow, Nova scotia. Through luck (and yes good luck), it was a truck from ARBUCKLE'S SERVICE CENTER LTD. from Westville who attended to our towing needs and, as it happens, with the aftermath of the accident. Our car was, because of its age, deemed written off by our insurance company and, as a result of that, unable to be moved from New Glasgow to Lunenburg by CAA. The folks at ARBUCKLE'S took it upon themselves to see that our insurance company would cover the cost of the tow, at no small cost I might add. My wife and I are truly appreciative of the true caring displayed by the staff at ARBUCKLE'S SERVICE CENTER LTD. Ted Veinot

Didn't work with me to get my car back knowing I didn't have the full amount payday. Then held my plate until I decided to sign the car over. Which I never did so lost my plate and really don't feel they had legal grounds to say you have to sign us the car over before you get your property.
